Part 6 - Meeting Rose Zeller and Ron's Reactions
Few days later, Rose Zeller came up to the Teacher's table, and spoke a few words to Marcus, who turned to be angered and shocked of whatever she might have told him, and Hermione took his hand in hers, and said in low voice after Rose left him to get back to her friends at Slytherin's table:
"Marc, whats it?" At that he turned to her, and she could see the tears brimming in his now angry eyes, and she gasped as she only had seen those kind of eyes one or twice, more times in his father's eyes and she just held his hand as he gathered himself for now.
Filius said
"Whats wrong, Madam, Marcus?" Hermione said
"I do not know, but it seems not only angered my husband but made him tear up in anger, and that is something I have not seen alot in his eyes, more often in his father's eyes, and talking about Severus, do you think we need him here, babe?"
At Marcus said
"Yes." And that made Hermione know that this whatever had happened was bad enough to help out whatever has happened to Marcus like this. So Hermione conjured her patronus, that had shifted into a different shape to a huge bear, and after telling it what she needed the bear to do, it took off on its paws and running out of the hall, making the students including those three idiots gapped at her new Patronus form.
Hermione then took his hand in hers, and said in low voice
"Whatever it is, You are not alone in this, I will be here so will Severus."
At that he nodded relaxed abit, but before anyone could react or say anything, everyone in the Hall turned when the doors were flung up and in the doorway stood none other Severus Snape, and he had worried, furious look on his face, while he walked up and over to the Head's table, after greeting the teachers as they greeted him as he came up, he then said
"Son, whats wrong, what happened to make you like this?"
At that he just said lets go out of this Hall to talk on our own first, and Hermione nodded and smiled as Severus gave her a hug and kiss on her cheek. Making most gapped at this sight as it was shocking to see the grumpy old "bat" do that to Hermione Snape former Granger.
Harry, Ronald and Ginny looked worried to furious aswell shock for now. But did nothing to make a scene or whatever else. Hermione looked over to Rose who sat with her friends at the Slytherin's table, and she seemed to be crying and comforted by her friends, and making Hermione frown and wonder what was caused her to be like it. She hope that her husband and father-in-law would talk and learn about what is going on here.
****************Meanwhile in Severus' old Quarters************
"Dad, we need the Aurors here."
"Why what is going on here, Son?"
"Rose Zeller as I am her new Head of House after you retired, Dad, told me something that angers me to the point I want to scream and cry at the same time."
Severus stiffened, then said in low angry voice
"Before I sent them to come here, what has happened to one of my old Snakes, son?"
At that Marcus sighed, then said
"She told me that Ronald Weasley her intended husband due to this law, had cornered her last night as she was on her way back to Common Room after she was let go from the Library, and what he did, is a criminal act, Dad."
Severus still had anger on his face, said
"What did that Weasel do to her, Marcus?" Marcus sighed, then looked straight into his father's eyes, as he said in low, monotonial and sad voice
"He raped her." At that Severus snarled and then growled loudly, as he then pulled his wand up, and off his doe patronus went to Kingsley and the Aurors. Soon Kingsley were first to arrive in the room they were in, and said
"Severus, Marcus, whats going on, why did I see your doe running towards the Aurors?"
"I sent for you all to come, for a very serious crime has occured to one of my old Snakes, that is now my son's Snakes. I will also get Hermione and Rose as Hermione is needed in this, son, and Rose needs to state her statement on what happened."
Marcus nodded, before Kingsley could ask, Hermione with Rose arrived to the room, and when Rose saw whoelse was in here, she paled and started to shake abit. Severus said
"As I am not your head of House anymore, Rose, you have me as your support in this, as my son just told me what has happened, and mind you what has happened, is not your fault whatsoever, it is on that bastard."
Hermione looked confused, as Marcus said to her now
"You are needed for your expertise, my love."
Hermione still looked abit confused, then she gasped, said
"No don't say what I think it is about, damn that little rat."
Many chuckled, as Rose looked at her in shock, as the other Aurors came rushing in, and Rose stopped her stance, and bit her lip, as one of them, Tonks said
"We got your urgent call for help, Severus, what is going on here?"
"This is one of my old snakelings, as my son took over my role of being Potions teacher and the head of Slytherin when I retired, and the reason well Rose, why don't you tell them, sweetheart?"
Hermione still had fury on hers, as she kept her hand in Marcus' hand, and just held him back from reacting to badly for now. Rose took a deep breath, then as she looked down abit, said
"I want to report a crime that my intended spouse did to me last night."
"Which is what, Ms Zeller?" She looked at the three Snapes, gulped, then said
"Ronald Weasley raped me."
At that many of them gasped or reacted with swearing their heads off, and Kingsley turned to Scrimagour, who took over for role of being the Head of Aurors, when Kingsley became the Minister of Magic. Hermione was pale, then anger in her face, as she said
"Then you know what I need to do, Ms Zeller. I need to collect any and all evidence of your rape. Now before I do and we go for privacy, have you taken any showers or bath since it happened?"
At that she shook her head, and said
"No I knew that you would or one of the Healers in questions would need to the evidence, but I also need a pain potion and few other potions."
Hermione nodded and the two witches left for another room in this quarters, and Severus looked furious but said nothing, and the Aurors kept their faces stonelike or pokerfaced for now, but anger was brewing under the surface. Kingsley said to them
"I want you to arrest Mr Ronald Weasley for rape of an Minor, as Rose Zeller is only 15 at this time, and he was to wait until she was off-age to marry her. And if Mr Harry Potter or his own sister, Ms Ginerva Weasley gives you hell for doing so, I will give you permission to stop them with whatever you do to make them stop. Severus, why don't you get Filius and Pomona aswell Sirius and Remus?"
