"You jerk!" Lisa shouted.
"What? All I did was buy Boardwalk! It's not like I made you land on it!" Jackson said, trying to defend himself against the angry woman sitting next to him and hitting him with a pillow.
It was Sunday, in the middle of March, and it was pouring like crazy outside. Neither Lisa nor Jackson had anywhere to go, so they decided to stay at home all day and just relax with each other.
So much for relaxing, Jackson thought as he grabbed a pillow off the couch and began to hit Lisa back. It soon developed into a full blown pillow fight, with the two of them chasing each other around their house.
It was quite a strange thing. Jackson tried to kill her and she had thought that she had killed him. But she hadn't, and he had come back to her to say that he loved her and that he was sorry. From there, they both fell in love and got married and bought a house together. Everyone thought that they were crazy, and her father had never really liked Jackson, but that was okay with her. She loved him, and that's all that mattered.
She screamed as he tackled her onto the couch and pinned her there. "Now, are we done acting like children? Or do you want me to tickle you until you give in?" There was a hint of mischief in his eyes that made Lisa nervous.
"I'll never surrender!" she replied jokingly. And true to his word, Jackson began tickling her. Five minutes later, her eyes were watering from all the laughter and she was begging him to stop.
"Please laugh stop laugh tickling me!" with the last two words, she managed to roll over and off the couch, taking him with her and landing directly on top of him. She scrambled up, still laughing and ran outside, into the rain.
"Come on Leese! It's pouring out there!" Jackson yelled to her from the doorway.
"I know! Isn't it wonderful?" She yelled back to him, and began to dance and spin around the rain. Her pajamas were getting soaked and her hair was already drenched from the shower she had taken earlier. She looks beautiful, Jackson thought to himself as he stepped out into the rain and began walking slowly towards her.
Jackson came up behind her and spun her around to face him. She looked surprised, but incredibly happy. The only time he'd ever seen her this happy, was at their wedding. Just pure, childlike joy. And he loved that look on her. He kissed her softly as the thunder rolled above them and the rain pounded on their heads and backs.
