Skull DeMort had an unusual habit. If he was tired, he would sleep. That wasn't what was unusual though. No, that belonged to the location of the places Skull found for his naps. Anywhere from inside a fridge, to the oven, to under a bench. Skull has napped in all of them. A series of oneshots where various Katekyo characters find Skull napping in places he really shouldn't be.

1. Prologue

Prompt: Skull naps in strange places

Skull often fell asleep in random places. He didn't have narcolepsy or anything like that though. More often than not, he would simply look at a place and make the conscious decision to seek that spot out the next time he was tired.

This led to the others in the "strongest seven" (plus Lal's tagalong) finding him in the strangest of places. None of them were even remotely fit to sleep in.

Such locations included, but were not limited to, the cabinet where they stored the pots and pans. Or on top of the fridge in Verde's lab. Or the top shelf of the hall closet. Even under Fon's bed.

The most memorable occasion would be when they found him sleeping in the oven, which thankfully was off. Reborn was oh so tempted to turn it on but a look from Luche stopped him.

This wasn't always the case though. Sometimes Skull would be so bone deep tired that he nodded off mid task. Colonello almost had a heart attack the first time he found Skull elbow deep in the hood of a car.

Needless to say, their cloud kept them on their toes. It's even gotten to the point where they made a game out of who could find Skull first. The winner gets to pick the next day's dinner.

After finding Skull, they would take a picture before either waking him up or relocating him to the nearest bed or couch. Sometimes they'd leave him be, but only if it was in a relatively risk free spot or it wouldn't leave Skull sore when he woke up.

Don't tell Skull but they would soon have enough pictures to fill a photo album.

So I decided to make this miniseries a separate fic since all the chapters will be similar. This will be the same for my other miniseries. All of them will still be a part of SCI, but I thought this would be a bit better organization wise. I hope everyone likes this fic! I'll have the second chapter up shortly!
