Ginny sat in her room that night holding Metis's book in her hands. She hadn't even opened the book. She was too busy reliving the moment when she saw Draco with Helen. Together. In bed. Ginny suddenly turned her head into her pillow and began to cry.

Unbeknownst to her the door opened and heavy foot steps sounded around the room as a figure clad in black reached her bed. It wasn't until a pale hand came out to stroke her hair did Ginny realize someone was in the room with her. She turned to see Draco standing there. Ginny hastily wiped her tears away.

"What do you want?" Ginny asked defiantly. His hand slipped down to caress her cheek.

"You were crying." he said quietly looking into her eyes. He leaned closer to her. "Do you know that your eyes turn into liquid brown when you're angry-like right now?" he whispered seductively in her ear before placing a small kiss on her earlobe which sent shivers down Ginny's spine.

"Get away!" Ginny hissed angrily and pushed him back. "How-how dare you!" she spluttered. "How dare you touch me after today!"

Draco reached out a hand but Ginny slapped it away. Her eyes were ablaze with fire and her hair spilled about her in a liquid pool of red. Draco thought he'd never seen a more beautiful sight.

"Get out!" Ginny exclaimed tossing her head back which sent a mane of red spilling down her back in waves.

Draco closed his eyes and Ginny noticed smudges under his eyes showing how tired he was. "Please-" he began softly. "-don't do this Ginny." He reached out his hand again. "Don't-"

Ginny swatted his hand away again. "Go to Helen!" she yelled angrily and tears threatened to spill from her magnificent liquid brown eyes. "Go to Helen but for Godsake don't you ever come to me again!" she suddenly stood up looking more composed. "The deals off Draco. Take me home. I don't care if i die. I don't care if i go bloody insane! It's better than having to put up with you and you're whoring!"

Dracos eyes snapped open and he looked at her determinedly. "You can't back out." he told her steadily his eyes as hard as granite. He began to advance on her. "I know you want me Ginny...and if you continue to deny it I'll just have to prove it to you. You can't deny me."

Ginny felt contractual magic flow through her. "Yes I can." she hissed and tried to fight it. Draco pushed her down onto the bed and fell on top of her. Ginny felt that same relief she always felt when he touched her. He began to kiss her neck.

Ginny began to sob. The contractual magic was forcing her to like what he was doing...or was it something more than contractual magic? She didn't know and didn't care...she didn't want to like what he was doing. She suddenly had a vision of Draco doing the same thing to Helen.

"Stop it." she cried. "No. St-stop it!" she felt tears run down her cheeks and Draco lifted his head to kiss them away. A certain calmness began to fill her and that feeling of familiarity with his body engulfed her as she began to give in. She turned soft and willing under him not able to fight both hers and the desire brought on by the agreement.

"Ginny." he whispered with relish as she became pliant under him. Her hands went around his neck. "Ginny...It's been so long..." he moved his hands up her thighs, bringing her robe up with them. "Ginevra." he moaned. Unbidden an image of him and Helen entered her mind. She froze under him. He didn't care about her, he was just pretending to care and she couldn't take it...she felt desire both hers and that brought on by contractual magic but she just couldn't take it. He was acting like he cared. He didn't. He'd probably kissed Helen's neck in the exact way he was kissing hers...he probably ran his hands seductively over her bare thighs exactly as he was doing to her...Ginny suddenly moaned as his hands reached even higher. Her stomach gave a small lurch as his hand went ever higher. Ginny summoned up all the willpower she could and pushed him away slightly. Her eyes were closed but her voice was laced with pain.

"Just get it over with." she gritted out. "There's no need to pretend you care." She hiked her robes up to her waist. "Just go ahead and-and do it." Ginny said angrily feeling like some sort of dirty whore. Her eyes were scrunched up and she had already tensed herself to feel him enter her. Instead she felt a soft caress on her check and her eyes opened. She stared into grey eyes full of hurt.

"Do you think so little of me?" he asked in a suffocating voice. He pushed her robes down. "You think this-" his hand motioned to her body. "-is the only reason I come to you?"

Ginny looked away. Draco groaned and buried his head in her red hair. "I'm-I'm sorry you had to see what you saw today." he said hoarsely. "But I have obligations-."

