Sweet: Ok I got bored'd at a friends house last night and wrote this. If anyone reads this be expecting more because I get bored'd a lot.

Onto the songfic thingy!

"What I thought wasn't mine. In the light. Was one of a kind, a precious pearl."

Slamming his fist into the wall, Riku cursed himself repeatedly for leaving. He sat in the window sill, to see if he could see anything, but all was black. He felt something cold slide down his cheek. Wiping it away, he realized it had started to rain.

'I could have sworn that was a – no, couldn't have been. I can't.'

"When I wanted to cry, I couldn't cause I wasn't allowed."

Suddenly, Riku was overcome with hate. This hate was different this time though. It wasn't hate for himself or the others. It was hate for the one who eh had finally come to realize, he loved. Knowing it was impossible because the only feelings he was supposed to have were hate and anger, the silver haired male began to hate the younger boy.

'It's not right. You aren't supposed to love your best friend like I do.'

"Gomenasai, for everything. Gomenasai, I know I let you down. Gomenasai till the end. I never needed a friend, like I do now."

Days passed and the male fell into a life threatening depression, hit hate for the boy growing stronger. At the same time, he couldn't stand the distance between them.

"What I thought wasn't all. So innocent. Was a delicate doll, of porcelain. When I wanted to call you, and ask you for help. I stopped myself."

As days changed to weeks, and weeks to months, the picture of the boys face he held in his mind began to shatter. He couldn't stand it anymore. He needed to see the boy.

'I...I need to tell him the truth.'

"Gomenasai, for everything. Gomenasai, I know I let you down. Gomenasai till the end. I never needed a friend like I do now."

Out of nowhere, the door flew open and Riku took a defensive stance. From the darkness walked the figure that had haunted him the last few months.

"R..Riku."

"What I thought was a dream. A mirage. Was as real as it seemed. A privilege."

Not saying anything, he walked over to the smaller boy, leaned over, and softly placed his lips against the others. A mixture of confusion and relief could be felt, but the younger one gave into to the simple kiss.

Backing away, breaking the kiss in the process, Riku looked into the boys' eyes and stuttered, "I...I lo..." He turned and jumped out of the window into the darkness.

"When I wanted to tell you, I made a mistake. I walked away."

A single tear fell from the boys' eye as he whispered, "I love you, Riku."

"Was he here Sora?"

"No, let's go."

"Gomenasai, for everything. Gomenasai, gomenasai. I never needed a friend, like I do now. Gomenasai, I let you down. Gomenasai, gomenasai till the end. I never needed a friend...like I do now."

Sweet: ok...thats it for now. review and...I'll give you a cookie.
