Chapter 13 everyone!
In this chapter, everyone gets split up as Mercurymon makes his move.

Chapter 13: Trials
DARK CONTINENT
The last time we saw the group they were in a forest but after a day or two the gang found themselves at a rocky canyon, they had just had a nice rest and meal thanks to Grademon and Lobomon hunting down some food. Right now everyone was taking turns to be in the lead, right now it was JP's turn.
Davis chuckles as JP told them of a camping trip he went on with his school once and how the teacher kept getting them lost.
"Hahaha, he wasn't much of a camping man was he?" Sabrina said giggling at the story.
"No he wasn't," Takuya said as JP smirks.
"Yeah, turns out he had the compass in his backpack the whole time but he never fully check it until we finally made it to the campsite," JP said as Merigold looks confused.
"A Compass?" Merigold asked.
"A device that helps you find your way, it points in the four main directions of North, East, South, and West, a compass will always point North," Ayame explains making Merigold nod.
"I could have done with that a few times on my travels," Grademon said as Davis moved forward.
"JP it's our turn now!" Davis said with a grin as the triplets moved to be in front this time behind Bokomon and Neemon.
"Hahaha, so what stories do you guys have for us?" JP asked as he moves back a bit.
"Hm, what kind of story?" Sabrina asked looking over her shoulder.
"How about...a funny one? Maybe with animals in it," Zoe said as Daisuke hums.
"Animals, oh! There was that one time with the chickens at the petting zoo," Daisuke said making Davis nearly stumble as he remember the event while Sabrina laughs.
"This will be good," Adam said with a smirk.
However, just as Daisuke was about to begin the tale of the petting zoo chicken event the group began to rumble a crack. Bokomon and Neemon yell as the ground bucks and shakes, Merigold yells as she fell to her knees and grabs Bokomon and Neemon while Grademon grabs the triplets before they could fall as the ground gave way. They then watched as a huge gust of wind kicks up and carried the rest of the group away, once the wind stops and the shaking settles Grademon and Merigold jumped down to flat land and place the triplets and two digimon down.
"What's happening?!" Neemon asked as Bokomon looks up in shock at the huge thing in front of them.
It looked to be a floating structure with 10 spheres held together by a yellow metal-ish bone looking structure, the center sphere had a marking on it and the one at the top had a mouth, the rest of the sphere's had eyes on them, the main colors were green for the spheres, yellow the stuff holding it together and red for the eyes. All in all, a very strange thing.
"I don't know but that's one ugly beast," Bokomon said as Sabrina frowns watching as the structure glows, then suddenly one of the center eye spheres stops glowing.
"I can sense a strong aura from it, along with the others inside it," Sabrina said as she pulls out her D-tector and spirit evolves into Mikomon.
"Mikomon what are you doing?" Davis asked watching as his sister summons a ball of fire and threw it at the beast above them only to hit a barrier.
"Drat, a barrier, we won't be able to get in," Mikomon said as Davis and Daisuke shared a look before they both decide to spirit evolve into Tenshimon and Angelomon.
"So there is nothing we can do?" Angelomon asked crossing his arms.
"Not right now, I'll try and look for a weak point, see if we can slip our way in," Mikomon said as she began her search.
"I hope everyone is okay," Tenshimon said holding her arms as she folds her wings close.
"Their strong, they'll make it through this," Grademon said moving to Tenshimon's side and placing a hand on her shoulder.
She looks at Grademon with a small smile and nods as Merigold sat down on the ground near Bokomon and Neemon, Angelomon sat next to her and began to distract her by getting her to experiment with her powers.
"She'll be a fighter in the future," Grademon said as he watched on.
"That she will be, speaking of fighters, Grademon, you're an ultimate level right?" Tenshimon asked making Grademon nod and turn his attention to her.
"I am," He said.
"What does your mega form look like? I saw a few at the fair," Tenshimon asked making Grademon hum.
"Hard to say a digimon can take on different mega forms depending on the situation, I never really thought about what I might become," Grademon said crossing his arms.
"Hm, I would like to see it one day," Tenshimon said before summoning her crystal bow and turning it into a pair of swords.
