Stupidity
It's funny how things go unnoticed
Funny how two can love each other and never know it.
They live and breathe together
They see each other daily
They have for so long
Everyone around them sees it
Why can't they?
Is it that love is truly blind?
Can it be they'll never speak their hearts?
When it is too late will they still ignore it?
He loves her but he's to stubborn
She loves him but is much to shy to speck it.
They want to share their feelings
Why can't they?
Every day is another chance.
Every fall is another possibility
So many times have they been alone with each other
So often they have nearly spoken those three words
And yet they continue to be stupid
They continue to hide all that they feel for one another.
Why can't they?
It amazes me how stupid they can be
How blind they are to each others hints.
But then I wonder are we all that stupid?
Are we all that blind?
Does love strut around in our eyes without us seeing it?
And if so why are we stupid and cant see it?
Why can't we?
