Title: Remember Me
Summary: Ginny's thoughts, post-HBP, when Harry leaves to search for the remaining Horcruxes, in the form of a poem.
…
These tears I cry
As you walk away
Are not meant
To cause you pain.
But this parting hurts
More than I
Can ever say
So I won't try.
All I ask
Is that you
Remember me
When you're feeling blue.
Remember me
When you're low,
Or when darkness threatens
To take its hold.
Remember me,
When you're gone,
Sitting by some hearth,
On some lonely morn.
And in return
I have little to give
Just my love, my heart;
And your reason to live.
Let it guide you
Back to me
When this is over,
And you've been set free.
'Til then I'll wait
With candles lit,
With silent tears
And hopes of bliss.
And when you come-
And come you will-
For our love's too true
For you to be led ill.
I'll welcome you
With open arms,
I'll strew your way
With lustrous flowers.
I'll kiss all
Your hurts away
And remain by your side
'Til the end of my days.
'Cause I've given you my heart
So I can never more be
Whole without you,
So hasten home to me.

I realize it's a bit random, but it's the first time in a long time the fancy to write a poem took me, so I thought I SHOULD put it up. Especially since I know that when I'm in the mood, I'm not bad at writing poetry.
I wrote this in my Psych lecture, believe it or not, when I was bored to death by the teacher droning on about Abnormal Psychology. Funny how boredom can breed creativity sometimes. Anyway, it's getting late and I have to go to bed. Please review and tell me what you thought of this. Ta!
