Bad Reception

Chapter 3: When TV's Attack!

We last left off in the middle of a huge battle that was about to unfold...

"Screenbots... eviscerate these intruders!" Silico yelled. Many different-colored Screenbots all ran at the opposing trio, with their claws at the ready; their antennas sparking with electricity.

"We can do this... we've made it past his previous bot, I'm sure we can take down his army..." Bubbles said.

"Wow... you're really starting to sound like Blossom." Blitz noted.

"Oh silly! I don't sound anything like Blossom! Oh wait... you mean... oh... I get it now." The trio looked back at the robots and readied themselves. "Attack!"

They all flew at the robots and the battle began; they started off by firing their lasers, destroying only about three. Nine robots jumped at them in the air; instead of dodging, they swatted them back into the horde (only Blitz went farther beyond and tore one in half). The girls landed and took separate directions, taking on certain robots in different groups. Bubbles used her sonic scream and managed to disrupt the six robots she was facing, their screens cracked ever so slightly. While they were confused, Bubbles dashed forwards and destroyed each one with a single punch (one for each).

Many robots surrounded Bunny, and two of them launched their claws, keeping her arms caught in them, the remaining jumped at her, but she started to spin and formed a tornado. The robots being carried by the wind were eventually throw against the walls; one flew at the machine creating them and bounced off the invisible shield. "The machine creating them..." She started. "... it must be destructible somehow."

Blitz summoned four electric orbs and launched them at the robots surrounding her. The electricity connected to the other remaining bots, causing them to explode. She felt proud of what she did, until ten more came. She noticed the same machine Bunny took of note of, and tried to find something that could deactivate it. Past the robots was a huge lever that said: 'Forcefield Generator'. "I got it!" Blitz dashed past every robot in her path and flew at the lever; by pulling it down, the invisible forcefield disappeared (trust me, it did, you just can't tell).

"No! You've disabled the forcefield!" Silico said angrily.

"And we're gonna make good use of that too! Girls! Aim for the machine!" The others joined by Blitz's side and fired their lasers at the Screenbot Creation Machine. It turned a bright red and started to overheat, eventually it exploded, as well as the other robots.

*Meanwhile at the Utoniums' residence*

The Screenbot that was still keeping the family stuck there simply self-destructed on the spot, bringing everyone out of their trance.

"Huh? What the..?" Blossom said.

*Back at the factory*

"Grr... first my Heavy Scorpion, now my Screenbots? You're lucky I'm not exactly finished yet..." Silico pushed a button on the control panel and a platform came down, revealing a giant mech suit with a cannon on one arm and a mace on the other. It's body was very bulky, and there was a cockpit where the head would be. "This was originally gonna be used to destroy your home... shameful that I must waste its strength on you here." S.B came and lifted Silico into his mech, she inserted herself into the mech's chest. "I call this one: 'The X-Terminator'! And it shall do so to you three!" It loomed over the trio... all nearly seemed lost, there's no way they could take down such a defensive mech like this! At least the scorpion robot had a less defensive structure!

"It's... enormous..." Bunny said.

"It looks really tough..." Blitz said.

"It doesn't look like this'll be easy..." Bubbles complained.

Sounds of someone pounding on the roof could be heard. "What... is that? You didn't happen to have heard that did you?" Just then, the other two sisters of the colors pink and green came flying down! "Blossom! Buttercup!"

"We realized that TV you sent us was a fluke!" Buttercup yelled to the villain.

"So we're here to take our original back!" Blossom added. "Girls! The rings." Bubbles and Buttercup nodded and the fusion process began. In a series of lights, the girls were turning into the fusion they named Dynamo (A/N: Go figure.).

