So...I realized now is the time to begin winding this story down I think I've told all that needed to be told from this story, since I discussed the subject of semi-trucks in the last chapter I'll expand on that with some trivia I learned recently that there was a movie called Convoy about Truckers and that was made because at that time in the 1980s Truckers complained because they were having problems people were being hostile and because of my obession with Mystery Tapes shows where YouTubers buy 'Sold as Blank' VHS tapes that people have taped over to get a bit of time capsule of the past and a window into someone else's interests one Mystery Tape contained a Chuck Norris film 'Breaker Breaker' which Chuck Norris saves his Trucker Brother from a City of Bootleggers who have it in for Truckers which sounds bizarre and random at first but with this context suddenly makes a lot more sense...And suddenly Truckin Turtles makes a lot more sense as it was part of that same movement, just like the book that came after it 'Turtles Go Hollywood' was part of the 'Don't Do Drugs' Mantra that I do rememember from the 90s

After a few hours, as they neared the Appalachian Mountains, Don and Arctica jumped into a nearby watery ditch on the side of the road for a soft landing, They hoped they didn't have to specifically find the highest mountain but simply climb the nearest mountain to get to the Twilight Express,

The sun was beginning to set, the fireflies were coming out it was a magical feeling, as they made their way through the Mountain Forest with the flickering golden lights all around them.

"So beautiful..." Arctica murmured as she admired the fireflies.

Don smiled "At least you appreciate them...My brother Raph...He can't stand any kind of bug not even the pretty ones...When I was younger I would take creatures from the sewers, rats, cockraoches, spiders, ticks...Raph absolutely hate it...I would study them, examine them and then set them free, I would make sure to never harm them..." Don trailed off...Thinking about what he thought back then thinking only themselves were the only Intelligent Animals in the world...then they discovered Leatherhead, still the amount of Mutant Animals in the world could be counted on hands, now what he learned from Feral's House of Horrors that there were more Mutant Animals then he could ever imagine...All over the world! Don wasn't sure how he could just go home knowing how many fellow Mutant Animals were out in the world suffering...

As they continued to ascend the mountain things began to change, the strange silvery mist began to appear it sparkled like jewels, they sweet scent of flowers, in particular roses filled the air...

It all seemed to have a hypnotic effect the two creatures they felt able to move almost effortlessly, moving like in a dream...

So here we have the appearance of what is clearly fairy magic as they approach their destination...As a hint for what happens in the finale...
