The pain of Loss
I look at you as you stand in the light,
Your glassy eyes void of emotion-blank,
My heart drops to the bottom of the deep sea,
As you fall on the cold floor.
One blink of an eye and your gone,
Nothing can be done,
As your soul is slowly drained away
And you begin to lose your humanity
Then you fall into utter darkness
I remember how life was-before you came
I was nothing, only a normal boy living a life
You were my joy and happiness-my true meaning of life,
But now you lost your reasons to listen to my words.
Your smile of love has become the look of sadness,
You're now a mere puppet standing in front of the gate to death.
In the utter silence, a voice is heard.
A voice of love that cries in sadness,
"Hold my hand and tell me that you'll be mine
Through laughter or through tears
Then let the whole world, see our love will be evergreen
Through out years."
