Chloe's POV:
Chloe was walking with her Eevee to her father's lab, when she heard Ash scream "We're heading out!" as he and Goh ran past her. "Welcome back, Chloe!" Goh added before leaving with Ash. "Have a good trip!" Chloe's dad waved goodbye to them as they left. "They're off to research?" Chloe asked. "Right. Welcome back, Chloe. You're back early today" he told her. "Yeah! Today was just the end-of-term ceremony and summer vacation advice" she said to him. "Professor! The egg data check's finished!" Renji, an assistant said. "Got it. I'll be right there" Cerise said to him. "I'll head home, then. Let's go, Eevee!" Chloe said, as she started walking away. "Dad! I'm really looking forward to our family vacation!" Chloe said, looking back at her dad as she left. "Oh! For sure... the family... vacation..." her dad said as she left, and headed back home.
The next day*
"What?! What do you mean the vacation's canceled?" Chloe said. "Well, uh... the egg we're looking after at the laboratory is on the verge of hatching... I need to keep an eye on it..." her dad said. "You need to keep an eye on it...? Even though you have Renji and Chryssa?" Chloe said. "Yeah... That's right... I've been looking after the egg thus far... I want to be there to care for it, or, well... If I'm there to look it in the eyes, I know it'll understand how I feel!" Her dad said, then looked at his daughter's unimpressed expression. "Oh, uh... I apologize, Chloe!" He said, sweating. "And I just got an urgent illustration job, too. Sorry!" Her mom added. "Aww... but you promised we'd do this for so long! I was looking forward to our first family vacation in ages. You want to go too, right, Parker?" Chloe said, turning to her younger brother. "I don't really care..." he said. "Huh?" Chloe asked. "My friends invited me to summer camp, so now I can go with them" Parker said. "H-How could you..." Chloe said. "Oh, I know! It just so happens that Ash and Goh had to go to Sinnoh to do research. Why don't you go there and meet up with them?" Her dad suggested. "What, help them with research just because I have nothing better to do?" Chloe said. "N-N-No... You could enjoy yourself while you're there. And, of course, you can meet lots of Pokemon there! It'll be fun!" He said. "Sometimes, you really seem to believe that Pokemon make everything better, huh? I wanted to enjoy a vacation with you, Mom, and Parker!" She said to him. "Oh, well, uh..." he tried to say. "Forget it!" Chloe said, and then agreed to go to Sinnoh on her own. She went to her room, brushed her messy morning hair into her normal haircut, and took of her pajamas to change into a light blue shirt and blue pants, with a yellow cap on. "Chloe..." her dad said to her. "If you won't go, Eevee and I will go on our own trip!" Chloe said to her family. "That's fine, but Chloe... Your suitcase... don't you think that's a bit much?" Her mom said, pointing at Chloe's suitcase which had so much stuff it couldn't even close. "Here, take this. This should cover most of the essentials. When I was your age, I went traveling with this backpack!" Chloe's mom said, and handed her a nice brown backpack. "You did?" Chloe said, as she picked up the backpack. "Yeah!" Her mom said. "Sorry about spoiling your vacation, but this is a good chance to go out and be free. Go and have some fun!" Her mom added. "Be free... Yeah! Got it!" Chloe said, smiling. "If you have any problems, or feel down, please call us right away, okay?" Her dad said. "Don't treat me like a child" Chloe said grumpily. "See you later!" She waved goodbye to her family, as she left on her own, and together with Eevee went to the airport, and flew to Sinnoh. "I'm actually here!" Chloe said, when she arrived. She wasn't used to traveling, the only times she had left Kanto recently were to go to Galar with Ash and Goh. This was her first time both in Sinnoh, and traveling on her own. She was ecstatic. "This is kind of exciting! Let's have lots of fun, Eevee!" She said, and together they wandered around Sinnoh. "Is there a tourist info center anywhere...?" Chloe wandered out loud. "Joining us on the show today..." a voice was heard, coming from a large screen on a building, which Chloe looked at. "...we have a lady who once claimed victory in countless contests... the Legendary Pokemon Coordinator... Johanna!" The woman on the tv said, as another blue-haired woman was introduced. "Johanna, I hear a Pokemon Contest is starting soon in Eterna City?" The reporter woman said. "Yes. It's