Last time, Ash and his friends had joined Babs and Harleen for Halloween in Gotham. But the fun was put on hold when Babs received an incoming call from Batman saying that the Joker had escaped from Arkham and planned to give Gotham the scariest Halloween of all. Harleen seemed to have other plans for Halloween and left the group, with our heroes splitting into three teams to stop the Joker's plans. Unfortunately, they were all deceived. It wasn't Batman who called Barbara's emergency line. It was the Clown Prince of Crime. They were tricked into unleashing an evil ghost, a giant zombie, a mutant bat, and one terrifying Pokémon.
Batgirl: We played right into the Joker's trap!
Swoobat: [worried] SWOOBAT!
Lycanroc (Ace Jr.): [frustrated] LYCANROC!
Noibat: [worried] NOIBAT!
Wonder Woman: [holding off She-Bat] Sadly, this is true, Batgirl, but...
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Wonder Woman: ...perhaps our efforts are better spent looking for the antidote for She-Bat!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Batgirl: Right!
Aura Guardian: We'll help handle She-Bat!
Sonic: [running around] Hey, She-Bat! Can't catch me!
Then, Sonic started running circles around She-Bat!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Aura Guardian: Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!
Pikachu: [Thunderbolt move] PIKA...CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
Serena: [tosses a PokéBall] Delphox, use Mystical Fire!
Delphox: [appearing; Mystical Fire move] DEL...PHOX!
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
That was when She-Bat got in close to Pikachu and Delphox and was about to attack them!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Aura Guardian: Zombina! Cerea! Mind lending us a hand?
Zombina: Heck yeah!
Cerea: I'm ready!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Cerea: [slashes She-Bat with her sword; battle cry]
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
Wonder Woman: You wield a sword, Cerea?!
Cerea: Indeed! Even if it is fake.
Goh: Fake?!
Cerea: It's a replica! Did you really think I would be allowed to carry a real sword?
Goh: Good point!
James: Enough talk! Morpeko, use Bullet Seed!
Morpeko: [Bullet Seed move] MORPE!
Gladion: Umbreon, use Dark Pulse!
Umbreon: [Dark Pulse move] UM...BREON!
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
Aura Guardian: Growlithe, use Flamethrower!
Growlithe: [Flamethrower move] GROWL!
Flamethrower was able to completely overpower and burn the Bullet Seeds!
Aura Guardian: Why attack us when you're already in danger as it is?!
Jessie: This is actually turning out to be fun!
But THEIR fun was about to end, for who should appear in front of them but...
Stufful: STUFFUL!
James: Hello?
Jessie: Wait a sec! So, if you're here, then that means...
Bewear: [off-screen] BEWEAR! [crashes through the roof and lands behind Team Rocket]
Team Rocket: GUH!
Then, Bewear grabbed Team Rocket and their Pokémon and Stufful climbed onto Bewear's shoulder and Bewear leapt through the roof and leapt over building after building until they were far away!
Team Rocket: We're off with a new blast!
Wobbuffet: WOBBUFFET!
Zombina: [blinks] Uh...
Cerea: What just happened?
Aura Guardian and Lillie: Long story!
She-Bat: [shrieks; grabs Ash]
Aura Guardian: [gasps; grunts] Let go of me, you mutant bat!
Serena: Ash, no!
Pikachu: [worried] PIKA PI!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Sailor Mars: [angry] You let go of my man!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Sailor Mars: [angry] I said, "Let him go!" [uses her power] Mars... Celestial... Fire... Surround!
She-Bat: [burned; shrieks in pain]
That made She-Bat release Ash! Then, Wonder Woman caught Ash in her arms!
Wonder Woman: I've got you! Are you alright, my love?
Aura Guardian: I'm okay, Diana! Thank you! [to Sailor Mars; smiles] Thanks, Raye Raye!
Sailor Mars: You're welcome, hun!
Gladion: Umbreon, use Double-Edge!
Umbreon: [Double-Edge move] UMBRE...ON!
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
Zombina: Yo, Bats! Where's that antidote?
Batgirl: Eek! Right!
She, Tails and Rotom Dex rushed over to a cabinet full of chemicals!
Rotom Dex: Which one's the antidote?
Tails: [searches through the chemicals with Batgirl] I'm not sure! It could be any of them!
Batgirl: I hope the other guys are having better luck than us.
Meanwhile, at Craddock Manor, the others were trying to fight the Gentleman Ghost! Green Lantern attempted to create a box with her ring in order to trap the Gentleman Ghost, but he only phased right through it!
Gentleman Ghost: You gib-faced foozlers are what passes for super-heroes these days? Ha!
Green Lantern (Jessica): My ring is useless against this Ghost!
Clemont: Then, let's try this! Chespin, use Pin Missile!
Chespin: [Pin Missile move] CHES...PIN!
But it just phased through the ghost man!
Clemont: [gasps] But how?!
Chespin: [shocked] CHE?!
Gentleman Ghost: You can't strike a ghost with attacks like that! [laughs cunningly]
Zatanna: Maybe not any other attack, [pulls out a PokéBall] but maybe this will! [tosses it] Go, Pumpkaboo!
Pumpkaboo (Female; Super Sized): [appearing] PUMPKABOO!
Gentleman Ghost: You call that a ghost? Ha! That thing looks like it died from its natural pumpkin patch habitat.
Pumpkaboo (Female; Super Sized): [angry; red vein] PUMPKABOO!
Zatanna: Let's see how you feel when you get a taste of this! Pumpkaboo, use Shadow Ball!
Pumpkaboo (Female; Super Sized): [Shadow Ball move] PUMPKA KA KA KA KA KA KA KA KA KABOO!
Gentleman Ghost: [hit] GUH! What?!
Zatanna: Guess Ghost type powers can strike a ghost hard! Let's try a little Fairy type power now! Sylveon, use Moonblast!
Sylveon: [Moonblast move] SYL...VEON!
Gentleman Ghost: [hit] GUH!
Sylveon: [flips a feeler] VEE!
Zatanna: I'll take it from here! [casts a spell] Tirips eb deit! ["Spirit be tied!" in reverse]
The Gentleman Ghost was tied into a bind of magic scarfs!
Gentleman Ghost: [exclaims]
Clover: Ha! Who's a gib-faced foozler now?!
Alex: [while wearing the Super Powerful Ghost Vac 3000] Now, be a good ghosty and get inside! [activates it]
Unfortunately, the magic ribbons weren't enough to hold him and the 19th century ghost was able to break free and used his cane to spin the ribbons around.
Gentleman Ghost: [laughs evilly] What a pair of plum shabaroons you make!
Zatanna, Sylveon, and Green Lantern were tied up by Zatanna's own magic ribbons!
Chloe: Oh no!
Zatanna: I'm not sure how many more sick burns from the 19th century I can take.
Clover: Well, I'm not gonna let some old spectral timer make a monkey out this gorgeous blonde! [takes hold of the hose of the Ghost Vac from Alex] Gimme that! Say hi to the afterlife, old timer! [activates the vacuum which started to suck the Gentleman Ghost in]
Gentleman Ghost: [grunts; fires magic from his cane]
That destroyed the Super Powerful Ghost Vac 3000!
Alex: [gasps]
Clover: Hey! Our boss paid good money to have that built for us! You'll be getting his manufacturing bill for this!
Gentleman Ghost: [laughs cunningly] Apologies, my dear lady, but I spent my family's fortune centuries ago!
Clover: [stammers angrily; growls angrily; pulls out a PokéBall] That does it! [tosses it] Florges, teach that spectral nuisance a lesson! Moonblast!
Florges: [appearing; Moonblast move] FLOR...GES!
Gentleman Ghost: [hit] GUH!
Sophocles: Togedemaru, use Zing Zap!
Togedemaru: [Zing Zap move] TOGE...DE!
However, the attack only phased through the deceased Craddock!
Togedemaru: TOGE?!
Sophocles: [shocked; pale] IT DIDN'T WORK?!
But just as the Gentleman Ghost was about to attack again, he saw a blimp outside the manor with the Joker, Harley Quinn, Giovanni, Boomtower and Jin and Yin in it!
Max: Is that a clown blimp?!
Harley Quinn: Hey, Grandpa ghost! The party's this way!
Joker: [laughing]
Gentleman Ghost: So long, you ninnyhammers! [leaves]
Clover: Hey! Come back here and fight like a man!
Clemont: [shocked] I don't believe it! That was the Joker!
Sophocles: But who was that other guy?
Togedemaru: TOGE?
Sam: Oh, I've heard of him! Apparently, he's the brains behind Team Rocket! The notorious Giovanni!
Outer Scouts: [gasp]
Aurora: Team Rocket's boss?! Crazy!
Max: But why would the boss of Team Rocket be in cahoots with the Joker in the first place?
Chloe: I don't know! But it can't be good!
Victoria: [comes out of hiding under the table] Whoa! This year's party was da bomb!
Alex: Not the kind of party I was hoping!
Green Lantern (Jessica): [as she and Zatanna free themselves from the magic ribbons] Sorry about the mess, but we gotta run.
Sam: Follow that blimp!
As they left, Victoria was reading something on the lid of the chest! The first half of the engraving said "A Craddock may say you free", but the other half said "But a Craddock may your soul to keep"! Meanwhile, at Slaughter Swamp...
Spiritomb: [Shadow Sneak move] SPIRITOMB!
Turtonator: [dodges] TURTO!
Marowak (Alolan): [dodges] MARO!
Solomon Grundy: [roars]
Supergirl: Someone woke up cranky from his nap!
Solomon Grundy: [growls]
Cilan: Pansage, attack with Rock Tomb!
Pansage: [Rock Tomb move] PAN...SAGE!
But Solomon Grundy just smashed it with one powerful punch!
Pansage: [shocked] PAN!
Cilan: [gasps]
Supergirl flew in and tried to punch Grundy, but he grabbed her by the fist and threw her against a tree!
Spiritomb: [Hyper Beam move] TOMB!
That attack was heading for Supergirl!
Mallow: Supergirl, look out!
Meloetta: [Psychic move] MELOETTA!
That levitated Supergirl out of the way just in time!
Spiritomb: SPIR?!
Supergirl: Close one! Thanks, Meloetta!
Meloetta: [pleased] MELOETTA!
Spiritomb: [angry] TOMB! [Dark Pulse move] SPIRITOMB!
Meloetta: [pained] LOE! [slams into a tree] LOE! [knocked out; swirls in eyes] ETTA!
Heroes: MELOETTA!
Iris and Kiawe were very cross now!
Iris: [angry] You hurt our friend!
Kiawe: [furious] NOBODY DOES THAT TO A MYTHICAL POKÉMON!
Iris: Emolga, Discharge! Excadrill, Drill Run!
Emolga: [Discharge move] EMOL...GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Excadrill: [Drill Run move] EXCA...DRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRILL!
While Drill Run phased through Spiritomb, Discharge did not!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Cilan: How did that happen?
Sailor Jupiter: I guess that Spiritomb can't stand electricity!
Bumblebee: So, electricity is its one weakness?
Brock: Spiritomb's part Dark type, so Fairy type moves should be super effective!
Sailor Mercury: So it has two weaknesses?
Brock: It just might!
Bumblebee: [takes out a PokéBall and tosses it] Helioptile, I need you!
Helioptile: [appearing] HELIOPTILE!
Spiritomb: [menacing] SPIRITOMB!
Helioptile: [scared] OPTILE!
Bumblebee: It's okay, Helioptile! It's okay! I know it's scary, but its Ghost type moves can't hurt you! I'm right here for you!
Helioptile was hesitant at first to up against a scary Pokémon, but it knew Bumblebee would be with it every step of the way!
Helioptile: [determined] HELIO!
Bumblebee: Okay! Now, use Parabolic Charge!
Helioptile: [Parabolic Charge move] HELIOP…TILE!
Spiritomb: [pained] SPIRITOMB!
Cilan: [holding a PokéBall] I'll help too! [tossing it] Stunfisk, use Thunder Shock!
Stunfisk: [appearing] STUN! [Thunder Shock move] STUNFIIIIIIIIIIIIIISK!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Sailor Jupiter: I'll help too! [uses her power] Supreme Thunder... [unleashes the attack] CRASH!
Spiritomb: [pained] SPIRIT!
Bumblebee: [tossing two PokéBalls] Magneton, Klink, we need more lightning power! [tosses them] Use Thunderbolt and Charge Beam!
Magneton: [appearing; Thunderbolt move] MAGNETON!

Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Knuckles was now facing Solomon Grundy!
Knuckles: Well hiya, big guy! Feeling a bit restless?
Solomon Grundy: [growls]
Knuckles: [charges; yells]
Solomon Grundy: [charges; yells]
Both of them began to throw their fists at one another!
Knuckles: Is that all ya got?! Because it would seem you zombie super villains aren't the brightest characters!
Sticks: Not to mention ugly!
Solomon Grundy: Grundy crush Jerk with dumb colors! [roars; hits Sticks]
Sticks: GUH!
Knuckles: Sticks! [angry] Okay! Now, it's personal!
Solomon Grundy: [smirks] Aw, did Grundy hurt dumb red mouse's girlfriend?
Knuckles: Nice try! But I already have a girlfriend by the name of Rouge! Also, I'm an echidna!
While they clashed, the others were trying to hold off Spiritomb!
Spiritomb: [Shadow Sneak move] TOMB!
Bumblebee and Cilan: Dodge it!
Magneton: [dodges] MAGNE!
Stunfisk: [dodges] STUN!
Pansage: [dodges] PAN!
Helioptile: [dodges] OP!

Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Sailor Jupiter: The electric attacks must've weakened it!
Misty: The more we weaken it, the better chance our attacks will hit!
Cilan: In that case, Pansage, use Solar Beam!
Pansage: [Solar Beam move] PAN...SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Supergirl: [takes out a PokéBall and tosses it] Incineroar, let's rock'n'roll!
Incineroar: [appearing] ROAR!
Supergirl: Flamethrower!
Incineroar: [Flamethrower move] ROAR!
Spiritomb: [pained] SPIR!
With Bumblebee, she had shrunk herself and was about to sting Grundy, while Supergirl and Knuckles were holding him off! But when she stung him, he only smacked her!
Bumblebee: [dazed groaning]
Lana: No, Bumblebee!
Mallow: That does it! Tsareena, Magical Leaf!
Tsareena: [Magical Leaf move] TSAREENA!
Solomon Grundy: [flicks Bumblebee off his shoulder; hit] AH!
Mallow: Now, use Trop Kick!
Tsareena: [Trop Kick move] TSA...REENA!
But Solomon Grundy only caught the attack with one hand!
Tsareena: [shocked] REENA?!
Then, it took its grip onto Tsareena's leg!
Solomon Grundy: Now, Grundy crush talking fruit with leaves!
Mallow: Tsareena, no!
But before Grundy could land a hit
Solomon Grundy: [gets punched by Tio from behind] GAH!
That made Grundy drop Tsareena!
Mallow: Tio!
Tio: Nobody hurts my new friend's Pokémon partner!
Solomon Grundy: [growls angrily]
Tio: Bring it on, big boy!
Solomon Grundy: [charges; yells]
Tio: [charges; yells]
Both heavy hitters began to clash!
Kiawe: Marowak, use Shadow Bone!
Marowak (Alolan): [Shadow Bone move] MAROWAK!
Spiritomb: [hit] TOMB!
Cilan: Pansage, Solar Beam!
Pansage: [Solar Beam move] PAN...SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Sailor Jupiter: Doesn't feel so good now, does it, you nasty old rock?!
Spiritomb: [furious] SPIRITOMB! [Phantom Force move] SPIRIT...
Brock: Look out! It's using Phantom Force!
Then, Spiritomb disappeared into the ground!
N: Where is it?!
Then, it reappeared and hit Marowak and Pansage!
Marowak (Alolan): [pained] WAK!
Pansage: [pained] SAGE!
Cilan: Oh no! Pansage!
Kiawe: Marowak, no!
Iris: Haxorus, use Breaking Swipe!
Haxorus: [Breaking Swipe move] HAX...ORUS!
Spiritomb: [dodges] SPIR! [Hyper Beam move] SPIRI...TOMB!
Sailor Mercury: [uses her power] Shine Aqua Illusion!
The attack sequence started with a drop of water falling and creating a ripple. Droplets then surrounded Sailor Mercury as she spun around several times. The droplets coalesced into a stream of water and she then threw it at the enemy, who would be surrounded in a tower or column of liquid water.
Lana: Primarina, help Sailor Mercury with Sparkling Aria!
Primarina: [Sparkling Aria move; singing] PRIMA...MARINA!
Both water attacks combined into a fusion attack, which collided with the Hyper Beam!
Spiritomb: [shocked] TOMB!
Sailor Venus: My turn now! [uses one of her powers] Venus Love Chain Encircle!
Spiritomb: [hit] SPIRITOMB!
Iris: Excadrill, Drill Run!
Excadrill: [Drill Run move] EXCA…DRRRRRRRRRRRRRRILL!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
Solomon Grundy: [hits Tio] RAH!
Tio: [hit] AH!
Supergirl: No, Tio!
Solomon Grundy: [grabs Supergirl by her arm] Now, Grundy crush Jerk with S!
Harley Quinn: Yoo-hoo! Gruesome!
The Joker's blimp came by with Harley Quinn coming down the ladder!
Bianca: Who's that?
Sailor Venus: Oh great! It's Harley Quinn!
Harley Quinn: Over here! [reveals a bag of containing fast food]
Solomon Grundy: Huh?
Harley Quinn: Bet bein' dead makes ya hungry, huh?
Yin: Come and get it while it's hot!
Grundy dropped Supergirl and started to make his way through the swamp and over to Harley, who was holding the food!
The others came over to their friend!
Supergirl: Yeah. [falls down] You better run.
Harley Quinn: Hey, Stone Ghost! You wanna join the party too?
Spiritomb: SPIR?
Harley Quinn: You can cause as much chaos as you want!
Spiritomb liked the sound of that!
Spiritomb: [excited] TOMB! [follows the blimp] SPIRITOMB!
Lana: Spiritomb's getting away!
Tio: Let's follow!
N: [picks Meloetta up] Meloetta, are you alright?
Meloetta: [weak; affirmative] LOETTA.
Brock: Don't worry! I'll treat it! We have to hurry!
Everyone: Right!
Back at Star Labs, Ash and the other heroes were still fighting She-Bat!
Aura Guardian: Pikachu, use Electroweb!
Pikachu: [Electroweb move] PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA PIKA…CHU-PIKA!
That managed to snare She-Bat! Then, Wonder Woman wrapped her in her Lasso of Truth!
Aura Guardian: [thumbs up] Nice one, my beautiful princess warrior!
Wonder Woman: Thank you, my love!
Zombina: Yo, Bats! We need that antidote yesterday!
Batgirl: [gasps] The antidote! I found it!
Tails: Alright!
Wonder Woman: [grunting]
Rotom Dex: Easy now!
Batgirl: Easy, Francine. We want to help.
Lillie: Yes! Let us help you, Mrs. Langstrom!
Vulpix (Snowy): VUL!
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Suddenly, a super loud noise was being emitted! That made everyone cover their ears!
Aura Guardian and Goh: [scream]
Zombina: My ears!
Pikachu: [covers its ears] PIKA PIKA!
Cerea: What is that horrible noise?!
Serena: It hurts!
Rotom Pokedex: Like a thousand painful Supersonics!
She-Bat: [shrieking]
Wonder Woman: That noise! Where is it coming from?
Then, She-Bat broke free!
Gladion: She's escaping!
[glass breaking]
She-Bat flew out of Star Labs, and the sound revealed to be coming from multiple speakers attached to the Joker's blimp!
Jin and Yin: [vocalizing]
Lillie: Oh my!
Aura Guardian: It's Joker! He probably planned this if we tried to use the antidote on She-Bat!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Goh: It's almost like he's one step ahead of us!
Tuxedo Mask: [pulls out a rose and prepares to launch it at the blimp] Not for long!
Batgirl: No, wait! There might be Joker Gas in that blimp!
Aura Guardian: We'll risk putting citizens nearby in danger!
Tuxedo Mask: [gasps; puts the rose away] You're right.
Sonic: Great! Just great! How can this get any worse?!
[cell phone ringing]
Batgirl: It's the others!
