Song: This is Halloween
From: The Nightmare before Christmas

Many of the audience started to hum, creating an eerie sound as their voices raised. It became so strong that the ground and water started to vibrate.
(1) "Boy's and girls of every age, wouldn't you like to see something strange? Come with us and you will see, this our town of Halloween!"
Everyone started to dance, arms swinging, feet kicking, spinning, and even a square dance here and there.
"It's our town, everybody scream, in this town of Halloween!" Banshees shrieked.
"I am the one hiding under your bed, teeth ground sharp and eyes growing red!" Lycaon the Greek werewolf growled.
"I am the one hiding under your stairs, fingers like snakes and spiders in my hair." Sybaris the Greek vampire woman hissed.
The dancing continued and it became obvious that it was deliberate to bring others to the front but still a chaotic mix of different movements that were very eye catching.
"In this town we call home everyone hails to the pumpkin song." Jack-o-lantern rhymed.
"In this town down we love it now everyone waiting for the next surprise." Davy Jones screamed from where he had jumped from the water in a shock inducing way.
"Round the corner, man, hiding in the trash can. They pounce and now you scream!" Dorocha cried as they clacked their smoke like teeth.
"This is Halloween, red and black, slimy green." Blob/slime monsters through handfuls of themselves like snowballs.
"Say it once say it twice, take a chance and roll the dice. Ride with the moon in the dead of night." Witches flue through the sky on brooms.
Clowns with scary faces and ghosts who blinked in and out of visibility, took turns jumping out and shouting "boo", casting shadows that didn't seem attached to anything. On the ground arms were locked in swing dance style as creatures skipped like they were on the verge of losing it.
"Tender lumpkins everywhere, life's no fun without a good scare." Trick and Treat said cutely. "That's our job but we're not mean. In our town of Halloween."
Jack Skellington took center stage as his praises were sung around him, which he accepted with a bow. Then Sally took his offered hand and everyone danced ballroom style to the the eerie music. At the end Jack took off his head and held it in a Shakespeare pose.
Everyone clapped so hard the ground and water vibrated again.