shaping up to be a very lively contest. I'm looking forward to seeing the performances!" Johanna said. "A Pokemon Contest... Eevee, are you interested?" Chloe said, looking at her Eevee who jumped around in excitement in response. "You are? How about we go watch that contest?" Chloe said, as they then both made their way to the bus station. "When's the bus to Eterna City...?" Chloe said, looking at the bus station's paper. "It's an hour from now. That's a bit of a wait, but..." Chloe said, then spotted her Eevee wandering off. "What?! You want to walk there?!" Chloe said surprised, her Eevee nodding in response. "Sure, I guess! We can enjoy all the scenery, and maybe even see some rare Pokemon!" She said. When they got to a forest, she saw a bird Pokemon fly down in front of them. She pulled out her Pokedex, and found that its name was Starly. "They're so cute!" She said, as her Eevee was playing with it. While Eevee and Starly were playing together however, Eevee accidentally bumped its head with Starly, which aggravated it. A bunch of other Starly came, and together they chased Chloe and Eevee, trying to attack them. "S-Sorry!" Chloe apologized, as she was running off in fear, screaming. "That was a shock..." Chloe said hours later, when she and Eevee had escaped the Starly. "W-Well... surprises like that can still be fun, right?" She said. "You have to find the fun in everything!" She added, then noticed it had started raining. Rain poured down on her and Eevee, soaking them, as they ran off further to seek shelter. "Maybe traveling is just trouble..." Chloe said, clenching Eevee, as they were hiding under a tree. "No... I can't be thinking that. I am not feeling down!" She said. She wasn't particularly feeling up either, as her socks were completely drenched in water, which was bugging her. She stayed in that position for a few hours, until the rain eventually stopped. "Should we get going, then?" She said to Eevee, who pointed at a large lake next to them. "It's so pretty!" Chloe said, as she walked over, her drenched feet bugging her with every step she took. "What do you think, Eevee?" She said, admiring the lake's beauty. "If we didn't come here, we wouldn't have seen this beautiful lake. I'm glad we did!" She said. Obviously, she wasn't glad her socks were completely drenched, but she thought it was worth it. Seeing as it was getting late, she and Eevee decided to set up camp for the night. Chloe gathered a bunch of sticks to light a fire, but was struggling to light it up. "There's lots of stuff in here, but I don't know what it's all for..." Chloe said, searching her backpack for stuff to help her light a fire. She heard Eevee's stomach rumble. "J-Just hold on for now, Eevee! I'll have dinner ready soon!" Chloe said. By nightfall, she had finally managed to light up a fire, and had began cooking stew on top of it, the heat from the fire slowly drying her drenched socks, too. "This looks good!" Chloe said, admiring her own cooking skills. "So, this is where we're sleeping tonight..." she said, looking around. "No dangerous Pokemon here, at least" she added. All of a sudden, she heard something move through the bushes. She turned around, and saw a Piplup jump up and fall down in her pot, as it started to eat her stew. As it was still cooking however, Piplup got burned and jumped off. "Hey, Piplup!" A girl said as she caught up to what was presumably her Pokemon, as the girl tripped, and fell face first with her butt in the air, next to Chloe. "A-Are you okay?" Chloe asked her. "I'm fine, I'm fine!" The girl said, looking up at her. Chloe had to admit, the girl actually looked kinda cute. If Chloe ever had a girlfriend, she wouldn't mind her looking like this girl. After that, the girl got up and sat on the opposite side of Chloe. "You're a huge help! We were looking for somewhere to camp... when we realized we forgot to buy food, and then this great smell came wafting over! I thought I was being attacked by a wild Pokemon. Sorry about that. My name's Dawn" the cute girl introduced herself. "This is my partner, Piplup!" Dawn said. "I'm Chloe. And this is Eevee" Chloe introduced herself. "Nice to meet you, Eevee! So, where are you headed?" Dawn said. "I thought I'd go to Eterna City" Chloe answered. "Oh, are you taking part in the contest?! I am too!" Dawn said, smiling. "Oh, you are? We're just going to watch, though" Chloe said. "Huh? Why? If you're going anyway, you should enter!" Dawn said, as she stood up. "O-Oh, I couldn't. I've never