Back at the Four Seasons Hotel in Oahu (5:30 pm):
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE – Walking into his and Gabby's bedroom in the presidential suite clad in nothing but his boxers this (late) afternoon, Matt couldn't help but let a smirk escape his lips as he looked at his wife while she sat down in their bed wearing some of his (dirty) boxers and one of his shirts. She said that she wanted to be comfortable while they sat in bed tonight, and that was exactly what they are going to do. Well, until they take a bath together. That is something that Gabby is determined to do sometime soon. And it's actually the reason why Matt didn't take a shower before ordering them some supper. He didn't want to take a shower when he's just going to be taking a bath with his beautiful (pregnant) wife. But that's it afterwards. They are done having sex now. I mean, they did pretty much have sex the entire day to celebrate the fact that they are going to be having twins later this year.

Hopefully, twin girls. God, Matt wants daughters so bad. And he is really hoping that he and Gabby are bless with two daughters. But maybe they can just take after him more than Gabby due to the fact that she's crazy at times. But he loves, her, and that's what matters at the end of the day. The love he has for his wife, it's passionate and something that he believes…no, he knows…will last forever. Their family has been created out of love. And he adores his wife. That's when he walked up to their bed and smiled at the woman of his dreams. "Supper's here." Looking up at her husband, Gabby smiled. "I can see that. I just hope that the waitress didn't think that it came with you as desert." Matt laughed when Gabby said that, going to carry the food over to their bed. He then proceeded to get up and looked at his wife.

The woman he wants to sit in bed wife and hold in his arms. He then proceeded to walk around his bed this afternoon, smiling as he looked at his wife. "What are you doing Matt?" Matt smiled at Gabby when she asked him what he's doing. "I am going to sit down next to you. I want to wrap my arm around you and give you a bit of romance, sexy kisses as we eat supper in bed tonight." Gabby laughed a bit when Matt told her that. "What? Are you thinking of feeding me a bit?" Matt smiled. "Would you like it if I did that?" Gabby nodded, agreeing with her husband when he asked her if she'd like it if he fed her supper. "I think it'd be cute." Matt looked at Gabby when she said that. "I was going for more romantic, not cute." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that. She then smiled as she thought about the date.

"May I remind you that our anniversary is 12 days away? I can always count this as our anniversary get away." Matt laughed. "Trust me, I am going to." Gabby was confused when Matt said that. "Excuse me?" Matt then looked around the room. "Last time I checked, we're in the Presidential Suite. And we're not just in a Presidential Suite at a cheap hotel. We're in the Presidential Suite at a resort. That is much more expensive my dream." Gabby laughed when I said that, agreeing with Matt. "Okay, I am going to say two things. (1) That's true. But (2) that doesn't matter due to the fact that I have a very sexy, successful businessman as a husband, and the father of my children." Matt agreed with Gabby when she said that, smiling as she said that. "Yeah, I guess that's right. I have the money to do that."

Gabby laughed. "I'm kidding though baby. Seriously, I am going to count this as our anniversary get away." Matt agreed with his wife when she told him that. "You better count this as our anniversary get away considering we're already going to be here, in this presidential suite, on our anniversary." Gabby looked at Matt when he said that. "Right, I forgot that." Matt smiled as he looked at his wife. "We are here for 2 weeks after all." Gabby agreed with him. She then slipped over in bed as she watched the man she loves join her in bed, wrap his arm around her and laid her head down on his chest. Afterwards, Matt brough the covers up on top of the both of them. Putting his hand on Gabby's stomach for a moment, he smiled as he stroked it with his thumb. God, twins. This is perfect and he's happy.

That's when he heard his wife speak to him. "What do you want?" Matt was a bit confused when she asked him 'what do you want?', as in 'what do you want to have?'. "What?" Gabby smiled as she looked in her husband's eyes. "I am talking about the twins. What gender are you hoping we have this time around?" Matt smiled when Gabby asked her what gender he wants to have for their twins. "Honestly, I don't care." Gabby smiled at him. "Oh c'mon, I know that look on your face. You must have a preference. Every dad has a preference." Matt then looked down at his wife, grabbing her hand as he took a breath and intertwined their fingers. "I mean it Gabby; I really don't have a preference. As long as they are healthy, I am a very happy man." Gabby smiled at Matt when he told her that, happy too.

But at the same time, she still didn't believe him. "Really?" Matt agreed. "Gabby, after the first time we almost had a baby…I find that every time we have a baby truly is a miracle sent from heaven above. I mean, I still remember the look on your face when we learned that the baby wouldn't make it the first time we were expecting a baby. Heck, you even wondered whether I would want to be with you after you (1) lost the baby, and (2) made me loose a huge business deal for the company. A deal that, at the moment, didn't matter at the time. What mattered was you and our child. I still remember that day."

Flashback to November 2015 – LA+USC Medical Center, Downtown Los Angeles
Sitting in a hospital bed in the ICU with his fiancé of 1 year, Matthew Casey held the woman he loves close to her while shutting off the TV that they had in their room. The reason? There's nothing on, and right now, he didn't really want to be watching TV. Rather, he wants to give his fiancé, Gabriela "Gabby" Dawson (who just so happens to also be his sexy personal assistant) comfort after she just lost their baby. The baby that they just found out about a few weeks earlier. A baby that they were both so excited to have. Heck, Matt was already clearing out a room in each other his multiple homes to start creating some nurseries for their baby. But now, they aren't going to have the baby as they lost it. And Gabby was devastated due to the fact that she and Matt just got back together (and re-engaged) after finding out.

