A/N: Hey this isn't abandoned! Yay for update?

Richoshey spread his wings and soared low over the lake, leaving ripples in his wake.

The nausea he felt since Braun's invasion had subsided somewhat, but he still wasn't ready to go back to the Diner.

Seeing his Mistress wide eyed and trembling, smelling the fear on her, all the while being unable to stop the monster from using his body to torment her, was more then he could bear.

ereHis Mistress would tell him he wasn't to blame. Ric couldn't help feeling responsible though.

His duty was to his Mistress, always.

Never to scare her.

Thinking of his Mistress calmed him some more.

I should check on her.

He took down the mental shield he put up to block their bond after he left the diner.

Mistress?

Suddenly a wall of panic hit him coming from her.

Never escaped never escaped never escaped

Lunch would have to wait.

As fast as his wings could carry him, he flew to his Mistress.
