Goh's POV:
Goh was outside, jogging, when he saw a Pokemon sneak into a bush. He went to check it out, and saw a Gulpin hiding in there. "I've caught you Goh!" He heard Ash say from behind him, as he then felt Ash give him a push on the back, which made Goh trip. Goh's head fell into the Gulpin, and everything went black.
Ash's POV:
"Ahh! Sorry!" Ash apologized to Goh, when he accidentally put too much force into his push, and knocked Goh into a bush. "What's going on?! I can't see!" Goh yelled from inside the bush. "Are you okay? Goh?" Ash said, then pulled Goh out from the bush. Ash looked at Goh, who suddenly had his hear stuck in a Gulpin, rendering Goh unable to see. "Goh... turned into a Gulpin!" Ash screamed. "Huh? You mean the thing stuck to my face is a Gulpin?" Goh asked. "Y-Yeah. But why would there be a Gulpin?" Ash asked him. "Well, actually, I just saw one in the bushes here..." Goh said. "Wait, why are you still holding that pose?" Ash said, when he realized Goh had his left hand on Gulpin, and had been keeping it there since it got stuck on his head. "Well, uh... I can't pull my hand off it!" Goh explained. "If you pull harder, it should come off, right? I'll help!" Ash said, then tried his best to pull Goh's hand off Gulpin, putting his leg on Goh's hips to help him keep his balance as he pulled Goh's hand and pushed his hip. He tried his best, but he ended up hurting Goh instead of helping him. "We'd better go back to Professor Cerise's place and have him take a look at it" Goh said. "Right" Ash said. Suddenly, Pikachu started freaking out about something, pointing at Ash's butt. Ash looked to see what it was, and found that a Gulpin was stuck to his butt. "There's a Gulpin stuck to me!" Ash yelled, trying to shake it off. "Oh, Ash! Be careful! Make sure you don't touch it!" Goh shouted at him. "Ash?" Goh asked, when Ash didn't respond. "...I already touched it!" Ash said, as his right hand had stuck to Gulpin, and Pikachu had stuck to Gulpin too. Having no idea what to do now, Ash held Goh's hand, and walked him to the Cerise Lab. Ash was really happy. He loved Goh, and this was the first time he and Goh were handholding. He wished Goh could see right now, as Ash had put on his best makeup yet that morning. "I wonder why the Gulpin are sticking to everything..." Ash said. "Yeah..." Goh responded, a bit shyly. "Well, I'm sure we'll be fine once we get back to the laboratory" Ash said, trying to cheer Goh up. "Yeah..." Goh responded again, shyly. "Goh... You don't sound happy" Ash said. Seeing this was the first time they were handholding, Ash had hoped Goh would be happier. He felt a little sad, as he started thinking that maybe Goh wouldn't fall in love with him after all. "Well yeah, I mean... this is just embarrassing, having you hold my hand like this..." Goh said, embarrassed. Ash now really wished the Gulpin wasn't stuck on Goh's head, as Ash really wanted to look at Goh's face when embarrassed. Goh kept embarrassing Ash, so Ash really wanted to see Goh like that too. Unfortunately, he couldn't. "What other choice do you have?! You can't see with the Gulpin on your head, right?!" Ash told him. "Well, yeah..." Goh said. Ash smirked. Then he looked forward, and gasped. He saw an Alakazam performing tricks! Ash had to go see this! Ash ran, dragging Goh with him too. All of a sudden however, they were attacked by a swarm of Gulpin! All of them stuck to Ash and Goh, as they were encased and trapped within a Gulpin ball. "What's going on?! Everything's sticky!" Goh said, having no idea what was happening. The Gulpin Ball started rolling, trapping Wild Pokemon and the Alakazam inside it too. Ash and Goh were screaming, as the Gulpin Ball was traveling faster than a train. Then, Alakazam used Psychic to lift the Gulpin Ball up, so it wouldn't cause any destruction to the city. "We're flying!" Ash cheered happily. All pf a sudden however, the Gulpin Ball hit the wall of a building, and Alakazam fell unconscious from the impact. It stopped lifting the Gulpin Ball, as it fell to the ground and started bouncing. While most people would be terrified in that situation, Ash was overjoyed, stars in his eyes. "What? What now?" Goh asked in fear. "We're bouncing, we're bouncing!" Ash giggled in excitement. "Don't tell me... Ash, you're not enjoying this, are you?! Ash?" Goh asked him. Instead of answering, Ash smiled cutely. He wished Goh could see how cute his face was at that moment. "You are, aren't you?!" Goh said, freaking out. After a wild and enjoyable ride of spinning, rolling and bouncing, Alakazam woke back up, and lifted the Gulpin Ball into the sky. Goh managed to maneuver his free hand into his pocket, and grabbed his Rotom Phone, calling Chloe. Ash couldn't hear the conversation fully, but he did hear from Goh's end. "Chloe! You have to help us! Professor Cerise! Huh?! So that explains it. What should we do then? Huh? Gulpin's 'Yay'? Their 'Yay' right? Got it!" Goh said, hanging up. "Use 'Yay' Ash!" Goh told him. "Got it!" Ash said. "One, two, Gulpin!" They both said simultaneously. "Yay!" They shouted at their top of their lungs. After that, the Gulpin all unstuck from one another, and Ash and Goh fell to the ground, conveniently landing on the Cerise Lab. "Owww!" They both said, as Ash landed on his butt, and Goh on his back. After they gave Cerise the detailed versions of the events that occurred, they went to their rooms. "You really enjoyed that, yeah?" Goh asked, when they changed into their pajamas. "Hey, if you ever think of pranking me like that, I won't mind" Ash said, as they shared a laugh. "Oh hey, I got pictures!" Ash said. "Huh?" Goh asked. "You like taking pictures of me in embarrassing situations, right? Since you couldn't see, I took some pictures myself!" Ash said, smiling at Goh. "W-Wow! Thanks!" Goh said, blushing. Ash was happy to see him like this. Then, he showed Goh the pictures he took. He first showed a picture of them holding hands, as Gulpins were stuck on Goh's head and Ash's butt. "Now that I can see it, that looks good!" Goh said. Then, Ash showed an image of his cute smile when they started bouncing. "Awww... You look so... so..." Goh said, stopping himself before he finished his sentence. "Cute, right?" Ash said to Goh, with a gigantic grin on his face. "Uh... yeah.. sure..!" Goh said to him. Ash was overjoyed. "I'm glad to hear you think I'm cute!" Ash said to him, blushing and smiling. "If it makes you happy..." Goh said, also blushing. "Uh.. any other pictures?" Goh asked. "Oh, I'm sorry! I couldn't get any more pictures... but I did record our screaming when we were in the Gulpin Ball!" Ash said. "Oh, put it on! Let's hear it!" Goh said, smiling. Ash played the recording, and they laughed, as they listened to their panicked screams, as well as Ash's occasional giggles. After that, they went to bed. "Goh thinks I'm cute... that makes me so happy!" Ash whispered to himself, his eyes shining with glee. "What did you say?" Goh asked from the top bunk. "What? Oh, uh, nothing! Good night!" Ash said. "Goodnight" Goh said, and then both boys fell asleep.
