"Hi, Mario!" said Elton John as he walked into the HOUSE.
Mario winked at Elton and poured him a DRINK from the FOUNTAIN.
"How goes life, friend?" asked the red plumber with merry delight.
Elton took a SWIG and smiled back. "It's time I toured the Mushroom Kingdom! I'm really excited about this!"
Mario clapped his HANDS in EXCITEMENT. "Oh, I love all your songs, mon!" he cheered. "Will you be playing 'Crocodile Rock' and 'ELTON JOHN HIT SINGLE #7'?"
Elton waggled a finger in front of the jolly soul. "Now, now, my friend... I can't be doling out those secrets just yet... This is going to be a surprise performance for everyone to enjoy! But rest assured, you will be hearing a healthy dose of all your FAVOURITES!"
Mario smirked and poured a glass of OJ into a glass. Slugging it down, he thought about the next few days of his life. It was gonna be one rocking New Year's Eve...
