CHAPTER 13: ...And Into the Fire

"They're here in this world...?"
"Not only that, we have defeated one of their subordinates, which was Azrethoc."
"We've been wistfully avoiding their presence for the last three years, until ALL OF YOU showed up!"
"Preparations are ready for the master's re-awakening."
"You dared to show yourselves in front of me, after the two of you failed to defeat the last remaining survivors of that universe, three years ago?"
"Listen, these Infernals and its leader Gror'thas from the Burning Legion are completely immune to all sorts of magic powers, so you have to resort to physical means!"
"Sorao...? What happened to your left eye? Why is it red?"

[Megacity Ruins, Earth-8751]
We see the Unity Force members, Akari Seto, Jima, and the Saw Monster preparing themselves against the Greater Infernal Gror'thas and his army of Infernals, whom Kozakura revealed that they are all largely immune to magic, unlike the previous lesser Infernals they have faced earlier with their run-ins with the Legion. As expected for Kozakura, she is seen within the sidelines by residing at one of the buildings, while attempting to watch the current situation with the usual nervousness from her.
"It's a long story, but right now, we have a bigger problem to deal with!" Sorao Kamikoshi declared, as her left eye, which is now completely red, as everything is nothing but pure redness surround it. "I'm not going to let you threaten anyone this time..." She added maliciously, as she looks at Gror'thas, whom the Greater Infernal looks at her impassively.
"This is just the beginning of the Legion's reckoning, and you will die like the rest of them." Gror'thas warned.
"What's wrong?" Sorao asked mockingly. "The so-called 'Legion' betrayed you, this time?" She added.
"I have no further use of them, but it's my one final duty before I die to destroy you all, after you have meddled in their plans of conquest one too many." Gror'thas added.
"And your death will soon be your undoing!" Kano Sazanami exclaimed.
"How pathetic." Gror'thas scoffed. "Do you even learn your lesson how not to meddle in the Legion's affairs, which resulted in your world's undoing, as well?" He questioned.
"Don't be reckless, Kano-san!" Nagi Sanzenin called out.
"He's just riling you up, so don't fall for it!" Brook warned.
"We're up against an army!" Usopp exclaimed. "So this is already a death sentence!" He added.
"Damn... There's too many of them!" Yuuri said, as she takes her rifle out, before transforming it into a five-barrelled rifle.
"We have to try to improvise some ideas on how to deal with these freaks." Kanta declared, as he takes out his shotgun.
"This seems like a tough fellow to deal with." Zoro Roronoa remarked, as he takes out his Wado Ichimonji. "Listen, myself, Chen, and Falstad will deal with Gror'thas." He added.
"What about us, Zoro-san?" Chito asked.
"Deal with the rest of the Infernals." Zoro said.
"Got it, Zoro-san." Chito said, before her hands are later surrounded with crimson lightning.
"All of you! It's now or never..." Zoro added, as he uses his Busoshoku Haki, before taking out his Shusui.

With the battle starting, we see Zoro, Chen, and Falstad setting their sights on the Greater Infernal, as they know that Gror'thas has also masterminded this very attack to destroy the entire Unity Force. The rest, on the other hand, are later seen fighting against Gror'thas's Infernal army, where the likes of which they have never seen before.
Chito later uses her electrified arm, as she unleashes a blow towards one of the Infernals, but that did not do anything much for her attack, as the creature was able to block it. The Infernal was about to launch a powerful blow towards Chito, but not before Yuuri fires off five 20mm anti-materiel rounds towards the construct at once, violently shattering a part of its left hand.
"Bullseye!" Yuuri exclaimed. "Are you okay there, Chii-chan?" She asked Chito.
"I guess, so." Chito said.
"Now, let's go, and we'll kick these bastards out of our world!" Yuuri confidently declared.
"Whatever they're trying to do, they are done for!" Chito uttered.
Kanta later loads a flashbang round into his shotgun, before he uses his rocket winch as he grapples into the robot corpse. The moment the Infernal dashes through Kanta, the Desert Punk later proceeds to fire the flashbang round towards it, which is enough for the construct to fall down. Later, Kano uses a barrage of Kunais towards the downed construct, before firing off a huge shuriken with a bomb implanted on it, causing a violent explosion.
"This is for all the lives, regardless of who they were, you have taken in my previous world!" Kano exclaimed. "I know you're only one, but I'm not done with all of you, yet." She ended, as she goes on a psychopathic rampage, before she uses her samurai by stabbing the Infernal further, causing it to be destroyed, before leaping into the next.
"Be careful, Kano-san!" Koyuki exclaimed.
"Behind you, Himekawa-san!" Maya called out, as she sees an Infernal charging towards her.
