Renee Higginbotham Dwyer and Phil Dwyer are a minor couple in the Twilight series.

History
Phil and Renee first met after Bella encouraged her mother to start dating again to get out of her loneliness.
They had a whirlwind romance and married the month that Bella turned 17.
Phil was a minor league Baseball player, his job often dragging him out of town and Renee was left at home with Bella. Though she did not mind staying with her daughter, her husband's absence made her unhappy.
Twilight
Knowing that she was the cause to Renee's loneliness, Bella decided to move back to Forks to live with her father and let Renee travel along with Phil.
When Bella got injured and landed in a hospital near the end of Twilight, Renee went to visit her while Phil asked for her well being.
Eclipse
Phil injured his leg right before Bella's Graduation and Renee was forced to miss it in order to take care of him.
Breaking Dawn
Renee and Phil are both present during Bella and Edward's Wedding in Forks.
After the Wedding, they returned to Florida but are informed that Bella had caught an illness on her honeymoon.
Both of them are kept in the dark about her conversion to immortality and the birth of their new granddaughter, Renesmee.
Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined
Phil and Renee are some of the few characters whose gender remain the same in Life and Death.
They are both present at their son's funeral.
