"Ms.Irene? Frosch is hungry," said Frosch, flying and resting on top of Irene's head.

The mother giggled and reached up and grabbed Frosch, cradling the adorable cat like a baby.

"You can call me mommy. I don't mind sweetie," said Irene with a smile.

"Okay! Mommy, Frosch is hungry."

Irene laughed and walked over to one of the oak cabinets and opened it, pulling out some delicious chicken-flavored biscuits.

"Here you go cutie," cooed Irene, giving Frosch a biscuit that looked quite large in the cat's tiny hands.

"Thank you!"

Irene beamed and returned to cooking dinner with one hand while the other held the cute cat. Frosch enjoyed nibbling on the biscuit and watching Irene work her skills in the kitchen.

Twenty minutes later, dinner was piping hot and ready to be served to the hungry children of the Belserion household.

Looking down, Irene noticed Frosch had fallen asleep. He had only managed to eat half his biscuit before succumbing to the warm sensation of Irene's body and a full tummy.

Minutes later, Rogue walked in with a worried look. Frosch had wandered off again and it was getting dark. He had searched the entire house and hadn't found him yet.

"Mother? Have you seen Frosch? I seemed to-"

Rouge stopped speaking when he saw his best friend sleeping comfortably in his mother's arms.

"Oh, wonderful. Thank you, Mother," said Rouge with a sigh of relief, reaching out to take Frosch.

Irene smirked and booped Rogue's nose.

"Sorry but Frosch is napping. I don't want to wake him."

Rogue frowned. "Okay? Well, return him to me so I can take him back to my room to rest."

"Nope. He's my baby now," said Irene with a playful laugh.

"But Mother-"

Irene walked away ignoring Rogue's protests.

The young child stared deadpan as his mother left him alone in the kitchen.

-_-

"Just have another child, Mother."
