Chapter 2-Let's be villains!
In a random convenience store, a man lazily leaned on his chair with hs feet up on a stool as he watched TV.
"The upcoming hero violante was declared dead after an unknown explosion violently went off in an alleyway completely carbonizing her. Pro hero Snipe says it's impossible to have been a accident and declares whoever committed this terrible crime will pay for it"
"Hero business these days,sheesh…I'm glad I didn't pursue that dream now" He talks to himself before noticing an odd shadow behind him.
"how much?"
"huh?" He turns to see a massive pile of snacks,drinks,sweets, just a lot of food. He looks around but sees no one
"How much sir?" He hears again and sees a hand with money raise itself holding money. The attendant gets up so he can look over the large pile of groceries. Behind it is a short woman,likely a teenager with neck length orange hair wearing a blue bandana, orange aviator jacket with a black bodysuit underneath,brown pants and boots. The man also looked a bit confused by the large spear on her back.
"R-right…sorry kid. That's um,4000 yen" He says,the girl checks her pockets and puts the money on the counter, then patiently waits for him to count it.
"All good here…Tell me kid, are you a hero in training or something? That costume of yours doesn't seem like casual clothes a teenager would wear" he asks, watching as she stuffs all the food into a bag endlessly.
"I'm a villain" She says casually looking up at the man and pulling up a cloth to cover the lower half of her face
"Ah i- wait what?!" He looks at her incredulously.
"Thank you" She just turns away and walks out the door. Seconds after the man furiously taps on his phone "Y-yes police? send heroes immediately there's a villain with a bandana and a spear in my store!"
Outside the store the orange haired girl walks to the side of the road where a large dark skinned man in his late 30s,leaned against a lightpost picking his ear with his pinkie and holding a massive mallet beside him. He was dressed in kingly robes and wore a mix of a crown and beanie with a long blue main coming from beneath it and connecting into a well kept beard,also blue.
"Ah there you are Dee! Finally, I'm starving!" The man says loudly, patting his large belly and wasting no time looking through the teens bag as he starts stuffing his mouth with all the food she bought. Dee just looks around for a bit and silently sits down cross legged beside the man.
"Sir Dedede" Dee says looking up at him, he stops stuffing his mouth to look at her "Wuh is it?" He asks goin back to eating.
"You think it really is smart to announce where we go that we are villains?" She reaches into a smaller bag pulling out a container full of cookies and a juice box.
"Ah of course it is! What better way to make a name as a villain than to announce the exact location you are then beat the heroes they send! ahahaha!" DDD laugh gleefully
"What if thy send all might?" She asks
"That's exactly what I want Dee! I just wished it happened sooner,it's been what? 5 months?"
"Actually has been 10 months sir" She says holding up a umbrella which was covered in soda from the large ma spitting it out in shock
"10 months?! huh, it seems we're not doing as good a job as i thought…" He scratches his chin as Dee just silently looks at him.
"Sir Dedede" Dee breaks the silence
"Yes Dee?" he asks deep in thought.
"We're surrounded" She states nonchalantly
"Wait what?" Dedede opens his eyes and sees about 6 heroes around them.
"Surrender now king Dedede. You are under arrest" One of them says, but the large man just smirks
"Ah, is that so?" He grips his hammer as Dee puts away the container with cookies back on her bag and grabs her spear.
"Bring it!" He smiles
SCENECUT
"All this fodder gets quite annoying you know" Dedede grunts holding his hammer over his shoulder with all the heroes laying on the ground in a pile, alive, but unconscious
"They do seem to like quantity over quality," Dee says, twirling her spear.
"Well my food got destroyed in the battle….fine let's go home dee" The large man says, turning to walk away.
"We have company" Dee says, twirling and throwing her spear at a dust cloud before it's kicked into splinters.
"Oh well,here I thought I could be fast enough" A muscular, rather short woman with dark skin and silver hair smirks as her bunny ears move around.
"Is the number 5 hero," Dee says, pulling another spear.
"Well well now,here i thought today was a boring day" Dedede smirks.
"You've been quite annoying you know that? Hothead number 2 is been nagging over and over, so i just decided to bring you in myself" She cracks her knuckles crouching down.
Dee twirls her spear but Dedede stops her "Nah,let her attack" He says
"You sure?" Dee asks
He just gives her a peace sign and smiles wide,she just nods and jumps back.
"Well bring it easter bunny! Give me my kinder surprise" Dedede says putting onefeet in front of the other and holding his mallet behind him with both hands.
Miruko scoffs " Just for that i'll have to "accidentally" break some ribs" Her legs bulge a bit as she jumps like a rocket towards Dedede. Midway through she kicks off the ground shooting into the air "Lunar fall!" she spins downwards like a silver buzzsaw coming down.
"Here it goes!"Dedede twists the handle causing the back end of his mallet to open up revealing a jet engine and swings upwards at Miruko with all he has. She widens her eyes but doesn't falter as leg meets mallet causing a shockwave to shoot out cracking the ground underneath them. Dedede feels his feet sinking on the ground but he just laughs and Miruko grits her teeth realizing she had no footing
"I won!" The mallet's engine doubles in power and Miruko feels her leg give in,she manages to twist her body to block with her other leg but the impact still carried to much momentum sending the rabbit hero flying right through a billboard and into further down the road. She gasps for air hitting the road and flips herself to her feet,still skidding a few feet back.
"Damn that hurt!" She growls holding her leg
"I think he dislocated my leg,arg!" The sound of bone snapping back into place makes her cringe as she gasps in pain.
"Don't push yourself too far" Says a voice that makes Miruko groan and immediately throw a kick that way but just hitting the air.
"I'm not here to fight you, number 5 hero" A tall, broad shouldered man wearing a cloak and a steel mask says. he gave off a heavy "armored dracula" vibe.
"Hard to do being a vigilante punk knight" She says fully ready for a fight.
"Meta knight" He corrects.
"And if you really wish this fight i recommend not using the bruised leg" He flips his cape showing his armored attire beneath and the sword on his hip.
"Fine,i know i can't win. You got lucky" She says standing down.
"Good choice Miruko. you should get that leg looked at. Dedede doesn't sugar coat" He says walking towards the duo. Miruko just snarls and makes a call.
"It's me. i need a ambulance" She says clearly unhappy.
SCENECUT
"A lot of interesting contestants this year" Nezu says as he and the teacher are in a dark room watching through various screens with teenagers running around and fighting robots,in one of the screens ran around a boy with pink hair and a bandana punching robots.