"I don't recall stopping you from your obligations." Ginny finally lashed out. "The point is you slept with Helen. If she's your obligation then by all means go to her." Ginny said angrily. "But don't come to me." she ended angrily.

"She's nothing but a business arrangement." Draco said in a non-committal manner as he breathed in the scent of her hair.

"And this so-called business arrangement demands you to make love to her." Ginny said scathingly.

"She's not the one I make love to." he said quietly and kissed her cheek. "Think about it." he whispered in her ear before pushing himself off and leaving.

"All there is to think about is that you slept with Helen!" Ginny yelled after his retreating back. Her answer was the shutting of the door. Ginny turned around and punched her pillow...and then burst into tears. She wanted to go home.

Ginny patiently waited as everyone filed out of the potions classroom. Snape's back was to her as he used his wand to erase the blackboard.

"Any reason why you're still here Ms. Weasley?" asked Professor Snape with his back still to her.

"Take me back." Ginny whispered as she approached him, her books clutched to her chest.

Snape turned around with wide eyes.

"Please, please...you can help me. You-you're part of the order." Ginny choked out. "Please help me. Take me back." she felt tears run down her cheeks and reprimanded herself. "I don't want to stay here." Ginny said mournfully. She looked at Snape who in turn was not looking at her. Rather he was looking at something behind her. Ginny turned to see Draco standing in the door way with his arms crossed. There was pin drop silence for one whole minute before Ginny began to walk towards him...and then straight past him. He caught her arm as she passed.

"Go to your room." he muttered. "I want to have a talk with you."

"But I don't want to talk to you!" Ginny yelled as she snatched her arm away and ran towards her next class.

"Dammit, there was nothing in the deal saying i couldn't sleep with other women!" Draco yelled after her angrily. He kicked at the door frame angrily. She wasn't suppose to care...and even if she did...why the hell did he care? Draco inclined his head in defeat...he knew why he cared but he just wasn't ready to admit it yet.

Ginny felt cold fury leap into her heart as Draco's words chased her to her next class. It was only a deal to him...well fine it was only a deal to her too then. She was going to start seeing other guys. There were guys in her class who had been eyeing her lately...well now she was going to encourage them.

"Hi." Ginny said as she sat down next to Codey- a boy with light brown, windblown hair and cool blue eyes. It was an added plus point that Ginny knew he'd been eyeing her lately.

"Hi." he said smiling good naturally at her and both began working on turning their desk into a pig.

Ginny mastered it while Codey was still having trouble.

"I can never get spells like these." Codey said ruefully.

"I could help you." Ginny offered.

Codey looked up at her hopefully. "You could?"

"Sure." said Ginny casually as she stood up. "We can work on it in the evening in the library.

"No, no, no!" Narcissa said sharply as Ginny flicked her fan open for the umpteenth time.

"But you said i was suppose to flick my wrist." Ginny whined as the fan she'd tried to open sailed across the room.

"For heavens sake i said lightly flick! This is not charms class dear girl." Narcissa scoffed. "Opening a fan requires a simple, light, FEMININE flick." she summoned the fan and handed it to Ginny again. "See if you can handle that." she sneered.

Ginny angrily flicked it open but this time it broke in two.

"You're hopeless." Narcissa snapped as she sat down in a chair behind her.

Ginny followed suit as Narcissa carelessly repaired the fan with her wand.

"It's not like I've been doing this from day one." Ginny snapped defensively.

"Pity it is." Narcissa commented as she handed the fan to Ginny. "You would've been quite a catch if you'd been given the proper training...and if you weren't a Weasley." she added with a smirk. Ginny merely rolled her eyes before standing up.

"This lowly Weasley is leaving now." Ginny said coolly."I've got a study date."

Narcissas eyebrows rose. "With who?"

"Oh a boy from class-not that it's any of your business." Ginny said off handedly.

"Does Draco know?" Narcissa asked suspiciously.

"He's not the boss of me." Ginny sneered. "I can do whatever I want without his permission."

She then turned and left. A small smile graced Narcissas features.

"You do just that." Narcissa whispered bemusedly.

Narcissa stood next to the staircase with Helen waiting expectantly for Draco to pass the staircase. Her ears perked when she heard the familiar foot steps of her son down the hall way. In a staged whisper she said "Can you believe the audacity of that Weasley girl?"

