Filler Chapter, the girls spend time with Riley and Athena out and about, while Holly and Alice spend more time together (;

I sat on the couch across from Holly. Aoife curled at my feet, panting heavily from the run she'd just taken herself on.

"At least I don't have to take you for a morning run today," I said as I leaned down and stroked her head lightly.

"Will someone tell me what's going on?" Holly asked.

I sat up straighter and smiled thankfully as Tori handed me a coffee. "Thanks, babe." I sat back a little, leaning against the couch. "So, someone has been stalking Tori and I, and apparently, Robbie-"

"Is that the weird puppet kid?"

"That's him. Aoife and Tori saw him. Aoife took off after him, hence the barking. David came and got me to help get Aoife back. I didn't know that she was after Robbie until I tried to pull her off his body."

Tori leaned into my side and I wrapped my arm around her, kissing the top of her head. "Robbie was taking photos of us, and we think more people are doing it."

"As we were walking back, Jade got a notification, a photo of dad arresting Robbie and a post about what had happened, taken from what looked like it was across the road from where we were standing," Tori said as she grabbed my phone from the coffee table and unlocked it, showing the screen to Holly.

Tori's mother frowned and shook her head. "And David knows of this?" She asked.

I shook my head. "He doesn't know about this image or all the other posts about us, but he knows that Robbie had been taking photos of us. Babe, here," I held my hand out and Tori passed my phone back to me. I loaded up my messages and showed them to her and her mother. "I sent the photos of us to myself when I had his phone," I explained.

"Is that… You two and Athena? Gosh, if it wasn't such a creepy circumstance, it would be a cute photo of the three of you," Holly said.

I nodded. "I know, I love it. I will also love making Robbie pay for this, and find out whoever else is taking photos of us as well."

"This boy… Do you think he and whoever else is taking the photos is stalking you?"

I nodded. "There are photos of myself and Riley, photos of us out on dates, some of us going home, or here, or just in the car. It's not okay, especially if we're going to babysit Athena for you, or if we're with Riley. Taking photos of us is one thing but with them? Not okay."

Tori stroked a hand over my thigh. "We'll figure it out, Jade. Whoever is doing it, they'll be in prison for taking the photos of us, okay?"

My phone started ringing and I picked it back up from where Tori sat it on her lap, frowning. "It's mum, I gotta get it. I left her a note last night about what happened but I guess due to the time she didn't get it this morning."

I stood, setting my half-finished coffee down before accepting the call as I stepped past them and made my way out the back door, Aoife jumped up and followed me before I shut the door.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Jade, is everything okay? How're things with Athena and Holly?"

I chuckled lightly, shaking my head. "Mum, they're fine. I promise. I sang Athena to sleep when we got here, she slept between Tori and me last night, and then, oh hey, this morning, Robbie was taking photos of us, and as Holly said, if one of them wasn't so creepy of a reason to have it taken, it would make a cute photo of Tori, Athena and I."

"Robbie is the one taking photos of you two and posting them on The Slap?"

"One of them apparently."

"One of them?"

"Yeah, I'll tell you all about it later. Hey, did you get-"

"Tori's present? Yes, of course. When will you two be home?"

"I think later today, but I'll ask Tori when she wants to come home. I'll text you what I know though, okay?"

"Alright, hey, ask her if-"

"I know, I know. Find out what her-"

"Jade, what do you want for breakfast?"

I turned and smiled at Tori. "Mum, I'll call you back, or text you. Gonna grab some breakfast with Tori."

"Alright, we'll talk later."

I ended the call, putting my phone into my pocket before moving closer to Tori. "Sorry, babe. Why don't we find some clothes and shower and I take you out for breakfast, huh? Pancakes? Waffles? Sausage? Whatever you want."

Tori smiled, leaning in to kiss me. I cupped the back of her neck and her cheek, nipping at her lower lip.

"You really are the best wife, you know?"

"Mm, I know, Vega, I know. Now, let's go shower and get some food before your stomach decides to eat you from the inside."

"Jade, what if we invite mum? She's practically been cooped up for a month with Athena."

I smiled, pressing a kiss to the tip of Tori's nose. "I think that's a good idea."

"And your mum too?"

I squinted a little, eyeing her with suspicion. "What are you planning?"

Tori huffed and rolled her eyes. "I just think they both deserve a break and a day away from the house, okay? They did so much for us, and the pregnancy was a lot on mum more than anything, she was so stressed, I could tell. I think that asking them both for brunch would be a good thing. We can take Riley and Athena elsewhere while they catch up."

"And this is how you get to be the favourite daughter slash golden child, isn't it?"

Tori grinned. "It's a plus. Come on, let's go."

"Girls, are you sure?"

"Yes, now, hand the baby over," I said, holding my hands out for Athena.

Holly smiled and I assisted in unclipping the chest carrier, mostly just by holding the weight of Athena for her while she slid the straps down her arms and unbuckled the clips.

