"What are we doing here?" Flannery asked.
"Looking for Brendan and Wally." Ash reminded, as Lapras swam a shore. "I think they were heading here to five island last, hopefully they're still here."
"Never again." Lucario said, stepping uneasily off of Zapdos.
"What, that flight was nothing." Mikey commented.
"You kept shouting do a barrel roll, and having Zapdos spin in midair." Flannery commented.
"Sorry for having some fun with this." Mikey commented.
"Guys!" Ash exclaimed. "Bicker later, we need to find Brendan and Wally and stop Team Rocket!"
"Ash, quick question. Does Team Rocket wear black uniforms with a big red R on their chest?" Mikey asked.
"Usually, but sometimes they wear white, why do you ask?" Ash asked.
"Oh, because they're coming this way." Mikey said.
"Lead with that next time! Pikachu let's go!" Ash said.
"Blaziken come on out!" Flannery shouted.
"Hah!" Lucario exclaimed.
"AirBud let's go!" Mikey called out.
Ash's battle
"More kids, how many of you are there?" A man demanded running towards Ash.
"More kids? Brendan and Wally, where are they!" Ash exclaimed.
"None of your buisness. Weezing let's go!" The man with green hair said.
"Pikachu use Quick Attack!"
"Weezing use Sludge Bomb!"
Pikachu dove out of the way of Weezing's attack with ease, before slamming into the side of the poison type.
"Pikachu use Shock Wave!"
"Weezing use Double Edge!"
Weezing charged at Pikachu, slamming into the electric type as a pulse of energy shot out.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!"
"Weezing use Memento!"
Weezing rushed forward, exploding itself, and covering Pikachu in a strange black goo.
"Pikachu!" Ash shouted.
"Good luck fighting us now." The man said. "Because I am the brilliant Petrel, I think of every contingency and saw you didn't send your Pikachu out of a Pokeball. So you can't recall it. Now Raticate use Hyper Fang!"
"Lapras use Water Gun on Pikachu!" Ash shouted, moving out of the way.
Lapras who hadn't been returned to her Pokeball sent out a stream of water, removing most of the goop from Pikachu, allowing him to get out of the way of Raticate's attack.
"Pikachu, let's switch out." Ash said. "Lapras use Ice Beam!"
Lapras fired an ice beam, giving her a quick path into the battlefield as Raticate barely managed to dodge the large water type.
"Raticate use Dig!"
"Lapras use Body Slam!"
Raticate dove towards some soft dirt, only to be hit dead on by Lapras, sending the normal type tumbling back.
Flannery's battle
"You aren't cuter than me." A female Rocket grunt exclaimed.
"Never claimed to be." Flannery groaned. "Blaziken use Blaze Kick!"
"Eep! Sandslash use Crush Claw!"
Sandslash grabbed Blaziken's leg between its claws, sizzling out the attack.
"Blaziken use Sky Uppercut!"
"Sandslash hold onto their leg!"
"Perfect, use Sandslash as a landing point!" Flannery called out.
Blaziken came crashing down, right on Sandslash, sending all the energy through the ground type.
"Sandslash! You'll pay for that! Let's go Golbat!" The girl exclaimed.
"Yeah, Blaziken take five. Mag mortar use Fire Blast!"
"Crobat dodge it with agility!"
Crobat sped up, easily avoiding the fiery blaze sent by Magmortar.
"Magmortar use Thunder Punch!"
"Crobat use Poison Fang!"
"Not too bright are you?" Flannery asked.
"What's that supposed to mean?!" The girl demanded.
"Just that you sent your own Pokemon right at my attack." Flannery commented as Magmortar's fist connected with Crobat, sending the bat Pokemon to the ground.
"Magmortar use Fire Blast!" Flannery called out.
Lucario's battle
"Does anyone need assistance?" Lucario asked, as he swatted away another small Pokemon. "Or wish to trade opponents?"
"What is that thing?!" One grunt said in fear.
"Who cares? If we capture it, the boss will make us Admins!" Another exclaimed.
"Right! Pokeball go!" A third exclaimed.
An aura bone formed in Lucario's hand as he hit the Pokeball, sending it crashing back to its sender.
"Never announce your plan of action, especially when you are trying to remove an opponent from the equation." Lucario sighed.
Mikey's Battle
"Haha! It is I, Grun-ty-Boy! And I must say you are quite the dashing fellow." A team Rocket grunt said.
"Right back at you." Mikey said.
"And I love the beard!" The Team Rocket Grunt said. "So exquisite. How do you get it like that?"
"Would you be interested in joining Team Sky!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Never, I am a loyal member of Team Rocket!" Grungy Boy exclaimed. "Grunty Shrew get him! Use Psychic!"
"Air Bud use Crunch!"
The Hypno's attack did nothing as Mikey's Mightyena leapt forward, sinking it's fangs into the psychic type.
"Air Bud use Tackle!"
"Grunty Shrew use Headbutt!"
The two Pokemon collided knocking each other back from the impact.
"Skydios use!" Mikey started.
"No, not using that!" Ash shouted interrupting him
"Fine. Air Bud use Crunch!"
Mightyena leapt through the air, striking the Hypno and knocking it out.
"Now." Ash said, as he let the Primal Force take over. "WHERE ARE BRENDAN AND WALLY!" Ash exclaimed as the rocket members were hoisted into the air.
"Even if I knew, I wouldn't tell you." Petrel wheezed.
"Ash you're going to kill them!" Flannery shouted.
"Not until I get what I want. What do you mean you don't know?" Ash demanded, as the tendril tightened around Petrel.
"They escaped, we were looking for them, but they ain't here." Petrel coughed. "You've got a dark side to you. I like that."
"One last question, what's the end goal here?" Ash asked, as he drew Petrel close.
"Lord Giovanni wants ultimate power, and Jessie is getting close, all he needs now is the other pieces of her power, and shes bringing them to Seven Island already." Petrel cackled.
Ash immediately dropped the Team Rocket members as he lowered himself safely to the ground.
"We need to go." Ash said, walking back to Lapras. "We need to get to Seven Island fast."
"No, we need to talk." Flannery said. "You almost crossed a line there. What was that?"
"The Primal Force, Ash never got rid of it." Lucario commented. "Didn't he tell you?"
"No, he didn't." Flannery said. "I thought it was gone, and you seemed very in control for that."
"We made a deal, but that's not important, right now we need to stop Team Rocket." Ash said. "At all costs."
"No, not at all costs." Mikey said. "I may not be a good guy, but you can't be doing those things. You don't want to go that far."
"Neither of you know how far I want to go. I won't loose again." Ash said.
"Mind if I ride with you this time?" Flannery asked Mikey.
"Plenty of room. But should we really be leaving him alone?" Mikey asked.
"I'll stay with Ash." Lucario said. "Make sure he doesn't try anything."