entered one before" Chloe told her. "It's fine, it's fine! Everyone has to start somewhere" Dawn said. "Ms Dawn, have you..." Chloe said. "Just call me Dawn" Dawn corrected her. "Ah, sure..." Chloe said. She wasn't sure why she even called Dawn "Ms", as they were practically the same age. "Dawn, have you entered a contest before?" Chloe asked. "Of course! I've been to pretty much every contest venue in Sinnoh. Plush Hoenn's, Unova's, and Johto's. I've been all over" Dawn said. "Wow! All by yourself?" Chloe said. She was impressed by Dawn! Dawn was the kind of person Chloe would have liked to be. "Sometimes by myself, sometimes with friends. When traveling around Sinnoh, we were a group of three!" Dawn said. "Wow! This is the first time I've traveled alone" Chloe told Dawn. "Hey, Chloe. Why don't we head to Eterna City together?" Dawn requested. "You sure?" Chloe asked, smiling. "Of course!" Dawn replied, smiling back, as Chloe smiled too. Chloe was happy to have someone like Dawn, an impressive cute girl, be with her. They both hid behind a tree to change into their pajamas, and slept together in a pink tent that Dawn had brought with her. When Chloe woke up, she realized her hair had been messed up in her sleep, aka her morning hair. "Wh-What do I do?!" Chloe said out loud, as she heard Dawn start to wake up next to her. This wasn't good, Chloe didn't want Dawn to see her like this. "Ahh! Don't look at me!" Chloe screamed, trying to cover her morning hair. "What's wrong?" Dawn asked as she woke up right beside Chloe. Chloe looked over, and saw that Dawn's hair was messy too. Dawn had morning hair as well! "You have... morning hair?" Chloe said to Dawn. "Yeah!" Dawn said, smiling. "Aren't you worried about it?" Chloe asked. "It's fine, it's fine!" Dawn said. "See, you and I, we're the same!" Dawn said, pointing at her morning hair, and then pointing at Chloe's. Chloe was unsure what Dawn meant by that, but she seemed happy, so Chloe was too. Dawn then gestured Chloe to get out of the tent, as the they then both stood still next to each other, as Dawn's Piplup used Bubble Beam on their hair, somehow brushing it almost perfectly. "See? Piplup's very helpful!" Dawn said to Chloe, who was impressed by Piplup's skills. "Thank you, Piplup!" Chloe said. The girls then hid behind a tree again, and changed into their normal clothes, as they then walked off together to the direction of Eterna City. "At this pace, we can sleep at the Pokemon Center tonight" Chloe said. "Yeah, that's right!" Dawn said, then seemingly got distracted by something. "A spring!" Dawn said, as she stopped and knelt down next to a small water spring. "The water's cool!" She said, as she put her hands in it. "Hey, Chloe, come and feel this!" Dawn said, looking over at Chloe, who just wanted to get to Eterna City. Chloe considered for a bit, then agreed, as she felt the cool water too. After that, they were back on their way to Eterna City. "Maybe the path on the right would get use there quicker..." Chloe said, looking at her map. Once again, Dawn got distracted by something and stopped, kneeling down to look at it. "A Budew! It's so cute! Look, Chloe!" Dawn said, holding the Budew in her hands. "Oh, right. Yes, it's cute" Chloe said, as she then gestured Dawn to put down the Budew and continue traveling with her. After that, Dawn once again got distracted, as she jumped on a flower field and played around with the petals, throwing them up in the air and laughing. "Dawn...! It might be better if we hurry..." Chloe said, wanting to get to her destination as fast as possible, unlike Dawn, who wanted to stop and play with the flowers. "Oh! It'll be fine, it'll be fine!" Dawn said, holding a bunch of pink petals in her hands. Dawn then got distracted by picking berries from trees, laying down in the grass, climbing a tree to look at a Burmy, and much more. "It'll be fine, it'll be fine!" Dawn said, over and over. "It is not going to be fine!" Chloe eventually snapped. "Oh, you can say that as It'll be not fine!" Dawn corrected her, which annoyed Chloe. Dawn was cute, which Chloe liked, but she was an idiot, which annoyed Chloe. "If we keep stopping, the day'll be over before we know it!" Chloe said, being fed up with Dawn's tiring antics. "If you're traveling, you should have some fun!" Dawn argued. "Look at the scenery, not the guide book!" The blue haired girl added. "I am having fun! I'm just saying we should keep moving!" Chloe said. "Things will work out. Don't be such a