The following night, Lincoln, Luke, and the twins were getting ready.
"Lincoln, you forgot your phone." Luna says.
"Thanks, Luna." Lincoln says as the boys go downstairs.
"This will be an awesome night, especially at that hotel." Lincoln says.
Luke says nothing as they leave.
They soon meet up with the other guys.
"Hey, guys." Zach says.
Luke still says nothing.
"Is Luke OK?" Clyde asked.
"He'll be fine, he's always like this." Alem tuber says.
The night begins with them at a SMOOCH concert. Alem tuber wasn't sure who SMOOCH was. Luke just stands and listens.
Rusty would ask Luke if anything was going on, but Luke never answers.
Angry Luigi felt uncomfortable around the big number of people.
After the concert, the group of boys went out to eat.
"Okay, I'm choosing." Alem tuber says
"I actually made reservations at Luke's favorite place." Lincoln says.
"What's that?" Liam asked.
"It's a cool place. You'll like it." Lincoln says
They head into the karaoke club as Luke rushed to the stage to sing.
"He sure likes singing…" Lincoln says.
"Why did he look upset when we left the house?" Clyde asked.
"I'm not sure. Luke always hides his feelings like Lucy." Lincoln says.
"You think maybe it has something to do with that award he won two weeks ago?" Rusty asked.
"What award?" Clyde asked.
"Oh, you mean that National Honor Society award he got." Zach says. "It was a big deal to Luke at the time."
Lincoln realizes that the siblings didn't celebrate that.
"We need to plan his celebration now... " Lincoln says.
"Yeah, whenever I win something, it's ignored. Yet, you all do whatever it takes to make Luke happy." Alem tuber says to himself.
"So what about the boys' night out?" Rusty asked.
"I'm sorry, guys, but this is more important." Lincoln says as he leaves.
The next day, Luke wakes up and brushes his teeth and soon comes downstairs to see a celebration for him.
"What the?" Luke asked as Luke's siblings were there for him. "Congratulations, Luke!" Everyone says.
"You're too late, I hate you!" Luke screams at everyone and runs away.
"Luke?!" The siblings say and run outside.
"No, you only want to celebrate now to avoid being in trouble. That's the only reason you all even try." Luke says.
"Luke, we do care!" Angry Luigi says as Luke slapped him across the road as there was a loud snap.
"Liars! You're not part of my family! When I return, you all better be out of my house!" Luke screams and flies off.
Lucy looks down as she begins to tear up.
"I'm a horrible sister!" Lucy says and runs home.
Angry luigi was trying to get up, but his arm was broken.
"Okay, epic slap of the year!" Alem tuber says and flies after Luke. "Okay, Luke, you know this behavior you've exhibited lately is unacceptable. First of all, not telling people is bad and just plain dumb. 2, turn back or I'll have to drag you back." Alem tuber says.
"You all are evil! I'll tell everyone!" Luke says.
"I'm number 1!" Alem tuber says.
"No, I'm number 1 in Royal Woods!" Luke screams as Alem tuber was starting to get annoyed.
"You're getting on my nerves!" Alem tuber says as Luke punched Alem tuber into a building and flew off.
Alem tuber first punched Angry Luigi and then flew after Luke. "LUKE!" Alem tuber shouted as he kicked Luke across the face and started hitting him with a barrage of punches and kicks and growled before Luke punched Alem tuber. Alem tuber and Luke dashed towards each other as Luke had suited up earlier.
The news crew came and recorded Alem tuber firing ki blasts at Elemental Equalizer.
Elemental Equalizer blocked and shot a ice blast at Alem tuber who flew up and smirked.
"This battle is pointless. I can beat you any day." Alem tuber says as Elemental Equalizer shoots flames. However, Alem tuber rushes around and kicks him.
Lucy was thinking of suicide. "If Luke hates me, then I'm nothing but trash." Lucy says looking depressed as she looks for something to end her life as she takes out a blade. Charity takes the blade from Lucy before speaking to her.
"This is my fault. I should have told you kids, and that was something I failed to do. I'm going to sacrifice myself to my son. I deserve to be hurt." Charity says sadly.
"No!" Lucy says.
But Charity was long gone.
Alem tuber and Elemental Equalizer was still fighting it out.
"I'm ending this!" Elemental Equalizer says as Angry Luigi rushes in at super speed and gets in the way. Luke shot an ice blast, freezing Angry Luigi.
"You missed!" Alem tuber teases.
Charity runs onto the battlefield.
"Luke! Please stop this! Please stop! It was my fault!" Charity pleaded.
Everyone was shocked.
"Luke is the Elemental Equalizer?" Katherine asked.
"It was my fault he got upset…." Charity sobbed.
Alem tuber just walked aside.
"Why would you betray me?" Luke asked, tearing up.
