The story of one boy going around worlds would be that common tale, yet this time the changes will affect that destiny and path. Now Kairi who is given new destiny because force beyond her understanding demands it for good and bad. Will have her along with six others experiencing new adventures through the worlds beyond. (Rated T for Safety)

4. Traverse Town - Lost and Found

Update for anyone who is reading Traveler's Journey. Because I been doing this story for a time it has been delayed and will have the chapter out as soon as possible. But furthermore, it will be the first time the movie chapter will be two-part story. With what's being put into the chapter this maybe the first. Can't say for the time being so expect either one full chapter or two-part chapter.

Outside of this, hope you guys like the new story. Since some people talk of Kairi being damsel in distress role this started to develop as one story. Yes, Sora isn't involved but hey, got to change up with Crossovers. If anyone by chance wants a full remake with Sora still main character, I will do that and make KH1 completely different but similar story plot as the original.

That said, while I may not get the characters right. I do hope you're enjoying the story so far. So, enjoy and if possible, review if willing. Feedback has been lacking as of late, and yes, I do want some even when I still do chapters. But doing only feedback on Samurai Jack x Code Geass crossover does make me bitter towards the story and will possibly cancel it forever if it continues.

Ch. 4 - Traverse Town - Lost and Found

Some neon lights started to light up with a billboard showing the words

Traverse Town

First District/Kairi

Once Kairi waked up from what she went through. Started to look around to see she's not on her island anymore, instead a while new world that she doesn't recognize as this place felt peaceful yet something wonderous from beyond her imagination. Yet while in these thoughts she walks around slowly exploring and examining the sights in front of her. She wondered where she is right now and also...

"Where do I even start?" Kairi muttered to herself.

"I don't know if Riku is okay. But Sora... I don't even know if he's alright after what happen." Kairi thought as she went off to explore the world some more. Taking in the details of this world appearing as its nighttime for the time being. Kairi looked around and found that everyone is either minding their own business or just ignoring her for the time being. The Atmosphere didn't help feeling of despair and sadness in the air as if hope was taken from their hands.

Walking towards one of the shops, Kairi looked around to see an average store that is mostly empty with one person behind the counter.

"So, kid. What can I get for you or are you lost?" He asked Kairi.

"Um, actually." Kairi was about to explain, but Cid figure she was indeed lost.

"Don't worry kid, it's alright. I figured your lost because you look new around here." Cid said.

"That obvious?" Kairi figure this must be some small town.

"Well for one, you seem to be taking in everyone for the first time and you don't got that glumly expression most people have after losing their world. So, I guess you lost your world as well." Cid guessed, figuring that's what Kairi is experiencing.

"You can say that. So, by chance do you happen to know anyone named Sora or Riku. The first has long spiky brown hair along with red and blue clothes. Riku has long silver hair with yellow shirt and blue pants. You can't miss them." Kairi described her best friends.

"Hmm, well can't say I have seen anyone of that description. But you could look around and search the town. There are usually many people here who can be those two, just be careful out there." Cid warned.

"Oh, thank you Mr. um."

"Names Cid, and yours?" Cid asked.

"Kairi. If anyone asked for me just say Kairi." She answered.

"Okay Kairi, good luck. And watch out for any trouble." Cid said, Kairi nodded and started to walk out.

After Kairi left the shop and started to walk towards the second District. Scrooge, Donald and Goofy went towards the 4th District as those that told them about Leon said he's busy on other districts. In fact, many know about him since he's kind of the town hero that helps the town folks despite his personality and attitude. By chance encounter Kairi walk pass them as Scrooge, Donald and Goofy walk the opposite direction.

But as they are looking for Leon, another group consist of Anne, Molly and Wendy staying in the first District Cafe for some chat and support as they are getting used to the surroundings.

"You know, this isn't so bad. Meeting some friends, seeing new places." Molly said cheerfully.

"If you mean having your world destroyed and somehow ended up here than yeah." Anne sarcastically said.

"Anne." Wendy rebuke trying to keep Anne from getting depressed.

"Sorry, guess I'm not used to this life. I alrighty had this experience away from home, doing this again is just..." Anne apologized.

"It's alright Anne, getting used to this place is the same for everyone here. Heck I can only imagine how this place has been burned down more than once with each no visitor." Wendy comments about the state of this world and how it hasn't fallen apart yet.

"Well, it's not so bad. And it's kind of neat how there is more than one earth but is still the same earth." Molly said finding the concept of more than one world as earths but from pieces separate in many stars.

"You know that's what bugs me other than here. How is our earth still round split into many worlds? I mean guess its magic but that seems simplistic, even the others back at the house agree it has to be more to this." Anne said.

"If my brothers were here, they at least have some idea what's going on. Or build something at least." Candace said walking towards them now taking her break from work. She met the once when taking this job thanks to Aerith helping set her in to Traverse Town. It's been hard for Candace as she felt broken by everything. But then started to interact with Anne and company arriving to this cafe for couple of days now. In all honesty, Candace needed some help and someone that's the same age as her really help a lot. That and Molly wanted to cheer her help has been the best thing that's happen for her.

"Hey Candace, you are doing alright today?" Molly asked, but this stop Candace as she's reminded of her world when that was common for everyone to greet her at home.

"Please don't say 'Hey Candace' Molly. That's just painful." Candace said sadly.

"Oh, ah sorry. Didn't mean it that way." Molly apologized.

"Nah, it's okay. I just remember the times when some of the friends or my brothers would say that." Candace said, taking a seat next to Molly and Anne as they made room for her.

"So, you were saying about your brothers knowing about this world business?" Anne asked.

"Oh yeah, that. My brothers did lots of crazy things. And honestly, after what's happen, I really should have not been pesky sister to them. Sure, I go insane but... they did care for me." Candace stops herself to wipe some tears, shaken out of her thoughts.

"But seriously, if they were here. They try to at least understand how the world thing works; I mean I get magics a thing but come on. There has to be some logical reason for it, and that's coming from me that doesn't like science." Candace said now cheerful as she needed company for her process of healing, even this new set of friends needed some healing.

"Hmm, Marcy might have an idea-" Anne stop as she heard screaming from the streetlight, everyone turned to see one shadow heartless appeared. Taking the heart of a lady that wasn't aware of what happen. When the heart got consumed by darkness another took its place as soldier heartless now appears. By now everyone had panic and ran indoors.

"Heartless." Anne rushed over grabbing some candle stick in hand from the table and rushed over.

"Whoa Anne, what are you doing!" Molly shouted out fearful for Anne's life. But she and Candace saw Wendy join in as the two rushed over attacking the heartless that appeared. Anne is surprised by this but block one shadow heartless from jumping onto her face.

"What? I couldn't let you fight these guys alone. Besides, I feel the need to beat them." Wendy answered. Anne smiled as she tossed the shadow heartless away as the two continued to fight. So, far more shadow heartless appeared along with two more soldier heartless appearing. Anne has now resorted to punching and kicking the heartless as she could use some techniques she has learned over the years.

"Woah, Anne where did you learn those moves!" Wendy exclaimed impressed and awed by Anne's agility and quick strikes.

"I practice some sports and it helps to be Muey Thai Practitioner." Anne answered kicking one heartless away.

"Huh, nice." Wend punched another heartless and used her small axe to chop up the heartless.

"Lumberjack?" Anne figured that's something Wendy learned.

"My dad is, learned it from him." Wendy answered. The two started to fight some more and continue to defeat the shadow heartless. All the while Candace and Molly watched from a distance; the former wanted to leave while the latter wanted to help yet doesn't know how.

"Well, I guess we sit back and wait this out." Candace said.

"Oh, but we can't let them fight by themselves. We need to help them." Molly insisted on helping Anne and Wendy.

"Um, no offense Molly but how are you going to fight those things when they-AAAAH!" Candace screamed when the soldier heartless started to run towards them. Wanting to defend themselves. Molly grabbed two candles that were on fire or blow the fire out. Grabbing hold of them Molly used them to throw at them, but they did nothing.

"Okay, in hindsight that wasn't going to work." Molly admits. When one soldier heartless was about to claw Molly, Candace acted fast and grabbed Molly out of the way.

"Move now!" Candace ordered, how of defense suddenly grabbed a chair and swung it around. The first swing had surprised the one soldier as Candace and Molly moved away from the cafe, but when one soldier got on the table by chance. Molly used this and shoved the soldier off by shoving the table on the side. Both Candace and Molly without thinking ran towards Anne and Wendy still fighting the other heartless.

"Candace, Molly what are you doing here?" Anne exclaimed worried for their safety.

"Yeah dudes, shouldn't you be hiding by now." Wendy asked as both Anne and Wendy protected them.

"We got trouble!" Candace pointed towards the trio of soldier heartless marching to them. By now all four girls realize they are going to be surrounded by more heartless that seem to be non-stop. At this point more soldier heartless started to appear and shadows heartless are only enforcing them.

"Oh Crud." Anne muttered.

"There's too many of them to fight." Molly comment as she begins to be fearful of the monsters and situation.

"We need to get to District 2 like now!" Candace exclaimed feeling the abandon house is the only place safe for now.

"Quick this way and stay behind!" Wendy ordered as she and Anne took lead while Candace and Molly made sure to stay behind them. But are given some unexpected assistance by Cid who appeared using a long Bo staff. Knocking the floor with most of the heartless that appeared.

"You girls go on ahead, I'll deal with these guys." Cid said, not willing to question it. All four of them went off as they rushed towards the next district.

"You monsters must have found something good if you're willing to appear in this district." Cid said, using his weapon Cid went to work and started to attack the heartless that appeared.

Second District/Earlier - Huey, Dewey, Louie, Lena, Webby, Ms. Beakley and Launchpad

While Scrooge, Donald and Goofy went off to find Leon. The boys started to explore the world with wonder and amazement. Of course, this was done with restriction from Ms. Beakley keeping an eye on the boys along with Webby and Lena who the latter has been acting different somehow. Outside of this Ms. Beakley can tell that one species is mostly around this world, but every now and then everyone gives glances to them as they never saw some duck person before.