spoilsport, Chloe!" Dawn said, getting annoyed by Chloe. "And I'd say you're too thoughtless" Chloe said, annoyed by Dawn. "If I say it'll be fine, it'll be fine!" Dawn said. "It'll be not fine!" Chloe said. "It'll be not not fine!" Dawn said. "It'll be not not not fine!" Chloe said. "It'll be not not not not fine!" Dawn said. That pointless exercise of an argument continued for quite a long time. By the time they were done and had continued traveling, the sky had turned orange. "See? The sun did set. We could've made it to the village if we kept walking" Chloe said, angry. "But we got to have fun instead, and that's what matters, right, Piplup?" Dawn said. "You wanted to sleep in a nice bed, didn't you, Eevee?" Chloe said. During the middle of their argument however, the girls were suddenly attacked by a Rhydon. "Eevee! Tackle!" Chloe said, which did nothing to Rhydon. "Chloe, leave it to me! Water-type moves are effective on the Ground/Rock-type, Rhydon. Piplup! Bubble Beam!" Dawn said, as her Piplup attacked Rhydon. "Wow..." Chloe was impressed. Then, Chloe's Eevee stepped in, too, and used Copycat, allowing it to use Bubble Beam alongside Piplup. "Wha..?!" Dawn said, amazed, as the Rhydon was defeated, and fell asleep. "Wow! How come your Eevee can use Bubble Beam?!" Dawn said, holding Chloe's hands, impressed. For some reason, the handholding gave Chloe a really nice, warm feeling she had never experienced before, which she liked. "Oh, uh... Piplup was amazing too, though!" Chloe said. Dawn then looked at her and Chloe holding hands, and blushed. Chloe blushed too. Before she was able to process the moment however, she and Dawn spotted a Pokemon that was injured near a tree. "That's..." Dawn said, looking at the injured Pokemon. "Cresselia.." Chloe said, finishing Dawn's sentence. "She should be on Full Moon Island" Dawn said. "Full Moon Island?" Chloe asked. "Yeah. I've met her there before" Dawn said. "She's badly injured.." Chloe said, looking at Cresselia. "We have to treat her...!" Dawn said. However, Cresselia didn't tryst them, and urged them to back off, firing at them with a Luster Cannon. Chloe then recalled something her dad had told her. "If we face each other earnestly, people and Pokemon can truly understand one another" her dad had said. Chloe slowly walked towards Cresselia. "Chloe! Be careful!" Dawn said to her. "We want to help you! Let us treat you!" Chloe said, as she put her hand around Cresselia's head, and earned her trust. Dawn then pulled out some healing herbs, and they spent the next hour treating Cresselia's wounds. "Did someone attack her?" Chloe asked. "Maybe.. Darkrai?" Dawn said. "Darkrai?" Asked Chloe. "Yeah. A Pokemon with the power to give people and Pokemon nightmares. Cresselia can dispel Darkrai's nightmares. In other words... I guess they're enemies?" Dawn explained. "I see" Chloe said, impressed by Dawn's knowledge of Pokemon. Maybe she wasn't such an idiot, after all. "All right, this'll do the trick!" Dawn said, as she had finishing treating Cresselia's wounds. "You're amazing, Dawn. You even know how to make herbal medicine" Chloe said, impressed by the cute girl's skills. "Back when I was traveling with two friends, one of them was a Pokemon Doctor in the making. He taught me a few things. Ah, that brings back memories. Now, my other friend... it was like he never thought about anything but Pokemon. I guess you could call him a Pokemon freak?" Dawn said, smiling. "Oh, I have a friend who's just like that, too" Chloe smiled back, thinking of Ash. After that, they both set up a fireplace to camp out for the night. "Say, Dawn... have you ever.. loved somebody?" Chloe said. It was a random question, but now that she was thinking of Ash, she was thinking of his relationship with Goh, and how she wanted to love somebody too. "Not really..." Dawn sighed. "Not even with your two friends?" Chloe asked. "Oh, no. They were both boys, I'm more into girls" Dawn admitted. "Oh, really?" Chloe said. She was surprised that her cute friend was a lesbian too. "Yeah... I have to admit, I did find one of my friends really cute, but I could never see myself in a relationship with him" Dawn said. "How does that work?" Chloe asked, curious. "You can enjoy looking at someone's cuteness, without loving them. My friend was really cute, especially when embarrassed. I remember one time he had to wear a maid dress, he looked so cute in it!" Dawn said, blushing. "Have you ever met... any cute girls?" Chloe asked. "Not really..." Dawn said.