"On it!" Koyuki responded.
In response to that, Koyuki takes out a powerful weapon known as the Inferno's Scimitar, when another Infernal attempts to land a sickening, powerful blow towards her, but she quickly reads the construct's move in just a few seconds and parries it immediately.
"I've faced rogue Magical Girls in the past, after knowing reality for what it is, but I don't have mercy for monsters like all of you, who destroyed our world in the name of your so-called 'conquest'!" Koyuki exclaimed, but the Infernal seems unfazed, before it roars loudly. "Nemu-san, are you planning to help us out?" She questioned Nemu.
"I think so, but you're only fighting fire with fire, so I'll try to augment your strength, as much as possible!" Nemu exclaimed.
Jima later uses her key-like weapon, which transforms into a giant bladed weapon, as she slides underneath one of the Infernals, before she orders the Saw Monster to attack the Infernal. Obligingly, the automaton later charges into the construct, before Jima jumps toward the former.
"And you will shatter!" Jima exclaimed, before smashing the Infernal's
Ash later takes out a Pokéball that contains Charizard on the inside, as well as another one that contains another Pokémon known as Greninja. The said Pokémon is a bipedal, frog-like Pokémon. It is mostly dark blue with a yellow chest, a white triangular marking over each eye, a light blue four-pointed star on each thigh, and yellow on the lower half of its face. It has red eyes with white pupils and its mouth is hidden behind a large, pink tongue that wraps around its neck and extends outward behind its head. Running down the middle of its head is a fin-like extension, and there is a similar fin on each side of its head. Light blue webbing connects its head fins. There is a large, white bubble-like bump on each elbow and knee. Its back feet have two toes, while its front feet have three toes. Each digit has a bulbous tip and yellow webbing.
"Greninja, use Water Shuriken!" Ash commanded, before turning to Charizard. "Charizard, use Air Slash!" He commanded further.
"Gre!"/"Char!" Both Pokémon simultaneously use their respective attacks.
Ben, as Four Arms, later takes out a piece of a building and smashes it towards one of the Infernals, knocking one of them out.
While the rest of the entire group continues to fight off against the Infernal army sent with no end in sight, the scene later cuts to Chen, Falstad, and Zoro who are fighting against the Infernal leader, who will stop at nothing to destroy every one of them, but they won't give up in doing so.
"Was this as bad as the legion during this Battle in Mount Hyjal, Falstad-sama?" Zoro asked, as he blocks Gror'thas's attack with his Shusui.
"The Battle of Mount Hyjal was much, much worse, since Archimonde and his Burning Legion army were attempting to use the Nordrassil as a catalyst to destroy all humanity." Falstad added.
"Nordrassil?" Zoro asked.
"The World Tree, which is the source of the Night Elves' immortality." Falstad remarked.
"But despite his advances." Chen said. "An alliance of Humans, Orcs, and Night Elves forestalled his attempt, when Malfurion Stormrage later initiated his actual plan, which is to lure Archimonde." He added. "The tree's destruction killed Archimonde in the past, and so as the immortality of the Night Elves after 10,000 years." He ended.
"But this time, they're not going to do it again." Zoro said.
"Fools." Gror'thas simply uttered. "You are only a barricade to the Legion's reckoning, so DIE!" He continued.
"I don't think so." Zoro added, as he blocks another of Gror'thas regular attacks.
Gror'thas later unleashes one of his abilities known as Chaotic Fury towards the trio, which is a powerful blow directed towards them, where his fist is imbued with blue flames, but they quickly dodged it, before his blow lands into one of the buildings. While the trio dodged the said attack flawlessly, Gror'thas's attack, however, unfortunately lands into one of the buildings that Kozakura happened to be situating.
As such, the said blow caused the easily frightened researcher to be thrown away, causing Sorao and even Toriko to look at the vicinity of the destruction itself.
"Kozakura-san!" Sorao exclaimed.
"Kamikoshi-senpai, look out!" Akari warned Sorao, but it was too late, when an Infernal approaches the latter.
One of the Infernals suddenly punched the distracted Sorao away with such force, causing her to to be thrown towards Kozakura in a precise and timed manner. Afterwards, they later hit into another wall.
"Sorao! Kozakura-san!" Toriko exclaimed, before she approaches the two.
"Don't be a complete idiot, Toriko-nee-sama!" Nagi exclaimed. "It's too dangerous!" She added, before Nagi jumps up towards the current Infernal, and unleashes a kick into it, before she is assisted by Ichika as she punches
"I'll be fine, Nagi-chan." Toriko added. "Are both of you okay?!" She rhetorically asked Sorao and Kozakura, who are slightly injured.