"I know what you mean." Helen said disgustedly but her face held a smirk. "She's practically throwing herself at that Codey boy. I don't know who she thinks she's kidding...he's way out of her league."

"I wouldn't be so sure." Narcissa replied nonchalantly. "Did you know that they're together in the library?"

"You don't say!" Helen gasped.

"Doing God knows what... they call it a 'study date.'" Narcissa sniggered.

"What a-" the slamming of the library door echoed throughout the first floor and both women burst into snickers.

Ginny laughed as Codey lazily flicked his wand making her book jump out of her hands and begin shuffling around the desk trying to do a copy of the hokey pokey along with another text book.

"Stop it." Ginny scolded as she flicked her hair behind her shoulders. "We have to study."

"Oh come on." Codey groaned. "I'm tired of studying."

Ginny put her head in her heads. "You know you're brilliant."

Codey raised an eyebrow at her. Ginny blushed. "OK that came out wrong." she said embarrassed. "I mean that you're...smart..in studies...i expected you to be..."

"Stupid." he supplied putting his head in his hands as well and looking Ginny straight in the eyes. Ginny let out a huff of laughter.

"I am." he said grinning devilishly. "It's just that i have an uncanny need to impress you."

That sent Ginny into another bout of laughter which stopped when Draco entered the library with the slamming of the library door.

"What's going on here!" he roared as he walked over to them.

"Um...studying." Ginny supplied in a 'no duh' sort of voice.

"I see." Draco said icily while looking at the two dancing books. His gaze narrowed on Ginny. "Go to your room." he snapped.

Ginny gasped at the indignity of it all. "Now just a minute here Malfoy." she spat out. "You don't control me. Get that straight in your head. I will go to my room when and if i feel like it. You're not my father." she sneered.

"It's my duty to protect you." Draco replied icily.

"From what a pair of dancing books?" Ginny snapped.

"From the likes of him!" Draco roared and pointed at Codey. "You stupid woman do you even know what you're getting yourself into!" he grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her so hard that Ginny's teeth rattled. It was then that he glimpsed a trace of fear in her eyes and let her go.

Warily Ginny backed away...he'd never touched her so violently. She felt...shaken. "It's called studying Draco...you should've tried it while at Hogwarts." her voice shook slightly making Draco feel like the lowest scum of the earth. She thought he was going to strike her.

He let out a weary sigh and Ginny again noticed how tired he looked. "Ginny." he breathed and reached out to touch her.

"Don't." said Ginny dodging his hand. Her voice was oddly flat. "Just don't." She picked up her bag and left barely glancing at her book which was still doing an odd rendition of the hokey pokey.

Draco sighed wearily wondering what the hell he was going to do and how he was going to sort this problem out. He turned to Codey. "You hurt her and I swear you'll pay."

"Hey." Codey said defensively holding up his hands. "I was just studying with her. Why the hell would I want to hurt her?"

"I mean it." Draco said through gritted teeth. "If you try ANYTHING-"

"I won't." Codey cut in innocently with wide indignant eyes in which there was a small gleam of hidden malice. "Why would I-"

"Dammit stop playing innocent!" Draco growled and punched the table upsetting the dancing books. "You know what I mean. If you do anything i swear you'll be out of here before you can say pure-blood!"

Codey merely snickered and left. It was then that Draco collapsed onto the library floor.

"Draco." An oddly irritating voice crooned and Draco groaned as he felt himself coming into consciousness. "Draco." the voice crooned again and this time Draco let out a groan of annoyance.

"Go away." he moaned. He was not in the mood to deal with Helen.

"Oh my poor Draco." Helen said sweetly and Draco felt her hands slide up his arms. Draco opened his eyes and looked into her eyes.

"Get her out of here!" Draco yelled. Two deatheaters were by Helen's side at once.

"b-but-" she stuttered as she was led out the door. Draco let out a sigh of relief when he heard the door close.

"What happened?" Draco asked his father.

"You're being overworked." Lucius snapped. "Your nightly patrols are taking their toll on you. I sometimes wonder how I could have produced such a weakling." Lucius said angrily. "You should try to get some sleep during the day but you're always busy with more-" his lip curled and he glanced at the door from where Helen had left. "-'important matters'"

Draco tried to sit up but Dr. Whitticomb suddenly entered the room and made him lay still. He was the family medi-wizard with graying hair and shrewd yet kind eyes. "You need to take a break my boy. Here drink up."