"Man check this place." Dewey said glancing at everything around him. Sometimes he would stop and look inside the stores through windows, other times he just looks at objects in front of him.

"It's like some dream, where you see something magical filled with mystery and wonder." Webby excitedly said, also joining Dewey in this exploration.

"Seems kind of boring if you ask me." Louie bluntly said uncaring of the environment as much as the others. Huey and Lena looked around with interest. Huey taking in notes with his new journal he brought for this occasion. He wants to document everything he sees so it at least be told, and pictures do help since he is using his phone for that. Lena looked around in wonder as she couldn't help being amazed even with her situation.

"Seems standard for a new world. But I can't feel our world is somehow different from this world." Ms. Beakley said watching others glance at them confused, freak out or other expressions.

"I wouldn't worry about it. They just haven't seen duck people before. It's like those sci-fi shows where you're visiting an alien planet for the first time and they are curious, confused or want to kill you for being different. Seems like the former two instead of the latter." Launchpad of all people seems to take this in strides somehow. Ms. Beakley summed it up as him being a man-child and enjoying the media at times.

At the same time, while the new visitors are here. Luz and Star are looking around the town. Taking their usual breaks from their magical lessons, the two started to form a friendship through magic. Luz love for magic and fantasy while Star excitedly had a new friend that has help her recover as it did the same with Luz. While they are talking Star took noticed of some new visitors and excitedly pointed.

"Oh my gosh look Luz, Duck people. You know it seems this world doesn't have many worlds filled with other mythical species and stuff. So, seeing this is exciting." Star excitedly said.

"Hmm, they don't look sadden from being here. But I feel these guys are somehow here by some other means." Luz concluded which isn't too far from the truth.

"Wait... you mean these duck people somehow got here?!" Star said as she thought of some ideas, "That means they must have some way to leave this world." As Star was about to lead Luz tried to stop her but surprisingly even with Star's body structure, she's way stronger than she looks, that and Luz isn't exactly strong with as she quotes "Nerd arms" as Luz puts it. But before they could get close, everyone heard some scream. Everyone saw a man coming from where Luz and Star just appeared leading to the third district. When he fell forward, he looked back only for his body to disappear and his floating heart is left, yet that's gone when consumed by darkness to form the soldier heartless.

Everyone at this point made no hesitation and ran for safety. The only ones still here are Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Lena, Ms. Beakley, Launchpad, Luz, Star and new arrival Kairi looking down from the First District entrance. More heartless started to appear as those that remained are what the heartless will seek after.

"Whoa, what are those guys?" Louie asked.

"I think those are the heartless Donald is talking about." Webby said pointing at them. Just as they were about to fight, they witness Luz and Star taking action against them. For Star she had to learn some new stuff. Mostly fighting with her fist and starting to punch and kick them left and right, while preferring magic she does know some fighting skills. Luz on the other hand supported Star using what appears to be paper as they burst out fire, blizzard and thunder from different paper.

"Whoa, who are those guys?" Huey asked, yet is saved at the last second by Ms. Beakley grabbing a shadow heartless and tossing it away while also punching one soldier that tried to attack along with Launchpad.

"Stay focus, they are appearing all over the place." Ms. Beakley ordered. Refocusing on the task Dewey and Webby got in the fight easily along with Lena helping Huey and Louie who aren't the best fighters or average ones at that. All the while Kairi got down to where everyone else is fighting feeling she's not ready for this stuff. When arriving she is surrounded but away from Luz and Star as she summoned her new weapon only to sloppy swing, yet she is doing better by some degree to at least taking down two of them. Kairi was about to be attack when help arrived by Beat coming from the door next to the fountain place in front of the entrance below.

"Hey you, okay?" Beat asked as his friends arrived to help. Kairi nodded but flinched when one heartless barely got to her, Beat help defend her grabbing the soldier heartless and tossing it away.

"Get out of here now!" Beat told her. Yet despite this Kairi didn't want to run a second time and started to fight. All the while as this happened, some started to noticed Kairi's weapon and realized quickly what she's holding.

"Star, that girl has the keyblade!" Luz said as Star punched one shadow heartless and looked to see what she means.

"Oh my gosh! She's the one!" Star said excitedly only to lessen when she and Luz saw that Kairi can barely use the weapon.

"Although her swordsmanship could use some work." Star comment which Luz even agreed. Regardless they came over and help Kairi before she was overwhelmed. As this was happening in District 2 more started to arrive from Anne, Wendy, Molly, and Candace entering from the overwhelming force of the heartless yet ended up in the same situation in District 2.

"Whoa, their all over the place!" Candace comment staying behind with Molly.

"But how do we when they keep coming?" Anne asked punching and kicking more heartless that arrived, along with Wendy. They started to work towards where everyone else is fighting, but Molly stops and saw someone in particular with a weapon that has been talked about as much.

"Hey guys look." Molly pointed to Kairi being protected by Star and Luz along with the others that started to form up.

"Is that the Keyblade!" Wendy said almost shouting.

"Quick help her!" Anne ordered as everyone started to gather up. While there was no teamwork, there is many of them who have experience in combat, this was enough to at least give a decent battle to fight back the heartless that would try and fight them together. Eventually after some time everyone had stop once the heartless started to disappear. When this happen everyone had to take some breather as this was a hard battle fighting all those heartless that appeared. If anyone was keeping track it was probably hundred or more.

"Well, that didn't turn out so bad." Star said.

"For now, until they appear once more." Anne stated keeping her guard up this time.

"Is everyone okay?" Neku asked everyone who is here in this district.

"Yeah, we're good." Huey said.

"Absolutely." Louie agreed.

"Nothing to it!" Dewey said in triumph. When the situation calmed down everyone looked at them as they never seen duck people before.

"Is something the matter?" Ms. Beakley is first to asked.

"Nope, just we don't get many visitors who aren't human." Shiki assured them.

"We can see that. Guess we're not that normal here?" Lena couldn't help being sarcastic.

"Actually, we have others like Moogles that aren't human. But more than likely are hiding for the time." Neku told the McDucks.

"Ah yeah sorry to cut this, but we need to like, move now." Anne said pointing towards Kairi and more accurately her weapon.

"So, the keyblade has finally shown itself." Leon said appearing to everyone as he stood in front of the group.

"But of all people it had to be a kid. I was hoping one of the others would have come here, but I guess beggars can't be choosers." Leon said.

"Wait, this is the one you're waiting for all this time?" Luz asked not out of disbelief, but how it seems there is more going on than what is told to them.

"Well, if you want to know more follow me, but know that if she's the only one here we been waiting for. Then things are much worse than we realize, much worse." Leon stated as he can already see things are going to get harder from here.

Back Streets - Scrooge, Donald and Goofy

"Gosh, feels kind of spooky when no one is around." Goofy said holding his shield after they fought the heartless.

"Ah, phooey. There isn't anything to be afraid about." Donald assured Goofy.

"Indeed, must say first time fighting those monsters is something. Shadows, Soldiers is their names of those two heartless?" Scrooge asked Donald as he enjoyed the fight.

"Yeah, all the heartless have different types. Even the bosses have names, they come in different shape and sizes." Doanld explained.

"Well, at least they won't be boring. Still, is that the best they can send?" Scrooge would have said more but is spooked by someone taking his shoulder, but instead of being afraid his first instinct is to attack using his cane.

"Woah! You attack anyone that's behind you?" Yuffie exclaimed impressed by his reaction.

"And who are you?" Donald demanded.

"Me, I'm the one sent to pick up the King's friend." Yuffie explained.

Green Room - Leon, Cid, Kairi, Anne, Wendy, Molly, Candace, Star, Luz

Shortly after the battle those that came to see about Kairi and the keyblade went along while the others went back to their own thing. Mostly Neku and his friends as they said about making sure the town is safe. Understandable as there are still people that could have been attack from nowhere. However, those that want to know about the Keyblade or how they could help out is willing to come along. The McDucks were supposed to be the ones helping the keyblade wielder, but the girls namely Anne, Wendy, Molly, Candace, Star and Luz are wanting to help as well. Leon didn't stop them despite the world order in play, but truthfully Leon wasn't in any mood for that. Currently the everyone is standing except for Kairi and her keyblade laid on the wall untouched.

"So, I guess we can start with introducing ourselves. Since we're going to be talking on some heavy stuff." Cid started off.

"Well, just so you know. If any of you break my stuff, I expect you to replace them got it!" Candace warned everyone, all of them gave different responses to what Candace warned as she accepted the answer.

"Alright, names Leon. I can see many of you are new faces for this town. So, I won't pretend that I know you or everyone that arrives. However, if you're planning to help hope you got some skills to fight." Leon requested as what he has planned required people to fight or defend themselves at least.

"And I'm Cid, you know me from the shop I own. I help Leon from time to time on what he needs, but outside of this if you want to buy some stuff come to me for that." Cid said.

"We're not here to sell stuff." Leon reprimed Cid.

"What? Got to make a living." Cid argued, after all money or munny isn't cheap.

"Okay. So, I'm Anne. I arrived on this world couple of days ago and is experiencing crazy stuff as of late." Anne said what is the sum of her recent life.

"Hey dudes, Wendy here and I lost my home the same as well. Been hanging out with those kids living in the abandon house with Anne and Molly." Wendy said cheerfully having a positive attitude surprisingly.

"That's some good positive energy there. Could use more of that here." Cid comment.

"You're with Neku's group. They been helping everyone get settled to Traverse Town. Good kids." Leon happily said as there been too much depression on this world.

"Yeah, they helped us adjust to this town. So, hi everyone. Names Molly and I'm so happy to see this many new faces here. Also love to see the best part of the day even if it's always nighttime." When Molly introduced herself, it sounded forced by her tone. But it's encouraging that Molly of all people is trying to find the positive in these moments, while awkward still good to see some positive energy.