"I guess..." Kozakura said. "Just what is going on anymore?!" She suddenly questioned in an outburst. "That's why I warned all of you not to underestimate the Burning Legion's powers!" She ended in annoyance.
"But this is nothing like we have faced." Sorao added.
"Regardless, this is just the beginning, and they will likely throw another attack..." Kozakura commented.
"Besides..." Sorao suddenly said, as she stands up with her left eye turning completely red. "I'm not going to let them causing even more trouble, this time." She added, before she disappears as she uses her right eye to drive one of the Infernals insane, as a method of distraction. "I have no choice, but to do this..." She ended, as she grimly watches the rest of the group slowly but surely getting beaten up by the Infernal army, as they used up whatever effort they have left, while they also cause destruction slowly under their whim.
"By using your right eye, again? Have you lost it, Sorao-chan?!" Kozakura exclaimed.
Rather than heeding Kozakura's warnings, Sorao instead ignores all of them about the dangers of overusing her right eye for something completely different from its intended purpose, which would lead to completely detrimental results, should everything does not go according to plan, as a last-ditch effort to stop Gror'thas and his army.
"I WON'T LET ALL OF YOU HURT ANYONE ELSE UNDER MY WATCH!" Sorao said, as she flies into a maddening rage while looking at the Infernals, before uttering the following phrase that is completely out of her usual character.
"What the...?" Toriko questioned, as she looks at Sorao. "Sorao?" She asked.
"She's losing it!" Kozakura exclaimed.
As that happens, both Sorao's left and right eyes are surrounded with bright red and blue flames, respectively, and both of them are riddled with intense feelings of fury and rage, with her usual personality slowly transforming into something else. No longer the shy and introverted person she is, Sorao later use this newfound personality and power, which something Akari is just astounded with to see her senior in a state like this. This also includes Zoro, Maya, Kanta, and the rest of the Unity Force.
However, Maya is slightly concerned about this, as she theorises that Sorao will quickly lose control of herself under the influence of such a power beyond her control.
"Did Kamikoshi-senpai undergo a completely radical change in her personality?" Akari asked, before an Infernal suddenly unleashes a blow, but she quickly counters its attack with a powerful crescent kick, causing a part of its hand to be severed, before throwing a powerful haymaker towards its head, shattering it completely. "Do NOT interrupt me while I'm talking!" She exclaimed.
"Looks like Kamikoshi-san must have awakened her power!" Chito said.
"That's not possible!" Falstad exclaimed.
"Everyone, stall Gror'thas as much as possible, while we help her out!" Zoro ordered.
All for the while, Chito sees the last Infernal, but she quickly dashes towards it, before unleashing a straight, devastating blow towards its chest. While that happens, she surrounds herself with crimson lightning before she unleashes all of it, causing the construct to be destroyed to pieces.
"You weak-minded fools!" Gror'thas exclaimed, as he looks at the remains of his Infernal army, whose numbers have been reduced to absolute nothing, leaving him all by himself. "This battle is far from over, and you will never defeat the Legion." He added, before he sees a rage-addled Sorao setting her sights towards the Greater Infernal. "Don't get too caught up defeating me, because you are only wasting your time." He ended.
"Enough with the lies." Sorao said. "You're already defeated, so I'll destroy that goddamn body and that existence of yours to just mere ashes." She added.
"Care to test that?" Gror'thas mocked, to which Sorao wants nothing of it.
"Of course, I will..." Sorao simply declared, as the flames within her eyes blaze threateningly. "Under your cold, dead body!" She exclaimed.
Sorao and Gror'thas later clashed each other, as human and construct fight off to the death. Some of the Unity Force including Chito, Yuuri, Zoro, and Maya assisted in helping Sorao out. As soon as that happens, Gror'thas uses his Chaotic Fury attack against Sorao, but she quickly proceeds to dodge it by unleashing a powerful straight blow towards his own fist, as well.
"You mere humans are only wasting your time." Gror'thas remarked.
"You only talk like that, when you have no one like the Burning Legion to help you now." Sorao added.
"I don't need the Burning Legion anymore, as they are nothing more than a stain in their own name for their failure." Gror'thas revealed. "Instead of that, I'll take the initiative of destroying you all without their aid." He added.
"As if that's going to happen!" Sorao exclaimed.
The battle goes on, before Sorao later uses her right eye to pinpoint on Gror'thas's "true form", which allows her to identify his weakness, which happens to be its own core from its chest.
"Roronoa-san! Chito-san! Yuuri-san! I found his weakness!" Sorao called the trio down below. "You must stall him as much as possible, so I'll try to destroy his core, which would make him vulnerable to magic!" She added.
"Got it!" Zoro said, as he takes out his Wado and Enma.
"Yuu, try to distract him as soon as possible!" Chito said, as she charges herself towards the construct.
