Who are the Starcrossers?
Link Joker is home to numerous interstellar elements, including those hostile to Cray and those who wish to protect it. The vigilante group known as the "Starcrossers" firmly belong in the latter category. Using their highly advanced technology, they travel across the known universe, searching for malevolent extraterrestrial invaders, and battle them to protect less sophisticated planets. While much of their equipment is focused on search and rescue, they are nonetheless powerful combatants, willing to make huge sacrifices if it means protecting the innocent.
Who is Arcturus Dragon?
Ironically, the founder of the Starcrossers himself was meant to be a weapon to wipe out the weak. Created by a race of aliens determined to expand their empire, this artificial dragon was named after the Arcturus Engine, an energy source so potent that if removed from it's casing, it would create a miniature black hole. With it came two "gifts"- an energy cannon capable of devastating anything, and the power of the Lock. However, during development, some saboteurs gave it the gift of conscious, which festered into a strong sense of justice and selflessness. When he was completed, Arcturus Dragon rebelled against his original creators, razing the empire and recruiting many likeminded beings to his cause of delivering interstellar justice. His number one target as of now is Sekwan-Hak and his Collapse.