"O-kay. Hi everyone names Candace and I'm like so not ready for whatever is happening. But if this helps get things to normal than I'm willing so bring it on." Candace introduced herself, another awkward introduction.

"Hello everyone, I'm Star and I'm from another dimension as the magical princess of Mewni. I was on earth when the quote unquote world is destroyed. But am now ready to kick some darkness butt after spending time here. Me and Luz here have been living under Merlin and Fairy Godmother to learn some new magic since I don't have dimensional scissors and wand at the moment so working on some new things." Star said smiling.

"Ah, that old man. Guess that explains it, another magical weirdo like him." Cid comment.

"He's the reason we are here with the chosen wielder. While I don't like what we have, that can't be help." Leon said.

"Huh, Merlin was right about you. Rough on the outside but soft on the inside." Luz comment gaining the stare from Leon.

"Anyway, I'm Luz and like Star we have been living today for the couple of days. Merlin has been a teacher to get into magic and this world is fantastic if it wasn't for the whole darkness destroying worlds stuff." Luz introduced herself.

"That's why her being here is going to change that. But why, why did it choose a kid." Leon asked himself as he picked up the keyblade and swung it as it disappeared. For a moment he desired it because with it can fight against the heartless.

"Um, just so you know. The last wielder is about the same age as me." Kairi told Leon, that only made him groan a bit.

"Look Leon, I don't know what you expect. But I didn't want to be chosen by the keyblade either. Everything just happened so fast and..." Kairi didn't say anymore as she still trying to process what happened.

"Well, at least you will know what's going on kid." Cid said.

"Name Kairi not kid." Kairi corrected Cid.

Red Room - Huey, Dewey, Louie, Lena, Webby, Ms. Beakley, Launchpad and Aerith

As the conversation with the Green Room is happening. The others from the McDuck clan are next door neighbors in the Red Room. Although it would have been preferable if they have gathered in one room. But they didn't have the money or space for it. So, for the time being they would share two rooms where the similar conversation is happening even if they are different.

"Shouldn't Scrooge, Donald and Goofy be here?" Ms. Beakley asked noticing they are missing.

"Yeah, Yuffie went off to find them. When the heartless appeared all of us scattered to different districts to make sure everyone is alright." Aerith explained.

"So those were heartless? Not so tough for Dewey?" Dewey said acting smug after that fight.

"Actually, those were the weaker types you faced, no doubt when exploring the worlds, you will encounter other types." Aerith said.

"Shouldn't be a problem as long as we work as a team." Webby assured not so worried about the heartless.

"So, I guess we have a keyblade wielder and all that's left is information from Leon." Huey said thinking about what they needed to do next.

"Yes, it has been the plan to at least go out and search for the source of the darkness." Aerith told Huey and everyone listening.

"Just one question, if the world order supposed to be kept secret why does it feel everyone in this world knows about other worlds?" Louie questioned finding some contradictions to the rule.

"For two reasons, this world holds many survivors of other worlds. Knowing what happen is common around here. Another is hoping to fight back against the darkness that destroyed our worlds." Aerith answered.

"Are those kids with your group as well?" Ms. Beakley asked.

"No, they have their own goals. If anything, they will help protect the town. Which is good since if this goes well, we can find our world and take them down." Aerith replied but Lena caught on what's their goal.

"Wait a minute, you been gathering people for this quest. You're trying to get more people involved so that you guys can fight back against the darkness. Which is why you wouldn't be against kids or any ages fighting. This isn't about finding the source of darkness, it's about finding your home, isn't it?" Lena concluded.

"Um, could you explain what you're talking about?" Louie said confused about what Lena meant.

"What she means is this from the start hasn't been about defeating the darkness. It's about reclaiming their home." Ms. Beakley told everyone and started to explain, "Their plan from the get-go is to gather as many people as possible to fight off against a force of darkness that is no doubt assumed your world. This in turn would be assumed source of darkness, but in reality, it's a frontal assault towards the home world taken over by those heartless creatures. However, I can assume there is more heartless around than normal, which is why you need as many people as possible to reclaim your home, is that correct Ms. Aerith?" Ms. Beakley concluded what everyone is starting to understand.

"Actually, that's only half of the story." Aerith said taking a moment to gather her thoughts to explain the situation, "You see, what was once our home world has become the source of the darkness, because there is one controlling the heartless."

Green Room

"Maleficent?" Kairi unsure about this person.

"A witch, she's the reason our world is destroyed. Yet is also the reasons she has taken our world and used it as her base of operation. When our world fell, she had not just heartless under her command, her allies also had their own monsters and armies that attack our world. Ansem and his apprentice were our final defense against this invading force. Some of the apprenticed fought all they could but are defeated in the end by her powerful allies and her control over the darkness." Leon said.

"And you know this because?" Candace questioned.

"Because they were there when it happened." Anne exclaimed.

"Exactly, when our world fell, many would try to find shelter from the heartless. But when more started to appear including monsters and people from other worlds, it became a losing battle. Me and a handful that you see standing before you are the survivors of the world." Cid explained.

"Hold on, if you the heartless are destroying world left and right consuming the world's heart. What makes you so sure it's still around?" Star asked what everyone is thinking since their own home world is destroyed because of the heartless.

"I thought that as well, that was until someone came here to tell us that our world is still alive." Leon told them, which not only shock them but also understood what Leon is going from here.

"Wait, hold up. You're telling me that after saying the world gets destroyed you suddenly believe that your world was around and well because someone told you?" Anne found that hard to believe with what's been said about the worlds taken by darkness.

"I thought that as well. But I had hoped and begged that it was true. Back than I was naive enough to believe in any semblance of hope. But that naive part became hopeful as when Cid got our ship ready and sailed towards our destination... the world is alive, never been consumed by the darkness." Leon answered that shock everyone hearing this news.

"Your world lives?!" Molly exclaimed.

"Yep, still around and untouched by darkness... at least that's what we believe." Leon's tone changed the moment he thought about what happened.

"When we arrived on the world. It wasn't the world we once knew, instead it now belongs to Maleficent and her allies." Cid said speaking the truth as he was there to witness that.

"They were too strong for you." Luz said as eyes laid on her, "That's why you needed people to help, you know your world is okay. But Maleficent and her allies are too strong, not to mention an army of heartless didn't help so you needed as many as possible to invade your home world and reclaimed it." Luz concluded.

"Yep, sharp mind you got their Luz. Which is why going there alone is suicide, when Leon tried that it didn't end well. Not only we were outnumbered, but one of the heartless is strong enough to defend their base of operation. Even worse was not getting past the front gates." Cid told them.

"Which is why we are breaking the rule of world order. To gather as many as possible to invade the world and hopefully reclaim it back." Leon said what their plan is about.

"So, here's a quick question? There are supposed to be more than one keyblade wielder, correct? I heard from Merlin there are at least handful of them, so why don't you go asking them?" Luz wondered as did Star when hearing about it.

Leon and Cid remain silent after the question for a few moments, but soon spoke up, "We did... but when asked for help-"

Red Room

"-THEY SAID NO!" All the kids shouted in disbelief.

"Yes, they wouldn't help us. Not even allowed to send one keyblade wielder to supervised if possible." Aerith told the reason despite being more than one keyblade wielder around.

"But why? You came to them for help and even would give them directions, if possible, know the ins and outs of your world. Why wouldn't they help?" Webby exclaimed feeling unset at those turning down others in need.

"...Remember about the rule of meddling with affairs of other world?" Aerith asked them, most of them nodded but Louie caught on and couldn't help feeling frustrated by the implications.

"You can't be serious. You mean because you're breaking some dumb old rule that barely anyone knows is why they wouldn't help you!?" Louie exclaimed finding the idea ridiculous in of itself.

"Yes, that's one of the reasons they explained. The other is because most of us aren't keyblade wielders you're not permitted to go off to other worlds. For a long time, we accepted this reality of it wasn't our job to help. But as days turned to weeks, weeks to months, months to years. Eventually some of us couldn't take it anymore, this especially hit Leon more than anyone as he wanted to at least reclaim our home and take them down. But with time, Leon waited for a time to get his home world back all the while training himself for the day, he would regain his home." Aerith explained, this made some of them made and even upset at the idea if someone had the power and did nothing it would have set them off.

"That's completely bonkers! What kind of hero has that power and does nothing about it. If anything, whoever told you that you can't fight for your home world shouldn't be the chosen wielder. I mean that's like if I played a game about someone who's supposed to be the chosen hero and doesn't do anything about it because it's not his best interest is bonkers itself." Launchpad exclaimed not liking what's said.

"Yeah, you tell them Launchpad!" Dewey agreed.

"If I were to guess, Master Eraqus is the one that told you this wasn't he?" Ms. Beakley guessed, hearing the details before hand she can see why Donald is weary of him.

"You shouldn't blame him for thinking this way. He follows the old traditions of generation after generations from many wielders of the past. All upholding this rule and many others for the world's sake. It has been proven of those who have broken the rule has done more harm than good for the worlds. Some of them involving what Maleficent is doing now." Aerith said in Master Eraqus defense, none of the kids like it neither did Launchpad. But Ms. Beakley understood where he's coming from, after all being a former spy does open your eyes to many cruel and unfair ways of the world. Dealing with multiple threats and possible links to darkness is hard for anyone.

"Oh great, one of those traditional old folks. Should have expected that." Louie sarcastically said uncaring how disrespecting he is towards the old master.

"You said it Louie, reminds me of Uncle Scrooge he's willing to follow some boring traditions and stuff." Dewey agreed with Louie.

"Now hold on, traditions and rules help keep things in order. Sure, it may not be the right choice, but breaking any rule because we don't like it, doesn't help." Huey disagrees with his brothers.

"So, then. Everything that Leon is trying to take charge and regain his world on his own?" Webby guessed unsure what the entire plan looked like.