(For those who are asking, they had a fling in between their breakup and make up. It was during a hard time for the company. That's how she got pregnant with their child, which led to them getting back together). And now, she just isn't sure where their relationship stands. With him being the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a huge company, he can probably get any woman he wants in his bed easily. So, why would he still want to be with her when she just lost their baby? Well, might as well get this (hard) conversation over with. Taking a breath, Gabby initiated the conversation that she knew that they had to have sooner rather than later. "So…can we talk?" Turning his attention to her, Matt looked down at her, nodding. "About what all this means? I mean, we got back together because I got pregnant."

Taken aback when his fiancé told him that, Matt looked down at the woman he loves more than anything in the entire world. "We got back together because we love each other." But Gabby (still) didn't believe him. Lifting her head up from his chest, Gabby looked up at Matt for the truth. "Matt, it's me. I know how hard this must be for you. You've wanted kids…you've wanted to be a dad your whole life." Matt then went to press another kiss on her forehead, shaking his head after hearing Gabby say that as he didn't want her to think that way. The reason? While it is true that he has wanted kids his whole life, nothing is more important to him that she is. Gabby is the love of his life and that is just the God honest truth. If, at the end of the day, it had to just be the two of them, or the two of them and their kids?

He would choose just the two of them. He doesn't need kids to be happy with her. He loves her more than anything in the entire world. (Heck, she is his world. She's his girl). So much so, that he lost a huge deal to be with her after her miscarriage today. "I mean, how are you not mad at me? I know what all those dings were Matt. They were the investors at the company. You had that deal to go sign today. I know that as I am also your personal assistant. So don't say that it wasn't today." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Yes, it was today. But this is more important. You are the woman I love, and this was not just your baby. It was our baby." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that. "I want you. I want you Gabby." Gabby looked up into her fiancé's eyes, agreeing with the man she loves.

"Gabby, I want to be with you. That's what's important to me. The money, the title, the business. The mean nothing to me if I don't have you by my side. The money, the title, the business, I could lose it all and still be happy. I could lose my entire lifestyle, and I would still be happy…because I have you. Because I have you by my side, taking on the world with me. And that's what's the most important thing in life is to me. Us and this relationship. This love is precious, this love is pure, and I don't want to loose you. Gabby, I love you. I love you more than life itself, you are my world and you are my everything. I promise you right now, this is just a bump in the road for us. We have a long road ahead of us. A long road that is going to include a beautiful wedding. And in the future, we will have kids. We will have kids. I promise."

Shortly after thinking back to that hard time in their lives, Matt turned his head to look at his wife while taking a bite of their supper since he knew that she was thinking about it too, the time in their lives together where they lost their first child. She was thinking about the time in their life where she didn't know whether they had a future, this future that they have now after they lost their first chance at being parents. Moving to grab her hand, Matt played with her wedding ring and smiled at her. Turning her head, Gabby knew that they were thinking about that day too. Putting his hand on Gabby's stomach again, Matt turned his head and kissed her forehead softly. "What did I tell you? I told you that we'd still be together now." Gabby laughed, agreeing with her husband as she grabbed some of the fajitas that they ordered for supper. Taking a bite of them, Gabby smiled as they taste really good this evening.

"I swear, this resort makes really good fajitas." Matt laughed and smiled at his girl. "I know right? I am so glad that we decided to order the fajitas." Gabby agreed with her husband and smiled. "So, I think we were going to talk about something related to these lil' babies that I am currently pregnant with." Matt laughed, smiling when she brought that up. "Yeah, I think we were going to talk about names for our lil' ones?" Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling at him as he proceeded to speak up first. "Okay, I have one request. Since it's twins…I want to have one of them to have an English name, if you know what I mean. Matteo's name is Hispanic. I want to have one baby with a name that is more like mine." Gabby agreed with Matt when he said that, smiling. "Well, if one of the names we are thinking has to be Hispanic…"

Gabby then quickly thought about it. "I want the name Gabriel for a boy." Matt smiled at his wife, agreeing with her. "That's fair. I mean, I have Matteo." Gabby looked at her husband when he said that. "What do you mean by that?" Matt laughed a bit. "You get to have a baby named after you; I get to have a baby named after me." Gabby agreed with her husband, smiling. "Any ideas for a girl name?" Matt smiled at his wife. "I like the name Sofia." Gabby smirked when Matt said that, really liking the name as well. "I love that name too honestly." Matt agreed with his wife when she said that. "So, Sofia for a girl. Gabriel for a boy. We still need to think about other names." Gabby agreed. "Well, you wanted to have one name that's non-Hispanic. But I don't want to have one with an M or an S." Matt was puzzled.

"Why?" Gabby smiled. "I am going to be using our kids as test subjects for a new project I want to start." Matt was confused when his wife told him that. "What are you talking about?" Gabby smiled at Matt. "How about me and you finish eating? Then, we can talk about it in the bath?" Matt agreed, nodding.

"Sounds good." Gabby smirked and agreed with Matt, ready to take a bath with her husband.