"Wanna spar to pass the time? I need to test out my dual skills," Tenshimon said with a smile as Grademon grins behind his mask and gets his own swords out.
"Ladies first," Grademon said as Tenshimon flew back to a safe distance away from the others and they began trading blows.
During this Angelomon has got Merigold to meditate, he nods as he glanced over at Mikomon to see her doing something under the strange beast while his other sister was fighting Grademon in a nice spar. He looks over at Bokomon and Neemon who were watching the huge beast above them.
"Do you feel like we're being watched, I dunno, I feel like we're being watched," Neemon asked after a minute.
"I swear, do you ever actually listen to yourself," Bokomon said before gasping and giving a yell making everyone look over, Grademon and Tenshimon stop fighting and looked over as Merigold snaps out of her meditation.
"What's wrong?" Angelomon asked moving over as Tenshimon flew over with Grademon running behind her.
"Look, there's Teresa!" Bokomon said pointing up at one of the eyes where you could see Teresa in a firey landscape with lava, she was sweating a ton and looked to be struggling a bit.
"Look there's Teresa, hi!" Neemon said giving a wave.
"This is no time to be standing around and waving, I just realized who that is, it's the legendary warrior Sakkakumon, this is bad! Very, very bad! Terrible even," Bokomon said as Mikomon runs over in time to see Teresa spirit evolve into Yukimon looking worse for wear.
"You always say that," Neemon said looking at Bokomon.
"That's bad, she's in her weakness," Mikomon said as Bokomon crossed his arms.
"I do not! But I did then I'd be right, most of the time," Bokomon said uncrossing his arms and looking worried.
Soon the image showing Yukimon fades leaving them worried, Angelomon bit his lip as he turns to Bokomon.
"What do those spheres do?" Angelomon asked as Bokomon pulls his book out and looked through it.
"It says here that Sakkakumon can use those spheres to create elemental dimensions related to the warriors, minus the warriors of Miracles, faith, and destiny since you three are not confined to one element," Bokomon said as he puts the book away.
"Maybe that's why we're out here, everyone is facing a different trial," Tenshimon said with a frown.
Suddenly one of the orbs on the bottom became dark, Merigold points it out.
"Why did it go dark?" Merigold asked.
"Maybe someone beat a trial?" Mikomon suggested.
"I hope so," Bokomon said.
10 minutes later an orb near the top, the one Teresa was in went dark, the eye glows as from a light in the pupil came Teresa. She floats in the air before opening her eyes looking down, she grins at seeing her friends below. She became Yukimon as she fell down and landed safely, Merigold smiled and ran over with the others to greet the warrior of ice.
"Yukimon, your okay," Grademon said as Merigold hugs her icy aunt who chuckles and hugs her back.
"It was tough, for a moment I thought I was gonna melt," Yukimon said as Merigold pulls back.
"The others are still inside Sakkakumon, you're the first one out," Mikomon said making Yukimon frown.
"Sakkakumon?" She asked as Angelomon pointed behind her making her turn and giving a yell.
"Whoa! That's big and ugly," Yukimon said.
"That's what I said," Bokomon grumbles as Yukimon shook her head.
"Let's hope everyone makes it out in one piece," Bokomon said.
"Relax, if I can make it out okay then the others can too," Yukimon said reaching up and taking her helmet off as she sat down on the ground to rest.
Tenshimon hums as she thought of a way to try and help their friends inside the beast of steel, she tried to use her psychic powers but it felt weak and distant, she couldn't reach anyone inside but maybe she alone wasn't enough?
"Angelomon, Mikomon, I need your help with something," Tenshimon said making her siblings turn to her.
"Can I help?" Merigold asked making her mother nod.
"Of course, I was trying to contact our friends through the mental links but I can't get through on my own, I'm hoping to send some encouragement to them, to remind them they're not alone and they can win this," Tenshimon said making her family nod.
"A little encouragement can go a long way," Angelomon said as Tenshimon held out her hands, Mikomon grabs her left hand and Merigold grabbed her right hand while Angelomon grabs their free hands.