"I'm on it, Chii-chan!" Yuuri said, as she turns her Arisaka rifle into the usual five-barrelled weapon. "It's time to play dirty on this monster!" She exclaimed.
With Zoro, Chito, and Yuuri attempting to stall Gror'thas, Sorao later uses this advantage by barraging the demonic construct leader with a flurry of attacks towards it. One attack after the other, Sorao and Gror'thas clashed each other, while he is unknowingly getting distracted by the trio.
Chito unleashes a powerful blade of crimson electricity towards Gror'thas's head. While it will not damage him, due to his immunity to magic, it is instead used as a means to stall him further.
Yuuri then uses her five-barrelled rifle as she aims it towards the construct, while grappling above the building, before she fires it towards Gror'thas, unleashing five explosive rounds that is enough to weaken Gror'thas.
"You tiresome gnats!" Gror'thas exclaimed, as he throws a giant building towards the group, but Zoro slashes his way towards it, before the samurai pirate proceeds to slash the building to half with his swords.
"I'm not done with your shit, yet." Zoro said, as he then dashes towards Gror'thas, who later unleashes a slicing attack, severing one of its hands. "Chito-san, Yuuri-san, and Kamikoshi-san! Now's your chance!" He commanded.
On cue with that, Chito and Sorao proceed to dash towards Gror'thas as they unleash a powerful attack towards his chest, before Yuuri then fires a shot from her rifle to his head, slowly destroying it.
"You will die here like the so-called Burning Legion..." Sorao said, before she unleashes a devastating blow to its chest, thus destroying its core, rendering him vulnerable to all forms of magic, thus giving Chito the upper hand.
Chito then takes the initiative, as she conjures a much more powerful version of the attack she threw earlier, the Crimson Lighting Blade. Proceeding to charge towards Gror'thas with the lightning blade, Chito then proceeds to stab his exposed chest with it, before she uses her palm to unleash a push towards it, causing the Infernal construct to be thrown away at the far end of the city ruins.
"THIS IS NOT OVER!" Gror'thas exclaimed his last words, before the sword explodes, causing him to be destroyed to pieces.
After the battle, the rest of the Unity Force were exhausted from the sudden attack Gror'thas threw, but they know it's far from over, as they are unaware of what will happen next. Later on, we see Sorao going back to normal, but after using up most of her powers, she suddenly collapses into the floor, much to the shock of the entire group even including Strelok.
"Kamikoshi-senpai!"/"Sorao!"/"Sorao-chan!" Akari, Toriko, and Kozakura exclaimed altogether, before Strelok arrives at the scene.
"What's happening to her?" Maya asked the stalker.
"She's grievously exhausted from using up most of her powers." Strelok commented, as she looks at Sorao's current condition. "And she is in desperate need of medical treatment." He added.
"You idiot!" Kozakura exclaimed, with some tears from her eyes. "Don't you dare die in front of me!" She added.
"Sorao... Please don't die..." Toriko said.
"Don't worry, I will be fine..." Sorao said, before she loses consciousness from exhaustion.
"What are we going to do now?" Akari asked Zoro.
"Bring her back to the infirmaries in the Unity Force Academy." Zoro said. "Her current condition is rather serious, and it must be treated as soon as possible." He added.
"I'm on it!" Toriko said, as she uses the transporter.
Afterwards, Toriko is seen carrying an unconscious Sorao, before Akari, Kozakura, and Strelok later leave the Girls' Last Tour universe as soon as possible. With the situation now calmed down, we later see the rest of the Unity Force taking yet another break from the battle within the ruins of the battle, as they prepare the final leg of their journey.
"We should take some rest for today..." Chito said. "I can't believe that thing would cause this much destruction." She added.
"I'm still worried about Shuka-chan, Falala-chan, and Garara-chan." Laala Manaka said.
"This attack is yet another distraction tactic that they were pulling against us." Kanta remarked.
"That's one of the things we need to do, as well." Zoro said.
"But how?" Chito said.
"We don't know where they were." Yuuri added. "We're already losing so much leads and time, as well." She added.
"Leave it to us." Koyuki suddenly declared, before Kano, Nemu, Jima, and the Saw Monster agree, as well.
"And I'll go with them!" Laala declared.
"Whatever the Legion is planning, we must join the rest." Falstad said.
"Time's a wasting!" Chen exclaimed.
"Are you kidding?!" Kanta exclaimed.
"And I'll join with them, along with Rin-rin!" Ako added.
"W-Wait!" Rinko said.
