"I still think we should have dressed up." Rose grumbled as we walked through the grounds.
"Wouldn't that look like we're trying too hard? And how am I supposed to find him here?"
"He's got two shows, one with his best friend and another solo. So we've got to be at the pavilion stage in fifteen minutes for the first one."
"What did you do, internet stalk him?"
"No, I looked on the performer page and saw him and Emmett, who goes by Mac Strong here, and saw their schedule. No point wandering around when we can know exactly when to show up."
"I'm actually mad I didn't think of it myself."
We walked up to the pavilion to see a poster nailed to the announcements board. There in quite the outfit, was a picture of Edward announcing him as 'Ward the Whipper' as seen on TikTok and YouTube.
"He has a TikTok? I'm about to follow that." Rose said as she pulled out her phone.
I just stood there stunned. My mild-mannered neighbor, the one with a wedding ring and an adorable niece, was a whip expert.
I don't know if I should be turned on, or terrified.