Dawn's POV:
Dawn was camping with a girl she had recently met, as they were talking about Dawn being a lesbian. The truth is, Dawn had never talked to anyone about this before. The girl, Chloe, was the first one to know, and that was no mistake. Over the couple days they spent together, Dawn had realized she found Chloe really attractive, and cute. Not only that, Dawn was, for the first time, in love with someone, and she didn't know how to show it without pushing Chloe away. "Have you ever met... any cute girls?" Chloe asked Dawn. "Not really..." Dawn lied. She found Chloe really cute, but didn't want to admit it. Especially since Chloe seemed to be straight too. "Oh..." Chloe said, then they both fell into silence for a minute. "You know... I'm a lesbian too..." Chloe said, blushing. That was the best thing Dawn had ever heard in her life, it made her really happy.
Chloe's POV:
"You know... I'm a lesbian too..." Chloe revealed to Dawn, blushing. She really hoped that would make Dawn... like her. Chloe had realized, she... had feeling for Dawn, and learning she was also a lesbian, made her wanna go for it, and also not risk her chance. "Oh, really? That's so cool!" Dawn said, smiling, as she put out her hand in a fist, holding it in front of Chloe. "Lesbian buddies, eh?" Dawn said with a smile. "Lesbian buddies..." Chloe blushed, as he gave Dawn a fistbump. After that, they both fell into silence for a couple minutes. "So you came to Sinnoh to watch Contests?" Dawn said, breaking the silence. "Not exactly. When I got here, I saw an interview with a woman named Johanna" Chloe responded. "Oh, you saw Mom's interview!" Dawn said. "Mom?" Chloe asked. "What?! The Johanna I saw on TV is your mother?" Chloe said. "Yeah!" Dawn nodded. "Wow! A Legendary Pokemon Coordinator?!" Chloe blushed. Now that she looked at Dawn's cute self closer, she noticed she did look a lot like Johanna. "Y-Yeah...!" Dawn blushed. "I decided I'd chase after the same goal she did" Dawn said, looking up at the stars. "You did, huh...?" Chloe said. "Chloe, what do you mom and dad do?" Dawn asked, seemingly intrigued about Chloe's life for some reason. "My mother's an illustrator, and my father researches Pokemon" Chloe responded. "Ooh! He's a Pokemon Professor?" Dawn said, impressed. "Yeah! But I don't like when people assume I'm going to be a professor just because he is. At one point, I was panicking. I was trying to think of something I wanted to do. Then I met Eevee, and realized I don't need to rush it. She's a bit unique. It's like she still doesn't want to decide what to evolve into. So she copies the moves of other Pokemon, and tries out all kinds of things" Chloe explained. "Ah, I see" Dawn said. Dawn was very understanding, which made Chloe comfortable. "My Piplup decided on his own not to evolve. He seems to want to stay by my side as a Piplup forever. At the time, I wasn't sure that was really a good idea. But since then, I've gotten a lot closer to Piplup. So you'll be fine, just fine! Thinking really hard about it for a long time, then going 'Eureka!', that's how the greatest dreams are born, I bet!" Dawn said, comforting Chloe. Chloe was very quick to judge Dawn earlier, Dawn was a great person! A person that... Chloe wanted, really wanted, to spend the rest of her life with. "Yeah!" Chloe said, blushing while smiling. "Hey, Chloe! You should enter the Contest after all!" Dawn said. "Huh? Where'd that come from?" Chloe asked. "Trying things out is more fun, right?" Dawn said, then stood up and grabbed Chloe's hand. "Come on! Let's practice, let's practice!" Dawn said, as she lifted Chloe up, and then invited Chloe to dance. Chloe blushed, but she couldn't refuse her love interest asking her to dance. After that, both girls gave each other a dance. It wasn't perfect, but they both really enjoyed it. "You're a good dancer!" Dawn complimented Chloe. "Um.. thanks... You too!" Chloe said, her cheeks turning pink from blushing. "Wait here, I need to do something!" Dawn said, then picked an outfit from her backpack, and hid behind a tree. Chloe watched Dawn's clothes being tossed out, as Dawn then walked out from behind the tree, and revealed herself to