"We'll be back to get you both in an hour, maybe two. We're going to get Riley some lunch and let him play in the arcade. You two have fun, lunch is covered. Drinks and all."

Holly's eyes widened as Tori spoke. "What?"

"Just, relax. Eat, drink, catch up."

"Oh, Holly, let them go be kids."

I adjusted the carrier to fit my body and Tori clipped me in before helping adjust the light swaddling blanket that was wrapped around it so Athena's arms were protected by the sun and she would be warm enough without her overheating.

"An hour, drink, have fun," I said as the waiter brought over the first round of mimosas for them. "Tori, Riley, let's go have real fun and let the adults be boring and talk about taxes and crap," I joked as I rested a hand in each of theirs before walking out of the restaurant with Tori and Riley.

"I just need to tell you," Tori whispered. "You look very sexy with a baby strapped to you like that."

I chuckled, turning my head to kiss her briefly. "You looked sexy carrying her too, just so you know. When I woke up beside you, all I wanted to do was kiss you all over and talk to her and kiss your stomach. You were so beautiful, Tori. You are so beautiful."

I win! The blush on her cheeks caused me to grin, and I lightly squeezed her hand before looking at Riley. "What do you want to do first, buddy?"

He pointed and I looked ahead. "Lunch? Well, okay. And then the arcade?"

His free hand moved quickly. "Lunch in the arcade? Well, I don't see why we can't do that. Lead the way, Riles," Tori said.

I looked back at her as I heard the shutter of the camera going off, alert and ready to fight someone until I realised it was just Tori taking a photo of Athena asleep against my chest. She turned the phone and my heart swooped at the sight of her chubby cheek squished against my chest and drool leaking out of her mouth.

"God, she's adorable," I said as I used the edge of my sweater's sleeve to wipe away the excess drool and kissed the top of her head. "I love her so much."

"I see I have to compete for your love against two cuties now," Tori chuckled and shook her head as I frowned, confused.

"Oh, my brother." I nodded, smiling. "Yeah, babe. I don't know how you're going to win against them both. You might have to figure out a way to jump to the top of the list."

"Oh, I have my ways." She smirked. "But I'm happy tying for first place with these two, or even being second with those two tying for first. They deserve it."

"Tori!"

We both looked down at Riley who was almost vibrating with excitement. "What's up, handsome?" She asked, stepping ahead of me to crouch in front of him.

"Race?"

Tori lifted her head to look where he was pointing and she nodded, smiling. "Whatever you want, Riley. We have a while before we have to get back to our mothers, okay?"

He nodded, taking off to the counter to get his token card so he could play all the games. Tori let go of my hand and moved after him as he waited in line.

"Are you going to play too?" Tori asked me as she rested her hand on Riley's shoulder, looking at me as I stepped to stand beside her.

"How about you play a while and then we can swap out, 'cause Riley is going to want to play guitar master with me."

Tori nodded, smiling. "I'll get a token card, so we can share."

I pointed to the tables. "I'll go sit with Athena and order us some drinks. Riley, do you want pizza or a burger?" I asked, tapping his elbow to gain his attention away from all the prizes he could win.

He looked up at me. "Both?"

I chuckled. "Alright, I'll order you both. But only eat what you want to, okay? I don't want you feeling sick from eating too much. What drink?"

His fingers moved. "Water and a sprite? Alright. No problem. You go have fun and listen to Tori, okay? Do you want to keep my phone on you in case you need one of us and we're eating?"

He shook his head. "Alright, you'll come and find us if you need us?"

He shook his head again.

I raised an eyebrow.

"Are you just going to go ahead and get kidnapped?"

He grinned, nodding his head quickly.

"Alright, off you go then," I said as Tori handed him his token card.

"Jade, what…"

"Relax, love. We're just joking around, we used to do it all the time when we'd come here alone."

"Alright, I'm hungry. Let's go get some food, I swear it still feels like I'm-" She gestured to Athena and I nodded, smiling in understanding. Pregnant.

"Alright, Riley. We'll be here if you need us at all."

He nodded and took off towards the games and I slipped my hand into Tori's, leading her to the eating area. "What do you want?"

"Burger? Extra pickles, of course. You?"

"Burger, no pickles. Extra cheese."

She smiled and kissed me. "Cause you're extra cheesy?"

I scoffed a laugh and rolled my eyes. "Whatever you say, Vega. Can you grab a blue slush for me to drink please?"

"Yeah, I want the raspberry one. Should I get Riley's stuff now or in a while?"

"Give it twenty and then I'll go searching for him."

"Alright," she nodded, slipping the backpack off her shoulders, and sitting it on the chair beside where I pulled a chair out to sit. "Don't have too much fun without me, you two," she said, gesturing to Athena and me.

I looked down at her sleep-scrunched face and raised my eyebrows. "Damn, there goes the idea to do coke together."

Tori laughed. "At least don't do it off the top of her head."

