SEASON 1 EPISODE 9~ ALL CHANGE
I was staying with Lagertha and Gyda along with Siggy on Sat dinner when Lagertha was saying no to food "you haven't eaten for three days" said Gyda as I was cold so I moved and had my back to the Fire that was crackling " You see I have fears" said Lagertha as I put my head on her shoulder.
"Go to the Seer, ask if your fears will come true," said Siggy as she ate some bread "It's sometimes better not to know one's fate' I said when they all looked at me " what I said as I had a spoonful of soup.
When we went to the seer they talked she left and I stayed to find out my future "will i have children?" i asked ashe laughed you will have many children with a man who is not whole and will struggle with the use of his legs" he says as i licked his palm and i was about to leave "Oh and girl" the seer points at me "listen to your dreams and they should help you in your future ", he said as I was shocked and a bit annoyed.
I was helping aunt lagertha with the weaving when Siggy wasn't well she was sweaty and pale "Siggy, what is it?" Lagertha asked as i stopped reading "Oh, no, it's nothing. Oh, I visited my cousin a few days ago. She had just buried her young son" said Siggy
"Why did he die?" i asked putting my book down and getting up off the bench "One day he was fine, and the next he caught a fever that made him sweat and cry out in the night, and the next day. she put him in the ground", she said as the next few days i wad getting ill and wasn't showing up to work.
"Siggy have you seen Rekka?" lagertha asked as she shook her head Lagertha left and headed to the house "Rekka?" she yelled as she wandered into the room to see me in my bed shivering and burning up "oh Rekka," she said as she carried me to the hall where she placed me next to Gyda who was like me and many others that had the plague.
A few days later i was next to Gyda and Athelstan lying there when my aunt came over with a wet flannel to put on my forehead " if i die will you tell my father and Björn i love him very much and will be with my mother and brother in Valhalla", i said as she wiped my brow "you will not be leaving your father", she said as she found a goat and made a sacrifice to the gods.
I and Athelstan got better i saw Athelstan next to me talking to gyda but i had turned my head to see that Gyda "no gyda please" i said as i touched her face I could hear the screams from Siggy i knew then that The was dead.
we decided to burn the bodies and i had placed my flowers on her head so she would remember me in Valhalla.
