"The first day of school without any major problems? Shota didn't even expel a signal student, either. That's something to toast to … cheers!" Present Mic took it upon himself to lead the toast, prompting the other teachers of the Hero Course to raise their cans of beer.
"Cheers!"
They sat in the dorm designated for U.A. educators, which meant they were all gathered in a spacious common area on the first floor. This was a handy spot for meeting up with students outside of the classroom, but the teachers often used the space to kick back and unwind. Tonight, it was the site of a casual wrap party for this group of ten, though Power Loader was off celebrating the new tech the school was given this year for the support course elsewhere. Plus, principal Nezu didn't join any of the adult heroes within the room, already making sure everything was ready for the next few months of the first quarter of the school year.
All Might stood off to the side. In his skinny form. All of the teachers at U.A. knew that the number one hero had been injured by some kind of villain about six years ago. Now the wound was starting to act up even worse than it had over the last year. Nezu gave the hero a job teaching the new generation of heroes to stay out of public eyes due to the terrible injury.
No one wanted to see All Might give up on being a hero because it would mean the age of the symbol of peace would be over. Then the villains' hidden in the shadows would return at full force. Evil villains' that the heroes of today might not be ready to handle.
Now wasn't the time to think about All Might leaving the hero seen. Tonight is suppose to be about fun and not worrying about an unknown future.
"Care to join us, All Might?" Sakura wondered, holding out a can of beer in his direction.
The older blonde hero shook his head. "No thank you, Sakura. I can't drink anymore because of the injury." He had a very low alcohol tolerance now.
Shota was already getting out his sleeping bag.
"What are you doing?" Mic shouts at the top of his lungs, glaring at his friend. "Now isn't the time for naps."
The Eraser hero gave a small scoff. "Yes, it is."
"No it's not," Mic shouts, irritated. His hand is already going toward a can. "Drink a beer first."
"I will when I wake up." Shota mumbled, already covered up in his yellow sleeping bag.
"You're such a buzz kill, Shota!" Present Mic screeched at the top of his lungs. His Quirk, which was voice, made those words echo around the room in a giant ball of sound. Causing vibrations to run through the room which made Sakura flinch from her chair.
Aizawa rolled his eyes before cuddling into his sleeping bag.
"Well," Sekijiro Kan, also known to the public under his hero name Vlad King, had the Quirk of blood control. He is a very tall, wide-set man of a bulky, muscular build, with lightly tanned skin, a few visible scars showing on his left cheek and the left side of his notably thick neck. He has short pale gray hair which is spiked upwards, away from his face, the only exception to this being the small clump of hair which hangs down over the left of his forehead. His eyes are very small and thin, and he has a wide mouth with two prominent lower canines, which appear even when his mouth is closed. "That's classic Eraserhead."
Nemuri Kayama, also known as the R-rated Hero Midnight, gave a small laugh which rings around the room like small bells. "You can say that again, Vlad." Shota was always a fun one, even when they were all students in UA together.
Sakura just gave a small nod. "Yeah. It is."
Just like the good old days.
"Now!" Mic shouts at the top of his lungs, smirking.
"Now?" Sakura echoed, curious and slightly concerned.
"Time for some music."
Sakura paled at the words. Oh dear. No.
Every time in the past when it came to music they always woke Shota up from his name and Mic always found a way to correct lyrics, regardless of the song choice.
Ectoplasm stood up from his seat.
"All right, Ecto!" Mic cheered, starting us off.
Sakura shook her head.
Ectoplasm is a tall, slender man with short hair and completely blank eyes tilted inwards. Due to losing his legs in the line of duty, he uses replacement prosthetics, and when in anything but his hero attire, he wears a pair of large glasses.
The pro hero took the small Mic near a wooden table, placing it into his hand.
"Ectoplasm?" All Might gave a small mumbled, blue eyes watching the scene. Across the table, Mic took another beer bottle for himself and started emceeing.