Aura Guardian: What does it say?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Batgirl: [looks at the message] Oh, no… Looks like they were tricked into freeing an evil ghost. And it even busted the Super Powerful Ghost Vac 3000!
Serena: Oh no!
[cell phone beeps]
Batgirl: And a giant zombie!
Buttercup: Another zombie?! [to Zombina] No offense!
Zombina: None taken! I bet the one they set free is more evil!
[cell phone beeps]
Batgirl: Hold on, they also released a Pokémon called… Spiritomb?
Aura Guardian: Oh no! Not another Spiritomb!
Pikachu: [worried] PIKA PIKA!
Rotom Dex: Data! Spiritomb! The Forbidden Pokémon! A Ghost and Dark type! Exactly 108 spirits gathered to become this Pokémon. It is bound to a fissure in an Odd Keystone as punishment for misdeeds 500 years ago!
Blossom: That could mean trouble!
Wonder Woman: 108 SPIRITS?! Such a monstrosity!
Sonic: [groans; to Tails] I jinxed it, didn't I, pal?
Tails: I'm afraid so, Sonic!
[cell phone dings]
Batgirl: Ooh, it's Robin. Texting me back. He says "Batman is out of town, but never called me."
Aura Guardian: Well, that's just great!
Sailor Moon: That's all that birdbrain has to say?!
Batgirl: [groans] This is a nightmare. The worst part is, we don't even know what the Joker plans to do with all those monsters out there.
Aura Guardian: Probably to have them cause chaos and destruction!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PIKA!
Batgirl: [gasps] Out there! Harleen's out there! By herself!
Aura Guardian: Oh man! You're right!
Pikachu: [worried] PIKACHU!
Bubbles: [worried] That's not good!
Serena: She must be terrified!
Goh: [growls] Don't bother with her.
Wonder Woman: [coldly] Do not waste an ounce of emotion.
Batgirl: [angry] I get it, Diana! You and Goh don't like Harleen!
Aura Guardian: And I know you can't trust her, but she's our friend!
Batgirl: Exactly! Why can't you two have a little more patience with her like Ash does?! I feel like he's the only one who supports my friendship with her!
Wonder Woman: [places her hands on her shoulders] Barbara! It is time you and Ash hear the truth!
Aura Guardian: What truth?!
Wonder Woman and Goh: Harleen Quinzel is Harley Quinn!
Everyone minus Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Aura Guardian and Goh: [shocked] HUH?!
Pikachu: PIKA?!
Lucario: MRAH?!
Aura Guardian: [at a loss of words] W-What?
Batgirl: [tearing up] No, I don't believe you!
Batgirl took out her grappling gun and grappled away in tears!
Goh: Batgirl, wait!
Serena: Come back!

Lucario: [clenches its paw; growls]

Serena and Sailor Mars became completely saddened by the sight of their heartbroken boyfriend.
Serena: [as she and Sailor Mars hug Ash] Oh, there there, sweetie.

Pikachu: [licks his cheek in comfort] PIKA PI. PIKACHU.
Sonic: [pats Ash's shoulder] I'm sorry, pal. I'm sorry.
Gladion faced Wonder Woman and Goh with one of the most outraged looks he's been able to muster. His rage has passed its threshold.
Gladion: [angry] You… KNEW ABOUT THIS?!
Wonder Woman: [sad] Yes. We have.
Gladion: [angry] You mean to tell me that all this time, we were being friends with a clowning criminal and YOU DIDN'T EVEN TELL US?!
Goh: Look, we didn't have a choice, okay?! We hated to keep it from you guys! But she got all threatening on us and we didn't know what to do! So be angry all you want! Because I didn't see YOU coming along and finding out that Babs' best friend was a super villain!
Cinderace: [agreeing] CINDERACE!
Gladion: I knew it! I knew it all along! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUSTED YOU TWO!
Lillie: [worried] Gladion, please!
Vulpix (Snowy): [worried] VULPIX VUL!
Tails: [places a hand on his shoulder; worried] Gladion, I know you're furious right now, but don't do something you'll regret! They never wanted this!

Tails: [jumps back; gasps in fear]

Gladion: [takes Lillie by the wrist] No buts! [while pulling Lillie away and walking away] I'm taking you back to Alola where you'll be safe and away from those two bad influences!

Lillie: [releases herself from his grip] I SAID NO!
Gladion: Can't you see that I'm trying to protect you?!
Lillie: I understand that! But can't you see that we'd be abandoning the others?!
Gladion: And can't YOU see that two of those others have kept the secret of Babs' "best friend" being a notorious and obnoxious super villain that is now working with the Joker?!
Sailor Mini Moon: [scared] Uncle Gladion, you're scaring me!
Sonic: Yeah! Mellow out, dude! So they kept this a secret from us! Big deal!
Cerea: I agree! Surely they had a reasonable explanation as to why they kept this from you in the first place, even if I don't know her all that well!
Aura Guardian: [gets up] They're right.
Gladion: But Ash-
Aura Guardian: Look, believe me, I'm crushed about who Harleen really is, and it was wrong for them to keep a secret like that from us, but think about it! Both Babs and Harleen had a reason to keep it from each other!
Gladion: What do you mean?
Aura Guardian: Think about this! If they both revealed their secret identities towards each other, they'd be at each other's throats and might do something they'd regret! Plus, if Harleen knew Babs' identity as Batgirl, mine and the other girls' identities would be completely jeopardized and put in danger!
Pikachu: [understanding; agreeing] PIKACHU!
Gladion: I suppose that's true.
Goh: And don't forget! Harleen was one of the most important people in Babs's life! She'd go insane once she found out about this! But she took it in a whole other direction!
Gladion: That's true as well. [glares at him and Wonder Woman] But that doesn't change the fact that you kept such a secret like that from us! Or the fact that she's working with the Joker! And besides, what about our parents?!
Lillie: [gasps]
Gladion: Who knows what secrets of ours she's shared with him! He might go after all of our families! Including Mother and Father! [clenches his fist; worried] We just got him back!
Aura Guardian: Not if I have anything to say about it! Let's find the others and regroup!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Wonder Woman: Excellent idea, my love!
Lillie: But what about Batgirl?
Mewtwo: [telepathic] I sense that she needs to be alone right now. She'll join us when she's ready.
Aura Guardian: Right! Heroes, let's move!
After the heroes left, Scrozzle appeared in the lab!
Scrozzle: Phew! I thought those meddling kids would never leave! Now, where are the rest of those ingredients? I have the pack of lies and the hardest stone for my creation's heart and a bottle of crocodile tears, but I still need the "Sugar and Spice, but nothing Nice"! I'm sure this place has them! Somewhere!
Fortunately for him, he was able to get what he acquired and also stole bunch of chemicals and some robotic parts.
Scrozzle: Soon, my creation will be complete and she will be Ketchum's downfall! Lord Arcanon will rule this world! [laughs maniacally; teleports away with the stolen chemicals and robotic parts]

