Firebolt Fantasies
Ron Weasley had never felt so nervous in his entire life. He was about to tell the woman he had loved all his life just how much she meant to him. Ron had no idea where to begin, and it felt like his heart was going to flump out of his chest. He had never been this nervous - and now he was repeating thoughts, demonstrating just how nervous he was. What if she just laughed at him, and said "Ron, don't be silly, I knew that."? Was it possible to feel this much love? Apparently so. He had to tell her, he had to thank her for being there for him for all those years.
So he set his mind to it, and marched right up to her, looked her straight in those kind brown eyes and informed her just how much she meant to him.
"Oh, Ron," said Mrs. Weasley, tightly hugging her son to her chest, "that's so thoughtful of you, thank you."
"You're welcome, mum," said Ron, grinning, "now how about that Firebolt, eh?"
"RON!"