A foul smelling potion was shoved down Draco's throat.

"What?" Ginny asked looking up from her book.

Blaise nodded. "Collapsed right after you left the library."

"Where is he?" Ginny asked standing up. Her heart was pounding and she felt guilt overwhelm her. Was it because of her that he had collapsed? Ginny remembered the shadows under his eyes and felt her heart contract.

"Keep her out of here." Draco implored Pansy as he heard Helen knocking on the door. "Tell her I've died...anything...I don't want to see her."

"What are YOU doing here?" Helen's shrill voice suddenly shrieked making Draco cringe and then he heard a new voice that soothed his nerves despite its vindictiveness.

"I've come to see Draco so if you don't mind-" Ginny began angrily.

"Oh but I do mind!" Helen yelled. "I'm his-"

"Ginny!" Pansy exclaimed suddenly opening the door. "Come in,come in." she ushered Ginny in and quickly shut the door in Helen's face.

"Draco I won't allow it!" Helen shrieked. "I've allowed it so far...I've been lenient enough but I won't take it anymore! Do you hear me! I won't! You let that whore in but you won't let your-"

Pansy's silencing charm wiped out the rest of Helen's words. "I'll go see to her." Pansy mumbled as Helen began banging on the door.

Ginny giggled as Pansy shut the door behind her and then looked at Draco somberly.

"I'm sorry." Ginny whispered looking at him.

"For what?" Draco asked surprised.

"For-for making you collapse." Ginny replied so sincerely that Draco began to laugh.

"You didn't make me collapse." he snickered. "It takes more than some slip of a girl to make me collapse."

"But-but if i hadn't gotten you angry you wouldn't have over exerted yourself and-"

"And collapsed anyway." Draco said reasonably. "Nightly patrols and no sleep have that effect." he said and winked roguishly at her. "Not young girls."

Ginny felt herself go hot with embarrassment. She turned to leave but Draco suddenly clasped onto her wrist. Ginny turned and he tugged her towards him so that Ginny was sitting on the bed across from him.

"Thank you." Draco said tenderly.

"For what?" Ginny asked as she felt his hand caress her cheek.

"For coming to see me." Draco whispered before leaning in to kiss her tenderly. He pulled away from her and something like defeat with a hint of happiness entered his eyes as he regarded her.

He decided that now was as good a time as any to tell her.

"Ginny I-"

The door banged open and Ginny suddenly stood up. She turned to see a fuming Helen.

"Draco I won't have it!" she screeched Narcissa stood behind her smirking.

"Come on." Pansy whispered in Ginny's ear. "I think we better get out of here." And though Ginny would've liked to stay, she was guided forcefully out of the room by Pansy.

Inside Helen was screaming at Draco.

Narcissa smirked and said. "I told you that she wouldn't let this go on for long." She was obviously referring to the conversation they'd had when he had emerged from Ginny's room a few nights ago.

"Fine then it's over!" Draco snapped looking at Helen. "You don't like it then tough luck." The care free demeanor he'd had when Ginny was with him was gone now. In it's place stood the cold, uncaring man everyone knew. "Now get out of my room." he snarled.

Helen suddenly turned pale. It took a minute for her to compose herself and when she did she rushed to Draco's side.

"I don't mind that much." Helen conceded as she stroked Draco's arm affectionately. "It's just that you know how terribly jealous I can get." she fluttered her eyelashes.

Draco resisted the urge to vomit on her.

"I'd like to go to Malfoy castle and have a look at it." Ginny explained to Blaise.

"I'll contact the caretaker and we'll arrange a time." he replied. "Draco's suppose to meet me here in a few minutes so I'll tell him about your plans."

"What plans?" Draco asked startling the two as he unexpectedly appeared infront of them.

"Ginny wants to go see Malfoy Castle." Blaise said not looking up from the parchment he was reading.

Draco glanced at Ginny who was looking down at her hands. He sat down beside her and put his finger under her chin.

