Who is Benzaiten?
In order to survive in an increasingly hostile Cray, the Oracle Think Tank has sank a number of small fortunes into philanthropic pursuits. The council in charge of these pursuits are the "Seven of Fortune," following pursuits ranging from modernizing small villages to speeding up agricultural research. Benzaiten is one of those seven, using her immense wealth to become of of Cray's biggest patrons of arts. A talented musician herself, she's not a particular fan of warfare, but will fight if she must. Her rise to prominence has attracted some suspicion from lesser nobles, who find her sudden burst onto the scene as a sign she's not a "true" or "deserving" member of the Oracle Think Tank.
Who is Squall Breaker?
The seas of Cray are perilous, but thanks to the efforts of the Aqua Force, they are not necessarily lawless. One of their less decorated but nonetheless ferocious admirals is Squall Breaker, who had his wings replaced with high-tech sails after a nasty battle to show his loyalty to his clan. A fantastic troop commander and relentless opponent to pirates, he's proven his worth for centuries. Despite many offers for promotions, he's turned down them all, having grown attached to his old patrol routes and battalion. He's earned his name for literally breaking a storm with a beat from his mace, and though it cost him his original wings, it also enameled him into the Aqua Forces hall of fame.
