Happy Thanksgiving! This chapter is set after season six!
"Pack your bag, sailor." Mandy announces as she walks through the front door of Jason's apartment.
Jason looks her up and down from his place on the sofa. "And why would I do that?"
Mandy takes a seat next to him. "Because we are going on a little Thanksgiving adventure."
"A Thanksgiving adventure?" Jason asks with a cocked eyebrow.
"Okay." Mandy's signature grin spreads across her face. "I may be over selling it, just a bit."
"Rehoboth?" Jason jokes.
"Better than Rehoboth." Mandy assures him.
"Hmm... and do you mind telling me what you have planned, Miss Ellis?"
Mandy smirks. "Pack warm. Oh, and a suit."
"Are you taking me to a fancy dinner?" Jason grins.
"No, your daughter is." Mandy says matter of factly.
"Wait." Jason narrows his eyes at Mandy. "Are we going to New York for Thanksgiving?"
"We are." Mandy nods.
"Are you telling me you and Emma have been working in cahoots behind my back?"
"Maybe." Mandy grins. "But think about it as two people who love you very much were planning a surprise for you."
"Thank you." Jason leans forward to kiss her. "I appreciate you planning this."
"Wow, the pictures didn't do this hotel justice." Mandy comments as she walks into their hotel room.
"Way to fancy for a pipe hitter like me." Jason jokes.
Mandy moves to stand next to him in front of the floor to the ceiling windows. "But right up my alley."
"And that is what matters." Jason kisses her on the cheek.
Mandy steps in front of him. "I'm glad we have an understanding."
Jason's fingertips dig in her hips, pulling her close. "Thank you. She always visits me."
"You're welcome." Mandy wraps her arms around Jason's neck. "I think it will be good for you to spend time with her in her environment."
"Have I ever told you how smart you are?" Jason chuckles.
"A few times, but more is always appreciated." Mandy grins. She studies him. "What are you thinking?"
"What are we meeting them?" Jason asks while peppering her neck with light kisses.
"We have plenty of time." Mandy answers.
Jason returns his gaze to hers. "Good. Cause, you're going to look hot pressed against this glass while I fuck you."
"Did Jason Hayes just find a place we hadn't had sex against yet?"
"It's those stem cells, I'm firing on all cylinders." Jason laughs.
"I have been incredibly thankful to those treatment." Mandy attaches her lips to his. "In so many ways."
Jason pulls back from her and rips his sweatshirt and t-shirt off. "Me too." He winks.
Mandy watches him take his pants off as she unbuttoned her blouse. Jason reached for her, rolling them down her legs so she could kick them off. "Fuck Jace." She says, admiring the large frame in front of her. Jason closes the gap between them, lifting her, her legs wrapping around his waist before he plunges into her. "Oh, Jason." Mandy moans at the full feeling he provided her.
He pins her between him and the window. "I was right, hot as fuck." She captures his lips in a deep kiss. "Fuck Mandy." Jason groans as they continue to move together. "So, fucking good."
"Damit Jace." Mandy moans breathlessly as the pressure builds in her lower abdomen. A strangled moan escapes her lips as she falls over the edge.
"Fuck." Jason grunts as he follows Mandy over the edge. "Shit." He chuckles as the two collapse in a chair in the corner of the room. "Guess we can check window off the list."
A coy smile spreads across Mandys lips. "Not quite, I think it deserves a few more positions."
"That, Miss Ellis, sounds like a fantastic idea."
Mandy and Jason walk down the street looking for the restaurant Emma had told them to meet her at for dinner. "Now I remember why I never come up here." Jason mumble to Mandy.
"But your amazing daughter." Mandy reminds him.
"I know, and I want to see her, I do, but shit this is a crap ton of people." Jason says lacing his and Mandy fingers together as they walked.
"I mean, you'll probably hate it, but we are going for dinner is super cool. We definitely wouldn't be able to find a place like this in Virginia Beach." Mandy tells him.
"Hmm." Jason thinks. "Are you two taking me to a dinner theater?"
"No Jace." Mandy shakes her head. "Although that sounds like a fantastic idea, and I'll have to remember it for later." The pair walk another block and Mandy stops. "I think this is this place."
"Looks pretty normal." Jason comments as he holds the door open for Mandy to walk through.
"Happy Thanksgiving!" Emma says when Mandy and Jason approach her and Brad. "I'm so happy you guys could make it."
"Happy Thanksgiving." Mandy leans down to hug Emma. "I'm glad we could make the trip too." She turns and gives Brad a quick hug. "Brad."
"Miss Ellis, it is nice to see you again."
"Oh god, please call me Mandy." Mandy chuckles as she watches Brad trying to figure out if that was a good idea or not.
"Hi Dad." Emma says as she reaches out to hug him.
"Hey honey." Jason returns her hug. "It's good to see you."
"How are you, Brad?" Jason extends his hand for Brad to shake.
"Good Sir, glad you and Emma get to spend the holiday together."
"That is a good thing." Jason glances at Emma who is looking at her phone.
"The table is ready." Emma says, turning that direction.
Mandy and Jason fall into stride behind Emma and Brad. "Where is she taking us?" Jason whispers to Mandy.
"To our table." Mandy narrows her eyes at him.
"It's not the TBI, I know that, but..." Jason questions.
"Ah, we are having diner in a yurt." Mandy laughs at his stunned expression.
"A yurt?" Jason repeats.
"It's the cool thing to do Jace."
"This is why I hate the city." Jason grumbles.
"Here we are." Emma announces before ducking into a yurt. "Isn't this adorable."
"It is." Mandy agrees while taking a seat next to Emma. "As much as your dad doesn't agree, I wish we had more places like this in Virginia Beach."
"Oh, I used to think the same thing when I lived there." Emma smiles. "So, I try to take part in as many of this like this I can in the city."
As Jason sits quietly listening to Mandy and Emma, he couldn't help but smile. "Emma, Brad thank you guys for having us. It's great to see you guys." Mand squeezes Jason's hand under the table and leans over and gives him a kiss on the cheek.
