Project Lupa Assassins vs the Pack chronicles CHAPTER 15

Skye woke up in her bed in their apartment, everything hurt especially her head it felt like it had been ripped into two, she bolted up and tried to make it to the bathroom only to end up on the floor. Her wolf was protesting, it was forcing her to change Skye wanted to scream…to throw up, her vision blurred. Then her scent washed over her…this scent was familiar, Skye just couldn't place it and the only thing she could make out through her blurred vision was that she was tall and might have blonde hair.

"Don't fight it Skye." A voice floated across her, it was a really nice voice, it had a soothing effect. Skye tried not to fight it. She relaxed, letting the change take place. As each bone repositioned itself cracking into the right position until she landed on the floor in a heap. Now in wolf form her vision cleared and all these scents washed over her they were all familiar but at the same time she had no idea where she was or who these people were. She needed to find Alex…

"Skye?" the voice was back, the tall blonde lady was kneeling by her looking at her with caution. "Come back please Skye." She whispered but with her wolf ears it was like she was shouting. This person was familiar but was not Alex, she needed Alex. She tried going for the door but the door wouldn't open. She tried telling the person that she wanted out, that she needed Alex but all that came out were barks and whines.

"You need to calm down." A different voice stated this made her turn to see woman who once again seemed familiar but was not Alex, her scent however was nice, was this her mother? She got a mother vibe from her? She turned looking for an exit but there was only a door and that did not open, both woman had their hands out and part of Skye wanted them to stroke her but she still needed Alex.

"Skye try to turn back." The blonde lady stated gently. But Skye couldn't she didn't know how to turn back, these women were kind but they were not Alex so she ended up growling at them, she needed out of this room so she could find Alex. The two of them shared a look then the first lady moved and she was fast before Skye could do anything she was on her shoulders forcing her to the ground, Skye tried to fight back. "Stop it!" she ordered and Skye stopped, the second lady ended up sedating her it took a minute to take hold and during that time they were stroking her and all Skye could think of was how nice it was, they kept reassuring her that everything would be okay she hoped they weren't lying.

Skye banged on the door for the fifth time, she knew they were watching her but they still wouldn't let her out of the room. The blonde woman…Bobbie had visited frequently and Skye knew that she was sitting on the other side of the door but she wouldn't let her out. They said this was for her own good, that until she remembered them that she was part of this family she needed to stay in that room. They had explained everything to her but Skye couldn't believe it, that she and Alex chose to work for these people that they had left Marcel. She saw the hope in their eyes each time they spoke, but Skye couldn't lie, physically she couldn't. She tried to once it didn't work she blurted out that it was a lie.

"Please! You say we are family? You can't keep me locked in here forever." She stated when no response came she punched the door in frustrations. "You say you have her just let me see her, I need to see her." Skye added almost like a whine.

Maria sighed, looking at the footage of both Alex and Skye both girls were in a containment room neither one could remember them although Alex's sense for Sharon returned a lot faster then them. Maria figured it was due to the bond. It had been one week since the fight with the assassins, and between both it became clear they had no idea who they were.

"Are you going to do what Nick suggested?" Natasha asked

"I don't want to do that to them." Maria replied, Nick had suggested that she could always reclaim dominance over them by doing so it would force them to remember but also become completely submissive towards her. "Their memory might return on their own." Maria stated

"The doctors…"

"I don't care what they said, in honesty we don't know anything about how this bond was formed or how it effects them." Maria snapped only to end up regretting it Natasha moved in closer for support.

"Jemma said the memories are gone." She stated carefully

"But the feelings are still there." Maria pointed out

"Doesn't mean they will act on them, look how Skye is with May. She never would have spoken to her like that."

"What if we put them together?" Maria asked

"And they turn that freaky synchronised behaviour on us? Right now they have their memories of being assassins, if they started to fight us…" Natasha left the rest unsaid Maria knew that what she was saying was truth and that what would help them but she was worried what it might do to them.

Maria went to speak to Skye there was something she needed to ask and with her not being able to lie thanks to the command Maria gave her she knew her answer would be truth.

"Have you come to let me out?" Skye asked looking up at Maria with vacant eyes.

"Say I did let you out where would you go?" Maria asked her

"To Alex." Skye replied instantly

"Then what?" Maria asked Skye seemed to think over her answer and for a second she did not think that she would answer her.

"Home." Skye replied

"To Marcel?" Maria asked

"We will be punished, then welcomed home." Skye replied this had Maria's blood running cold, Skye was actually wanting to be punished?

"You are home." Maria stated moving in on Skye before she could react her wolf's power was unleashed making Skye freeze as Maria moved in and bit down on Skye's shoulder claiming full dominance over her. Skye was tense as the pain flared through her she didn't react though as Maria's pheromones washed over her the link opened up and all of Skye's memories that she had lost returned.