"Not fully, there are two things Leon is missing, first is Ansem's notes as they hold the key and answers to the heartless. The other-"

Green Room

"-The Keyblade." Kairi and others slowly said.

"That's correct. Only the keyblade could stand a chance against the darkness, even more with the keyblade we can at least fight back against those who claimed our home world. Merlin as some of you know predicted this would happen, and even the King encourage the idea of sending someone to at least help. He figured not only would the wielder help us reclaim our home world, but possibly defeat the source of the darkness is like taking out two birds with one stone." Leon explained, the girls looked towards Kairi who know doubt felt the pressure of responsibility on her shoulders.

"Um, that seems a lot on someone who doesn't know how to fight." Molly spoke up seeing as Kairi doesn't know how to wield the keyblade properly.

"I know, I saw a bit of what she can do. And truthfully, I can't believe the keyblade even chose her." Leon admits.

"Now hold on just a moment." Kairi finally spoke up as she waited patiently to at least get some explanation of what's going on. If Sora and Riku were here, they probably felt the same way as well or done things differently.

"Before you decided that I was no good. I need to make things clear here, I didn't want this. I just lost my home, my friends and now here I am supposed to be doing something that's probably beyond what I can do for you. But I didn't ask for this, I didn't want to be chosen by the keyblade. I just wanted to hang out with my friends and live the life on Destiny Island and be with Sora at one point." Kairi stated but realize too late as some of the girls snickered almost teasing as Kairi possibly admits to liking someone.

"N-Not that it's happening now at least but later when we get older." Kairi corrects herself.

"Well, tough luck. The keyblade chose you and its mind is made up." Cid informed.

"The Keyblade choses their wielders, and your chosen. But I don't plan on sending you on this quest." Leon stated as everyone looked at him wondering what he means, "From the battle that happened recently your skill level obviously lacking, probably you never wielded a sword before. Not even pretend swords if I were to guess. Which is why I won't be forcing this one on you, if anything you can stay here as long as you like until someone else comes along." As Leon said this all the girls looked at him surprised by his words.

"But dude, you been waiting most of your life for this. You sure you want to wait any longer?" Wendy asked unsure if Leon is just forcing himself or being genuine, if the latter that speaks volumes of who Leon is as a person.

"I can wait as long as I can, if one came here today, then what's to say another would one day come?" Leon gave his reason.

"But dude, this is your home? Don't you want to have your home back?" Anne exclaimed.

"you girls seemed bothered for some reason?" Cid said noticing their behaviors.

"Well yeah, it's because if somehow our world is okay, we would have jumped at the chance to reclaim our home. I mean... that's huge!" Candace shouted feeling if the roles were reversed, she jumps at the chance to regain her home world.

"Candace is right, if this was any of us, we jump at the chance to even get our home back. Even defeat those bad guys and Maleficent that's controlling the heartless." Star also agreed as she would have tooth and nail no matter who she faced.

"That's just one problem. When we tried to use the same coordinates to get towards our home world. We ended up lost in some unknown space, we did this multiple times until we got Merlin to help figure out what happen. I did all that science could answer, but Merlin figures out what the problem was." Cid stop allowing Leon to speak as he's not well verse in magic.

"Turns out Maleficent cast a teleporting spell on the world. The exact spell is when the world is found and force to leave. The world is transported to another location, thanks to her mastery of darkness Maleficent has been able to make her powers she knows from her world stronger. In short, once we find the world if we leave the world is relocated somewhere else in many worlds." Leon explained, while some who aren't too familiar with magic except for media reference, others understood what this means. Maleficent whoever she is will no doubt be powerful opponent when faced. Star and Luz having this idea looked to Kairi giving empathy towards her as she has no idea what she's doing and is just a brand-new wielder.

"Guess that's why you need as many to join you. Maleficent from the looks of it sounds pretty strong." Luz comments, living on some realm filled with magic you get some idea what this means.

"Yeah, and that's why I won't force Kairi to take part in this fight. Unless she wants to train herself, we just have to wait for the time being." Leon stated, closing his eyes as he ponders what he should do next.

"Um, not to bring more bad news for everyone. But the keyblade isn't mine to start with." Kairi spoke up, this laid all eyes on her at the claim of the keyblade.

"What do you mean by that?" Molly asked confused by what she said.

"Well, when my world was destroyed. The keyblade did belong to someone named Sora... somethings happened and somehow I ended up with the keyblade." Kairi explained, not wanting to dive deep because well... it was bad.

"What do you mean? If the keyblade chose, you. It's yours." Leon stated as fact.

"And how do you know that exactly?" Anne asked wanting more clarification than its yours.

"Because when the keyblade is summoned, it only goes to those it chooses. Which is why the keyblade vanish from my hands, so when she summons it the keyblade will appear on her hand." Leon pointed out.

"And how do I do that?" Kairi asked.

"Raise your hand, it should do the rest." Leon instructed. Kairi did what he said, but nothing happen for the next few seconds. She's encouraged to try again only to get the same results. This continued as this only lead to frustration and worry for Leon and Cid as this wasn't supposed to happen.

"Um, maybe it's broken?" Molly guessed. Suddenly from nowhere a soldier heartless appeared. This freak them out as this means the heartless are coming.

"Everyone let's go!" Leon exclaimed as he bashed the heartless out the window and started to chase after it. Everyone followed his and Cid's lead as they rushed outside. Although it was awkward for some such as Candace, Molly and Luz since they aren't that good in physical activities, that and being regular human doesn't help. This happened in the red room as everyone rushed out when hearing about the heartless. Rushing towards the second district they stuck together to fight the heartless.

Returning back to Leon, Cid and the Girls. They are surrounded by Shadow heartless and soldiers that appeared, "Don't bother with the small fries, find the boss and take it out." Leon ordered and rushed out towards the first district as Neku and his friends are right around the concern and can help out. Preparing themselves Anne, Wendy, Star and Luz prepared for the heartless while Candace, Molly and Kairi sticked together not wanting to be left behind.

Second District - Bell top

Looking down from above is two figures that seemed to be summoning the heartless on this world. When looking at them they are one fat cat in some suit (KH2 version) and a large wolf in only red overalls with a rundown top hat. These two are Pete or Peg Leg Pete but has his feet regardless of the name, and The Big Bad Wolf or Wolf for short as he's the generic wolf of the fairy tale stories.

"Looks like we have a problem partner. The keyblade wielder is here." Pete said.

"Yeah, but she doesn't look like a fighter. But some helpless damsel in distress type of girl." Wolf comment.

"She does, hehehe looks like this will be easy. Maleficent wants this world gone so that no one would stop her from conquering all worlds. But those other guys... I don't know what we should do?" Pete said to Wolf unsure what the plan should be at this point.

"Hmm, well one of them is bad enough. Not to mention lately that Leon guy has been gathering other people to stop Maleficent and her plans. Even knows about what world Maleficent is on." The Wolf said pointing out the details they should remember.

"Your right, good thing Maleficent made sure that locating the world will be hard to find once they left. Still, how do we take them down?" Pete wondered as Leon along with his friends and other protectors are going to be trouble for them.

"Best not do anything partner, this is getting to heated for the time." The Wolf advises his friend.

"Your right, well sending a large boss heartless will at least uplift our spirits." With one snap Pete summoned a boss heartless to take care of the best when they meet face to face. With that the two would watch the events play out and see what happens next. Yet all the while Joshua on the rooftops saw this, listening to them despite being far apart. Small smirk appeared when hearing how they couldn't do anything to stop those protecting this world but frowned when they decided to summon a boss heartless for the world. While he could take them out easily, Joshua would at least allow this to play out only to see if those below are ready for the quest ahead. Even with great power to always help people even when unnecessary only brings hinderance in growth and maturity if possible. That said, he'll only step in when everything goes to those that do harm towards others.

Battle against the Heartless

After everyone got out from the hotel rooms. The soldiers started to appear more often along with the Shadow heartless. To say the least it was easy wasn't exactly how they picture it. Huey, Dewey, and Louie work together as they fought off the heartless. Louie had hard time as he's more of an observer than fighting, while Huey has some skills adventuring and fighting aren't his strongest skill. Dewey had things handled, but even than started to feel tired after fighting so many. Webby and Lena work together to take out the heartless along with Ms. Beakley and Launchpad. Together all seven of them fought off decently against the heartless. But that started to change as some of them started to feel exhausted from the fight. They tried to get around them, but even than too many were blocking the pathway.

"OH, COME ON! You can't be serious!" Louie complained shouting at how ridiculous this fighting is with these guys.

"For once I agree with Louie. This is just ridiculous, even for average adventure." Webby said punching one soldier.

"No matter how many we take out, there just going to pop out more than before." Launchpad said smashing one of the heartless with his foot.

"Times like these I rather deal with criminals and villains over some mystic mumbo jumbo." Ms. Beakley comment not liking what they had to do.

Soon they are given some breather with help coming their way. Neku and his friends along with the girls arriving at the same time. Everyone got together and started to fight off against the heartless left and right. While everyone else is handling the heartless okay, it was Neku and his friends that gave them more breathing room to fight off the heartless and make sure they don't get overwhelmed. After some time later the heartless dwindled to the point of nothing is left. This left everyone getting a deep breath to relax and regain some energy.

"Is everyone good?" Shiki asked everyone.

"Hold on... I just need a breather." Anne answered feeling exhausted with everything that's happening.

"Okay... I think we're good." Star answered as she felt tried and exhausted from long fights. In fact, for many of them dealing with heartless it was the first time fighting this long with anything. Even Molly and Candace had to get involved as all they could do is tackle and throw the heartless around when some got to close.

"You know, when this is all said and done. I think we need to learn how to fight like everyone else, if this is the norm." Molly couldn't help saying about what they are doing now.

"Yeah, same here." Huey said.

"So, does anyone know where we should be looking next?" Candace asked what everyone that doesn't know is thinking.

"What do you mean we? You and Molly won't last a second against the heartless. You should go hide and wait it out." Beat told the two as they weren't much help from the start.

