Part 7 - Trials and Reactions
A week later, Rose was accompanied by Hermione and Marcus, as support and the rest of the Weasley's family except for Molly was also at their side of the room, while those three had none support behind, for even Sirius and Remus sat at this side of the room, and refused to acknowledge Harry or talk with him either.
Rose tried to hold her head high, but soon found it to look down, and Hermione just held her hand gently in her own, and made Rose smile softly at their support, despite what was going to be revealed today too.
Soon came Amelia, and sat down at the leader's seat, as she was the head of Aurors and Department of Legal Affairs. She then said
"We are here with Rose Zeller vs Ronald, Ginerva No-Name and Harry Potter, as the three were arrested of rape, sodimising and abuse of Ms Zeller. Ms Zeller has left her memories and statement through us watching it all by Pensieve. So Mulicier please turn it on."
And with that man Mulificer nodded and made the Pensieve bigger, as the three accused sat wide-eyed and pale now, as the memories and her statement was played out for everyone to see and hear what had happened to herself and others involved in other crimes, including Ronald molesting Hermione's petrified body back in their 2nd year.
Hermione sat there with her arms crossed over her chest, and glared the three who went paler and paler of what they had also said under Verita serum of their said crimes to Rose, Hermione and others over the years.
Amelia said
"I hereby sentence Ronald and Ginerva No-Name to Closed Ward of Mental Ward at St Mungos for rest of their lives. SO mote it be. Mr Potter will be expelled and sent to a different home for troubled boys of his age, and that will be for 30 years, he like Ronald will be registered as Sexual Offender of Minors, and that will be for life out. Ginerva will also be registered as Dangerous, and will be for rest of her life monitored closely. Their former mother, Molly No-Name as Arthur Weasley not only divorced but also forced her out of his family name aswell her former family's name Prewett, she will be at Azkaban for rest of her life. So mote it be. Harry Potter will never be able to have any contact with the three No-Names or any other former aquicantes of his. So I say and so mote it be."
And with that she smacked down the gable and screams of the three was heard as they were dragged by personel from St Mungos and the place that Harry was going off to be at for rest of his pathetic life. Hermione smiled, as Amelia said
"Harry Potter will also pay for all three of thems crimes to their victims, and therefore the Potter Family will be known as criminal family and no more as Harry Potter will be last Potter of his family. As it turns out that he is infertile and can't have any children to spread his digusting behaviour onto."
Many were shocked of this, but not surprised either. Cleary something was wrong with all three of them, and hopefully the places they were going to, would make them see that and get well again. But who knows?