At that Severus nodded and left with anger in his steps to get those peoples, while Hermione and Rose came back, Rose looked shaken and pale and Hermione had only anger and sorrow on her face. Marcus took her hand and she gave him a small smile, as she then said to the Aurors
"I found that Mr Ronald Weasley had been brutal enough to not only tear Ms Zeller's hymen to nothing, but also given her bruises and more injuries on the inside of her vagina. Her anal cavity was also broken into by Ronald Weasley. And she also told me that he kept calling her my name aswell to tell her that he would get me one day to break me from my husband, as he with Harry and Ginerva does not believe we are married already. I have now given Rose an Extra Strength Pain Relief aswell potions to prevent infections and pregnancy. I also gonna get in contact with a friend of mine at St Mungo's who is an specialised Healer in Mind-Healing."
Many of them gasped, as Hermione held onto Rose, who burst into tears after it all was revealed about her injuries, and Severus who came back with the other heads, were in shocked anger and disbelief of what she had just said, and so Severus stood by Hermione and Rose's side, and Sirius and Remus had horror and anger on theirs, and Remus was even growling madly under his breath.
One of the Aurors that had left to arrest Ron, came back and said
"We now have Mr Ronald Weasley aswell Harry Potter and Ginerva detained and arrested for his crimes and they tries to stop us from doing so. We did outside of the Great Hall, so none was witness of this, as this is very private and personal what has happened to young Ms Zeller."
Rufus nodded, then said
"Where are they now?"
"Mr Weasley is back at the Ministry in our of strongest magical holds of cells, and Harry Potter and Ginerva are in a classroom nearby us and was placed apart, as they kept trying to hold hands and sit together, and with who they themselves are to be with in the marriage law, they are not allowed to have any contact with each other either. I also found out that Ginerva knew of what he had done to Ms Zeller, but Harry Potter does not, but he still feels it was just right thing to do."
Many gasped, as Hermione then said
"Then I hope they will all be punished by your stricest laws on what Rape and what happens to the rapist's company of knowing and abiding such heinous crime."
Rufus said
"Oh believe they will be all punished by what they know and what they did to help and so forth."
Many of them nodded, as Rose said
"Do I h-have to be in the co-courtroom to testify against t-them?"
"No, as your statement aswell Madam Snape's testimony on your injuries of said rape, is enough for us, but I also know that Madam Snape recorded you whilst you spoke and she did her own investigation in what happened to you, Ms Zeller. But I will say this, they will get what they deserves to what they did is on them, never at you. You are the victim not to the blame in this."
Rose looked relieved, and Hermione said
"Rose, lets go back as you are not allowed to be on your feet for too long with your injuries that has to heal to the best ability it can from here on."
Rose nodded, and Severus left with the two, and Marcus said
"I want justice to what happened to Ms Zeller. No matter what."
"Oh I can tell you it will happen, for not only is the Saviour safe from whatever happens from now on. And Ms Weasley and Mr Weasley will also learn a hard lesson in this for sure, same goes to their overbearing mother in this."
Many nodded, and the Aurors left, but Kingsley with Sirius and Remus stayed put, as Sirius and Remus had fury on their faces, and it was Remus who said growling
"If Harry gets off on whatever its found on his part in this, he will not get away from what punishment Siri and I give him, as he deserves to be given hell for this is not OK."
Many of them nodded, knowing his temper was at, and with that they left the school too, as Remus and Sirius had been with Albus and Minerva, when the patronus of a very angry Severus' voice was heard of them being needed right now at Hogwarts, as the two had gone to see Albus and Minerva for a different reason after breakfast was over with. So they were probably wondering what was going on and why Severus was so angry in first place.
***************Back at the McGonagell-Dumbledore's Place***********
Sirius and Remus shared a look, before walking back into the room of where they left Albus and Minerva at, and the two looked up and saw the anger and disbelief on their own faces, and Albus said
"What was that all about, what was going on with Severus being so angry, my boys?"
Remus both too angry and too close to the full moon sat growling in his seat, and it was Sirius who said
"Well to tell you the truth, when we arrived, we got to hear Hermione telling the Aurors and Kings about a heinous crime that took place last night to one of the students' of Marcus' house, that one of the Lions had done to her."
Minerva and Albus shared a look of disbelief, and Minerva said
"Who of my old Lions and what did he or she do?"
"Ronald Weasley raped his intended bride to be, last night. Rose Zeller. Not only that he also sodomized her. It was all brutally done, as her injuries was clear for Hermione to see nothing but rape had been done to her by that little rat."
Both of them were in shock, and Minerva was crying in her hands, and Albus said
"What about Harry and Ginerva?"
"Seems that Ginerva knew all about it, and Harry didn't even care if he did or not, as his words it was deservable in his eyes, as little Rose was not Hermione to happen."
Both of them were in shock, and Minerva was crying in her hands, and said
"DOes the Weasley's know yet?"
"No, Kings gave us two permission to tell you first then we are off to the Burrows, to let the others know."
"Then go, my boys, before they learned it elsewhere."
And with that they stood, gave Minerva a hug and Albus a wave, then they were off to the Burrows. To tell the horrid news.
