When Green Met Orange

Prologue
There have been many times here dimensions have crossed with each other. Where two people of two completely different places and kinds suddenly fall in love. But what happens when two metal suited loners fall in love but are STILL from different dimensions? Well, you'll have to read on about when green met orange.
Samus' Arrival
Samus sat on a hard seat as she began to approach a deserted planet filled with only disgusting creatures and a needed scientist. She readied her gun. She had slipped on her giant orange metal suit before even getting on the ship.
"Prepare for landing," said the pilot in the front. He had to wear a gas mask because of the planets harsh atmosphere and surface.
"Samus, you ready?" asked the assistant pilot.
"Yeah, let's just hurry and get this over with," she replied.
"Okay, we are landing." All of a sudden the ship began to catch fire and melt because of the agonizing heat. The two pilots then satrted screaming. They were actually MELTING. Samus then shot off the back-door of the ship. She ran as fast as she could to the nearest shelter. Oddly enough, the sun and gasses only barely harmed her suit. She then arrived to a giant black door. It was huge! She had never seen anything this big before. She then took her hand a gently pushed the doors. They flew open, like she had kicked them or something. She walked in, her gun pointed in front her. She was making sure nothing was gonna get her.
"I hope that scientist is close. I have never been so scared in my life." It was scary. The minute she had opened that giant door she saw nothing BUT darkness. She then wondered how she was going to get off ther planet. Her ship was blown to bits and her communication wasn't exactly working either.
Master Chief and the Weird Gate Thingy
Master Chief had just been assigned to a dangerous mission. He would have to find some weird time travel gate that was supposed to teleport you to a different time and or even a different dimension. A new breed of aliens were building it, but his planet had to have it. So, he was off to find it on an uncharted planet.
Master Chief soon arrived their. It was inhabited with thousands of the new alien breed. They were huge parasitic amphibian type creatures and communicated with a humming like sound. They could walk on two legs and were armed with huge guns. Master Chief and the squad of men accompanying him were ready to fight. They all readied themselves and ran towards the aliens. Master Chief and two other men then grabbed one of the aliens and showed him an outline of what the time travel gate was supposed to look like. The alien soon recognized it and showed them to it.
Master Chief and the two men had been brought into a giant room. In it was the machine. It looked amazing. But then, out of nowhere gunshots began to fire. The two men accompanying Master Chief had been killed, and he would not take it kindly. He pulled out his gun and began shooting off the aliens while also running towards the gate. The second he ran under it, he teleported to a deserted planet. But what he didn't know was that it was the same planet Samus Aran was on. Love WAS in the air.