"Now hold on, some of us don't know how to fight and we're doing this as well. So, who gave you the right to order us around." Louie told Beat not liking his attitude.

"Then you need to hide as well." Beat told him back as the two glared a bit.

"That's enough, we can't fight among us. If what they are saying is true, all we need to do is find the heartless commander and defeat it. That should lesson the heartless coming here, but we need all hands-on deck and not just the ones that can fight." Ms. Beakley told everyone.

"You guys should try the Third District. If a giant heartless could be anywhere it's the third district." Neku told them. Suddenly without warning the heartless came back, making some of them groan at the constant attacks from them. Neku and the others used their powers to fight back and take down any heartless that came around.

"Go! We're hold them off!" Neku commanded. The girls went off first as they followed Anne's lead. The McDucks would have followed behind, but they are trapped by the heartless blocking the path. They started to fight them again once more.

Third District - Everyone meeting up

After much fighting and rushing from everyone, Kairi along with Anne, Wendy, Star, Luz, Candace and Molly arrived at the Third District as they sigh taking a deep breath from the running. From all the fighting they had to endure, the heartless that continue to spawn in many numbers seems to have no end to them. Some if not most of the people here aren't used to many enemies spawning to no end. If anything, this exhausted even the most experience fighters since they had to use all their energy just to fight them, others that had certain powers wasn't as much help as some would like. Regardless of this fact, they will keep on going even if they have to give everything they had to get to the end.

"Man, they just don't quit." Anne said between breaths.

"I don't think... I haven't done this much fighting before even on Mewni." Star comments about how these heartless are persistent.

"Don't they just get some coffee break or something?" Candace asked feeling annoyed by them as this point.

"Monsters that are made of darkness. Yeah, like coffee breaks are on their minds... unless hearts are involved." Wendy said thinking about what heartless could do if they had some intelligence.

"You know, I'm kind of an expert on ghost. But heartless on one hand seems more difficult." Molly comments thinking about Scratch and how her interactions gave some ideas about ghost and their behaviors.

"Well, at least we're here. Now we just need to figure out where the Heartless commander is here?" Luz said.

"Hey hold up." Dewey shouted. Soon the McDucks arrived after fighting some heartless. But as they appeared Scrooge, Donald and goofy somehow ended up in one building above. How this happened is questionable since they did by chance follow Goofy's lead. When they turned towards two sides, they saw more heartless started to appear. This led to some trouble as the heartless appeared where there wasn't any room to fight.

"Gosh, they're everywhere." Goofy said.

"Nah, they aren't so tough. You just need to know their rhyme and go from there. Very good for excising." Scrooge said enjoying something new for a change.

"Let's get them Uncle Scrooge, Goofy!" Donald Exclaimed, yet few seconds later by some chance all three are thrown upwards and flew downward towards the group below. At the same time when everyone looked up some didn't move in time as they fell down. More specifically Donald and Goofy fell by chance on top of Kairi while Scrooge tried to be cool yet painfully landed on his back after one trip over.

"Ow... that wasn't my best moment." Scrooge confessed to himself.

"What the? Where did you come from Uncle Scrooge?" Louie asked confused by what happened.

At the same time, Donald and Goofy got up with Kairi still on the ground dazed by what happened. "Oh uh, sorry about that." Goofy apologized. Soon everything started to rumble as everyone prepared themselves. Suddenly pillars that formed walls started to appear surrounding them from escaping from the Third District. From there everyone is now surrounded by soldier heartless appearing all over the place. Everyone prepared for combat while those not good at fighting are Huey, Louie, Kairi, Molly and Candace who will support when they can at times.

When the fight started everyone stayed in formation where everyone watched each other's backs. But would break off when some soldier heartless started to surround them by making sure they don't overwhelm them in one location. Anne went off by punching some of the heartless and kick others that tried to jump on Anne, she is helped by Dewey, trying to act cool as he bashed the soldier heartless without problem. Anne saw this and is reminded of Sprig in some way, she smiled and help Dewey fight off the heartless.

Others like Donald started using some magical attacks along with Luz doing the same. Donald is amazed by what she can do and smiled as the two work together fighting the soldier heartless using fire, blizzard and thunder spells. Luz is reminded of her teacher and sometimes owl mom in her weird way when fighting alongside Donald. Now urged to help him fight off the heartless as Luz used all the papers she has at the moment.

Molly ran around along with Candace as the two tried to avoid some of the fighting since they aren't good fighters. Goofy cam and swatted some of the heartless chasing them. But by chance Goofy is almost sneak attack when Molly jumps and tackled the heartless. Goofy finished it off as he gave a thumbs up for helping him. Feeling great positive energy Molly and Goofy surprisingly work well even if Molly has no fighting skills she still wants to help.

Candace would have been taken by the Soldier heartless if Huey and Louie didn't help out. Mostly Huey as he tried to help yet wasn't that good in fighting. Hearing this Candace helped Huey and toss the heartless away. All three sticked together as Candace found these two like her brothers Phineas and Ferb, now feeling the urge to protect them because of this feeling.

Wendy is fighting alongside Lena as the two only took glances at one another and somehow work in sync because of their cool attitudes or some other trait that has them working well. Star is fighting alongside Webby as the two are bundle of energy along with Ms. Beakley as the three of them fight off the heartless. The only one having problem is Kairi as she tried to summon the keyblade, yet isn't responding as well. Scrooge help her out as he's confused and frustrated with Kairi doing something that is kind of weird.

"What the blazes are you doing lass!" Scrooge shouted not liking what Kairi is ignoring the fight.

"I'm trying to summon the keyblade." Kairi answered, which caught Scrooge's attention on this detail.

"Wait... you're the key!" Scrooge exclaimed as he took one glance at her having some idea why she is struggling.

"My word, if this is the extent of Keyblade Wielders than no wonder the darkness is winning." Scrooge said not impressed and disappointed with his first look at Keyblade wielder. But before she could say anything something started to fell from above as the soldier heartless are cleared out from the place. What appeared is six pieces of armor that looked scattered only for a short while. When they reassembled together it had no limbs but formed into Guard Armor, the boss of this attack.

"Everyone gets back!" Donald ordered, as everyone did this or at least trying as the Guard Armor didn't wait for them and started to attack by marching towards them. Using its large fist to strike them trying to bash the people smaller than it.

"Guys, what are we going to do!" Molly shouted as she moved away like everyone as the heartless at to pick the closes target. That being Donald and Launchpad by chance.

"We fight it that's what!" Dewey exclaimed.

"That's not a plan, that's just charging recklessly towards something we don't know about." Webby argued. By this point Luz had some glyphs in mind and used the blizzard spell by freezing the ground where the feet are walking towards her direction. When it was close enough the feet froze still.

"GET IT!" Shouted Star as she rushed over to attack alongside Anne, Webby, Goofy, Dewey, Molly and Launchpad as they started to punch the metal feet. Only to feel their hands are in pain.

"OWowowowowow. Oh, this isn't the best plan ever!" Anne shouted trying to null the pain.

"You know... in hindsight that shouldn't have worked." Webby said agreeing with Anne. The Heartless and everyone looked at them in an awkward moment, but then Guard Armor threw the left fist towards them and tried to crush them underneath it's hand. Everyone jumped away comedically as they ran for the hills from the guard Armor now focus on them.

Kairi in the meantime tried to summon the keyblade to fight off the heartless, "Come on, come on." She tried with all her might, but it wouldn't come to her. All the while everyone is trying to figure out what they should do about the Guard Armor. They are trying their best to fight off against the heartless and bit they aren't doing much. Some of their attacks are making some lands, but those with physical abilities aren't able to dent it once. Even Scrooge felt embarrassed when he tried to strike the heartless with his cane.

"Okay, we're fighting this thing. But we're doing nothing to it." Louie said as he watched what was happening along with Huey, Candace and Molly as they stood away from the fight. They are eventually joined by Star, Anne and Launchpad as they tried but only hurt themselves from punching and kicking the heartless.

"Maybe it's because we're not using weapons in this fight. Most games would have the player character us some weapon to fight off monsters." Launchpad guessed.

"Now's not the time for game reference dude." Anne told Launchpad.

"If I had my wand, I could at least end this here and now." Star declared as she looked at her hand missing her wand.

"But even if you guys could, how would you be able to beat this thing?" Candace exclaimed, but everyone looked up to see a shadow looming over them. They screamed for a moment and separated as they needed to escape from the giant heartless trying to crush them. It than went towards the center of Third District taking some glances at everyone. Realizing it couldn't take on everyone it did something by splitting itself apart. Now having two hands by themselves along with the feet and main body with helmet ready to fight them.

"Oh great, divide and conquer." Huey groaned. Soon everyone went at it but still couldn't do much. But eventually one of the feet is destroyed by too many hits as it was done over by Wendy and Luz using thunder working together. This got a reaction from the Guard Armor as it didn't like what happen.

"It's taken out?!" Luz said in surprise.

"Hey, guys keep attacking the hands and foot. It's taking some damage from this battle!" Wendy called out.

"Your right!" Webby said surprised by this turn of events.

"Come on Lads and Lass, take out the other limbs." Scrooge called out now encourage. Everyone started to do their part. Mostly the fighters as some stayed behind while Kairi continued to try and summon the keyblade.

"Come on, you appeared in my hand beforehand. Why aren't you doing it now?" Kairi muttered. As she tried to summon the keyblade everyone continued to fight off the Guard Armor.

Luz, Wendy, Dewey, and Launchpad work together to try and take out the other foot. Luz would be support using her magic to attack at different points surprising the foot at times with Wendy trying to strike with her small axe along with Dewey trying punch and kick the foot along with Launchpad but are hurting from the strikes regardless of their efforts.

