Just a note folks: 'Chicken Soup for the One Shot Soul' will be a collection of one shots written by myself and my two sisters, MewBlackberri and Kidalanna.

The pairings are decided by drawing two names out of a hat. Unfortunately we had no hat and therefore are using this random bucket thing.

Hope you enjoy

Pink

What had started as a calm stroll through the woods in search of whatever Haku had decided they needed for whatever, had turned into a rather interesting event. The swordsman-shinobi Zabuza now stood in front of a smallish, somewhat plump, very pink pig; mentioned pig looking up at him as he stood there.

"Pwe…" the red jacketed pig sighed.

"Pwe?" he repeated, confused.

A closer look revealed the fact that the pig was not only wearing a red jacket but a pearl necklace as well, not something he thought to see a pig with. Deciding that next time Haku got a cold and needed something he'd find an excuse as to why he himself couldn't go outside, Zabuza turned to leave.

"Pwe…" Ton Ton sighed again.

"Pwe?" he repeated again.

Looking down at the pig still he sat down on the ground, Ton Ton rushed over and he placed his hand on the small pig's head, "What brings you over here anyways?"

Getting no response he decided that the pig was probably lost, how the pig actually got there was a different story. One that would probably be of interest if the pig could actually talk…

"Okay piggy," he started and then paused, "Pinkie… um…" Trying to think of a temporary name for the small creature he eventually settled on the first one he had thought of, "Piggy, I'm going home now…" Taking his hand of Ton Ton's head and standing up he waved to the small pig, "Bye bye now…"

Making sure he had grabbed what he had gone out to get Zabuza stood up and headed back to what he referred to as 'home'. As the dubbed home came into sight the man stopped, having heard a twig snap behind him. With lightning speed he turned around and saw nothing, pausing he looked down to see the small pig from earlier standing there.

"Pwe…"

"Pwe."

From The Desk of BVP:

I'm sorry it's so short. When I drew the two names I wasn't entirely sure on what I was going to do with this one shot. That seemed like a nice place to end for me.