"Damn, spoil all my plans why don't you," I sighed sarcastically, watching Tori walk away with a smile on my lips as I stared at her ass.

I looked up as the chair across from me scraped across the tiles and raised my eyebrow as an older man smiled at me.

"Can I help you?"

"You look like you're still a sexy mother, not like my wife, who gained weight and kept it on," he gave a half-thumb point over his shoulder to a woman who looked exhausted as she was half asleep, holding a screaming child.

"Excuse me?"

"Yeah, I was wondering if you wanted to pop off to the bathroom with me, you can bring your kid if no one else is here to look after it, I don't mind. I can hit it from the back," he smirked, reaching over to stroke my hand that was resting on the table.

I choked on air and fought the urge to puke. I moved my hand back away from him. "Touch me and you will be without a hand."

"Don't be like that, kitten."

I stood, grabbing my phone from the table. "I will literally end you, your life and your future to have children."

He chuckled, running his eyes over my body, stopping to land on my hands. "Say, if you won't let me get in your pants, at least let me use those hands of yours- come on baby, five minutes in the bathroom- three if you use your mouth."

I looked at my phone, quickly sending an 'SOS' message to Tori and looked at the man.

"Look dude, you should get back to your wife. Maybe if you showed her as much effort as you tried to get in my pants with, she might want you more, please you more and work on herself- she looks like she's depressed, and it's probably because you're not even paying attention to her."

I looked over his shoulder, seeing Tori come towards me, frowning. I looked at him then back at her.

"Hey baby, I'm back," she said, kissing me softly on the lips as she cupped my cheek.

"Hey, babe. How's our boy doing?"

"Beat me in air hockey and The Walking Dead."

I chuckled. "That's my boy."

"What, a little cheater at games like you are?"

My eyes widened. "Wow, sore loser, much?"

"Who's your friend, darling?" She asked as the man cleared his throat to grab our attention.

"No one, if you'll excuse me, I need to go change the kid's diaper." I grabbed the diaper bag from the seat beside me and took off towards the changing rooms.

"Dykes, huh? I haven't had two women at once before."

I stopped, turning to look back at him as I heard him speak. "If you even think about hitting on my wife, I will do more than what I threatened before."

He smirked. "And what will you do, huh? Nothing, you're in a public place. Surrounded by children."

I smiled, unclipping the baby carrier from my body, my free arm supporting Athena before I moved closer to Tori. "Love, will you?"

She nodded, taking her and the baby bag from me. "I'll go change her, please don't get us kicked out without letting Riles get his winnings."

"If they didn't kick me out for breaking the employee's arm over trying to touch you last week, then I doubt they'll kick me out for defending my family and wife."

"Hm, so true. It's not like they can kick you out when you own the place, right?"

"I'd like to see them try," I smiled at the man as his face paled.

"I-uh, think my kid is crying, excuse me," he said, backing away from the table slowly before turning and taking off across to his wife. "Honey, we need to go. I'll go get the kids, you take Charlie to the car and strap her in."

The woman nodded, packing up the table as the man rushed off to collect his kids."

"Jade?"

I turned, looking at Tori. "Yes, love?"

"I love you."

"I love you too, Vega. It's time to cash in the tickets, I'll go check on Riley and get him ready to leave, or do you want me to check on her diaper instead?"

She shook her head. "You've had her the whole time, even when Riley begged you to play with him."

"Well, she wasn't in the way, so it wasn't an issue."

"You are going to make the most amazing mother, Jade."

Smiling, I leaned in, kissing her softly. "Go check on Theen, and I'll meet you at the ticket desk."

"Alright you two, are you having fun?"

Holly and my mother turned, drunken smiles on their faces.

"Jade, how was the arcade, darling?"

"Great, mum. Riley's prize barely fitted in the boot. Are you two drunk?"

"A little, but you two are good drivers."

"I am ready to go home and nap," said Holly, smiling.

I chuckled and nodded. "Tori, are you okay to drive Holly home? I can pick you up later on if we're still on for dinner at Nozu?"

She smiled, kissing my cheek. "Yeah. I'll text you if anything changes."

Taking the backpack off my shoulder, and once she was standing, I handed it to Holly.

"When are you two getting married?" My mother asked.

I gave a quick laugh and shook my head. "When we're a little older, and not in school."

"Next year, then," Holly said, smiling. "By then Athena will be walking, she can be your flower girl."

"Oh, she would be the cutest flower girl ever," my mother cooed, leaning in to kiss Athena on the top of the head. "And Riley can bring the rings."

"Okay, when you two are done planning our wedding, we can leave and get home and have some yummy food, and cuddle while watching crappy movies, mum," Tori said, patting holly on the shoulder before looking at me. "Good luck."

"You too," I said, giving her another kiss. "Text me when you get home after everything's settled there so I know you're home safe?"

"Yeah, you too. And cuddle Aoife for me."

I smiled, nodding before we parted ways as we stepped outside.