Brock: [pulls out a Revival Herb] Just needs to eat this Revival Herb and it'll be feeling good as new!
Manako: [as Brock feeds Meloetta the Revival Herb] Thank goodness!
Kiawe: [growls] I still can't believe that the Joker completely tricked us!
Kara: This is a straight-up bucket of stink.
Tio: I know, right?
Aurora: Now what do we do?
Wonder Woman: [leaps down with the rest of the heroes] Chins up, sisters and brothers! We can defeat this Joker yet!
Green Lantern (Jessica): [smiles] Diana!
Bonnie: You're back!
Aura Guardian: [leaps down; grunts]
Zatanna: Ashykins! [hugs Ash]
Aura Guardian: [smiles; hugs her back] Hey, Zee!
Zatanna: I was so worried about you!
Aura Guardian: I was worried about you! You okay?
Zatanna: I should ask you the same thing!
Aura Guardian: Don't worry! I'm okay! I'm just glad to see you and the others are safe!
Meloetta: [floats up; healed] LOETTA!
Brock: Meloetta's feeling a lot better!
Aura Guardian: Brock, what happened? Did you and the others really encounter a Spiritomb?
Brock: Yeah! And it got hit by its Dark Pulse!
Tio: It was able to knock the poor thing out!
Aura Guardian: I wouldn't be surprised by Spiritomb's power! It's got strength beyond our understanding!
Dawn: You're right about that, sweetheart!
Aura Guardian: And to make matters worse, Boomtower, Jin and Yin are not only acting as the Joker's henchmen, but Giovanni's involved in this, too!
Sam: We know! We saw!
Misty: That only makes matters even worse!
Green Lantern (Jessica): Wait... where's Babs?
Chloe: Yeah! Isn't she with you guys?
Wonder Woman and her group's faces shifted to looks of uneasy when they mentioned Batgirl. With Batgirl, she was up on the roof of a building, sulking while scrolling through the photos on her phone!
[melancholy music playing]
The photos consisted of her, Harleen and Ash being the trio of best friends they were while at Gotham Con, the comic book store, and many more! One recent photo she came across had suddenly gotten her attention.
Batgirl: [gasps]
It was a photo of her with the genuine Batarang Harleen got her with her bestie in the background talking to Diana and Goh! Zooming in, she saw Harleen telling Diana and Goh to keep quiet while they had looks of panic and shock upon their faces. Batgirl went through her pocket and pulled out the worn-out Batarang that was used by the Dark Knight himself, Batman.
Babs (Voiceover): How did you get a genuine Batarang?
Harleen (Voiceover): Through my secret connection, of course!
Batgirl: [teary eyed; heartbroken] It's true.
Swoobat: [concerned] SWOO...
Noibat: [concerned] NOI...
Ace Jr. was crushed to see his trainer in complete despair after learning that her best friend was really her worst enemy this whole time. However, the Midnight Form Lycanroc began to punch a wall in a fit of complete anger!
Lycanroc (Ace Jr.): [punching the wall in rage; saying "HOW COULD I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS SOONER?!"] LYCANROC ROC ROC ROC ROC ROC ROC ROC?!
Batgirl: AJ! [goes to AJ] Simmer! It's okay!
Lycanroc (Ace Jr.): [panting angrily] ROC, ROC, ROC...
Batgirl: It's not like you would know that Harleen was Harley Quinn! [hugs him; tearing up] It's okay, boy. It's okay. [sniffles]
That made Ace Jr. stop and hug its trainer!
Batgirl: [cries a bit]
Lycanroc (Ace Jr.): [comforts Babs] ROC. ROC. [licks her cheek]
Swoobat and Noibat: [lands on Babs' shoulders] SWOO!/NOI!
Noibat looked up at the sky with a serious look plastered onto its face. The Joker and Harley had to be stopped.
Noibat: [determined] NOIBAT.
Meanwhile, the Big Pumpkin Drop was being held at Wayne Tower, and the countdown was about to commence!
[helicopter hovering]
Mayor Borg: [on the big screen] All right, everybody, it's time for the annual Big Pumpkin Drop!
[crowd cheering]
Unknown to them, the Joker was about to launch his attack!
Giovanni: [chuckles sinisterly]
Mayor Borg: Count down with me!
Mayor Borg and Citizens: [counting down] Ten, nine, eight...
Joker: [grins] It's Halloween! [to his monster army] You kids have fun!
Giovanni: Show them all that you're the true creatures of the night! Bring forth every fright!
Spiritomb: [laughs sinisterly] SPIRITOMB!
Boomtower: Let the real horror start!
Jin: Oh, this is gonna be so much fun.
Yin: You've got that right, mate.
Jin and Yin: [laugh evilly]
Mayor Borg and Citizens: [counting down] Three... Two... One...
She-Bat: [shrieking]
She-Bat flew across the sky and dropped down the Joker, Harley Quinn, Jin and Yin!
Joker: Boo. [grins]
Jin and Yin: Trick-or-treat!

Persian: [hisses] PERS!
Chaos had broke loose in Gotham City. Gentleman Ghost was attacking citizens with his magic, Solomon Grundy was smashing everything in his sights, and She-Bat was attacking the helpless people from above.
Spiritomb: [Hyper Beam move] SPIRITOMB!
Boomtower: Boom Blast! [fires from his chest cannon]
Jin and Yin: [launching lightning bolts and fireballs] PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW PEW!
[all screaming]
Gentleman Ghost: [laughs maliciously]
Solomon Grundy: [throws a car; grunts]
She-Bat: [shrieks]
Giovanni: [overseeing the chaos and destruction; chuckles darkly] Excellent.
Ladybug and Cat Noir were currently in Gotham City as well. The two Parisian heroes currently have a new mission: to find Félix and recover the Peacock Miraculous. Unfortunately, they have no luck as of now.
Cat Noir: [leaps down next to Ladybug] No sign of Félix! I doubt he's here in a place like this!
Ladybug: [groans in frustration] And here we would be so close to finding him! [sighs; sits down and hugs her legs] At this rate, we'll never get back the Peacock Miraculous.
Cat Noir: Hey! Never say never, milady! Like Ash always told us, "Don't give up until the very end!" [places a hand on her shoulder] If anyone can get back the Peacock Miraculous, it's you! You always have a solution for everything! We're in this until the end!
That made Ladybug smile!
Ladybug: You're right, Cat Noir! Thanks! I needed that!
Cat Noir: That's what I'm here for, bugaboo!
But their romantic moment didn't last long when they heard the sounds of civilians in peril!
[citizens screaming]
Ladybug: What's going on?
Cat Noir: I don't know! But I'm not liking the sound of this!
When they looked, they saw monsters causing havoc around Gotham Square!
Ladybug: [gasps in horror]
Cat Noir: Are those monsters?!
Ladybug: Yeah! But why are they around here?!
Spiritomb: [appearing behind Ladybug and Cat Noir] SPIRIT!
Ladybug: [gasps]
Cat Noir: Is that a Spiritomb?!
Ladybug: I believe so! But what's it doing here?!
Spiritomb: [Hyper Beam move] SPIRITOMB!

They managed to dodge just in time!