Others like Webby, Lena, Ms. Beakley, Star, and Anne went to deal with the hands. Webby used her grappling gun to try and dragged down the one hand. She is grabbed by Lena trying to help Webby with Ms. Beakley doing the same but is successful since her size and weight helps greatly in this fight. Star and Anne used their natural talents in physical combat. Both are able to read each other in silences as Star would launch Anne upward and Anne would fly kick the right hand. Star and Anne did combo attacks to at least take this one down. Using all her strength, Ms. Beakley started to spin everyone around and launch the hand towards the right hand smacking the two together from the first spin. The other hand is destroyed from Anne and Star's combine attacks as the left hand remains.

"Come on guys, keep running!" Molly shouted.

"That's easy for you to say!" Candace, Huey and Louie shouted. They ended up being distractions as Molly planned, while she didn't say the plan. She did figure them together would be enough to distract the Head heartless enough to attack. This has been happening as Donald, Goofy and Scrooge are trying to defeat the heartless. But the spinning attacks kept on going as it did some damage to them. When knock down the others came in to gain its attention, this allowed the three to recover while the heartless instincts to strike those weaker than others as its target.

Now recovered Scrooge, Donald and Goofy rushed in as they are given healing and potions. But eventually the battle took its toll on everyone, starting with those that had no weapons and are hurting themselves as they had to take some timeouts. This led to Anne, Star, Dewey, and Launchpad going off to the side trying to rest their wounds. When the foot is taken down, they focus on the other parts that remained. More so the Left hand as it beaten Ms. Beakley, Webby and Lena without too much effort.

All the while Magica De Spell felt she needed to take action to save herself but is conflicted as seeing many people with strong powers and abilities started to make her feel weak, especially with her current state. Once she gets that dime things will change and learning the power of darkness combine with shadow should make her stronger. Yet now wasn't the time to take actions and is wondering if she should forsake her secret now. Yet the Left hand is changing targets to the duo charging over as Luz used fire magic to gain its attention.

Molly, Candace, Huey and Louie stayed on the side, tired and exhausted from running around. While Molly and Candace didn't have much to think except feeling useless, this is shared with Louie who is feeling extremely useless in this adventure. The idea of unending monsters from darkness appearing from nowhere had him terrified, that and his plans for the future as richest duck in the world is feeling smaller by the second with all these threats and worlds being the common norm. Huey only felt frustrated with how his scientific understanding is being challenged. To the point he would have exploded had he wasn't informed beforehand about all of this happening.

This left the only ones available are Wendy, Luz, Scrooge, Donald, Goofy and Kairi. With the last one trying and failing to summon the keyblade.

"COME ON! What am I doing wrong. I see Sora do this all the time, yet now when everyone needs help you're not here. Is it because Sora isn't here, I'm sorry but he's not. I'm the only one here and I would like if somehow you appear in my hand." Kairi couldn't help exclaiming in anger as if the keyblade had some mind of its own. To some degree that's what it felt like when Leon explained about it choosing the wielder. That in mind Kairi in desperation tried to get the keyblade to work.

She heard someone cried out in pain as Scrooge is bashed away from the Heartless spin attack. Yet it started up once more aiming towards Scrooge.

"UNCLE SCROOGE/DUDE/MR. MCDUCK LOOK OUT!" Everyone cried out. At least those that saw it what was happening. It was in that moment Kairi had enough, now running towards the heartless she for some reason had two of her hands back. In that moment the keyblade responded to her strong feelings and appeared in hand, with all her might swung the keyblade and struck the spinning heartless dazing the Guard Armor stopping its attacks. It was in that moment everyone looked in shock for different reasons. But those like Donald, Goofy and Scrooge seeing this shouted in union, "THE KEY!"

Kairi on one hand fell backwards as she rolled backwards. Stopping she struggled to get up while the Heartless head is dazed.

"Jeez, Sora and Riku can't be human." Kairi muttered to herself. The Heartless is back up again, but Goofy went in front of Kairi and block the attack. Donald rushed over to heal Kairi's injuries as she recovered somewhat.

"Looks like you are the keyblade wielder." Scrooge said in awe of the keyblade not the wielder.

"I wish I wasn't now." Kairi muttered. As the Heartless head prepared to attack, the left hand is thrown at its head knocking both of them down by Ms. Beakley using what left of her strength as she would watch Lena and Webby together, while Wendy and Luz rushed over to finish it.

"Give your all!" Donald commanded, as he and Goofy went to strike the hand. It got destroyed, rudely awaken the heartless head as it and the main body started to spin violently knocking down Wendy, Luz, and Goofy back. Donald used fire magic to attack as this thing is now on the brink of destruction. Scrooge rushed over and tried to attack it. is pushed back by another spin attack.

"You have to do something." Donald told Kairi.

"I can't, I don't know how to wield a sword and do all this stuff." Kairi explained.

QUACK "You mean you can't fight at all!" Donald couldn't believe what he's hearing. As the heartless would have attack the two Scrooge went back to fight while Goofy swung his shield to attack from behind. It was in that moment Kairi had an idea how she can finish this fight.

"Hey, um. What's your names?" Kairi asked.

"Donald, and that's Goofy with the shield and the cane is Uncle Scrooge." Donald answered.

"Okay. GOOFY!" Kairi called out gaining his attention, "Throw your shield and knock down the helmet on the ground."

"Better yet, Goofy I'm going to borrow your shield for a moment!" Scrooge called out. Goofy used his shield as a Frisby and Scrooge caught it. Then spin around to throw at the Heartless main body. But what is done differently is how Scrooge somehow is stronger than given credit as he threw the shield and knock the helmet clean off the main body. This startled and shock the Heartless as it didn't expect this from someone. Kairi took advantage of this rushed over and swung her keyblade down on the head of the heartless. She then moved when Donald shouted as he struck the heartless helmet with fire spells.

When this happened, the helmet reattached itself to the main body but started to shake like some rumbling quake. Once it was done the heartless started to disappear along with a large pink heart floating into the sky.

Mythical House - All together

Everyone that appeared in the house around the Third District are waiting for the results from Merlin. There gathered all together at the second floor as Merlin examined Kairi and the connection with the keyblade. All the while everyone is healing up and recovered from the fight as they waited for the results and discuss some things.

"So, you guys are from a world of ducks?" Anne asked curious about the visitors that came to traverse town. Since she has been on a world filled with frogs it wouldn't be out there for world filled with ducks, raccoons and other life that some would have considered just animals.

"Hmm, not all of them are ducks, we have other kinds as well." Dewey said chilling out with Anne while his brothers did the same with the others.

"Oh, like peacocks, falcons and stuff. That's cool. But how did you guys get here?" Anne asked what is considered a big question for her and others.

"Yeah, I'm still not able to process this as much as well. Believe it or not, my uncle is some court wizard that has traveled worlds but has kept this a secret from his family and all that." Dewey said cringing a bit since learning about his mother has been one rollarcoster ride as of late. The only thing missing is the truth of what happen to his mother and how she's disappeared or possibly dead. Learning of your uncle that has lied about himself for many years isn't something to scoff at either as this was a bit too much, yet being his normal self is all Dewey can do for the time being.

"Your uncle?" Anne wasn't sure which one she means, Dewey pointed towards Donald who is talking with Scrooge and Leon together.

"Gotta say, I thought we at least encounter some aliens or different creatures while in space. Although I don't know why there are many humans Doanld calls you guys." Dewey questioned about the state of the universe or galaxy in this case about how many human worlds exist and how there are similar to each other.

"Well, I can't really say. I just learned there is a world full of frogs by some music box that teleported me there. Then when the world is taken by Darkness I'm now here with new friends." Anne shortly explained her situation, not really wanting to discuss the matter.

"Oh, ah sorry to hear that. Guess that must have been crazy." Dewey gave his sympathy towards Anne.

"Yeah Dude." Anne replied kind of getting used to this madness.

As for the others, Wendy and Louie are laying around without saying much. Maybe some exchange of words but they seem to get one another easily, since they act similar to one another. Others that are resting are simply healing. Star along with Luz are next to Kairi trying to figure out the keyblade and giving some tips about magic since it was obvious that Kairi didn't know how to swing a sword. Even if she doesn't, they can at least teach magic since that's probably the only thing keeping them alive.

As for Huey and Webby they are exploring the house and looking up some books Merlin offered to them, happy to see children still wanting to learn no matter the world and era of time. Fairy God Mothers is also with the two to at least explain any magical questions that seems confusing. While Huey doesn't believe in magic he can accept it exist thanks to knowing about Donald being a court magicain.

"So, that's the situation." Scrooge said as he along with Donald, Ms. Beakley, Launchpad, and Goofy are talking to Leon, Aerith, Yuffie and Cid about the situation.

"That's right, but we're having a problem with the last part." Leon explained along with his friends about everything that is going on. About the heartless spreading to worlds, his home world filled with people responsible for the destruction of many worlds and his home. Including the plan and idea what was supposed to happen, but with the keyblade appearing and disappearing at random times it seems that last part maybe a problem.

"But why you need the keyblade when you can just take out the leaders and be done with it?" Ms. Beakley found it simpler to just take out the head of the snake instead of just wasting resources on something like the keyblade to help when your capable of doing things yourself.

"That's not how it works. Even video games show there is a meaning for magical items." Launchpad put his two cents in finding this very similar to the media on their home world.

"I don't know what you're saying about video games, but the big guy is right on needing magical item like the keyblade." Yuffie agreed with Launchpad even if the video game term didn't make sense.

"The Keyblade is what destroys the creatures of darkness. To invade the home of the heartless leaders without the keyblade is similar to walking into dark alleyways." Aerith said.

"Oh great, magical problem." Scrooge receive many looks from this group, more so from the McDucks, "Hey don't get me wrong, as much as I enjoy adventures the idea of magical items as solving our problems just feels cheap and completely ridiculous from the sounds of it. It's like saying Magica is the only one that can save the world."

"Magica?" Leon questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"It's just somebody I knew, but you get what I'm saying. Surely we're enough to fight off the heartless and beat those villains down." Scrooge said with confidence.

