No More Hiding

Chapter 2: Stressed

When Noah woke up the next day, he heard Liza Marie yelling at Quinn, saying, "Junior is your son! Nono is your husband! They're not punching bags! Stressed? Then call Aunt Tana! Or Dada Kurt!"

Carole yells, "Look at Junior's face! You did that to him! You and I know what Puck and Norah have been through! How could you hurt them? Don't walk away from me! Answer me!"

Junior is soon crying after hearing a door slam. Noah picks him up and breaks down in tears. As he cries, Liza Marie comes back into the room and says, "It's okay, Nono." Noah just cries harder as he says, "I lied, Liza Marie. Quinn has been hitting me since we got married. It didn't matter if she drank or not. She also hit Junior more than once, but last night was the first time she hit his face. It started after we had an argument over me going overseas and leaving her alone pregnant. I tried to leave her after I saw the first bruise she gave Junior." Liza Marie hugs Noah as she sees the others standing in the doorway.

Then everybody hears Junior say, "Dada." As he touches Noah's bruised face. They hear a knock at the door and Blaine rushes to answer it.

They soon hear Noah's mother, Norah Puckerman, yelling, "You hurt my son and grandson! Then you tried to kill my daughter! I hope they set the bail so high. That you won't get out until you have grandchildren!" As Norah ends the call, she says to Kurt, "Rachel and Beth are at my house with Santana; who told me what happened. Quinn ran over Sarah with her car. She was trying to run over Rachel when Sarah pushed her out of the way. Beth was already inside when it happened. I had Quinn arrested and came straight here. Rachel called Shelby and told her what happened."

Norah looks at Noah and says, "I'm so sorry I didn't leave Nick sooner, Puck." Then she looks at Junior as she says to Burt, "You and Carole were better parents to Puck than I was. Ha, I'm glad Kurt never crushed on Puck now."

Then Blaine and Noah say in unison, "Me, too!" Before, Noah looks at a picture of Kurt with Finn and hands Junior to Norah. Then he says to Carole, "How could Finn believe that I was in a goddamn fight club growing up? Mom and I spent years hiding what dad did from Sarah, and now Sarah is in the hospital because of me! And don't tell me it's not my fault! I could have taken Sarah to Burt's plenty of times! I was the one that gave Finn those drugs he took! I was the one that got Quinn pregnant with Beth! How is this not my fault? Look at Little Noah! He wouldn't have that bruise on his face! If I had just left before it got this serious!"

Noah rubs his face before he puts his hand on his chest. He soon falls to the floor as he looks at Burt. The last thing he hears before he closes his eyes is Norah and Burt repeating, "Puck?" over and over.

When Noah woke up in a hospital room. Seeing Sarah in the other bed, he tries to speak but can't. Then Liza Marie entered the room alone and climbed onto his bed. Before saying, "Beth, be here soon. Yelling at Meanie Queenie. Nana Norah with doctor. Papa and G' Pa here. Getting something to drink."

Noah tries to speak again and says, "Hate Quinn. Did this! Where's Junior?"

Liza Marie answers, saying, "Junior at my house. Call Nana Carole here?"

As the others come into the room, Noah shakes his head no, and Sarah says, "Why is Puck's speech like Liza Marie's? Did he have a stroke or something?"

Then Noah breaks down, and Liza Marie says, "Auntie Sarah, shut it! Meanie Queenie, hurt Nono! Bad heart, Like G' Pa! Sarah quiet, everybody leave!"

Before, Noah hugs Liza Marie and says, "Love you, Liza Marie! Junior's girlfriend, not Quinn! Good girl, loves Junior!"

When Noah was asleep again, Liza Marie says to Sarah, "Have cell? Text Tana."

Sarah chuckles and says, "I already did, and your Mama Rachel was with her. So, was Beth and your Nana Shelby. They'll all be here soon to see Nono and me. Don't tell Nono this, but I think he loves you more than you love Junior."

Then Liza Marie raises her eyebrow the way Noah does, and replies, "No duh, Aunt Sarah. Nana Shelby nicknamed me She-Puck. He calls me Little She-Hulk. Ha, I can say Puck. Choose not to. Love Nono more than Junior." Then she gets a mad look on her face and clenches her fists before saying, "Love more than Queen Bitch!"

The whole time Liza Marie was talking, she had no clue that the others were just outside the room listening until Blaine says. "You know who she heard that word from, Kurt, and I agree with Liza Marie. Quinn is being a bitch to Puck and needs help!"

Before they hear Rachel yell, "I can't believe your dad bailed you out again, Quinn! She is my sister, not your daughter! You gave up the right to be her mother years ago! My daughter loves Puck more than any of us! I knew from the first day they met! You two have had a rocky relationship since you met! He tried to leave you when I was pregnant with Liza Marie! Then you got pregnant with Junior, and he had to marry you! Now he is in the hospital because of you!" Then there was a pause before she said, "This is from Liza Marie and Puck!"

Noah was awake by the time Rachel entered the room with her hand wrapped up. This made him chuckle before saying, "Ha, Rach, She-Hulk. Need ice? Feel better?"

Rachel lightly hits Noah with her good hand and says, "Now you know where Liza Marie got her anger."

Soon, Burt comes in with Junior and says, "Carole was outside yelling at Quinn and was made to leave." As he gives Junior to Noah. Junior holds onto Liza Marie and puts her hand over his still bruised face. Before, Rachel stormed out without saying a word to anyone.

Liza Marie says, "Mama Rachel, she-Hulk. Auntie Tana back up." Then she fist bumps Noah before Blaine calls Santana.

An hour later, Santana was calling Noah on FaceTime and Liza Marie answered the call. Before they heard Carole say, "I have had enough! You lil' bitch! You better be thankful Norah isn't here right now! Not only that, but you saw what Puck and Norah have been through!?"

Then Rachel is heard asking, "How could you hurt your own son, Quinn? You saw Puck's bruises like the rest of us and knew what was going on! My daughter loves Puck and you tried to kill him!"

Soon, Quinn is screaming, "Rachel, stop!" Before Santana and Carole pull her off Quinn. Her face looked more awful than Noah's or Junior's faces. Then Rachel spits in Quinn's face and says, "That was for Junior, and I did this to you because Liza Marie couldn't. Puck might be above hitting a woman, but I'm not, and I wanted my daughter to know where she got her anger." Santana soon ended the call, and Burt looks at Junior sleeping in Noah's arms.