Ladybug: No, Cat Noir! Save your Cataclysm! We may need it later! For now, let's make a tactical retreat and find an old friend of ours!
Cat Noir: Right! Ready when you are!
Ladybug: [to Spiritomb] Hey, Spiritomb! [points to something off-screen] I think I see a beautiful girl Spiritomb ready to mingle!
Spiritomb: TOMB?! [looks; flirting] SPIRIT.
Then, with a flick of the yo-yo and the extending of a staff, they made their tactical retreat! When Spiritomb realized it had been tricked, it was too late to attack, for the Parisian heroes were now long gone!
Spiritomb: [furious] SPIRITOMB!
Ladybug: [running across rooftops with Cat Noir] Wow! I can't believe that actually worked!
Cat Noir: Me neither! But then again, you always come up with good ideas!
Ladybug: True! But let's not forget about yours, kitty!
Cat Noir: And our buddy too!
They both couldn't help but chuckle from this!
Ladybug: [spots Ash and the other heroes down below] Speaking of our buddy, [points down towards the group] there he is now! And the others are with him!
Green Lantern (Jessica): [peeking out from the alleyway] How can we stop the Joker if we have no idea where he is?
Buttercup: You got me!
Batgirl: I might know where to look.
Batgirl had returned to her friends with a serious look on her face! Then, she pulled out her Rotom Phone, showing the news!
News Reporter: [on TV; terrified] Nightmare creatures have taken Gotham Square!
Aura Guardian: That's where they are! Gotham Square!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Batgirl: Now, who's ready to kick monster butt?!
Heroes: Yeah!
Zombina: YEAH! Let's do this thang!
Aura Guardian: Hold up a minute! We can't just go running in half-cocked! They'll french fry us instantly! We need a plan!
Ladybug: Hey, Ash! Need a hand?
Aura Guardian: Huh?
Then, in dropped the Dynamic Duo of Paris!
Aura Guardian: Ladybug?! Cat Noir?!
Pikachu: PIKA?!
Cat Noir: In person!
Pikachu: [happy; jumps onto Ladybug's shoulder] PIKACHU! [nuzzles against her cheek] CHA!
Ladybug: [pets Pikachu on the cheek] Long time no see, Pikachu!

Zatanna: Wow! This is a surprise! But it's good to see you both again!
Zee's Sylveon: [agreeing] SYLVEON!

Aura Guardian: So, what brings you to Gotham?
Goh: And why exactly are you here at this time? Chaos is happening right now!
Ladybug: Well, we were originally here on a mission when low and behold we see rampaging monsters at Gotham Square!
Cat Noir: We nearly had a close shave with a Spiritomb and its Hyper Beam attack!
Aura Guardian: [gasps] Wait, you did?!
Pikachu: PIKA?
Ladybug: Yep!
Batgirl: That means you two found Harley and the Joker!
Cat Noir: If he's the ringleader of those monsters, then yes!
Aura Guardian: Let's not forget that Giovanni is working with him!
Ladybug: Let me guess! He's the ringleader of those three wannabe villains, Jessie, James and Meowth?
Aura Guardian: Right on the spot, Ladybug!
Batgirl: And he means business!
Ladybug: I know! He must be stopped!
Ash spotted a certain black and red hedgehog near by, much to his surprise!
Aura Guardian: Huh? Shadow!

That made the black and red hedgehog open one eye and look in their direction!
Shadow: Hm? Oh, it's you.
Aura Guardian: What brings you here?
Pikachu: PIKACHU?
Shadow: Heard a lot of commotion going on around here. Figured I'd investigate.
Chloe: It's a good thing you did! Gotham is under attack by monsters!
Eevee: EEVEE VEE!
Shadow: Monsters?
Mallow: It's true! An evil ghost, a giant zombie, a mutant bat, demons, an evil robot, and a Spiritomb!
Shadow: Nothing I can't handle!
Batgirl: [approaches him] We need your help, Shadow. We're up against Batman's arch nemesis and the most dangerous man in all of Gotham.
Shadow: Whoever that is, I can take him with ease!
Bonnie: [happy] You'll help us, Shadow?!
Shadow: Whatever.
Bonnie: Yippee!
Tails: And we also have to deal with Giovanni!
Shadow: You mean the big boss of Team Rocket? [scoffs] That old man doesn't scare me at all.
Batgirl: Be warned though! He means business!
Aura Guardian: [to Ladybug and Cat Noir] Ladybug, Cat Noir, we're gonna need your help as well!
Ladybug: Ash, [places a hand on his shoulder] you know we're always willing to help you!
Cat Noir: But first things first, [points to the Powerpuff Girls Z and the good monster girls] you gonna introduce us to your other new friends?
Aura Guardian: Oh yeah! This is Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Cerea, Tio, Manako, and Zombina!
Blossom: So, you're the famous Ladybug and Cat Noir! It's such an honor to meet the famous Dynamic Duo of Paris!
Chimchar: [agreeing] CHIMCHAR!
Ladybug: It's nice to meet you too! And [looks at the four Demi-Humans] is that a centaur, a cyclops, a zombie and an ogre?
Aura Guardian: Yep! But don't worry! They're on our side!
Zombina: Wassup!
Cerea: Greetings!
Tio: Hello!
Manako: [nervous a bit] H-Hi!
Cat Noir: Now that's pretty cool!
Aura Guardian: Anyway, let's go and kick some monster butt! Let's go stop the Joker!
Pikachu: [determined] PIKACHU!
Lucario: [determined] MRAH RAH!
Everyone: Yeah!
The heroes began to move out, but a few of the heroes remained back for a moment, particularly Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Aura Guardian and Goh!
Batgirl: [fidgets with her fingers] Dee, Goh, I know that was hard, but if anyone had to tell me... [smiles; rubs her arm] I'm glad it was you two.
That made them smile while as Wonder Woman and Batgirl shared a sisterly hug! However, Wonder Woman and Goh turned their attention towards Ash with sad looks upon their faces.
Wonder Woman: And we owe you an apology too, my love! [boobhugs Ash] I know that you feel crushed about your friend being a villain and I feel terrible for making you feel that way! [caresses his cheek] I couldn't bring myself to breaking your poor heart about this until now.
Aura Guardian: [muffled] It's okay, Diana. I understand. [releases himself from her chest] You were only trying to protect me! And that shows how much you care about me!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
That made Diana smile and share a passionate kiss on the lips!
Cat Noir: [blinks in surprise] Meow!
Ladybug: If you two are done...?
Then, the two of them separated with passionate smiles on their faces!
Aura Guardian: Thank you, Diana! I love you!
Wonder Woman: I love you too, dearest!
Aura Guardian and Wonder Woman hugged, while the others smiled from the romantic sight! Especially Ladybug and Cat Noir!
Cat Noir: I taught him everything he knows!
Ladybug: [rolls her eyes playfully]
Aura Guardian: Now then, let's go clown-busting!
Pikachu: [determined] PIKACHU!
Wonder Woman: Yes!
And off they went!
Back at Gotham Square, fire and chaos broke out, and the Joker was now on the big screen!
Joker: [laughs evilly] As promised, Gotham, I have delivered your scariest Halloween of all time.
Giovanni: And now, you are all going to hand over all of your Pokémon!
Joker: Ooh, yes indeed! And if you refuse... things will get even scarier. [laughs maniacally; talks into a walkie talkie] Start looting, fellas!
Then, Team Rocket Grunts started appearing out of every corner!
Team Rocket Grunts: [chuckle evilly]
Giovanni: Initiate capture sequence!
Then, the Rocket Grunts started sucking up everyone's PokéBalls!
Teenage Girl: NO!
Giovanni: Your Pokémon now belong to Team Rocket!
Joker: [laughs evilly]
Jin and Yin: [laugh evilly]
Harley Quinn had tied up the mayor and was filming the Joker and Giovanni!
Harley Quinn: [cuts the camera] And... we're clear! [claps] Bravo, Mr. J!
Joker: Aww shucks, it was nothin'. [flicks a bell on her jester cap] Anything for my number one gal!
Harley Quinn: [stares at him lovingly, as he wraps an arm around her] Your number one gal?
Giovanni: Ahem! If you [makes air quotes] "lovebirds" are done, I think we have company!
And he was right!
Batgirl: You're a number one somethin', all right.
Then, in came the heroes!
Ladybug and Cat Noir: [leap down; grunt]
Cat Noir: I hope we're not interrupting anything romantic! Because a Jokearly pairing is not a good look for you two!
Harley Quinn: Hey! You two bozos ruined Coldheart's plans!
Ladybug: And we'll do it again to your evil plans!
Giovanni: [growls angrily; pulling out a PokéBall] You meddling kids have foiled Team Rocket's plans for the last [tosses it] time!
Nidoking: [appearing] NIDOOOOOOOOOOOOKING!
Aura Guardian: A Nidoking!
Joker: Ooh. [rubs his hands together] This should be good!
Zatanna: [pulls out her Rotom Phone] I'll look it up!
Zee's Rotom Phone: Nidoking, the Drill Pokémon. A Poison and Ground type. It is recognized by its rock-hard hide and its extended horn. Be careful with the horn as it contains venom.
Giovanni: Nidoking, dispose of these pests with Sludge Wave!
Nidoking: [Sludge Wave move] NIDO...KING!
Zatanna: [scared] EWW!
Mewtwo: [uses Safeguard] Hm!
They were protected from the Poison type attack!
Zatanna: Oh, thank goodness!
Aura Guardian: Ladybug, Cat Noir, Batgirl, Wonder Woman and I will take care of these three, the rest of you handle the monsters and the Team Rocket Grunts!
Wonder Woman: Excellent plan, my love!
She-Bat: [shrieking]
Cat Noir: Whoa!
Bonnie: [gasps in fear]
Dedenne: [scared] DEDENNE!
Sophocles: [screams]
Togedemaru: [scared] MARU!
Bumblebee was especially frightened!
Batgirl: Hey, Bumblebee! Use this antidote for She-Bat! [tosses her the antidote]
Bumblebee caught the antidote and nodded determinedly while flying off!
Aura Guardian: [takes Zatanna's hands] Be safe out there, Zatanna! Good luck!
Zatanna: No luck needed, love bug! [kisses his cheek]
Aura Guardian: [chuckles] Remember! Spiritomb is super weak against Fairy types!
Brock: And its weakness is also electricity!
Zatanna: Perfect!
The heroes went to battle the monsters and Team Rocket while Aura Guardian, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and some of the others remained to fight the Joker, Harley and Giovanni!
Ladybug: Joker, I presume?
Joker: One thing should know about me-
[thuds]
Wonder Woman had punched the Joker in the face and knocked out one of his teeth!
Jin and Yin: BOSS!
Wonder Woman: One thing you should know about me. I do not suffer fools.
Aura Guardian: And I can't stand evil psychopathic clowns!
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking threateningly] PIKACHU!
Lucario: [battle stance] MRAH RAH!
Cat Noir: Looks like you need to be brought back to clown kindergarten!
They began to fight against Batman's arch nemesis!
Joker: Well!
While Aura Guardian, Wonder Woman and Cat Noir fought the Joker, Batgirl and Ladybug were up against Harley Quinn!
Batgirl: This stops now... Harleen!
Harley Quinn: Harleen? Sister, you got the wrong number!
Ladybug: [spinning her yo-yo] Oh, I'm pretty sure she's got the right one, sister!
Blossom: Ah, the yo-yo! [spinning her yo-yo] A fine choice for a weapon!
Giovanni and Mewtwo sent hateful glares to one another.
Mewtwo: [telepathic] I thought I saw the last of you and your awful organization during Johto, Giovanni!