Chloe, wearing a beautiful dark blue dress with a miniskirt and no sleeves. "Here we go, Chloe!" Dawn winked at her, as Chloe was trying her absolute hardest not to blush at how gorgeous Dawn looked in the outfit. "Piplup! Charm up!" Dawn did a dance and sent Piplup out of its Pokeball, who then spun around and created a magnificent Whirlpool in the sky, which then erupted into a spectacular explosion. Chloe was impressed, and so was her Eevee. "That's a taste of what it's like" Dawn said to Chloe. "Wow! That was so beautiful!" Chloe said. Eevee then signaled it wanted to try too. "H-Huh? You want to try?" Chloe said, blushing. "It'll be fine, it'll be fine! You can do it!" Dawn winked at here. Dawn then took her shoes off, and sat on her knees in front of Chloe, who was preparing to make an attempt. "Um... Now, then... Ch-Charm up!" Chloe said, and sent out her Eevee, who used Copycat to try and copy what Piplup did. "Wow!" Dawn said, impressed, which made Chloe happy. "You did it!" She said to her Eevee. Despite doing well so far however, Eevee didn't quite stick the landing on the "eruption" part, and all the water got dumped on Chloe, soaking her to the brim, right in front of Dawn. "Wh-What went wrong?" Chloe said, embarrassed. She really hoped her bra and panties weren't showing through her wet clothing. She wouldn't mind being looked at by Dawn, but she wanted to save "that" for a later time. "It's fine, Chloe..!" Dawn told Chloe. "It's not fine..." Chloe responded, embarrassed. She looked down at herself, and thankfully, her bra and panties were not showing through her wet clothes. That was good. After that, Chloe tried her best to dry up, and fell asleep next to Dawn, who had changed from her dress back to her normal clothes. Both girls however forgot to change into their pajamas and set up a tent, as they accidentally ended up sleeping next to Cresselia.
Suddenly, Chloe was... somewhere. She didn't know where. Everything was grey. "Huh? Where... am I?" She asked. "Dawn?!" She called out, no response. She got scared. Had something happened to her, or worse, to Dawn? Suddenly, she heard Dawn calling out her name. "Dawn!" Chloe said. "Chloe!" Dawn said. "Where are we?" Dawn asked. All of a sudden, the grey transformed into a town, full of people. "A town?" Chloe asked. "What's going on?" Dawn asked as well. Suddenly, all the people in the town fell down. "What happened?" Dawn asked. "They all look like they're having bad dreams!" Chloe said. Suddenly, something crept up behind them, and they turned around. "Darkrai!" The both said in unison, as they saw that a Darkrai was indeed the Pokemon behind them. "Then... Darkrai must be giving everyone nightmares!" Dawn said. Chloe then stared at Darkrai. "It looks kinda lonely..." Chloe pointed out. A light then flashed, and Cresselia appeared. Cresselia then held up a lunar wing, and everybody woke up. "That's something Cresselia can do?" Chloe said. Both girls then looked back, and saw Darkrai floating away. After that, Chloe opened her eyes and found herself back in the forest, next to a sleep Dawn and Cresselia. "W-Was that a dream?" She said. "Huh? Where's Darkrai?" Dawn said, waking up. "Huh? You also saw it?" Chloe asked her. "You also saw it? You saw it?" Dawn asked her. "A town covered in fog..." Chloe said. "Darkrai and Cresselia..." Dawn added. After that, they saw Cresselia wake up, too. "What we just saw, could that have been..." Dawn said. "Cresselia's dream?!" Chloe and Dawn said in unison. They then looked as Cresselia started flying. "She's flying!" Dawn cheered. Then Cresselia fell back down. "Are you okay, Cresselia?" Chloe asked. Cresselia then pointed to something using its head, as Chloe and Dawn turned around to see Darkrai floating behind them. "So it really was Darkrai who..." Dawn said. "You stay away from her!" Chloe shouted at it, as both Chloe and Dawn put their arms out to try and protect Cresselia. Cresselia then called out something, which Chloe did not understand. "Are... Are you telling us not to fight it?" Dawn said, somehow understanding Cresselia. Dawn was indeed impressive. All of a sudden, a strange machine fell from the sky, landing next to Chloe and