"Attention, villain's throughout the land... There's a hero standing up to fight back...Yeah, Ectoplasm got a song for this cruel, harsh world...It's that old, classic hit 'Heroes' Bar,' so don't' touch that dial!"
Sakura felt her face heat up at the words Mic said. He does realize there is no one to film this, right?
Ectoplasm began; "Besting villains takes a toll, and heroes need some sustenance."
Mic gave a sly comment, "An oldie but goodie!"
"Your costume's stench may sting the eyes."
"Sure, cuz who's got time for laundry?" Mic adds.
Sakura sent a glare into his eyes, "Mic." The female really didn't like it when the male heroes never wash their outfits.
"You know it's true," Mic admits.
All Might looked away, a grimace on his face. "It is." He'd done that a few times in the past and Nighteye had to yell at him for it.
"Men," Midnight mumbled, shaking her head.
"You know for a fact Shota doesn't wash his!" Mic shouts.
Shota woke up and glared at Mic. "Yes I do. I have three versions of my hero outfit."
Sakura gave a nod. "Yeah. And I wash all three of them at my house."
"You offered," Shota reminded.
The female gave a small smirk, "True."
When Shota first started working at U.A. High School Sakura offered her home up to the male until he found an apartment building for himself to live in for the time being. Once Aizawa found a place he came over to Sakura's house every weekend to wash bed sheets and laundry-it was cheaper to do laundry at Sakura's than the apartment building.
"But come as you are, to the heroes' bar!" Ectoplasm continued after a moment after listening to the conversations going on around the room.
"Bar!" Mic exclaimed a smile beaming across his lips. "Hey, that's where we should go!"
Sakura shook her head, "No."
"Why not?" Mic whined.
Shota rolled his eyes. "Because the last bar all of us went to as a group was owned by Mastermind and he kicked us out...remember?" That was a night none of them could ever live down.
Sakura grimaced at the memory. "It was the worst night of our lives."
Mic gave a nod with a grimace on his face at the memory. "Oh, yeah."
All Might looked their way with a confused look. "Mastermind?"
"Yeah, the former Villain owns Three Monkey's." Mic explained.
"Never heard of it."
"It's right a few blocked away from U.A. down a hallway," Sakura explained.
The number one hero gave a nod.
"Serving up smiles, for one and all!" Ectoplasm continued.
"You've got a great smile too, pal," Mic encouraged.
As though in a trance, Ectoplasm went through the song. Mic made his quips between lyrics. The whole room cheered. Tonight was turning into another one of those drinking staples.
How do I get out of here...? Sakura wondered after looking around the room an hour later.
The female was feeling at a loss when Ectoplasm dove right into a sixth interminable song. She, Shota, and All Might were the only sober participants left, she was beginning to feel like the only person with the power to end it.
"Hey!" Mic shouts. "All Might. You look bushed."
"Ha ha ha… Just surprised that you guys always manage to party this hard," the number one hero answered.
Sakura rolled her red eyes.
"Hey, Sakura!" Mic shouts, turning his attention to her.
"Yeah?" The black haired female asked, hand on her empty drink.
"Why don't you and Shota dance together?"
Dance?
Those words echoed within Sakura's mind for a signal moment, her body had gone stiff at the remark. Never once in her life did she ever imagine dancing with Shota Aizawa. The female had seen Shota dance before, but it was always a small jig of the feet moving across the floor and in the back corner of the room.
Could Shota even dance? The female wondered, blinking her eyes.
"No," Shota spoke up, tired eyes glaring at Mic. "The party is over because we have to teach tomorrow. Plus, I already know that you'll be complaining about a hangover tomorrow, Mic."
"I will not!" Mic shouts.
Sakura frowned. She was unsure if she was frowning at Shota's words about dancing or Mic's behavior. "Mic," the female spoke up, smiling. "Listen to Shota."
"Fine," Mic complained. "You two are no fun."
Sakura gave a small chuckle at his words. "Well, I'm heading home."
"Goodnight," Shota told her.
"Night," Sakura adds, standing up from her chair and heading out of the room.

