Disclaimer: I do not own Invincible or anything else you may recognize

Finally finished 'Invincible' and loved it, but Amber really sucked, so if you like her, click the back button.

Plus, any sympathy I had for her was all gone when she revealed she knew Mark was Invincible all along, and then when she got back with him in the final episode.

Enjoy.

Mark opened the door and to his surprise, saw Amber.

"Mark!" She gasped and wrapped her arms around him in a hug. And then she kissed his lips quickly before backing from him.

"Whoa…..ah! Does this mean…."

Amber let go. "I mean….if you want it."

"But…..what about….."

"Guess I wasn't the only person being lied to."

Now that comment started making all of Mark's emotions regarding the situation with his dad come to the surface.

He didn't care how Amber knew about his dad being Omni-Man, but her comparing their situations wasn't something he liked.

"Hmmm, we were both lied to", Mark said and before Amber could respond, he added. "Let's do a headcount", Mark started counting down, "One- I found out my dad is a psycho invader", as Amber watched, he continued, "Two- he told me my mom is just a pet to him", Mark felt his anger bubbling up, "Three- he said I'm gonna see all the people I love die", Mark shook his head, controlling his emotions, "Four- he literally used my BODY TO KILL HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE!"

Amber backed off at his outburst as Mark shook with anger and grief, and carried on. "And last but not the least- he almost beat me to death."

Looking at Amber angrily, Mark said. "And you're equating it to me not telling you my secret identity. Besides, you yourself confessed you knew for a long time, and still got mad at me when you knew I was out there saving people. You yelled at me AFTER I saved your life once. And really, if you knew maybe you should have talked to me about it."

Amber now tried to defend herself. "You didn't talk either-"

"I'm not saying I did nothing wrong, I made mistakes too, but quit trying to make all of this only my fault!" Mark snapped at her. "If you knew, you should have talked to me about it instead of trying to make me feel bad about the whole thing."

Amber realized this was it. "So-"

"We should not see each other anymore."

Amber sighed and turning around, stormed out of Mark's life, as Eve and William arrived soon after, two people who actually did care about him, and he hung out with them, letting out all he felt to those two.

Honestly, Amber is like Iris West from the Flash all over again.

I looked her up in the comics and there while she's still a bit plain, she's not manipulative and toxic, and the whole breakup with Mark was civil too.

I'm wondering if they made her like this on purpose though, so we won't give a crap when her relationship with Mark ends, because Mark/Eve all the way, I ship them from the start and I know they're endgame in the comics.

Remember Thea in Arrow Season 3? When Oliver revealed who he was to her, she was proud of him, and it helped mend their relationship too.

Or Hatcher's Lois in L&C or Durance's Lois in Smallville.

Seriously, Dunst's MJ was more mature than Amber is.

If only others were like that.

Either way, hope all enjoyed and see you all next time with another update.
