The Blow Up part 2- the aftermath

OMG- Violet and Quigley kissed! But what about Duncan and Camila! This is- the aftermath.

P.S- ye, I know I am going to loose readers moving to Quiglet and Dunclet instead of just Dunclet. No hate plz.

Hi people, I'm back from my sort-of-temporary. I started writing this chapter on November 27th, 2021. So, whenever this is published, I'm sorry. Man, how do people do this for a living. BTW- I am creating a new account where I'll be posting some of my original stories, when it's posted, I'll put the link to it in my profile. Anyways, enough of me talking, here's this weeks chapter.

No POV

"I'm always here for you, Vi. So is Klaus, Izzie, Duncan, even Sunny and Bea." Violet cut him off.

"Thank you." She said again. And kissed him. It was a short kiss, slightly longer than the one they had shared on the slippery edge of a waterfall.

"Vi.. I… Uh…."Quigley said, struggling for words. It's not like he didn't kiss her back. He did. He wanted to. But he had a girlfriend, and Violet was probably dating his brother. But, he understood that stressful situations make you make rash decisions. But he also didn't want this to be something Violet played off as stress-induced. So, he had made a decision. He kissed her again, deeper. She pulled back after about a minute.

"Quigley, that was, awe-, I mean, I have to go!" She quickly got up and ran from the room. Leaving Quigley confused, and also understanding.

Violet POV

I kissed my boyfriends brother. This was a major problem. I kissed Quigley twice! And then I ran. I went through my options of who could help me understand this. Because for once in my life, this was not something I could tie my hair up and fix. I couldn't talk to Duncan or Quigley for obvious reasons. Nor could I talk to my siblings because that would be embarrassing. I wound up by the medical wing. Isadora was my best option, seeing Lemony just dropped a giant bomb on her. It was like I had blown up. I opened the door to see Isadora wheing a bucket hat that matched her purple arm cast and her ankle brace.

"Hey Vi! The nurse says I can get out of here tomorrow! But, I'm still on painkillers, the really heavy stuff."

"That's nice Isa. I need to tell you something, and I need your honest opinion."

"Ok. Shoot."

"Lemony just told me that he's my father. And it makes perfect sense. I was so freaked out and Quigley was comforting me and we kissed. Twice. But, I'm dating Duncan. But I think I like Quigley too."

"Wow Vi, that's wow, I mean, I don't think I have an exact answer for you. I believe I said two days ago, Love is in bloom, but here comes the doom. But I didn't really mean for it to happen. It's awful. I say just follow your heart. I mean, your 16 years old, you can make decisions for yourself. I'm 15 and I decided I love Klaus. Ya I love Klaus." She covered her mouth after that last part. The painkillers really were getting to her. "Shit. Did I say that outloud."

"Ya." I said, "You said you love my brother. Ew. Also, good for you." A knock came from outside the door.

"Isadora I brought you lunch." Said Klaus through the door, his voice cracking. I covered my mouth to stop herself from laughing hysterically.

"Come in Klaus." She then whispered to me, not as quietly as she thought. "How much of that do you think he heard."

"All of it." Klaus said, his face as red as a cranberry. I decided to get out of there. I don't really want to be a part of that.

Quigs POVVVVVVV

She kissed me. Twice. And I have a girlfriend. I mean I know I'm hot but does this really have to happen to me. I mean I like her but I also like Camilla. I don't know what to do I think I should go talk to Camila but that might end badly. I guess we'll find out. I walked down to the gym where I knew Camilla was because this is where she always is at 1pm. I walked in and I found her talking to Lemony. I didn't really want to face him at this point because I knew that It might make me think of Violet. And I needed to have an honest conversation with Camilla. Luckily he saw me first and just started to walk away. Cam walked up to me when she saw me and we sat down on a bench.

"Hi Cam. How's your workout going?" I said, nervous as hell. I think she could tell.

"Just finished. Quigley, what's going on."

"I need to tell you something Camilla. And your not going to like it. I'm pretty indifferent about it myself." She nodded. "Me and Violet kissed twice. You can't blame her, It was right after Lemony told her he was her father. But I did make me realize something. I can't be a good boyfriend to you if I still possibly have feelings for her as well as you." A few tears went down my face. Her face was like stone. "I'm so sorry Cam."

"I get it Quagmire. Don't worry about it, I've been hurt before, my heart is like Metal." Her voice was breaking. She started walking away.

"If it is metal, i'm sure it's gold." I said softly, she heard me, I could tell, but she kept walking. I really had made a mess of things. I put my head to my knees and just sat on that bench for 10 minutes. I heard someone come up to me."

"I'm so sorry Quigley. I didn't mean for this to happen. I told Duncan, were done. Cam passed me in the hall, I can tell you told her. God, I'm so sorry Quigs."

Violet breaking it off with Duncan will be at the beginning of the next chapter. Too much drama in one chapter if I put it in here. This is making me sad re-reading it. Dunclet and Camigley are not done forever. Violet and Quigley need to make a decision. And Duncan and Camila need to figure out what there going to do next.