"I was the one who didn't tell them!" Charity says. "It wasn't their fault! It was all me!"
Luke just broke down sobbing.
"I'm so sorry!" Charity cried.
Lisa comes up "No, it's my fault, I should have known better." Lisa says feeling bad.
Luke just looks at Lisa.
"Just kill me instead." Lisa says
Luke just strips himself of his super hero persona for the moment and just walks away. "YOU WIN, OKAY?! You win, Randy!" Luke says as he storms off.
"Well, good." Alem tuber says before falling over.
Luke just heads home and starts clearing his awards from his trophy cases. He felt very undeserving of every award there.
"Luke, you wanna come with us? We have a surprise for you." Skylia says.
Luke sadly follows. "What is going on?"
They arrive at an ice cream parlor.
"Why are we here?" Luke asked.
"To celebrate!" Skylia says.
Luke just looks around.
There was a table with balloons and decorations. There was also a big ice cream sundae.
"What is all this?" Luke asks.
"Your celebration sundae." Skylia says.
Luke just looks at the sundae.
"What are we even celebrating?" Luke asked.
"Your National Honor Society award." Skylia says.
"What does that even mean?" Leni asked as Angry Luigi was pouring water out of his shoe.
"It means he got an award for academic excellence." Lisa explained.
"Oh." Leni says, looking a bit jealous.
Luke doesn't know what to say. He just eats the sundae before anyone sings to him.
"I HATE YOU ALL! YOU ALL ARE FAILURES!" Luke says to everyone, even his mother before storming off.
Everyone down as Angry Luigi felt like a failure as his eyes glitched a bit as he started to laugh insanely.
Luke was breaking the whole house. It was a mess; he even broke his Mom's vase and wedding photos.
"They don't UNDERSTAND ME!" Luke hisses.
The kids came in and saw this as all their stuff was ruined. Lana and Leni hold Lola back as she looks pissed.
"I'm leaving! You can all GO TO HELL FOR ALL I CARE, BECAUSE I FUCKING HATE YOU ALL!" Luke says and goes off with his stuff.
Angry Luigi glitches again as he feels weird. His body glitches with white electricity as he suddenly disappears.
Tears rolled down the kids' faces as Skylia comforted Leni. Luna comforts Lincoln.
"We tried everything….I guess Luke no longer loves us." Charity says.
Lucy mentally broke and sobbed like a little girl. Charity holds Lucy close. Lucy was sucking her thumb and sobbing.
"I'm getting him back." Luna says as she and Lincoln head out to look for him.
Luke was sobbing outside when Luna and Lincoln found him.
"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" Luke sobs.
"Come on, we tried everything! Why can't you just accept that we care for you? Why do you always think we hate you, when that isn't true?" Lincoln says
Luke finally has enough.
"FINE! I ACCEPT IT ALL, OKAY?!" Luke says, storming away.
Luna sighed. Luke goes to the news station to tell them what happened.
(A few hours later)
"This just in Luke Huntington has reported Charity Huntington for forgetting to celebrate his National Honor Society award. He vows to leave town and never look back. With his half birthday in a few weeks, what will happen next?" Katherine says.
Charity sobbed.
"What have I done?" Charity cried.
Lucy went to her room and slammed her door.
A few moments later, Lucy goes outside with her stuff. "I'm leaving and never coming back. I'll stay with Luke." Lucy says.
"Okay, now you're pushing it." Luna says and drags Lucy back home by force.
"Let me go!" Lucy says.
"Come, Luce, we need to think of a better party." Luna says.
"Why do you need me for that?" Lucy asked.
"You know Luke better than us." Luna says.
Luke had headed off to leave town. He vowed to never look back at the family who hurt him.
"What's the point? As soon as we gain his trust, it disappears after 10 seconds. It's pointless. We failed 26 times." Lucy says as she was heading for the door.
Luke slowly looks back.
Lucy teleported next to Luke "Hey, Luke." Lucy says and hugs him.
Luke cries. "They don't UNDERSTAND me!" Luke pushed Lucy to the ground in anger.
"Luke, it's me, Lucy, your sister!" Lucy says as Luke runs off.
Lucy follows him. "Luke, stop, please!" Lucy says.
"Why?" Luke asked.
"We used to be close, remember?" Lucy asked. Luke finally realizes this and hugs Lucy.
"I'm sorry I hit you…" Luke says.
"It's okay." Lucy says. "Luke, do you want to go back?"
Luke nods and explains that when he's mad, he says things and can't control it.
"It's okay, let's just go home." Lucy says as Luke falls asleep due to all the stress. Lucy struggles a bit, but carries him home.
Charity sees this and rushes outside. Luke is fast asleep in Lucy's arms.
"My baby…Lucy, thank you so much." Charity says as she carries him up to bed.
Lucy nods before falling asleep on the couch.
