Song:The day after Thanksgiving

By Brandon Heath

Start song at (1)

Before anyone could really say anything the spirit of Thanksgiving started singing their next song right alongside Kim's piano. (1) "There's still plenty of leaves, golden on the trees. Bonfires and school knights, scarecrows and hayrides. It's fall, Everywhere except the mall!"

That got quite a few laughs as everyone related to seeing holiday is being rushed into season.

As the spirit of Thanksgiving talked about the various Christmas things that always seemed to pop up before Thanksgiving had even come around even North had to give a chuckle. "I don't want to see an inflatable nothing, Till the day after Thanksgiving. And not a day earlier!"

"The hassles of decorating were thrown out there even as more laughter filled the field at the spirit of Thanksgiving's words. "Then all, let it snow, going tell everyone that you know."

North whispered a little bit conspicuously that if the Elves ever heard that they didn't make anything until the day after Thanksgiving that the Thanksgiving spirits would find themselves with quite a few Bell hatted characters at their was in stitches with laughter at that comment.

"Then pour on the cheer, Every day between now and new year."

Their tone seemed to change as the final verse came about. "I want the cookies And the mistletoe Kissin. Angel on top of a tall tree glisten. Wrap it all up in a pretty red ribbon,"

Only for another huge laugh to come as they exclaimed: "The day after Thanksgiving! You can put antlers on your car for all we care. As long as it's the day after Thanksgiving."

It took quite a while for all the laughter to finally die down.

Had to throw this one out here on Black Friday because seriously I can't help but groan and roll my eyes as Christmas decorations and the lot pops up right on top of Halloween.
