A quick KuroFai drabble I wrote after reading chapter 125.

Disclaimer: If I owned Tsubasa, there would definitely be more KuroFai

I gently comb out my mussed hair, as my prey lies on the bed behind me. He's snoring softly, and I smile as he groans before rolling over to nearly fall off the bed.

When I'm done, I put my brush down, and walk over to the bed to wake him. I shake him a bit, before he finally blinks his tired eyes open.

"Is it morning already?" he groans, sitting up.

"It is, Kuro-myu. Time to wake up, sleepy head!" I chirp, giving him a quick peck on the cheek before trotting out of our room to get him some breakfast.

When I return, he is sitting on the bed, ready to face the day. I smile, and hand him the plate of food I have made for him.

"Thanks." He murmurs before he begins to scarf down the food.

"My pleasure, Kuro-woof." I smile. I may not eat the stuff very often anymore, but I still love to cook.

"I'm guessing you want breakfast, too, then?" Kurogane asked, swallowing down the last of the food I had made for him.

I flush, taking the plate from him, and getting up. I begin to head towards the door, when he sighs, and gets up to follow.

"If you don't now, you'll just get hungry later, and weak, and then you'll have to do it in front of the kids." Kurogane says, putting a hand on my shoulder. I shudder.

"Do I have to?" I turn quietly to face him.

"Yes, damn it, if you want to live." He says, taking the plate from my hand, and putting it on a nearby table. He then rolls up his sleeve, and thrusts his wrist into my face. "Do it."

I stare at his wrist for a moment, and then look up at him. He simply glares at me. I sigh, and take hold of his wrist. I clench my eyes shut, before digging my now razor sharp canines into the flesh. I can feel him wince, but he doesn't complain as I begin to drink my fill of his blood.

When I'm finished, I yank a handkerchief from my pocket, and tie it tightly around his wrist to stop any more blood from pouring out of his now open wound.

"The first aid kit is in the kitchen…I'll be right back, sit on the bed…" I say, grabbing the plate from the table, and exiting the room.

When I return to the room again, he is sitting on the bed, staring at the reddening handkerchief that resides around his wrist.

"I'm sorry," I mumble, sitting beside him, pulling his wrist over to me so I can dress it properly.

"What for? This was my decision. Get over it." Kurogane replies, watching as I wrap his wound.

"That's not fair, Kuro-sama…" I say, grabbing a safety pin from the first aid kit, "I have to keep doing this to you. And every time, I feel horrible for it. How can you ask me to just 'get over it' when I keep hurting you…"

I drop my hands from his now dressed wrist, and he brings it up to my face, and tilts my chin so he can properly see my face.

"I didn't want you to die. And I still don't. That's why I did what I did, and do what I do. I'm sorry that you feel that way, but it's not your fault." He says, before brushing his lips against my own, earning a taste of his own blood in the process.

"Now, the kids are waiting downstairs. Lets go." He then gets up, and leaves the room quietly, rolling his sleeve back down to hide the bandages.

I sigh, licking the remnants of his blood off my lips, before getting up, and following after him.
