Walking out of the washroom clad in his boxers after taking a shower this morning, Matt smiled as he continued to dry himself off with his towel while looking at his beautiful wife as she laid down in bed wearing one of his t-shirts and watched TV in bed. "So, are we getting dressed today?" Turning her head to face her husband when he asked her if they're getting dressed today, Gabby smiled. Well, for a bit. Her smile was soon replaced with a sigh. "As much as I want to say no, I think it'd be a good idea if we just get dressed. I want to take it easy and…" Matt stopped Gabby from talking before she could way anything else; after all, he already understood where this conversation was going. "Gabby, I understand. I will put a t-shirt on." Gabby smiled at her husband. "Just a t-shirt?" Matt nodded as she asked him that.
"That way, you can change your mind whenever you want; and if you want to take a nap, I can slip it off. You know how you are, just like a baby. You love having skin-to-skin with me." Gabby smiled, agreeing with her husband when he mentioned that she likes to have skin to skin with him. "You know what? Screw the shirt for today. I want you shirtless. That way, you don't need to move if I fall asleep. In fact…" Gabby then sat up and went to throw the t-shirt that she was wearing for Matt towards him. And in return, she revealed that she was wearing a lacy bra that was really turning her on. "Oh, you are definitely not wearing a shirt when you have that underneath your shirt." Gabby smirked, nodding. "What? You're not the only one that gets to tease me." Matt agreed. "Skin-to-skin time then?"
Gabby smiled and agreed with Matt when he mentioned skin-to-skin time. "Yeah, I'm like a baby that way." Matt smiled and agreed with the love of his life; but at the same time he was saying that, it also made him think back to earlier this year. More specifically, to the night of his 38th birthday – his first birthday as a dad. God, the way he and Matteo cuddled that night was how he wanted to end his day.
Matt Flashback – February 12, 2017 (Night of his Birthday):
PERUGIA WAY, LOS ANGELES - Laying down in bed shortly after having a nice birthday supper with all of his siblings (along with Gabby and their newborn son, Matteo), Matt smiled as he found himself laying down in bed with Matteo on his chest. He's just so small, and it was perfect. The perfect way for them to end the day. The both of them all cuddled up to each other as they laid down in bed together. God, the way he has his hand all curled up on his chest is perfect. It is so adorable, and Matt is so glad that this is how they are spending the night tonight. It's all he needs right now. He just needs to hold his family close to him as they rest in bed. Now, he just needs his wife to come join him in bed this evening.
Walking over to Matt wearing his t-shirt and her underwear, Gabby smiled at the sight of her husband all cuddled up to their baby boy. God, there truly are times when her husband can be so manly. But when it comes to their son, he is such a teddy bear and it's adorable. Heck, even when it's just the two of them; he is such a teddy bear at times. And it is a beautiful sight. "I can see that you are enjoying your first birthday night with Matteo." Turning his head, Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby. "Of course I am. I mean, this is the perfect way for me to end my night. And it's going to be even better when I have the woman of my dreams here in bed with me." Gabby agreed with her husband, joining him just like he wants her to do right now. Opening the covers, Gabby climbed into bed with her boys this evening.
Getting close to Matt, Gabby smiled as she laid down close to both him and Matteo on her side. She then closed the covers and just looked at her babies. Her big baby (her husband) and their newborn. Moving her hand to the back of Matteo's head, Gabby smiled as she stroked it with her thumb before moving her hand to his back. She then stroked it again and smiled at him while also putting her hand close to Matt's. "You comfortable there my lil' boy? You like it when you lay down on daddy's chest don't you Matt?" Matt then went to speak to Gabby in a baby voice (pretending to be Matteo). "Of course I do mommy. I love laying down on daddy's chest. He is so comfortable. Sorry that you can't lay here tonight. I don't want to be squished. I love your breasts on me, but only when I'm feeding mommy." Gabby just smiled.
The way Matt spoke to her was just something that was adorable and it's a great way for them to play with each other. She then got close to him and put her hand on the top of his head. Meanwhile, Matt put his hand on Gabby's leg (under the covers) as he stroked it with his thumb. Bending over her loving husband, Gabby kissed his forehead before bending down and proceeding to kiss him softly. Just taking things slow with her loving husband, Gabby smiled as she is really happy with the man of her dreams. "I love you." Matt agreed with Gabby when she told him that. "I love you too. Thanks for the best first birthday as a dad that any man could ever want." Gabby agreed with Matt and smiled when he told her that, leaning her forehead against his once again before kissing him for a second time in a minute.
After thinking back to his birthday just 3 months earlier, Matt smiled as he turned to look at Gabby and then stroked Gabby's leg with his thumb as she moved it on top of his body. Just holding each other close, Matt and Gabby both smiled as this is absolutely perfect. Grabbing the covers, Matt tugged them up and smiled. "So listen, I know we said no business for a bit. But we do need to do some together." Gabby just stared at her husband. "Only if it has to deal with the projects that I want to try and do. Sorry, I am still going to try and become an entrepreneur." Matt turned his head when Gabby said that. "Oh, it's not that. It's something that only we have to work on. Personal business. Staff business." Gabby was confused when Gabby said that. Meanwhile, Matt took a breath and looked into her eyes.
"Pascale spoke to Olivier recently." Gabby looked at her husband when he said that. She then took a breath and laid down on his chest. Just cuddling up to man she loves, Gabby wrapped her arms around his. Meanwhile, Matt moved his hand to her back. Stroking it with his thumb, Matt turned his head and kissed the side of her head while tugging the covers up. "We are moving here. So, that means that we need to figure all of this out Gabby. I mean, I don't want them to lose their jobs. But at the same time, we already have Pascale. I mean, should I ask him if he needs a sous-chef?" Gabby sighed. "Well, there is your brother. He might want to have a private chef." Matt took a breath. "If we move him to our new Corporate HQ, he can be the head of catering or something. Make healthy lunches for staff."
Gabby thought about it. "That might incentivise some of the LA staff to move here; they can come be here in Honolulu with us and work at that new headquarters that I already know you are thinking of creating." Matt agreed. "And we can have breakfast there every morning if we want. Speaking of breakfast, did you already order it?" Gabby smiled when I asked her if she already ordered us some breakfast. "Yes, I already ordered us some breakfast Matt. Do you really think me, a pregnant woman, would forget to order breakfast for the both of us when I am the one who needs to eat the most?" Matt thought about that and just smiled at her. "Right, of course you aren't going to forget to order us some breakfast." Gabby agreed with her husband when he told her that, smiling as she is really happy with him. God, he is just the best husband and father in the entire world. And even better, he's all hers.
That's when she ran her hand up and down Matt's chest before bending down to kiss it softly. After all, she wants to show her husband that she loves him. Heck, the truth of the matter is that she has loved him since they first met at the office. And I know what you're thinking. The weirdest place to find love. You could almost say that it is a hopeless place to find love. (Cue We Found Love by Rihanna ft. Calvin Harris) Heck, she can still remember the night where they both realized that they were in love...on New Year's Eve 2015.
