Time for another Challenge! Though my stories have been creeping along, the plotbunnies keep coming. T - T Evile Incarnate, I tell you! I wasn't even thinking of anything along these lines! It just... jumped me. Here:
Harry is a detective that's been specially trained by Dumbledore (a great detective) to take down Voldemort, a notorius crime lord. Mr. Potter's parents were killed by Grindelwald, thus leaving him an orphan and in his relatives care (the Dursleys), who are abusive, but Harry is found and saved by Dumbledore at age 11, thus beginning his training.
He is now 22 and placed on the Task Force in a large city (London, New York, San Francisco, Los Angelos, Seatle, Tokyo, Sydney, somewhere but probably London) by Dumbledore. Very familiar faces working as police officers (Ron, Draco, Blaise, Dean, Seamus, Crabbe, Goyle, Cedric you could really go to town with Diggory XP, Krum, etc.) and are wary of this sudden transfer of a scawny, pale, short guy who's supposed to be a genius, but is rather unsocial.
A few weeks (or months) later another new face transfers in. Dun dun duuuuun! It's Tom Riddle, a quiet but personable guy who's tall and everyone likes... even Harry has to grudgingly admit he's handsome and nice.
Then Tom starts hitting on him... Mwahahahaha! He's not quite sure how to take it since he's never... really... he didn't have any friends and deffinitely didn't see anyone young or attractive enough to envision... ahem things with (Dumbledore, McGonagall, Flitwick, Snape sorry, Hagrid ew...)
w Any other details are to be kept solely for the person (or people) that take this challenge, and trust me, you'll like it!
Once again, I'll probably be writing on this later... once again, MUCH later especially if the bunnies keep attacking me at this rate...
T - T I've really got to get a move on and WRITE! But every time I try... #trips over a foot-tall wall# well, you see what happens. Sure I can envision things, plan them out, get attacked by plotbunnies, but if I try to type or write them up... #stumbles# I'm trying!

I'm not good at Geography and I obviously do not live in California because I posted that this challenge should be staged in some large city, then I posted several suggestions and one that I did was San Angeles. #headdesk# There is no San Angleles, though I'm sure you could invent it, but it wouldn't make very much sense. Saint Angeles? Anyway, what I got mixed up were San Francisco and Los Angeles... or San Angelo with all three. So, what'll it be? Just those two or a threesome? XP