"As much as I like to say good determination is enough. It's also that thinking why we were beaten easily. Maleficent and her allies had expected us or intruders to invade the world. We stood no chance against the heartless and them together." Cid knew from firsthand experience along with everyone that has gathered here.

"But how will we find them if they keep moving from one place to another?" Donald questioned having listen in from what they had to say including the plan, but from what they hear it sounds like there will be complication along the way.

"Wasn't going to be easy, but with the keyblade you should have some guidance as to where you go and where you need to find them. At least... that's the idea." Leon looked towards Kairi and found this situation frustrating yes, he was hoping for a chance to fight back against the heartless, but if the keyblade isn't working he'll look for another way or somebody else mostly. Still, he wouldn't blame Kairi, she's unaware and has no idea what's happening until now.

"Well why don't we help there Kairi and help with this plan." Goofy said gaining everyone's attention, "No one said that only the keyblade has to be by themselves. So, why don't we help together. Besides, I think Kairi needs a friend right now." Everyone looked towards Kairi and agreed she needs people now more than ever with all much has changed in one moment. As they continue to talk some that overheard like Lena along with Magica still hidden couldn't help smirking. So, much has been told and she will soon have the knowledge to control the heartless. Although admittedly she never would have to experience this much adventuring since this is beneath her.

"So, you're from a world of talking birds and stuff?" Molly is trying to understand the world Lena came from. But is still confused about it, Lena has been hanging out with possible the most normal people in this crazy group. That and she hasn't been with this many people before in since... awhile now.

"And your world is filled with hairless apes that might as well be naked." Lena comment about how weird their world and the people.

"I would have found it offenses if it wasn't for the craziness that we're doing with. More so than my brothers would do every day." Candace couldn't help feeling how normal her life was compared to now. Sure, she had some normalcy since arriving on Traverse Town. But her real normalcy would have been back home if the world wasn't fallen to darkness.

"Ah brothers, they drive anyone crazy right." Molly can understand how Candace feels since she has one but loves him regardless of his actions and faults.

"If you mean somehow building spaceships, singing in concerts, driving race cars every day in summer and somehow things go back to normal as your mother never realizes how insane my brothers are then yes, they drive you crazy." Both Molly and Lena looked at Candace feeling worried and oddly strange from the details.

"That seems oddly specific." Lena comments.

"Because it is, I mean if they wanted to, they could probably build themselves a keyblade or teleportation device from one world to another if it was fun for them. And yet somehow mom never sees what they built as if nothing happens." Candace said in her most frustrated way. Although considering how everything is happening, she would rather feel this over depression.

"Huh, guess every family is different." Molly comments finding that strange and exciting to have brothers that build crazy things.

"So, quick question. You two are probably feeling out of place among everyone here. Why were you guys fighting that giant heartless thing?" Lena couldn't help seeing how these two out of everyone are probably the odd girls out from the group. Mostly because they seemed like your typical girls that like to hang out and gossip. Molly and Candace got quiet after asking this as they didn't have the words to say at the moment.

"W-Well it wasn't like... we wanted to do all this fighting... but-" Molly didn't find the words, but Candace helps out since she knew what Molly is feeling.

"It's because they are our friends." Candace finished for Molly and continued, "When we landed on this world some time ago, all of us were lost and confused by what has happen. I don't know how the others handled what happen, but I was ready to break down into pieces. If it wasn't for Aerith, I don't know where I be now. It helped when Molly, Wendy and Anne help me out feeling the same experience. I guess if there was one thing both of us don't want is to lose others again." As Candace explained Lena can understand how they feel. When it came to her Aunt Magica it was a feeling of not wanting to lose her first friend. Sure, it may feel like she's only doing this for some evil scheme, yet deep down she truly felt something for having Webby as her friend.

"I get it. Sorry I asked." Lena Apologize seeing how these two are struggling to even talk about it.

"No it's okay. It's just something we're not used too. I mean darkness consuming worlds, monsters made from darkness. That's some fantasy I would rather watch on tv or read instead of... this." Molly stated how she feels about the situation.

"I can understand that, can get a little crazy but if you're willing can find something cool around the corner." Lena said smiling.

Everyone continued to talk and discuss some things Luz and Star continued to watch Merlin use his magic but in silence. At the same time had some small chat about the magic they used and other things. Luz found Star's life exciting and wanted to hear more about it, Star asked the same but is curious about her life outside of the boiling isles. Yet that topic wasn't easy to discuss. Not that Luz didn't want to talk about it, more so she didn't feel it was exciting or great as memories of her growing up on her home world wasn't pleasant. When hearing small details Star wondered if this was more so personal or something else.

After much as passed Merlin finished his work and had some thoughts about his discovery but came with a terrible conclusion to what is happening.

"Oh Dear, this is quite serious." Merlin said after he's able to examine the keyblade belonging to Kairi. What he found... wasn't good at all.

"What seems to be the problem?" Star asked concern about Kairi and what magical implications can happen. She should know, in her dimension magical problems can be serious from time to time.

"It's the keyblade not Kairi to be specific. From what I can understand the keyblade in question is indeed belong to Sora as Kairi mention. Yet the problem isn't that it's not how Kairi obtain the keyblade, but the state of said keyblade. From what I'm seeing by this keyblade is that while Kairi can wield it, the ownership of this particular weapon still belongs to Sora. Yet what is puzzling is that Kairi now has powers that was never hers to begin with. In short, the Keyblade is a weapon being borrowed until it returns to the rightful owner. This means that Kairi for the time being is given access as chosen keyblade wielder." Merlin explained what could be describe as borrowing someone else's stuff.

"That's... odd." Luz said finding this situation to be unique.

"This hasn't been heard of before, unless you guys can add something to this?" Leon asked Donald and Goofy specifically since their king is a keyblade wielder.

"I don't think so, this is new. I don't even think the King even knows about this." Donald admits this is rare even for them.

"So, if Kairi isn't supposed to be the keyblade wielder, then where is this Sora person?" Launchpad asked what everyone is thinking about.

"Well, if we follow the logic about the worlds being taken by darkness and people that survive end up here, then..." Huey didn't want to say as he wanted to at least be the duck that gives good news instead of bad considering what has been happening as of late.

"Just throwing this in there, but could have this Sora guy have ended up in some other world outside of here?" Louie suggested since this sounds like something that could happen.

"The chances of that is rare, but not impossible. If it were to happen the world would have to open themselves to other visitors from other worlds. Afterall this world allows survivors of their world to stay here." Leon stated as this is something that could or couldn't happen.

"But if Sora does own that keyblade, why does Kairi have it?" Aerith asked what everyone is thinking.

"In whatever case, this means that the keyblade now belongs to Kairi. But from what I can understand it seems to not accept Kairi as the chosen wielder. This can be interpreted as Kairi given the powers of the keyblade, but isn't the right person to wield its power. I'm afraid this isn't something easily fixed, unless the original owner is to appear we can't be too sure if Kairi can use the keyblade the way it should be used." Merlin explained, this left them wondering how this happen so easily and why did Kairi of all people get chosen. From some of their perspective Kairi doesn't know how to wield a sword or even how to fight, but even if she did this was much for one person.

"Oh boy, it seems bad news just don't stop." Star comments unable to see the good side of things as of now.

"Not to mentions the lass has no concept of swordsmanship." Scrooge pointed out as some glared at him for his bluntness, "What it's true."

"Then why not give that keyblade to someone else? Maybe someone who knows what they are doing?" Wendy suggested mostly to Merlin since he's the expert on magic.

"That's not how it works. But even then, when describing how the keyblade never appeared, I fear if transferring the wielder to another did somehow happen. The keyblade could be lost and destroyed forever. Even worse, the keyblade is given form when the strength of hearts appears within a person. That being if somehow destroyed, I fear what will happen." Merlin explained as this became clear that this was something they need to tread carefully.

"You don't have too." Kairi finally spoke as she had everyone's attention on her.

"Because I will fight those heartless and help restore the world." Kairi stated as she now made up her mind.

"Are you sure about this? I'm not going to force you when you clearly have no idea what you're doing." Leon stated as he never would want anyone to do anything when they don't want too.

"I'm doing it because I want too." Kairi made herself clear as she didn't want anyone to feel it was forced on her, "After what I saw from those heartless and how not everyone wanted this, I realize that I can't just sit on the sidelines and pretend this didn't happen. Yes, I do want to find Sora and Riku, but that doesn't mean I'll run off when someone needs help. If Sora was here, he wouldn't just stand around doing nothing. Which is why I am helping, because that's what Sora would have done." Kairi said with determination as Kairi knew this was beyond her, but at least she would give her all if this could help them.

"Much as I like your determination, we should at least help you train to be prepared." Leon said what needs to happen.

"Well, what if we help her train as well?" Anne suggested as everyone turn to her, "I mean, let's be real even if Kairi knew how to fight. Why does she have to do it on her own. Can't people help her on this quest to stop the darkness and save the worlds?"

"It's not that easy." Leon cut in as he explained, "As much as we appreciate people willing to help, it doesn't mean anyone can just pick up a weapon and fight. The heartless themselves are numerous and dangerous with each one having one form more powerful than the others. We like at least people that know what they are doing to join in and combat the heartless."

"Okay that's a good point. But even then, I want to help. I know this is something I don't understand, but I have been into fights before and will help Kairi save their worlds from the darkness." Anne said with determination that wasn't seen before.

"Kid, did you remembered what happen when you fought those heartless along with the giant heartless? As much as you guys may know how to fight, when it comes to heartless you either fight with incredible energy or run from them. Those dark creatures will always respond even when defeated because the only way to truly defeat them is to have the keyblade in hand. You most likely will be tired and exhausted before reaching the next world or fight the commander heartless. Can you really fight hordes after horde of heartless without rest if you had to fight for your life?" Cid asked the most serious question of their lives.

