Howdy everyone! It's been a long time since I last updated this fanfiction. So, some updates I wanted to give you.
With all the bs happening at Rooster Teeth, the delays regarding Volume 9 and some of the things I kinda didn't like about Volume 8 and my new view of Volume 7, I've decided that I'm going to rewrite this fanfiction, and instead of keeping it here on FFN, I'm going to be moving over to Archive of Our Own, under the name KenjiHayuten! I decided that it was time to really move on from this site, as much as I love it. I just like AO3's long list of specific tags that can really warn people and let them know what's really going on in the story. I personally love that and it's one of the gripes I have with FFN, since they limit you ema lot/em on how descriptive you can be about your own work.
So, as I said, rewrites. I've so far, already rewritten the first five chapters and they will be posted immediately for you to read if you so please. As this is a rewrite, be ready for in depth lore, in depth dialogue and of course, hindsight. A lot of people don't like the most recent arcs of the fanfic right now, and I hope that the attitude will change with the new rewrite. I had a whole lot of really cool ideas that I hope you'll enjoy, especially now with added context and whatnot. Most of you should know how I make my stories. It's never about one or a handful of characters, it's about everyone in the story that's involved. We got moral dilemmas, racial inequality, religious questions, and all the political good stuff that I just love to write. And of course, the harem everyone wants, which will get even better (despite my apprehensions towards writing harems), it's the original selling point, aside from the obvious time travel genre.
While this is a rewrite, a lot of things will still be the same, while others will be completely different, cough, looking at you two, Lariss; Orion. Either way, I hope you guys enjoy and I hope to see y'all there on AO3! Can't wait to interract with y'all!