With a press of a button, parts of Mewtwo's old armor, with some slight upgrades began to form onto Giovanni!

Ladybug: What is he doing?!
Mewtwo: [telepathic] That armor!
Wonder Woman: You recognize this armor?
Mewtwo: [telepathic] That's the very same armor he used on me when we first met in order to use me for his evil ways!

Joker: This just got interesting! I wish I brought popcorn!
Jin: [tosses him a bag] Got you covered, boss!
Joker: [catches it] Ooh, goodie!
Giovanni: I AM UNSTOPPABLE!

They began to fight the armored Giovanni! With the rest of our heroes, they were handling the monsters! She-Bat was flying after Bumblebee while she tried to get the antidote in her!
She-Bat: [growls]
Magneton: [Thunderbolt move] MAGNETON!
She-Bat: [shrieks in electrocuted pain]
Bumblebee: Good work, Magneton! Try to paralyze her the best you can! Ribombee, give her a taste of Pollen Puff!
Ribombee: BOM! [Pollen Puff move] BOM!
That went straight into She-Bat's mouth!
She-Bat: [coughing and gagging]
Bumblebee: Nice shot, Ribombee!
Ribombee: [smiles] BOMBOM!
Supergirl, Shadow, and Tio were facing Solomon Grundy!
Supergirl: Round two, Ugly. This time, I'm ready.
Incineroar: [punching its fist into its other paw] ROAR!
Shadow: Let's see if you can handle the beats of the ultimate life form!
Tio: Prepare to be crushed!
Solomon Grundy: [grunts; growls]
Supergirl: [yells; charges]

They Kryptonian and ogress hit Grundy in the fists, causing a tremor in the ground from the impact!

Shadow: [leaping into the air] Chaos... [launches his Chaos Spears] Spear!
Solomon Grundy: [hit across the arm] GAH!
Shadow: Not so tough now, are you, you filthy piece of trash!
Solomon Grundy: Grundy crush puny black and red mouse! [swings his fist; growls]

Supergirl: [punches Grundy] And another thing! He ain't no ordinary hedgehog!
Tio: He's the ultimate life form!

Incineroar and Grundy began to fight! With the rest of our heroes, they were fighting the Gentleman Ghost! Green Lantern created a box using her ring in order to trap the ghost, but he only phased right through!
Gentleman Ghost: Ah, you cod's head! [taps his hat with his cane] Haven't you learned, your powers are useless against me?
Green Lantern (Jessica): Don't worry about what I learned. [points] Worry about what she's learnt.
That was when Zatanna came up behind him and...
Zatanna: [casting a spell while levitating her spell book] Tirips eb denaitnoc! ["Spirit be contained!" in reverse]
Then, the Gentleman Ghost was contained within a magic bubble!
Gentleman Ghost: [pounds on the inside; grunts]
Zatanna: You learn something new everyday, don't you, Mr. Craddock? [as she and Green Lantern share a high-five]
Spiritomb: SPIRITOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMB!
Zatanna: Spiritomb!
Spiritomb: [chuckles darkly] SPIRITOMB...
May: Blaziken, Flamethrower!

But the Flamethrower just phased through it!

She then brought out two PokéBalls!

Then, Zatanna brought out a Luxury Ball!

Most of the heroes was shocked and amazed by this! Zee Zatara having a Legendary Pokémon from an ancient past!
May: [gasps] No way!
Max: Is that a Legendary Pokémon?!
Zatanna: Indeed it is!
Clemont: I can't believe it!
Bonnie: So pretty!
Zatanna: Now, pay attention, Enamorus, and there will be more in it for you when you're done here!

Zatanna: Now, let's add some more heat to the fire! [reveals her Keystone earring] Ready to try Mega Evolution, Airalin?

Within a bright flash of light, Airalin's necklace disappeared and she had Mega Evolved into Mega Gardevoir!

Aura Guardian was watching from atop Wayne Tower with shock and joy!

Then, the three Moonblasts merged into one and became one big Moonblast!

Mega Gardevoir (Airalin): [nods affirmatively; smiles] GARDEVOIR!
Zatanna: Alright! [starts the pose]
Mega Gardevoir (Airalin): [begins to pose] VOIR!
Zatanna: [makes a heart] It is with the brightest twinkle that love can conquer all! And all the evils with hate in them shall perish in the brightest pink light! With magic, beauty, style, and grace! [finishes the pose] HA!
Then, the Z-Power went into Airalin!
Mega Gardevoir (Airalin): [empowered] GARDEVOIR!
Zatanna: Now, use Twinkle Tackle!
Mega Gardevoir (Airalin): [Twinkle Tackle Z-Move] GAR…DE…VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOIR!
Spiritomb: [pained] TOMB!
That final attack was able to finally defeat Spiritomb! And it disappeared back into the Odd Keystone!
Gentleman Ghost: NO!
Zatanna: We… we did it! We defeated Spiritomb!
Max: Alright!
May: Way to go, Zatanna!
Clemont: Outstanding!
Bonnie: Yippee!
Dedenne: [happy] DENNE!
Sailor Venus: Way to go!
Sailor Mars: Incredible!
Aura Guardian: That's my magical girl! Getting the gold!

The Joker was about to attack Lillie from behind, but was met by a punch across the face from Gladion.

However, the fatigue started to kick in!

Then, Lycanroc bit down on its paw to shake off the confusion!
Joker: Ha! It's so confused it's attacking itself! [laughs]

Gladion's Lycanroc: [regains its focus] ROC!

Gladion: Use Swords Dance!
Gladion's Lycanroc: [Swords Dance move] ROC!
This increased Lycanroc's attack!
Gladion: Now, Stone Edge!
Gladion's Lycanroc: [Stone Edge move] ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! ROC!
However, the Stone Edges were smashed by a metal fist from Giovanni, Boomtower's sword, and Harley Quinn's hammer!
Gladion: WHAT?!
Harley Quinn: Sorry, Glady! Ya missed!
Gladion: [growls angrily]
Batgirl: [throws Batarangs] Noibat, use Air Cutter!
Noibat: [Air Cutter move] NOI...BAT BAT BAT!
Boomtower: [hit] GUH!
Batgirl: Swoobat, Psyshock!
Swoobat: [Psyshock move] SWOO…BAT!
Boomtower: [hit] UGH!
Batgirl: Ace Jr., use Counter!
Lycanroc (Ace Jr.): [Counter move] ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOC!

Harley Quinn: [about to slam her hammer onto Batgirl] It's hammer time!
But then, Noibat bravely shoved Batgirl out of the way and caught the incoming hammer with surprising strength!

