Sup guys? Lighting wolf here, back for another story, this one about Naruto. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto and a few others do.

Kaito had heard that the Hyuga clan was at the top of the food chain in the Hidden Leaf.

That being said? His father was a servant to the clan and a former Jonin. And he? He was 7, he couldn't exactly care or believe in that.

"Yes, Mr. Hyuga, I'll take care of it." Kaito heard from his father as he blinked. "Kaito, come along." His father stated which made him hum.

Kaito nodded and slowly followed after his father. He blinked once more and turned to his father.

"Dad, where are we going?" Kaito questioned as he brushed off his arms. "I was playing with Hanabi." Kaito put in and cleared his throat slightly.

Kaito's father sighed with annoyance. He was well aware of the fact that his son played with one of Lord Hyuga's children. It took everything he had not to just tell his son why that was dangerous.

Then again? Kaito's father knew for a fact that his son simply enjoyed playing with the Hyuga girl. He was simply doing what most children did. It wasn't like his son was a shinobi yet.

"Son?" Kaito heard from his father as he turned to look back at Kaito. "Was Hanabi training?" Kaito heard his father ask which made the small boy turn his head to the side.

It was then he realized his son didn't know much about training at the moment. It wasn't like he could blame him.

"Not much?" Kaito questioned in return as he hummed and blinked. "Why?" Kaito asked while tilting his head.

Kaito's father sighed and smiled with amusement. He couldn't blame his son, being a servant of the Hyuga family? That meant he was close enough to hear about the main family.

And what he had found out? The training on the family was grueling. He didn't dare speak out; it wasn't his place to question the family that kept him working.

But he did know Lord Hyuga could be very tough on his family in an attempt to mold them into statues of his own self.

Kaito playing with Hanabi was one of the few things that kept the girl from screaming. He didn't worry about lord Hyuga's other daughter. He knew Hinata would be fine as she had already started Shinobi training.

"I was just curious." Kaito heard from his father and nodded before he blinked and hummed. "Do you like playing with her?" Kaito's father questioned.

Kaito nodded and blinked which made his father hummed before his features slowly pulled into a smile.

"Well that's good." Kaito heard from his father which made him smile. "You can play with her more tomorrow." Kaito's father put in which made him crack a smile in return.

Kaito's father pulled his son along back towards his home.

"Why do you sound scared though, dad?" Kaito's questioned which made his father stop to flash a slow smile.

Kaito tilted his head to the side which made his father roll his eyes. He knew Hanabi wouldn't tell her father about that her playing about Kaito. All she knew was that her friend made her happy and came back every day.

"Well you're going to end up talking to her tomorrow." Kaito's put in which made Kaito shake with glee.

They continued to walk back home. Kaito couldn't exactly question something that fun and enjoyable. All he knew was that he would get to play with his friend.

"REALLY!?" Kaito questioned at a volume which could be heard for blocks. His father chuckled and simply nodded which made his son swing his other arm back and forth with amusement.

"Yes." His father put in which made him click his tongue against his mouth.

His son could only smile so much that it almost split his face in half. It made his father chuckle with amusement.

"We need to go back home." Kaito heard from his father which made him chuckle and then slowly pull his son into their home.

Kaito could scarcely wait for when he wanted to play with his best friend. His father rolled his eyes which made his son blink and hum.

Kaito rested his hands on his knees. Kaito knew for a fact that something interesting would come out.

Phew. First chapter done! I want to put out that Kaito will end up bonding well with Hanabi and such. Next chapter will be in 2-10 weeks and will show Hanabi and Kaito playing and bonding and then set up a timeskip. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