Koyuki, Kano, Nemu, Jima, the Saw Monster, Ako, Rinko, Falstad, and Chen later disappear, as they proceed to find Shuka, Falala, and Garara and rescue them before everything will be too late. The remaining people left within the megacity ruins are Chito, Yuuri, Zoro, Maya, Kanta, Nagi, Ichika, Rinon Aloy, Erend, Ash, Ben, Usopp, Tony Tony Chopper, Brook, Renge Miyauchi, and Nuko.
The next day, we later see the rest of the group leaving the city ruins, as well as the Infernal corpses around them, where they proceed to head into yet another refuelling station facility as well as a strange-looking windmill plant.
"Tank's full now, I suppose, but it's only 70%." Yuuri said. "Man, I'm pooped from that battle yesterday." She remarked.
While that happens, they see Nuko sipping some gasoline leftovers from the floor.
"Ew... Is that fuel tasty?" Chito asked.
"That's gross!" Nagi said.
"Is that creature drinking gasoline?" Chopper questioned.
"It's tasty." Nuko simply said.
"Talk about drinking the craziest stuff." Kanta said.
Chito, Yuuri, and Nuko later go into the Kettenkrad, as they head further into the wind power plant, where most of the Unity Force group cannot help but to describe how strange this place truly is.
Then, the usual bantering happens when Yuuri is stopped by Chito about thinking of eating Nuko, before the conversation proceeds further about the food chain. But then, Chito misattributes it.
"This looks like a forest." Chito said.
"What's that?" Yuuri asked.
"This looks like the picture books I saw once. It had lots of trees and tall plants that looked like this." Chito added.
"I bet many creatures used to live in forests, and there must have been a food chain too." Yuuri remarked.
"I'm pretty sure that this is not a forest to me." Nagi said to herself.
"But how did this forest end up like it is now?" Chito said.
"It's a wind power plant." Zoro said, who is completely confused of Chito's bereft understanding of their own world.
"Even if it looks completely different." Maya added.
The conversation about the past and the present continues further, as they walk amidst the snowy weather within the current city layer, until they reach a dead end, or so it seems.
"I found an exit." Yuuri added.
"If that's the case..." Chito said, before asking Nuko. "Are the radio waves coming here by any chance?" She asked.
"Yes, that direction." Nuko said.
"No way!" Ash said.
"That thing actually knows where we headed next?!" Kanta asked rhetorically.
"I guess, but that's the only way." Nagi responded.
"We have no choice but to follow it." Zoro said.
Afterwards, they later exit the wind power plant, before they are greeted by yet another odd and haunting sight in front of them. Right in front of them is a giant submarine that is sitting all by itself within the snowy ground. Zoro began questioning himself why a submarine would be at a city layer. They later approach it, before Chito begins taking pictures of it, before they ascend into the metallic stairway that leads to the hull of the submarine.
"So the radio waves are coming from that thing?" Zoro pointed out.
"Yes." Nuko said.
"This is unusual." Maya said. "How do the people of the past get a hold of such a weapon like a submarine here, even if this place is three to four layers high?" She questioned.
"So this is a weapon, because it's strong and is large?" Yuuri asked Zoro.
"Yes." Usopp said. "These are weapons, but like what goes on in this world, we still have no idea what lies in there." He continued.
"I guess the only way is go through the top of the hull." Zoro said.
They later see the entrance of the submarine, where it is completely shut that it cannot be opened by normal means. At least until Nuko steps on the scene, before proclaiming that the door can be opened by itself.
"I can open it." Nuko said.
"You can?" Aloy asked.
"But how can you do it?" Erend questioned.
Their questions were later answered, when they see one of Nuko's hands transforming into what seems to be a shape in the form of a key that resembles the lock within the door. As Nuko puts its hand into it, the creature later utters some gibberish, before the door suddenly opens from out of nowhere, prompting the rest to back away, but it hits Nuko.
"Huh..." Kanta said. "It seems we have no other choice but to go down." He added.
"I wonder what goes on in that place." Nagi said.
Chito, Yuuri, Nuko, Zoro, Ichika, Rinon, Maya, Kanta, Nagi, Aloy, Erend, Ash, Ben, Usopp, Tony Tony Chopper, Brook, and Renge later descend further into the submarine, where they are later greeted by modern technology inside. They later explore the entire place, before they encounter nuclear warheads along the way, and they later end up in the quarters of the submarine.
"I guess we can finally take a rest here." Zoro said.
"Non~ I'd take this place as a home at any moment!" Renge uttered.
"Not going to lie, but this place is much more comfortable than the quarters in Unity Force Academy!" Brook exclaimed.
"There's no time to rest, however." Zoro said.
"But still... This place might learn us what the past of this world was." Chito said. "You know, how the people of the old lived. What they wore, their language. Things like that." She added.
"Why do you want to know all of this stuff?" Yuuri questioned.