Joker: [laughs] Would ya look at that! Bat Junior is trying to play the hero! How [zaps Noibat with his joy buzzer] SHOCKING!

His paw glowed a black bubbly energy! Then, when Giovanni got close, he slammed his paw/hand onto Giovanni's mech suit and it turned to dust!

Aura Guardian: It's over, Giovanni! You and your Team Rocket days are over!
Pikachu: [cheeks sparking wildly] PIKACHU!
Aura Guardian: Oh, and I wouldn't worry about your Rocket Grunts! The rest of the heroes have already taken care of them!
And he was right! All the Team Rocket Grunts were laying in a pile, defeated!

The Joker grinned evilly when he said that! Then, Giovanni and every Team Rocket Grunt made their retreat!

Joker: [squirts acid from his flower; laughs maniacally]

That move collided with the Boom Blast!

Then, Harley and Batgirl started tussling! Harley swung her hammer at Batgirl, but she missed and hit the wall instead!

Then, she pressed a button on the handle of her mallet and a boxing glove sprang out of the circle part!
Batgirl was hit and smacked against a wall!

Aura Guardian, Wonder Woman, and Gladion were fighting the Joker!
Aura Gladion: Hey, Joker! I got a joke for you! What's pale white, yellow, purple and green and covered in red sauce?

Aura Gladion: A clown who's fallen into deep spaghetti! [punches Joker square in the face]

That managed to freeze the Gentleman Ghost in ice!

Bumblebee wasn't having any luck with using the antidote on She-Bat, because she was being pursued by the said bat mutant!

Ladybug's vision showed Boomtower's chest cannon, Harley Quinn's hammer, the spotlight next to the camera, the Joker, her yo-yo, a megaphone and a set of headphones on a crate, the monsters the heroes were fighting, and Star Sapphire's Violet Lantern Ring, all in a ladybug pattern!
Aura Guardian: You have a plan?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Ladybug: I sure do! [to Star Sapphire] And I'm gonna need your help! Can you create multiple sets of headphones for everyone?
Star Sapphire: Um... Sure! But why?
Ladybug: Just trust me! Things are about to get loud!
Star Sapphire: If you say so!
While the princess-themed Violet Lantern created the headphones, Ladybug used her yo-yo to bring the headphones and megaphone off the crate towards her, as well as the spotlight.
Joker: Hey! No cheating! [starts to go over to the group]
Ladybug: Let me "shed some [shines the spotlight in the Joker's face] light" on your subject!
Joker: [shields his eyes] Yeowzers! Who turned on the lights?!
Boomtower: [preparing to fire] Boom Bla-
Ladybug: [jams Harley Quinn's hammer into his chest cannon; grunts]
Boomtower: Hey!
Harley Quinn: Ey! That's my mallet!
Boomtower: You spotted brat! It's stuck!
Aura Guardian: That's the idea, ya bucket of bolts!

Centorea kicked Boomtower out of the way while the heroes were finished putting the headphones on!

That made the villains cover their ears! Even the monsters and the rest of the heroes down below!

Alex: It's coming from nowhere!

The noise coming from the air horn through the megaphone was super effective on She-Bat!
She-Bat: [shrieks in pain]
Batgirl: It's working! She-Bat can't stand super loud noises!
Aura Guardian: Bumblebee, give She-Bat the antidote while you have the chance!
Bumblebee: [struggling; flying around] I'm trying! She won't stop flailing around!
With Jin and Yin, they were right behind Zombina, Centorea, Sonic, Tails, Katana, Star Sapphire, Mewtwo, Lillie, Serena, Goh, and their Pokémon!
Aura Guardian: Guys, look out!

Yin: [pulls out a strange device; chuckles sinisterly]
The heroes looked and saw trouble!

Yin threw the device, revealing it to be a capture unit Team Rocket uses to capture Pokémon in a forcefield cube! The heroes were trapped! Including Ladybug and Cat Noir's Pokémon!

Yin: Your little cage!
Jin: Like you're all monkeys! [makes monkey noises]

Star Sapphire: [growls angrily]

Despite Harley having the time of her life with her idol, she secretly didn't want to blow up her own home at all. As for the others, they were still holding off the monsters!

But Grundy hardly felt it!

Then, Croagunk first used Poison Jab from one hand!

Brock: Now, Brick Break!

Supergirl, Incineroar, and Knuckles continued their smack down with Solomon Grundy!

But Grundy managed to endure it!

Grundy endured it and started tossing Supergirl around!

Solomon Grundy: [holding Supergirl by the head] After Grundy crush Jerk with S. Grundy crush all Jerk with S friends!
That was a huge mistake! When Supergirl heard Grundy threatening to hurt her friends, she became very angry!
Supergirl: Crush me all you want, Grundy. [while punching Grundy] But threaten my friends, and we got bigger problems!
Incineroar: [Flare Blitz move] IN...CINEROAR!
Solomon Grundy: [screams]
Supergirl: SHADOW, NOW!
Then, Shadow leaped up and...
Shadow: [using the Chaos Control power] CHAOS... CONTROL!
Solomon Grundy: [gasps]
Then, Shadow unleashed a glowing white sphere of energy that had the energy of the Chaos Emeralds and hurled it towards the giant zombie.
Solomon Grundy: Oh crumbs. [hit; roars in pain]
That knocked out Solomon Grundy!
Kiawe: We got him! Great work, you two!
Supergirl: [holds up for a high-five] Slap me some skin, Shades!
Shadow: [smirks a bit; high-fives her] Hm.
Supergirl: Yeah!
Knuckles: That's one monster down!
With Bumblebee, She-Bat was flying after her, but Bumblebee flew up high and poured the antidote down her throat, but She-Bat ate her in the process!
Ribombee: [gasps in horror] BOM!
Magneton: [shouting "NO!"] MAGNETON!
But then, She-Bat started coughing and gagging!
Ribombee: RIBOM?
Magneton: MAGNE?
Then, out came Ribombee, still intact!
Bumblebee: Yuck! That was gross...
Ribombee: [hugs Bumblebee] BOMBOM!
Magneton: [hovers next to her; rubs itself against her] MAGNETON!
Bumblebee: [giggles] Okay! Okay! I won't scare you two like that anymore! [notices She-Bat changing back] Look! It's working!
And she was right!
She-Bat: [shrieking]
She-Bat landed on a roof, and within a cloud of purple smoke, she had reverted back to Francine Langstrom.
Francine: [groans]
Then, Bumblebee came down to help her!
Rouge: [seeing this while flying; speaks through her communicator] She-Bat has been taken care of!
With Zatanna, Green Lantern and the others, Gentleman Ghost was using magic to hold them down!
Sailor Moon: You won't get away with this, you bad ghostie!
Gentleman Ghost: Don't you understand, you washed up princess? I already have!
Hoopa: Hoopa stop you! [using Shadow Ball] Shadow Ball, GO!
Gentleman Ghost: [hit] UGH!

Green Lantern (Jessica): No, Hoopa!

That's when a vacuuming force started sucking the Gentleman Ghost back into the chest!
Gentleman Ghost: [trying to pull himself away] No, no, no, no, no! [screams]
And James Craddock was sealed away!
Chloe: Miss Craddock, you did it!
Sailor Moon: But how?
V-Bone: Meh, had more writing on it, yo.

Jin and Yin: [indistinct arguing; wrestling each other]
Boomtower: [groans in annoyance] Idiots! [to the heroes] I'd love to stay and watch the fireworks, but I've got places to be! Nice knowing you, heroes! NOT! [laughs evilly; teleports away]
Cat Noir: I really hate that dude!

Harley wasn't sure about this. She'd be destroying her own home and there would be no going back.

Ladybug: [gasps] What is she doing?!
Cat Noir: Is she out of her mind?!
Ash couldn't believe his eyes! Babs revealed her own secret identity to her best friend AND worst enemy! He grew a serious look on his face, knowing what he had to do!