(Pink eyes): "Blitz, Bunny provide us some cover fire!" (Green eyes): "Aim for it's body." (Blue eyes): "While we get Silico!" The fusion flew off into the 'air' and straight at the cockpit; Silico however, managed to stop them using the mace. The purple-colored puffs noticed this and helped push back the mace with Dynamo. The mech aimed its cannon up at them while they did so and attempted to fire on them; Dynamo noticed this and aimed a Bomb Spike towards the inside. It let off a series of explosions and disconnected from the arm. (Green eyes): "Nice try pal!" The trio flew back and unleashed their lasers, cutting the mace off from the arm as well. The mech no longer had any offensive weapons, and Silico was now a sitting duck.

"Oh no you don't..." Silico said as he pressed a button that undocked S.B. from the place her face was sticking out of. She unleashed her energy claws, cannon, and laser sword, and faced them towards her targets.

(Blue eyes): "Do you really think you can take on the three of us?" The girls brought up their strongest abilities. S.B.'s eyes shrunk in fear and she flew out of their way.

"Silicon Bubbles you coward!" He looks back. "Oh dear..." In time for their attacks to strike the machine violently. It toppled over, spilling out the person in control. "AH!" Silico scrambled for the escape pod, but was blocked off by Bunny, "EEK!" then by Blitz, "AGH!" then by the Powerpuff Girls themselves.

"We never said you could leave... just yet." Buttercup said with a smirk.

"So what? You're going to finish me off here and now then? Go on... you've bested me many times before, and here you are, doing it once more..." He waited, but they did nothing and continued to look down on them. "Well... what's stopping you!?"

"We're heroes Silico, we don't end villains' lives, we apprehend villains." Blossom said. "At least be glad there's no 'Death's Row' in Townsville."

"So... if you don't mind... we'll be shutting down this establishment." Bubbles smiled and said.

"Chutes and ladders..." Silico said.

"Not a chance Powerpuffs!" Silicon Bubbles charged up an energy beam and fired it at them, but Blitz came in with Bunny by her side and blocked the pulse back. "Uh... Hey! What's that over there!" Their looks didn't unfix themselves. "Well... I didn't wanna do this..." She unleashed a crud-ton of smoke bombs and they all exploded as they hit the ground. The heroes were left coughing while Silico got away with S.B. carrying him out. By the time it all cleared up, they had disappeared...

"Shoot! And we were so close this time!" Buttercup complained.

"Relax... we'll get him eventually." She looks around. "Hey where's Bubbles?" Blossom suddenly asked.

"I'm over here! I found our TV!" She yelled.

"Nice going sis!" Buttercup yelled back.

*At the Utoniums' residence*

"Alright... just a few more and... voila!" The TV was put back into place and slowly powering on.

"Thank you guys for saving our skin back there." Bubbles said.

"Hey, if we didn't find out about Silico's trick sooner, there'd be no skin to save." Buttercup replied.

"At least we managed to beat the guy, a shame we never caught him though..." Bunny said.

"Well... as long as we tried, I'm happy! In fact, I don't recall ever being happier when I'm by your guys' sides!" Bubbles said (A/N: Wholesome level: 100).

"Well at least we can watch that film together; after all that happened, I feel like we deserve this." Blossom said. "Now who wants popcorn!?"

"ME!"

*Flying above the city*

"Alright... keep it together Silico... don't lose your mind just yet... you've got better things to do, like improve upon yourself... build better robots, well that's actually debatable, and maybe give Silicon Bubbles some upgrades..."

"I'm right here you know, and I happen to like myself the way I am now!" She said.

"You're also not fully completed! I've been taking notes if you haven't noticed!"

"Who cares!? Not me! Now stop talking about my insides and outsides, I need to find where our first lair is..."

"It's underneath the museum..."

"Oh... right... I knew that..." She looked up for a moment "Saving to database... done."

That was some kind of adventure wasn't it? Robots, TV's, robots disguised as TV's and Tv's that turn into robots!? Simply amazing! So once again the day was saved... thanks to, the Powerpuff Girls! Oh, can I have some of that popcorn too? The End.