The four then closed their eyes as the others watched on, a faint golden glow covering them, the warrior markings upon the two angels and maiden glow golden, and Merigold's symbol upon her forehead glow as well.
'Guys no matter what remember that you are not alone, we're here with you, if not in person then in spirit, we've overcome so much together. Don't give up and keep fighting!' Tenshimon thought as she used the extra energy to send the message before being cut off.
The four-step apart as the glow stops Tenshimon sighs saying "It's done, I just hope they got it,"
Unknown to Tenshimon the rest of their friends did get the message, allowing Zoe to snap out of the trance she was put under in Ranamon's trap, the warrior of wind began to fight back as Ranamon confronts her.
Down below, Yukimon watched as another eye went dark, she narrows her eyes to see who it was and saw Sandamon practically diving out of an eye sphere.
"Incoming!" Yukimon said making everyone look over.
"Welcome back Sandamon!" Angelomon said as the warrior of thunder landed with ease.
"Glad to be back," Sandamon said as Yukimon smiled.
"See, like I said everyone will make it out," Yuikimon said as everyone looks up at the beast and to one of the left eye spheres as two shadows appeared, one belonging to Zoe and the other Ranamon.
"Come on Zoe, you can do it," Mikomon said as Grademon saw one of the other eyes go dark.
"Looks like someone else is coming out," Grademon said as Ayame and Adam in the forms of Chikyumon and another digimon who they have not seen before.
"Chikyumon! Whose that?" Sandamon asked as the warrior of earth lands and grins.
The second digimon was clearly female, her body was green with bark-like armor on her main body, lower arms, and leg's from the knees down through her feet looked like clawed toes. Her limbs were wrapped with vines as her mid-back length green hair looked like thick vines with pink flowers across them, her eyes were dark brown as she smiled and waved.
"I'm Yaseimon, I mastered my beast spirit," Yaseimon the beast of nature said.
"Whoa, cool!" Merigold said looking at the beast.
"Congrats on that but I'm afraid Zoe might be in danger, she's facing Ranamon right now," Bokomon said making the two recently arrived warriors worried.
"I hate that we can't do anything to help," Angelomon said as he glares up at the beast of steel.
"I think Zoe will be just fine," Tenshimon said making everyone look at her as she points up to show that the eye was giving a brief glimpse inside to show Zyphermon getting the upper hand.
"Go, Zoe!" Sandamon yells.
Inside the water zone, Zyphermon knocks Calmaramon back before using her plasma pods to deal a big blow to the water warrior as nearby the Honeybeemon cheered her on, she watched as the fractal code appears with the beast spirit. She flys over and grabbed the beast's spirit and flys back, she watched as the spirit totem glows and changed until it showed a more snake-like siren beast instead of a squid. It went into her D-Tector as she became Kazemon, she looks up to see the outline of Ranamon.
"Ranamon, your reign is over! I'd say it's been fun but it hasn't fractal code! Digitize!" Kazemon said as she scans the fractal code.
The outline of Ranamon changed to that of a human, as the last of the code and water spirit went into her D-tector Kazemon flew forward and caught the human. She had short mahogany brown hair, lightly tanned skin tone, she looked to be 13-years-old and had on a dark blue tank top with a white jacket, knee-length blue jeans, white ankle socks, and dark blue trainers.
"So this is Jun? Well, she is definitely related to them," Kazemon mutters as she gently picks the girl up only for her to groan.
"Ugh, wha?" Jun Motomiya said as she struggled to open her eyes.
"Easy, take your time," Kazemon said as Jun opens her brown eyes and blinks at the light before becoming aware as she looks around before looking at Kazemon.
"Y-Your Z-Zoe," Jun said surprising the warrior of wind.
"I am, how did you know?" Kazemon asked blinking in shock.
"I-I heard and saw a little, my siblings...are they okay?" Jun asked looking tired but still worried for her three siblings.
"They're fine, safe, and sound, thanks to you keeping Ranamon on a leash," Kazemon said making Jun chuckle.
"She was...terrible, ah, I did what I could," Jun said before passing out again as Kazemon stood up and with a nod to the there Honeybeemon's they left the water zone.