Then, the pumpkin started to drop!
Aura Guardian: Quick, Cat Noir! Cataclysm the bomb!
Cat Noir: I can't! I already used it!
Serena: WE'RE DOOMED!
Batgirl and Aura Guardian were just heartbroken at what Harley has done!
Wonder Woman: Barbara, Ash, I'm so sorry… but you heard the Joker, we have ten seconds!
Goh: We don't have much time left before we're history!
Rotom Dex: [with a panicked emoji] IT'S GONNA BLOW!
Mewtwo: [telepathic] We must hurry!
Batgirl: Right. We got one chance. [pulls out a Batarang] The Obliterator should have an external protocol switch. It's a one-in-a-million shot, but if I hit just… [throws her Batarang]
Aura Guardian: [fires a golden Aura Sphere] HA!
[swishes]

They waited for impact and an explosion, but it never came!
Katana: [gasps]
Wonder Woman: Babs? Babs! Ash! No boom! You did it!
Batgirl: Phew.
Aura Guardian: [sighs] Thank goodness!
Pikachu: [sighs in relief] PIKACHU!
Lucario: [sighs in relief] MRAH RAH.
Star Sapphire: [claps] Yay, Ashy!
Ladybug: [tosses her Lucky Charm into the air] Miraculous Ladybug!
Then, the magical ladybugs fixed everything that was damaged and put everything back the way it was! The heroes were freed from the forcefield, the Powerpuff Girls Z were freed from the Sleepy Cuffs and awake, and Wonder Woman and Gladion were unfrozen!
Batgirl: [awed] It's… it's just like last time…
Aura Guardian: That's the amazing feature of Ladybug's power! She's able to put everything back the way it was!
Pikachu: PIKA PI!
Wonder Woman: It's beautiful. It's truly…
Aura Guardian: Miraculous!
Cat Noir: Yeah, we know!
Then, Ladybug brought her fist into the center of the heroes!
Aura Guardian, Serena, Star Sapphire, Ladybug, Cat Noir, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Katana, Goh, Lillie, Gladion, Sonic, Tails, Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Cerea, Zombina, and Mewtwo: [fist bump] Pound it!

Batgirl: Don't worry about it, Cat Noir. I'm sure that deep down, there's still some good in Harleen's heart. [sad] I hope.
Aura Guardian: I hope so, too. [sniffles]
Star Sapphire: Oh, [hugs Ash from behind] there there, Ashypoo!
Serena: [hugs Ash] It's okay, sweetie. I'm right here for you.
Ash smiled from the love his girls were giving him, but Ladybug's earrings and Cat Noir's ring began to rapidly beep!
Aura Guardian: Guys, your Miraculous!

Ladybug: We know! We'll go recharge our Kwamis and regroup with you guys later! [swings her yo-yo] BRB!
Later on, the police had came to clean up the crime scene and scientists from Star Labs had came to take away the bomb.
Mayor Borg: What is the meaning of this?
The bomb was placed in a safe and drilled in very securely with scientists in hazmat suits taking it away.
[whirring]
Aura Guardian: Yeah! Sorry about what happened, Mayor Borg, sir! But look on the bright side, a friend of mine put everything that was damaged back the way it was!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKACHU!
Goh: Too bad Joker managed to get away!
Aura Guardian: It's alright, Goh! What matters more is that Gotham City is safe!
Pikachu: [agreeing] PIKA PI!
Goh: I guess! But what about Team Rocket's boss, Giovanni? We were so close to having him and his entire fleet in prison! It could've been the end of Team Rocket!
Cat Noir: We'll get him next time! Trust me!

Aura Guardian: At least everything is okay and back to normal!

Then, the heroes gathered around with one another!

Knuckles: So, since that old ghost is gone and that crazy bat mutant is back to normal, what's gonna happen to that giant zombie?
Aura Guardian: Maybe place him back in his grave?

Jerry: Not to worry! Grundy will be sent to Blackgate Prison where a nice cozy cell will be waiting for him!
Aura Guardian: Thanks, Jerry!
That's when the heroes saw two WOOHP agents taking a Hengeman away in cuffs!
Hengeman: [grunting angrily]
Zatanna: What are you gonna do with him?
Katana: [about to draw out her sword] Shall I dispose of him?
Jerry: No need! We're going to make him join the light side and have him become a WOOHP agent!
Aura Guardian: Really? You are?
Pikachu: PIKA?
Jerry: That's my plan! And perhaps he might even be able to give us information on Boomtower and why he's here!
Aura Guardian: That could work! [turns to Star Sapphire and Katana; smiles] Sapphire, Katana, thanks for helping us against Giovanni!
Star Sapphire: Our pleasure, sweetie!
Katana: [smiles] Anything for you, my love.
Star Sapphire: Besides, I don't want my brute uncle three times removed hurting my sweet Ashypoo! [kisses Ash on the lips and makes out with him]
Aura Guardian: [kisses back passionately]
Cat Noir: He's learned a lot from me!

Cat Noir: Really? Then I guess we both did, huh?
Brock: Agreed!
Then, Aura Guardian and Star Sapphire separated with half-lidded eye expressions!

Star Sapphire: [hugs him] I love you too, my dear prince! [kisses his cheek, leaving a lipstick mark] Mwah!
Aura Guardian: [blushes; giggles]
Ladybug: Star, you said Giovanni was your uncle! Is this true?
Star Sapphire: Yes! He and my father were brothers and were inseparable back in day! But during their school years at the PokéTech Institute, they both fell in love with my mother, but she had eyes for my dad instead of my uncle, which made him really jealous! So much so in fact, they had become extremely distant with each other while my uncle planned a way to get my mom to be with him and not my dad! But years later when they reached adulthood, when my mom and dad were getting married, my uncle was furious! So much so that he decided that if he had power and glory, he would try to win my mom over to him! Even after I was born, he never showed up to see me! He's probably torn up the picture he sent him of me when I was born! And then, when the Pokémon world and this world split into two separate universes, we never saw him again! Or cared to think about him for that matter!

Then, the Odd Keystone vanished and was placed back in Slaughter Swamp!

Zatanna: Naturally! [hugs Ash's arm] But you're even more fantastic, honey bunch! [kisses his cheek] Mwah!

In the box, the Gentleman Ghost was fuming! That's when a certain candle monster appeared!

Then, he teleported away! Back at Lord Arcanon's lair...
Lord Arcanon: So, those meddling kids have gotten the best of you again, eh, Boomtower?
Boomtower: More or less, my lord! They may have stopped the destruction of Gotham City, but they won't stop your master plan!
Scrozzle: Indeed! I was able to get the ingredients and parts needed from Star Labs in order to create the Ashley, Master!

On the sidelines were the three females recruits, Ember, Lyssa, and Enchantress!

Ash (singing): "Our fright night has ended,"
Zee (singing as she emerges from the logo): "We hope you found it splendid,"
(The camera cuts to a view of Babs in front of a blue background as she shows the viewers that she had been able to have her bestie see sense)
Babs (singing): "My heart scar has mended,"
(The camera cuts to a view of Garth standing atop a mountain of trick-or-treat bags, one of which is standing right beside him)
Garth (singing): "And I went trick or treat!"
(The camera zooms out, revealing the rest of the mountain of trick-or-treat bags. It then cuts to a view of Jessica and Karen nervously huddling each other whilst looking at a Frankenstein monster)
Jessica and Karen (singing nervously): "We saw lots of creatures,"
(The camera cuts to a zoomed-out view, revealing Jessica and Karen to be standing next to a movie poster that says, NOW PLAYING EVIL VII. Ash and Zee are on the left side of the screen)
Ash and Zee (singing): "And spoofed a lot of features,"
Ash, Zee, Jessica, and Karen (singing): "We're scarier than teachers,"
(The camera cuts to a view of a very fat Garth surrounded by empty trick-or-treat bags and discarded candy wrappers)
Garth (singing): "But I've had too much to eat,"
(The camera cuts to a view of Ash and Zee surrounded by the paintings in the wraparounds)
Ash and Zee (singing): "So turn on the lights now, you'll see it's safe for you,"
(The camera zooms out. Hal, Barry and Garth appear on the left side of the screen)
Hal, Barry and Garth (singing): "No ghastly ghouls,"
(Babs, Jessica, Karen, Kara and Diana appear on the right side of the screen)
Babs, Jessica, Karen, Kara and Diana (singing): "No scary fools,"
(Zee reaches for the lightbulb's string with her right arm and pulls it. The light turns oun, revealing they are in the forest from the prologue and are surrounded by monsters)
Ash, Zee, Hal, Barry, Garth, Babs, Jessica, Karen, Kara and Diana (singing as they stare in shock and run away): "Well, maybe just a few!"
(The camera cuts to a view of the tree with the DC Superhero Girls and Aura Guardian star and PokéBall logo as Ash, Zee, Hal, Barry, Garth, Babs, Jessica, Karen, Kara and Diana all run towards it)

Ash and Zee remove their costumes, revealing them to belong to two Monster actors; a green monster with four eyes and pink lips with fangs for Ash, and a blue monster with pointy ears and purple spots for Zee)
Blue Monster Actor: "Gee, those costumes sure were hot!"
(The screen fades to black)

Ash: Hey, girls! Who'd'ya meet today?
[as two Pokémon cards were placed in a binder]
Babs: Nidoking and Noivern!
[as the screen shows Noivern]
Ash: Noivern is a Flying and Dragon type native to the Kalos Region!
Pikachu: PIKA!
Goh: And it can fly in the dark, attacking with ultrasonic waves strong enough to crush stone. And it uses its sharp fangs to defeat foes.
Babs: EEE!
Noivern: NOIVERN!
Babs: Half dragon and half bat! AWESOME!
Ash and Goh: [chuckles]