"What would you do if i said no?" he asked teasingly as he brought her chin up to stare into her eyes. Blaise stared at Draco disbelievingly. His cold mask had slipped away and this time quite deliberately. He was purposefully being open and warm towards Ginny. 'What's gotten into the bloke?' Blaise thought as he observed his best friend interestedly.

Ginny stared at Draco defiantly. "I'd go anyway."

Draco chuckled at the ire in her eyes. "That's my girl."

Ginny pulled her chin away from his grasp. "I am not your girl." Ginny exclaimed angrily and stood up to leave.

"Still upset over Helen?" he asked carelessly and stared at her through teasing grey eyes.

"Why should I be upset?" Ginny asked angrily as she fastened her cloak. "It's none of my business what you do. Besides-" Ginny bit out scathingly. "-there was nothing in the deal saying you couldn't sleep with other women...and there was nothing in the deal saying i couldn't either." she added triumphantly before stalking off.

Just before she opened the door to leave the library she felt Draco's hand clamp down upon her upper arm.

"Just who-" he began in a deathly whisper in her ear. "-have you been sleeping with."

Ginny felt a sense of foreboding and tried to say nonchalantly. "No one but that doesn't mean I won't." she added hastily as she felt his grip loosen.

Draco chuckled softly. "Trying to make me jealous now Weasley?"

Ginny's eyebrows furrowed together. Now she knew that something was seriously wrong. Malfoy admitting he was jealous? What had gotten into him? Ginny turned to face him.

"What's going on Malfoy?" she asked warily. "Why are you acting...so different."

"Different?" Draco asked teasingly.

"You...seem..." Ginny trailed off. He was acting like the old Draco. The Draco she'd known so long ago. The Draco she'd thought to be lost to her..."Nothing." Ginny said shaking her head unaware of Draco's lips making a beeline for her ear. She let out a gasp when she felt him nibbling on it.

"We-are-in-the-library." Ginny said jerkingly as she tried to push him away. Draco chuckled into her ear.

"Lets go somewhere else then." he replied huskily.

Ginny gave a mighty push which made him back off slightly. "I think you have Helen for that." Ginny replied scathingly before turning on her heel and leaving.

"I'll see you in an hour or so." he called after her. "Don't think I'm letting yo go so easily Weasley." he called teasingly.

Ginny ignored him and went on walking. She bumped into Codey on the way.

"Hey where's the fire?" he joked as he grabbed her waist to prevent her from falling.

"Hopefully up Malfoys arse." Ginny bit out and then gave him a rueful smile. "Sorry i just had a disagreement with him." she explained.

"No apologies needed. " Codey said grinning and then went on. "Would you mind helping me with a few transfiguration spells?"

"No, not at all." Ginny said graciously.

"Shall we go to the library then?" he prompted.

Ginny looked back at the library door and bit her lip before making her decision. "Better not." she said. "Let's go to my room."

She walked ahead of him missing the sudden gleam in his eyes.

Ginny felt as if some personal space of hers was being violated. Codey was sitting waayyyy too close to her on the bed and his eyes looked at her as if they were undressing her. They didn't create that warm tingly feeling Draco's eyes did though. No, they created something far more sinister and heart gripping. She felt fear. Though she had no idea why. It wasn't as if he was doing anything wrong. 'Scratch that.' Ginny decided as she pushed his hand away from her knee for the third time. He was doing EVERYTHING wrong.

"Um, I think that's enough for today." Ginny said warily as she shut the book. She made a mental note to have Shelly in here with her next time he came for a study session.

"If you say so." Codey muttered and put his hand on her arm. "Thanks for helping me out today." he said smiling sincerely at her.

Ginny turned her head to face him and realized their faces were just inches away. "I-Y-You're welcome." Ginny stuttered and gulped.

Codey smiled as his thumb began to make small circles on her arm. "Why do you seem so nervous?"

Ginny tried to get up but his hold on her tightened to the brink of pain. "I'm not nervous." Ginny muttered looked down into her lap. Her hair fell around her face and she felt him move it behind her ears. He then kissed her cheek which sent tremors down Ginny's spine...and NOT the good kind. She felt as if she was doing something utterly wrong. Ginny tried to pull free but she realized that he'd pinned her down with both his hands on both her shoulders. He leaned in to kiss her on the lips but Ginny turned her head so that his lips landed against her ear. She felt his breath on her ear as he chuckled.