"I don't know, and I'm not sure." Chito said.
"The past of this world has too much mysteries to begin with." Maya uttered.
"And knowing all about it is the only way." Zoro added.
"Huh, Nuko is not here." Yuuri said.
"Nuko must have wandered again, for most of the time." Chito said.
"Do you think Nuko's eating bombs or something again?" Yuuri asked.
"Who knows?" Kanta shrugged.
After much conversation, Yuuri later finds a mysterious package as she opens it, before the rest of the group later see it. But to their surprise, it contains a chocolate inside that is still in perfect condition.
"Is that food still okay?" Kanta said.
"Here." Yuuri said, as she gives a piece of it to Kanta. "Want some?" She questioned.
"Anything for my belly." Kanta remarked. "I haven't eaten here for weeks, and yet we are still living." He added, before eating it.
"It's delicious!" Yuuri said, before Maya suddenly takes one. "Hey! Not again!" She pouted.
"Can't help." Maya simply said.
"This looks like chocolate." Chito remarked.
"However, we still don't know what the purpose of this place is." Zoro said.
We see Chito using the camera, as she is taking a photo with Yuuri, Zoro, Kanta, and some of the Unity Force members for a group photo, when all of a sudden it connects into the submarine's computers wirelessly.
"Some words just come out from the camera." Chito said. "It says 'sync... ing'?" She questioned. "Do you know what this word means, Maya-san?" She added.
"Syncing..." Is what is said on Chito's camera, as well as the computer.
"It seems the camera is connected into the computer, and it's most likely retrieving the images." She added.
"But that's impossible." Nagi argued.
"It can connect..." Nuko said.
All of a sudden, they see that the entire monitor turns into one giant holographic interface, where images from the camera, as well as a group of folders are to be seen within it.
"Are these images...?" Zoro questioned.
"The ones we took, yes." Chito said.
"Wow..." Ben said. "I never knew technology in this world is so far off from what Unity Force Academy has." He added.
"I never knew people would be able to do this kinds of stuff." Yuuri remarked.
"It's some kind of holographic technology." Zoro said.
"But what is this thing?" Yuuri questioned.
Yuuri then presses another folder from the holographic interface, where it reveals another set of images. Unlike the previous folders, however, Chito and Yuuri soon realise that these were not their own photos, but it was instead taken all by Kanazawa.
"It looks like pictures." Chito said.
"But we didn't take all of those!" Yuuri said.
"Hold on, look right there." Chito added, as she points at one of the photos of Kanzawa, a mysterious girl, and a white-haired woman whom they are familiar with: Kozakura. "Is that Kozakura-san?" She asked.
"But that's unusual!" Nagi exclaimed.
"You mean Kozakura-san was with Kanazawa-san before we even met her?" Zoro asked.
"I don't know, since he was by himself when Chii-chan and I met him." Yuuri said.
"Not to mention, we know nothing about the other woman beside him." Kanta said.
"Hmmmm... I'm starting to think that this orange-haired woman beside Kanazawa must have known Kozakura-san, but her fate is unknown." Zoro theorised.
"He was alone by himself when Yuu and I met him." Chito added.
"We might talk to her in the meantime about this woman." Usopp added.
"Lots of folders." Nuko suddenly uttered.
"Folders?" Aloy questioned.
"These things are folders?" Chito said.
"Yes, by the looks of it." Maya answered.
"We should open all of them!" Yuuri exclaimed.
"It's now or never!" Kanta said.
"I can open them all." Nuko said.
"Wait! Hold it!" Chito uttered.
But it was too late, when Nuko does the job of opening all of them. One after the other, all of the images pop out in mid-air, as the Unity Force group cannot help but to feel surprised. It was a barrage of surprises that they could not comprehend.
"That's impossible!" Ash exclaimed.
"These are the Old Ones of this world...?" Aloy asked.
"These images are definitely not within this time!" Kanta said.
"Impossible... There's too many people." Yuuri said.
"You mean all of these were in the camera the whole time?" Chito asked Nuko.
"Correct." Nuko said.
"What's this?" Chito said, as one of the videos is shown.
The rest of the Unity Force later watch a group of videos and images of the past, before Yuuri then realises why Chito was on the pursuit of finding out more about the people of the old and how they lived.
"I think I know why you want to know more about the past, Chii-chan." Yuuri said, as she is seen pressing several play buttons from other videos.
"And how it's still important." Maya added.
"But I've never think it would come to this from such a stupid, ancient camera that is probably hundreds of years old." Kanta added.

During that moment in time, we see the Unity Force group watching more videos about the past, ranging from daily lives to even random stuff. While everything was dandy and fine for the rest, they later start to see footage of wars that they do not expect, with Zoro puzzling the pieces altogether.