Outside everyone watched as Kazemon flew out of the sphere as it went dark with three digimon and someone in her arms, she flew down and landed in front of the group.
"I bring one big sister," Kazemon said as she knelt down and place Jun on the ground.
"Big sis!" The triplets said running over and began to check on Jun.
"That's their sister?" Grademon asked making Kazemon nod.
"Turns out she was partly awake, thanks to her Ranamon wasn't at full power," Kazemon said holding her hips.
While the triplets checked on their sister, Merigold talked with the three Honeybeemon who was now a part of the Zoe/Kazemon Fanclub, while the recently released warriors exchanged their adventures inside the beast.
Grademon managed to talk the Honeybeemon's into leaving for a safer zone after a while, just in time as things went nuts. Duskmon appeared and flew right into the center sphere of Sakkakumon where Koji was, Kazemon managed to use her D-tector to contact Takuya and tell him what was going on before things cut out.
"Things are getting tense now," Mikomon said when yelling rang out from Bokomon.
"Mama! Bokomon's egg is acting funny!" Merigold yelled as the warriors went over to the waistband wearing digimon who was on the ground in a bit of pain as the egg wriggles around.
"Is it hatching?!" Yukimon asked looking unsure of what to do.
"I think so, but something is not right," Grademon said as Mikomon sat down and placed Bokomon on her lap.
Suddenly Tenshimon gasped clutching her chest and backing up as her warrior symbol glows to life, Merigold whimpers as she felt a rush of heat run through her body, the egg then glows and floats from Bokomon's waist as Grademon moves to Tenshimon's side worried for her as Seraphimon's egg shot up to hover in front of the center sphere. A symbol appears on the egg as Tenshimon gave a yell, her body glows golden and shoots from her and into the egg which then flys into Sakkakumon's body where Koji was.
When it dies down Tenshimon fell backward but was caught by Grademon.
"Are you okay?" Grademon asked as he knelt down and held her close to him.
"I-I think so, whatever the egg did drained me a bit," Tenshimon said as her warrior mark stops glowing.
"That was weird!" Merigold said shaking her head as the egg floats back down where Neemon caught it.
"Does this make me his uncle?" Neemon asked making the other warriors chuckle.
"Guys, I think a new warrior was just born!" Sandamon said pointing at the center sphere where an image of a new digimon appeared.
The newly named Beowolfmon was now locked in combat with Duskmon, everyone was tense, watching and waiting to see who would win. It was also sad considering Koji is fighting his own brother, Angelomon watched with narrowed eyes beside the sleeping Jun as the sphere soon flickers to black as two figures were shot out of it at high speed and into the distance.
"Koji!" Kazemon yells in worry.
"Let's hope he gets a soft landing," Yaseimon said as she slide evolves into Shizenmon while Chikyumon bit his lip.
"Should we go after him?" Chikyumon asked making the group share a look.
"Angelomon, can you go with Chikyumon and Shizenmon? We'll hold down the fort here," Tenshimon said making her brother nod.
"Leave it to us!" The three said before taking off in the direction Beowolfmon and Duskmon had flown.
"Good luck guys," Yukimon said as everyone looks back at the beast of steel wondering what would happen next.
That answer soon came in the form of watching Takuya face Mercurymon, Tenshimon could only watch on in her tired state as Mercurymon taunted Takuya and then used Seraphimon's data to become ShadowSeraphimon. She growls as she felt her body start to burn, she felt her energy rise as everyone tried to find a way in to help the warrior of fire as ShadowSeraphimon made Takuya human again.
'Just one more miracle!' Tenshimon thought as she tugged at her energy right as Seraphimon's egg glows and floats up.
Tenshimon gasped and yelled as she felt her energy be taken, she watched as the light shot into the beast and hit Takuya, she smiled as she felt her mind going blank. She knew he would be fine now, Tenshimon hums and before she passed out she faintly heard her daughter and Grademon calling for her.

Sorry if it's all rushed and whatnot, I just wanna get this little arc over and done with, normally I'd take my time but this is from a person outside of the beast so it will be different plus Mercurymon really annoys me!
So, next chapter! New members join and the end of Sakkakumon.
