I had spent a week, a whole fucking week stopping fires, before they started.
I had to use blackmail, threats, and my conntacts at every turn but it was well worth it.
No one was messing with her or her family, or friends.
The students of Hogwarts aside from a the first years, her siblings, there friends and a few others but the margoity did. They knew about what happened to Reed.
Reed was a boy in her third year bullying another boy. Owen. They were both first years, and due to some incdents a very ... well know event Hogwarts students took place.
But I won't dwell on the past I told myself. I walked along the corridors I wasn't like most people, sometimes I wondered and I knew others did as well why I didn't end up in gryfindor I had the courage or Slytherin I had the ambin and cunning but I was a Ravenclaw for better. Or worse.
I enter the great hall and feel a hundred eyes on me. I sit down and loaded my plate with bacon, eggs, and tomato's. Sitting down I began to eat.
The first task was were my mind wandered too. What would it be? I was worried, this was yet another thing on my list and athough I didn't want to do it, I wasn't going to give any of these buffoons' saffiction of thinking they could beat me in this.
Quickly finishing my food I ran out and went right to the library. Charms my ass, I could do all of it. Shame that my mum though otherwise.
Quickly walking as not to be late and get dentation I enter class just in the nick of time.
I ran over to a sit next to Luna ignoring the person who already claimed the spot. I jumped over shoving them aside.
"I need your help later with the Triwizard tourment," I knew that the name would get stares, coming from me and it did. I didn't care.
Class went off without a hitch, I wasn't about to plan here where all thease kids could hear and relay what I said which they certainly would.
Me and Luna went to the library.
Hermione, Harry, and Ron were there. Luna before I could stop her she went over. She was talking to Harry and I decide to go over to the history books and start reading about pass challenges. It was my only plan right now, the Grey didn't answer questions like this.
I pulled down a few flicking through till I found one. 1693. That was a long time ago. I'm about to sit down when Harry come's over with his friends, Hermione and Ron, with Luna. I already they don't like me but I don't care.
Hermione has hair pulled into a ponytail using a scrunchie, a muggle thing with a purple jersey, Ronald as I call him rather than Ron to his face at least. Ron being a weasly wears a red hoodie, with jeans and sneakers all of which look old and all of which where probally once his brothers.
Ron... didn't look pleased he had all held burning dislike but it seemed into jellousey. Probally cause tourment. Hermione was as distrusted as ever but I had to amire her she put her own feelings aside. Typically, she didn't take care of them as well as I did.
"So," I said already knowing that would go. It was easy enough seeds had beened sowed and planted years ago. "What do you need?" They only came for something but then again Luna was there with them.
That was unforseen on my part and the grey had said nothing. But then again I was relaying on them too much recently.
Ron was shocked but being held back by his friendship with Harry and self-control. Hermione was mulling this over, thinking as always but eyeing Harry. My brother.. well he may an forseen move.
"Well we want to help you for a change." "No thank you," I said without batting an eyelash. "and Luna I don't need your help, just leave alone." I waved my hand like a teacher dismissing them.
Ron's fist clenched, Luna deafeated, Hermione infruited and Harry well he seemed off today.
"We're helping you," he said but he saw there faces and changed what he said- "Or I am at least and I hope the others will help." He shot them some looks but I being me decied to deadpan this.
'No thank you and that is final." I slammed shut my book and stood up to take it out.
I was told for slamming the book shut and being loud but other than that I left without a promblem.
I didn't need help.
I wouldn't have help.
This was how it always and always would be.