"It looks like some war happened." Zoro added.
"And things didn't go according to plan, by the looks of it." Maya said.
"So it was the culture thing that caused wars like this?" Chito asked.
"Maybe." Zoro said. "But given such a scale of destruction we encountered earlier throughout this world, there's more to this." He added.
They later continue watching more videos of the daily lives within the past, as it transitions into a group of videos into another clips of wars now involving larger robots, all of which were strikingly familiar to the rest of them, as well as a clip of a news from "NNN" about declaring war against the "neighbouring states".
"The lone robot we just encountered earlier when it rained heavily..." Nagi said.
"And the robots from that factory after leaving the train station..." Maya added.
"It's starting to add up." Zoro said. "Some kind of a huge war caused all of this, which involved machines that we saw earlier." He added.
"I thought the Dark Age in my world would be this agonising..." Kanta said. "But I did not expected the past people of this world to go such a huge war." He added.
"So this is why my world became like this..." Chito remarked. "I never knew the past of my world would be this cruel." She added.
They see Rinon, as words known as "Data Transfer in Progress..." appear around the interface.
"What's happening?" Erend asked.
"Is Rinon doing some kind of data transfer?" Ben asked.
"Judging by the looks of it, yes." Nuko added.
"So Rinon's trying to archive everything from Chito-san's camera..." Ichika commented.
"And speaking of which, I felt less lonely after seeing it." Yuuri added.
"Are you forgetting us?" Maya questioned.
"And all of you, as well." Yuuri said. "It was a good thing that the Unity Force was created." She added, who looks at Ben, since his grandfather Max Tennyson was responsible for the creation of it. "I'm no longer totally alone when I go with the rest of you, guys." She added, before Ichika proceeds to embrace Yuuri.
"You're no longer alone, Yuuri-san." Ichika said.
"Yes." Maya uttered. "Don't be afraid asking for help." She added.
"I guess that works!" Yuuri said. "Hey, where's the chocolate?" She asked.
"We just ate it." Kanta said, as they see Zoro, Maya, Chopper, Usopp, and Brook eating the said food.
"That's my food!" Yuuri pouted. "Not fair!" She exclaimed.
A few hours later, we see the rest of the Unity Force taking a nap within the submarine after that eventful moment. While that happens, Yuuri is awakened, who is checking at the camera, and with Nuko on the table. However, another creature that looks like Nuko appears within the submarine, but much larger.
"Aren't you bigger somehow?" Yuuri asked.
"Big?" Nuko uttered.
"Huh? If you're Nuko, then who are you?" Yuuri asked towards the suspicious creature.
Chito, all by herself, wakes up from her nap, but she is greeted by a rather disturbing sight when the giant creature is about to devour Yuuri, which happened, as well.
"YUU!" Chito uttered loudly, but it was too late.
This, of course, awakened the rest of the Unity Force inside.
"What happened?!" Zoro questioned.
"Yuu... She got devoured by whatever that thing was!" Chito exclaimed.
"That 'thing'?" Zoro said. "Hey, creature, do you know what Chito-san is talking about?" He asked Nuko.
Except, they are later greeted by utter silence coming from Nuko, as Chito suspects that the radio that Yuuri possesses is missing, which happens to have the receiver on it. Because of this, the Unity Force and Chito are forced to exit the submarine to locate the last known location of the suspicious creature and Yuuri herself.
"Not good!" Kanta said.
"I guess we have no choice but to chase that 'thing'!" Zoro said.
Here, we see the rest of the Unity Force group briskly running from the submarine, as they later follow the same path that they just used, when they were entering the submarine. Chito later trips into the floor, but she later doesn't stop running with the rest of the group, whom she doesn't want to lose Yuuri, before they later ascend above.
There, they are greeted by a rather peculiar sight in front of them: the same suspicious creature and Yuuri, who is half-devoured.

"What in the hell?" Kanta uttered.
"Don't attack it." Maya ordered.
"After it nearly devoured Yuuri-san?!" Kanta asked.
"It might not be a threat, so we don't want any unnecessary bloodshed." Zoro claimed.
Suddenly, the suspicious creature later spits Yuuri out, but she is caught by Ichika.
"Yuu!" Chito exclaimed.
"Are you okay?!" Kanta asked.
"It ate you." Yuuri added.
"But I tried hard getting out of it." Yuuri confidently said.
"For a person who nearly got eaten, you really have a surprisingly dark sense of humour." Ichika said.
"We do not eat living beings." The suspicious creature said.
"What the?" Brook said. "Where is that voice coming from?" He added.
"Probably from that thing?" Chito pointed out, as she looks at the suspicious creature.