"Calm down." he whispered as his left hand went up her shoulder and then down...down to the clasp of her robe.

Ginny suddenly made to get up but he pulled her into his arms. She struggled and he tried to roll her onto her back so that he could pin her beneath him but Ginny had already been sitting on the edge of the bed so both landed on the ground with a thump. Ginny felt the breath get knocked out of her as she landed on her back with Codey on top of her. She struggled hysterically as he tried to subdue her. His right hand tried to pull her robe of her shoulder. He failed and instead of pulling the robe down he ripped it. It was as if Ginny's brain suddenly shut down. All she could do was lay stock still under him as he lowered his head to her shoulder and bit down hard. Ginny wanted to scream. She wanted to struggle but her body just wouldn't function. His left hand succeeded in opening the clasp of her robe and it slipped under to grab her left breast. The intimate touch brought her senses into painful reality and she bucked violently under him.

"No!" Ginny yelled and suddenly a white light shot out from her heart smack dab into the middle of his chest, sending him flying backward into the wall beside the door. Ginny sat up wide eyes in shock unable to believe what had just happened and that was how Draco found her when he banged the door open, red in the face from running when he'd heard her heart piercing scream 'No'. He registered the wide eyed, startled witch sitting upright from shock with the front of her robes undone, the reddish bite mark on her bare shoulder where her robe had been ripped and her robe hiked upto mid thigh. Upon seeing him Ginny burst into tears.

He cursed as he ran towards her, taking his cloak off. Reaching her he draped his cloak over her and scooped her up in his arms.

"Are you OK?" he asked earnestly as he sat down on the bed with her in his lap. Ginny didn't resist his touch this time-she welcomed it and clung to him as if he were her lifeline. She wordlessly pointed towards Codey who was now realizing what had just happened.

. Draco looked at him and felt anger seeping into him. He snapped his fingers and two Deatheaters that had obviously been standing in the open doorway with invisibility charms on appeared.

"Get him out of my sight." Draco spat. "I'll see to him later." The Deatheaters bowed and grabbed him by his arms.

"This isn't over!" he snarled as the Deatheaters led him away. "You're just lucky your boyfriend got her in time otherwise i would've-" his words were drowned out by the slamming of the door.

"Shhh It's OK" Draco whispered into her hair as she sobbed against him still shaken up over what had happened.

"H-he ripped my robe." she sobbed pathetically.

"I'll get you a new one." Draco mumbled into her ear.

"H-he crumpled up my homework." Ginny added pointing to the now crumpled and slightly ripped parchment which had been ruined due to the fact that Ginny had been pinned ontop of it while she'd been struggling.

"I'll help you re-do it." Draco mumbled against her ear, his eyes closed so Ginny wouldn't see the pain in them.

"He tr-tried to rape me!" Ginny burst out and her sobbing doubled.

"I'll help you forget." Draco replied as he reverently settled her down on the bed and kissed her.

Ginny arched under him. "Help me forget." she whispered agreeably into his ear. She grabbed his hand and brought it to her left breast. "Touch me here." she whispered against him. "Please...erase his touch from me." she arched against him and Draco groaned as he complied with her request.

"A-and kiss me here." she said breathlessly pointing towards her shoulder. Draco gently kissed at the red spot on her shoulder and ran his tongue over it before he began to suckle it. Ginny's groans urged him on and he moved his mouth over her neck and upto her lips.

"D-don't deny me Ginny." he whispered, his lips inches from hers. "Stop me now if you must...I'll stop now...but I won't stop later on."

"Don't-" Ginny panted against him and felt him tense ontop of her. "D-don't stop." she managed to breath out and arched against him. Contractual magic flooded her veins. As Draco kissed her, in the back of her mind Ginny found it a bit disconcerting that Draco never had sex with her without using contractual magic. Didn't he know that half the time he didn't NEED to use it? But that thought was soon dismissed as Draco brought her mind to more important matters.

It was pure bliss for Ginny. She'd missed him so much...she'd missed this with him so much...and when he entered her she felt complete.

Ginny rested her head on Draco's chest and looked up at him. Both were still breathing hard and had flushed faces. He rumpled her hair affectionately.

"Are you OK?" he asked tenderly.