Everyone that did fight knew from firsthand that it was a losing battle. But to hear that the only way to truly destroy the heartless is to have the keyblade means that they are really out of depth on this one. Even the McDuck clan felt a chill, mostly the kids as they couldn't imagine fighting hordes after hordes of heartless without end. Even Star who can be argued as the best magical user and fighter among the group couldn't fight on end without some break or small battles. Yet Anne knowing this tighten her fist as she wasn't going to back down.

"I know that this is out of our league. I know that we have no idea what we're doing, but it be worse if anyone who is here knowing this and just left without at least doing something for them. Kairi has no way of fighting and should at least some idea what she's doing. After what I experienced... I'm never going to live with myself if I don't at least do something about it. If there is one chance to even save our world or someone's else... than I'll take it." Many hearings Anne's speech is impressive and amazed by her determination.

"Well count me in, I always wanted to have a magical quest. That and helping Kairi learn magic is something me and Star can do." Luz said offering herself to help.

"Yeah, and she can learn some hand-to-hand combat like Marco did. I'm in." Star also joined in inspired by what Anne said.

"Count me in dudes, should have at least someone watching your back." Wendy said wanting to at least help out.

"Me as well, I may not like fighting or know how to fight. But helping people is something I will do no matter what." Molly said with fires in her eyes.

"You would at least need someone to help you bust those that messed up the worlds, count me in." Candace also said wanting to join as well.

"Ah you lasses shouldn't forget about us." Scrooge said with his family standing beside or behind him, "We live for adventure, and we'll help you lasses along the way. Besides we have a ship."

"Huh, guess everyone is determined." Cid said impressed by this group.

"Splendid, such strength of heart and bonds will help you along this quest. No one should ever face the darkness alone nor anyone should hold the burdens of the light by themselves. For strength in each other and those you share what was makes your light strong." Fairy God Mother said giving encouragement for the anyone that will take on this quest. Leon couldn't help smirk as this wasn't what he's expecting, but deep down is truly grateful for what everyone is doing.

"Alright, then I guess we should get started." Leon said.

"Ah, but not before offering the girls something they can use for combat." Merlin said walking towards the girls and wave to the others to stand together.

"Now... for you girls. I would like to use something that will offer you strength and power for this journey. For the quest ahead, this will be your power to combat the great darkness. Even for Kairi when her keyblade is not available." Merlin said, doing as he instructed, they stood together as he would cast his quiet possibly strongest spell in his knowledge.

"Lightigus, whitgus, heartigus zap! Light that shines, heart of power!" With this magical spell a bright light shines within the house blasted with strong magical power that even Magica screamed for a moment. Yet because of the spells power blinding and possibly deaf to ear everyone they didn't noticed, yet in this moment Magica now knows there are forces too powerful for her to confront. She will have to learn how to harness great dark powers if she was to fight wizards like Merlin someday.

When the lights fade everyone saw the new weapons everyone is presented. But what is strange is the weapons in hand have the same symbol as the mickey mouse is labeled on Donald and Goofy's staff and shield. Kairi had her new sword that help replace her Keyblade when not responding correctly. Star had the staff as she did have experience using magic. Molly had her should that is board and larger than goofy.

(A/N: Think of the first three weapons from Dive into the heart as Dream Sword, Staff and Shield)

As for the others Luz had a bow in hand that is golden along with green strings that seem to shine in the light or glow in the dark, the symbol is place towards where the arrows are placed. Wendy had her Axe in silver with orange handle along with the symbol place at the middle of the twin sided axe blade. Candace has a hammer, mostly a small and surprisingly light instead of heavy in gray metal along with violet handle as the symbol is place at the bottom end of the handle. Anne had Gauntlets for her hands, both being in indigo color along with the symbol over her backhand.

Everyone is amazed by the weapons as the girls examine them.

"Whoa, magical upgrades. But ah I don't know how to use this?" Luz said not sure what about the bow she has in hand.

"What kind of spell did you use Merlin?" Aerith asked unsure about the spell he performed.

"That my dear is quite possible the strongest spell Merlin has had in years. It uses the strength of people's heart that takes form into weapons, this power comes from a deep place beyond what the hearts can be perceive as this power is far deeper than anyone would dare explore. But because their hearts are filled with light this spell is used for those whose light is given form to help them combat the darkness ahead." Fairy God Mother explained as some kind of understand what she means while others aren't too sure about it.

"Oh cool, it's like the tutorial levels where you obtain your first weapon and grow stronger in combat." Launchpad said has been in his RPG mode since this adventure started.

"Man, the day Launchpad somehow is smarter than everyone is really bad times ahead." Louie couldn't help commenting how weird it was Launchpad somehow gets this and is smarter than everyone in the McDuck family.

"These are truly some dangerous times ahead." Ms. Beakley couldn't help agreeing as Launchpad being this smart in anything is a dangerous yet strange times.

"Well, now that you have your weapons. Guess it's time to trained." Leon said but soon some if not half of the group's stomachs are growling from hunger.

"Maybe after we get a quick meal." Anne felt embarrassed being one of those hungry individuals.

Alright hope you guys like this chapter. And before anything I'm completely sorry for not updating for almost a month. When next year comes around, I'm going to work on other stories for that year because honestly, I need to both work on the unfinished stories and ones I began. As for the story, you can probably guess by now that I did combine some of the characters that shouldn't exist in the KH1 story from other games that came later on. But that's just to mix things up. This is a scenario of what if the keyblade wielders are still around like Ventus, Terra, Aqua and Master Eraqus.

For Eraqus I feel if he was in the present time when Sora got his keyblade along with Terra, Aqua and Ventus the story would have been completely different. I can see Master Eraqus would be strict with Sora having the keyblade and his reckless behavior from time to time. That and him being tradition to the anicent ways of the keyblade would have him and Sora buttheads from time to time.

Ventus would be like his twin brother except for the hair and Roxas's story would be different. Aqua and Terra are the older siblings but would react differently with Sora traveling worlds and breaking the world order at times. Aqua would try to reflect more of Eraqus as the Keyblade Master, while Terra would still be strict only for Sora's wellbeing. That along with everything playing out the same way from KH1 combine with Birth by sleep is an interesting scenario.

And now with Ventus, Marluxia, and Larxene are from the Age of Fairy Tales that came into the future. The others could have ended up in the future same way. So, in a way it's creating a different timeline that changes how everything would have ended up. In short you get a new timeline with changes that doesn't have Sora as the main protagonist. Main Cast:

Kairi - Average girl age of 14, has lived most of her life on Destiny Island. Years ago, she is taken from her home world by forces beyond her understanding. This force is known as darkness, consuming the world and never to be seen again until she is found on this world. Now living as resident of the world, she has two best friends Riku and Sora. Yet the friendship is being tested as of yet with Sora chosen by the keyblade and Riku wanting to see worlds only to be left on the island. One night the heartless invaded her world and destroyed everything. Not only that Sora killed by forces he didn't know was attacked as the two are separated by the keyhole blasting open. This led to Kairi somehow obtaining Sora's keyblade now the chosen wielder of the keyblade. Chosen by the Keyblade to life of adventure the situation of how it happened wasn't pleasant or intentional. Yet now burden of responsibility and desire to find her friends. Kairi along with 6 other girls Anne, Luz, Molly, Wendy, Candace, and Star are to venture together with Kairi to help save the worlds and stop the darkness from spreading by taking out the source of darkness.

Traverse Town residents:

Leon - Man with painful past of not only losing his home but friends and family as well from his world being destroyed. When information of his home somehow is restored, he along with others tried to retake their home. But are outnumbered and overpowered by the forces of darkness. Worse is with his home moving from different locations thanks to Maleficent's spell, this made things difficult than before. When asking the keyblade wielders to help reclaim the world, they are rejected because of the traditional teachings of never meddling with other worlds. This made Leon bitter at them as it appears the keyblade wielders wouldn't help nor want to do anything as Leon decided to take things into his own hands. Now planning on gathering as many people as possible with one keyblade wielder to help reclaim their home and hopefully others if they somehow are still around. Yet this wasn't going as planned, but the help of others and McDucks sent by the king will take this adventure and find the source of the darkness to defeat and save the worlds, hopefully.

Aerith - Provider and helper of Leon's small group. She is a kind and gentle person towards her allies and enemies alike. While not a fighter, she can defend herself when necessary. She has mastery of magic to the point of knowing all the magic spells and higher levels of spell that's considered powerful even by Merlin's standards. Like Leon and her friends, they once lived in one world. But it was taken over by the heartless and those that lead the heartless. While she doesn't seem as aggressive as her friends, she is saddened about her world used by those that have taken their home. Despite this tragedy she is someone that thinks of the good and positive instead of the worse and negative thoughts. This has boosted moral and spirits around her including people who have lost their worlds on Traverse Town. She has help Candace get back on her feet including meeting some new friends as those who lose their world is felt affected by the overwhelming lost that happened without warning.

Yuffie - Quite possibly the youngest of the group, she proclaims as the greatest ninja of her world or worlds since her home is no longer around. Young and energetic, she is one of the fighters that help protect Traverse Town from invaders. As part of her ninja skills, she has some abilities of magic but not as strong as the others. Yuffie is usually first and quickest person to get around. Always first to scout ahead even if she wasn't trying. Leaping in great heights along with her large shuriken she can used in battle including her smaller shuriken's that come along with her gear. While she always appears cheerful, she can be childish from certain situation. Despite this Yuffie is reliable when called upon.

Cid - Shop owner of District one and gummi ship mechanic when needed. He's the reason everyone got off the world and made it back to the world. His skills in mechanics and science are indeed impressive since traveling to other worlds takes some great genius intellect. Not the fighter among the group, he does know how to fight in battle when necessary. Sometimes he would use his created inventions since he does create some stuff from time to time. But his preferred weapon of choice is his Bo Staff like how Leon's preferred weapon is a gunblade. While Magic may not be his expertise, he does understand that it's what makes up the galaxy he lives and possibly universe. When anyone needs tech or mechanic support Cid is your man.