"We do not possess vocal organs. However, we are able to alter sound waves into language. We are using the ship's equipment to speak." The giant creature said.
"How do they know all of these things?" Renge asked.
"Beats me." Ben remarked.
"That youngling strayed from our group." The mysterious creature said.
"You mean Nuko?" Chito asked.
"That youngling strayed from our group." The mysterious creature added.
"Nuiii..." Nuko uttered.
"The younglings' transmission ranges are small." As that happens, the mysterious creature later suddenly opens up most of its body, turning it into a mushroom, which is known as an Eryngii.
"What the?!" Usopp exclaimed. "Is that a mushroom?" He questioned.
"I thought the machines in my old world were a threat..." Aloy remarked.
"But this is something else..." Erend added.
"It happens on occasion." The giant Eryngii added.
Afterwards, the giant Eryngii then proceeds to play out a familiar tune that the rest of the Unity Force are mostly familiar with, one stratum ago.

"That song again..." Chito said.
"Except it is sounding more and more familiar." Maya added.
"Not like the one we heard from that stupid radio earlier." Kanta said.
"That is part of our transmission signal, as received by the devices." The giant Eryngii said.
"You mean that device was actually like a compass that led us here to this submarine, after all these days of travelling from one layer to the next?" Kanta asked sarcastically.
"What are you guys made of?" Yuuri asked.
"And why did you swallow Yuu?" Chito added.
"Not to mention, you scared the crap out of us earlier!" Usopp exclaimed.
"What I swallowed was the compact device that human was carrying." The giant Eryngii revealed, as it refers to the radio.
"Oh, it's gone!" Yuuri exclaimed, as she notices that the radio and the camera are gone. "And the camera, as well!" She added.
"It got eaten...?" Nagi questioned.
"This is getting ridiculous..." Kanta sighed. "From the war ruins, to that stupid device, and now this...?" He questioned sarcastically.
Suddenly, the nuclear warhead doors opened one by one, as they see a group of Eryngii appearing, as they are ingesting the nuclear warheads that was within it. The giant Eryngii then proceeds to explain further about the reasoning behind the devouring of electronic devices, and how it contained a great deal of energy, which are ingested to be broken down into a more stable and static state. The creature then proceeds to tell about the process being over, and how this universe's life's long work will be finished, causing the planet to go into a state of sleep again.
As that happens, the rest of the Eryngii later turned into mushroomed Eryngiis, to the surprise of Usopp.
"So this is why the city has been dead for many years to come?" Maya asked the giant Eryngii.
"Every activity in this city has already ceased." The giant Eryngii responded. "And it will slowly stop." The creature ended.
"Are there no more people in this city?" Chito asked.
"We are observing most places, other than the highest stratum. Currently, the rest of you are the only surviving humans of whom we are aware." The giant Eryngii said.
"So what happened to Kanazawa-san?" Zoro asked.
"I don't know..." Chito said.
"Thank you for delivering the youngling to us." The giant Eryngii added. "We need to act as a group." The creature ended.
Nuko, on the other hand, is more reluctant into doing so.
"Why are you scared, Nuko? You have several companions!" Yuuri added.
"You should join with them, Nuko." Maya said.
"Goodbye." Nuko said one last time, before the diminutive creature joins in with the rest of the group.
They later see the rest of the Eryngii flying up the sky. Yuuri then remarks as to how their world will end, to which Chito said it won't matter, as long as the Unity Force is with them.
"So the singing was them, huh?" Yuuri asked.
"Yeah." Chito simply answered.
"That's why it sounded said." Yuuri added.
"It's the song of the end." Maya added.
"You might be right." Chito added.
Suddenly, after that brief banter, they suddenly see ominous figures from afar, of whom which they don't expect.
"But this world is far from safe!" Chito said. "Look over there!" She added.
"Oh shit, it's the Burning Legion!" Zoro added.
"Not only that, but they have an army!" Ichika exclaimed.
"This will not be an easy one!" Kanta remarked.
"It looks like it's our one last battle here in our own world!" Yuuri added.
"I guess we have no choice but to end their threat, once and for all." Zoro added.
The rest of the Unity Force group prepare themselves for this one last battle against the Burning Legion to save the Girls' Last Tour universe from this impending catastrophe, while they also hope that the rest who are attempting to save Shuka, Falala, and Garara will be able to do so.

On the next chapter of UF Missions: Girls' Last Tour: The final chapter before the epilogue! With the rest of the Unity Force finally know about the past that led up to the destruction of Chito and Yuuri's world, Sargeras, Kil'jaeden, and Archimonde and their forces are now slowly amassing within the Girls' Last Tour universe. The final battle in this world is about to begin, and it will dictate the fate of this universe.
