Blue, the never ending sky is blue. It's blinding, no it's the tears, it's blurry, and the blue sky is washing over me. The hot sun is beating down from the open sky, the world gone quiet.
The sky is gray now. The clouds are back, I can't see the sun...so cold. So much noise, the guns are echoing, screams...are they mine? Where's Bobby? It hurts, it hurts...
Flashes of light, so bright it burns a searing pain across my throat. I choke, gasp for him. They watch me, pity and sorrow leaking from their eyes. Where is he...he promised...help me...
Can't breathe, can't hear. I scream harder, the tears dripping, I'm scared. Bobby...
My mouth is full, the blood fills, spills out and I try to speak. Tell him he was right, I try to say. He raises his sword, it hurts, and I watch it come down slowly. I see a boy like me, he's down, he hurts, he calls and it's so cold.
I feel the blood filling my lungs, hands on my face, shaking me. I moan as the pain sharpens; the air roaring in my ears. I gasp, the warm sun is back, the boy is bleeding, help me, help him Bobby I garble as the blood trickles out my mouth.
Light so bright, the empty sky is blue; the boy's eyes so blue and fading fast.
So cold, the tears that fall on my cheeks, the anger that rolls off him, the blue washes away... it's gray now.

Did you ever notice that in both Troy and Four Brothers, Garrett's characters die in very similar ways? Huh, wonder if he got the irony of that while filming the death scene for Four Brothers.