Dawn. "What?" They both screamed in unison. Chloe knew that machine, Team Rocket used it to pull out Pokemon and attack them! Of course, then came Team Rocket falling from the sky too. "Team Rocket!" Both Chloe and Dawn said in unison. "Wait, you know them, too?" Dawn asked Chloe. "Y-Yeah..." Chloe said, surprised that Dawn knew them. How would she know Team Rocket? They're from Kanto, this is Sinnoh. Then again, they were now in Sinnoh for some reason. Team Rocket used the machine, and pulled out a Dusknoir and a Lunatone, then engaged Chloe and Dawn in a battle. "Let's run while we can!" Chloe said. "Yeah. Let's go, Cresselia" Dawn said, as the two girls and the Legendary ran away, Team Rocket chasing them from behind, as the girls ran into a beach, aka a dead end. "What do we do now?" Dawn asked. "Someone's coming!" Dawn said, turning around. "Everyone, get ready!" Chloe said, bracing for Team Rocket to walk out. Instead, to her surprise, Ash and Goh walked out of the forest. "Huh?" Both boys said in unison, surprised to see Chloe. "Huh?" Both girls said in unison. "Dawn!" Ash said. "Ash! I can't believe it! It's been so long!" Dawn said. "Wh-Why are you with Chloe?" Ash asked. "What? You know each other?" Chloe asked them. "Huh? You know Ash, too?" Dawn asked. "What're you two doing all the way out here?" Ash asked. "Hold on a second. Let's settle down and go over things" Goh said, as the four of them then sat down in a circle. "So, how did you meet Ash?" Dawn asked Chloe. "Actually, Goh introduced him to me" Chloe said. "This is Goh?" Dawn asked, pointing at him. "Yeah, nice to meet you" Goh said. "You too!" Dawn told him. "Wait, is he one of the traveling companions you talked about earlier?" Chloe asked Dawn. "Yeah, he's the one who wore the maid dress!" Dawn said, smiling, which made Ash blush from embarrassment. "Huh? Ash wore a maid dress?" Goh asked, as he looked over at Ash who had turned red from embarrassment. "You gotta wear that again, yeah?" Goh said to Ash. "Uh, sometime... maybe..." Ash blushed even harder. "Oh, you gotta let me come see! He looked so cute in it last time!" Dawn said, which visibly made Goh a little upset to hear, so Chloe whispered in Dawn's ear about Goh's feeling towards Ash. Dawn then whispered in Goh's ear that he didn't need to worry, as she was a lesbian, and Chloe looked as Goh stared at her, knowing that Chloe too, was a lesbian. Chloe gave him a look which said 'yeah, I like her' which made Goh smile. "Can you stop whispering so I can hear too?" Ash asked, unaware of what they were saying. "So what are you and Ash again?" Goh asked Dawn. "We're friends! We traveled together when Ash was here!" Dawn replied. "Oh, so you're friends that traveled around Sinnoh together" Goh said. "Yeah, together with a guy called Brock" Ash added. "I was surprised to find out you know Chloe" Dawn said. "Same to you... and you had Cresselia with you!" Ash said. "Hey, when you mentioned a Pokemon freak..." Chloe turned to Dawn. "Yeah, I meant Ash!" Dawn said. "I knew it!" Chloe replied. Ash was both the Pokemon freak, and the cute boy in the maid dress. "Why are you here all by yourself, Chloe?" Goh asked. "Uhh... Well, lots of things happened..." Chloe said. "And you two are here investigating the nightmares, right?" Dawn asked the boys. "Yeah" Ash said. "We were pursuing Darkrai" Goh told them. "Darkrai?!" Both girls said in unison. After that, they explained the situation to the boys. "Huh? Darkrai went to Cresselia?" Ash said. "That means... It was wandering around because it was looking for her? But why?" Goh asked. "Cresselia was really hurt, right?" Ash said. "In that case... Basically, Cresselia battled with Darkrai, took damage, and ran away! Then Darkrai came after her" Goh said. "I get it!" Ash replied. "Hold on! I... don't think that's right. I don't really get it, but I don't think Cresselia and Darkrai are enemies" Chloe told the boys. "I agree" Dawn added. "But you said they nearly ended up battling, right?" Ash asked the girls. "I wonder... if that was just Darkrai being mad at is, thinking we'd hurt Cresselia" Chloe said. "But then... who did this?" Goh asked. Cresselia then pointed at something.
