"Wow, it feels like whenever a crisis befalls Bikini Bottom, I often have to be the one to save it because no one else could.
Brainiac's invasion was just another Tuesday for me and my fellow Bikini Bottom citizens.
However, I wasn't prepared for how dangerous this alien really was.
He first sent down his robots to take out anyone who was trying to seek shelter from this attack. As for me, I was working at the Krusty Krab when the attack began.
Once I figured out what was happening, I rallied everyone together and we launched an all-out attack on Brainiac's forces throughout the streets of the city. Even Plankton chose to help us out in an alliance of needs after seeing Brainiac's madness after only a few hours of the invasion.
The biggest problem was Brainiac himself.
Luckily, we had help when Bubbles the Dolphin showed up and told us that Brainiac's victory would destroy the timeline should he conquer the sea.
Since the police was busy fighting off some of Brainiac's drones, we went to Sandy's tree dome to see if she could bring down that alien's ship with one of her inventions, but the problem is that Brainiac quickly noticed and blew up the tree dome using the laser from his ship. We barely managed to get to the squirrel's underground lab (which she built just in case something like this happened) just by the skin of our teeth.
In the underground, we managed to use Bikini Bottom's sewer to rally the survivors of the invasion together to take back our town just like that scene in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy where they gather the mightiest heroes from across the sea to battle the Atom Neutralizer and army of city destroying robots!
It's like reenacting that scene.
That was until Mr. Krabs, Plankton, Squidward, Sandy, Patrick and I got to Brainiac himself.
Even with our acquired powers, he was the ABSOLUTELY hardest foe we've faced since we beat Burger Beard. Mine, Sandy's and Patrick's powers were ineffective against the alien while Squidward, Mr. Krabs, and Plankton could hurt him, it was difficult to do so given how smarter, tougher and stronger Brainiac was.
It got so bad that Bubbles himself interfered to help turn the tide.
However, even with his help, Brainiac was still too powerful.
It appeared that was no way to stop this madness!
Oh, how wrong I was.
During the battle, King Neptune was watching the whole invasion and at first, he decided not to interfere as he wanted to see how his subjects would fare against a godlike threat such as Brainiac without his assistance.
But despite Brainiac's overwhelming power and his forces burning my hometown to the ground, I refused to quit as I continued to get up despite everyone else laying hurt on the floor!
My determination to stop this monster gave us a fighting chance as the lightning of Neptune not only healed the seven of us, also granted our superpowers a godly upgrade.
For Patrick became the god of freezing to freeze the room to stop him from teleporting all over the place and trying to escape just in case he tries to.
As for Mr. Krabs, he was able to turn himself into gold and diamond to deal with those pesky metal tentacles.
With Sandy, she became a goddess of science as she was smarter than Brainiac as she figures out how to reverse engineer the ship's collection process because Brainiac wanted to take Bikini Bottom and add it to his collection.
For Squidward, he became the god of music to hurt Brainiac with how irritating it sounded to his ears while the rest of us were fine as it sounded pretty good.
For Plankton, he became a god of strength as he was able to take on this alien in a close-up fight.
As for Bubbles, Neptune just healed him.
As for yours truly, I became the god of... IMAGINATION as I was able to imagine up an army of the sea's greatest heroes to overpower him.
With Brainiac beaten, King Neptune showed up and while he took away our godly upgrades as they were no longer needed, he did thank us for saving the world before he used his magic to imprison Brainiac in another dimension for everything he did.
Yup, just another day in Bikini Bottom!
But when the next threat comes to my town...
I'M READY!"