Ginny nodded and then looked away. She couldn't believe she'd just done what she'd done...he was with Helen for Godsake...

Draco put his finger under her chin and brought it up to meet his gaze. "It's you i care about." he said gently and kissed her on the lips. "Remember that." he added before getting out of bed. Ginny suddenly reverted her eyes from his naked form as he dressed. Draco chuckled.

"What's the matter Weasley?" he asked teasingly. "It's nothing you haven't already seen."

Ginny merely blushed and groped around trying to find her clothing without letting her sheet fall from her naked form.

"Come to think of it." Draco said coming to stand behind her as she gathered her clothes with one hand and clutched her sheet with the other. "That's nothing I haven't seen either." and he pulled the sheet away from her in one swift movement. Ginny gave a shriek and turned to glare at him. Draco whistled appreciatively as his eyes traveled over her form. He winked at her.

"Oh shut up." Ginny snapped. "It's nothing you haven't seen already so don't act so surprised." she stated angrily and made a beeline for the washroom. She felt Draco slap at her bum lightly and let out an outraged gasp. "Draco!" she yelled and turned around ready to do bodily harm to him but when she turned the door to her room was already clicking shut as he ran for his life. Ginny laughed and went into the washroom to take a shower.

When she emerged a ring of white gold and a single pearl on it welcomed her arrival. Ginny felt a smile tug her lips as she picked it up off her dresser. There was still something nagging at the back of her mind about his odd habit of giving her jewelry everytime he had sex with her but Ginny pushed it out of her mind. She slipped it on before combing her wet hair. The door opened and Ginny saw Draco enter from her mirror. He grinned as he saw the ring glint on her finger.

"You like it?" he asked as he shut the door behind him. Ginny unconsciously tightened the belt of her bathrobe before smiling at him.

"So what brings you here?" Ginny asked non comittally as she put her brush down.

Draco shrugged as he looked at her. "Come here." he said finally. Ginny turned to face him and he pulled her into his arms. Ginny was suddenly confused by this display of affection...did he want to have sex again? But contractual magic wasn't going through her...

"I kicked him out of here." Draco mumbled into her wet hair. He tightened his hold on her.

Ginny pulled back slightly to stare at him. He on the other hand was staring at her shoulder where faint bite marks were still visible. He pushed the shoulder of her bathrobe down slightly and kissed at the faint bite marks.

"I'm sorry." Draco mumbled against her shoulder. "It's my fault...you're under my protection. I-I let you down...I could've done something-"

"You could've done nothing Draco." Ginny finally said. "And-and nothing happened. Even if I hadn't been able to stop him...you would've come in time-"

"What if I hadn't decided to come and talk to you at all?" Draco asked fervently. "I-" he stopped suddenly and his eyes clouded over. Ginny rubbed his back.

"I'm OK now." Ginny assured as her hand ran up his spine soothingly. Draco bent his head to kiss ear and then he pulled away to stare at her tenderly.

"I love you."

The words reverbeated firmly through the room in Draco's strong resonant voice. Ginny stared dumbfounded into his eyes which gazed down at her tenderly.

"What?" Ginny breathed wanting to desperately hear those very same words again.

"I love you." Draco said enunciating every syllable as he drew his lips nearer to hers. "Now hush so I can kiss you."

But just before he did Blaise entered the room making Ginny leap away from Draco guiltily.

"There's been a-a-" he glanced uncertainly towards Ginny before completing his sentence. "-a-rebellion." he finally ended.

Draco's eyes widened with alarm and he left Ginny's room with Blaise following behind.

'A rebellion?' Ginny thought to herself. 'What sort of rebellion...' and her eyes lit up with hope that maybe this had something to do with The Order.

A/N: Helloooosss pple. ALl praise me for updaing before summer..lol. Oh and i hope everyone liked this chapter...more D/G action in the upcoming chappies as well. See i TOLD you all that id have them get together soon! But be warned it's not easy sailing for the two from here on out. There are many more hurdles that both will have to overcome. Anyway next update will be i dunno when. Maybe i'll be able to post one around christmas so check around then. If not then expect either an update in february or June...and plzz REVIEW! Im getting the feeling that not many pple read this fic...its a bit discouraging really...ive gotta have SOME incentive to update sooner! lol