Sakura's house was a small and simple red roof made out of brown bricks that was lined with one large tree and a small pathway. It was a small apartment building that the female used to run her agency from back when she first starting as a hero. The bottom floor was her business when the floor above was for living.
The female headed up the stairs and took notice that the light was on upstairs in the living area.
"I didn't leave that on...did I?" The female wondered, moving forward.
"I wondered when you were going to get home." A male voice spoke behind the wooden door, he opened it as the bright light from the upstairs room beat down onto the female's red eyes. "I need to speak with you."
"Watch the light," Sakura ordered, glaring with a wince. The bright lights of the house were blinding because the female had walked home in the dark. "Why are you here?"
The man looked down at her, glaring. "I just told you."
"No...You did not." The female spat. She really didn't like the male's mind games. He was the master of mind games and knowledge. Always knowing more than anyone.
"I said we need to talk."
Sakura rolled her eyes. "Really? In the middle of the night." She was already late getting to bed as it was and now Mastermind was here causing more problems.
"Yes," Mastermind answered, blunt.
"Fine. Let's talk."
"You didn't ask what it is about." The former villain remained, walking back inside as she headed up the stairs.
"Is it about your son Kaito?" Sakura wondered. She saw the blonde haired boy at school today. Kaito was in Shota's class. "You want me to watch over him." That had to be the reason since Mastermind wasn't one to talk to Sakura without a reason.
Mastermind shook his head. "No."
This wasn't about Kaito? "Then who-"
"It's about Chris," Mastermind answered.
"Chris?" Sakura answered, looking away from the male as she shut the door behind her. "What about him?"
"You need to have a serious chat with your half-brother."
"Why?"
"I think he knows where Hades is..."
"You mean..." Sakura froze, her body shaking. "Our father."
"Yes," Mastermind answered, letting out a small breathe. "It would seem that my mother is working with Chris and your father."
"On what?"
"I don't know..." Mastermind answered.
"What else do you know?"
The former villain smirked. "I know a lot of things when it comes to this game."
Sakura raised an eyebrow, not understanding what the game meant. "What game?"
"A game you heroes don't know how to place," Mastermind answered.
A game Sakura never wanted to learn how to plan. Mastermind understood more about Quirks and ever villain and hero within the whole world. That was how everyone still considered the former villain a mystery and a problem within society.
That night Sakura learned three things;
1.) Hades might make an appearance very soon.
(Because Chris was opening trying to find their murderous father.)
2.) Mastermind wanted Kaito to be watched at school and Sakura to report anything strange to the former villain.
(She wasn't a babysitter for Kaito, but his combat teacher.)
3.) All Might and Izuku had a connection Sakura couldn't believe.
(Yeah, she really didn't want to learn number three because it was dangerous. Hell, her father was consider dangerous. So why not add some more danger to the list. She really wasn't getting paid enough for this.)
Those were the three secrets the female was sworn to remember and keep her promise to watch over Kaito and protect Midoriya while trying to figure out when Hades was going to strike again.
Yep. Sakura now knows about One For All. Mastermind can't keep it quiet because the male barely trust All Might in teaching Izuku because Mastermind doesn't believe All For One is gone (deceased). Plus, I didn't want to annoy people with Sakura trying to figure out what is going on with Izuku and All Might because other fan fiction stories have that story line, and I don't feel like repeating it.
Chris, who appears in my other fic's Ghost and Sounds and Lifeline. He's Kaito's friend and mentor who is a currently a third year Shiketsu High student. He's Sakura's half-brother. As for their father Hades he wouldn't appear until I get for season 5.
As for the whole conversation between Sakura and Mastermind. It will be part of a flashback before the female talks with Chris.
'The small jig of the feet moving across the floor and in the back corner' is something Shota did all the time in his youth during My Hero Academia Vigilantes manga.
The bar that Mastermind owns is a real bar in the My Hero universe that was created by a former hero that used to work at U.A. called; Three Monkeys.
