It's been a week, ever since Freddy's graduation. Freddy finally unlocked his werewolf form and is now part of the Night Wolf Patrol. The days after the celebration was great, as Freddy was walking to meet his friends at the ice cream shop, he saw his father looking out the window. He decides to see what was wrong and walks to him to talk to him.
"Dad, are you okay?" Freddy asks. Flasheart looks over to see his son next to him.
"Oh, hi Freddy. Yes, I'm okay." He said in a bit of a sad tone.
"Are you sure? You look sad." He said to his father.
"It's nothing, Freddy. I'm fine." Flasheart said.
"You can talk to me, dad. Just like you tell me." Freddy said.
Flasheart lets a sigh. He knew Freddy could tell something is wrong.
"Okay, the truth is... I just feel a little lonely lately. After your mother's death, I raised you my own. Of course, I had help from your uncle and the rest of the pack. I was fine after, but now I just feel incomplete." Flasheart said.
"Wow, I'm didn't know. I'm sorry. But you're not alone, you have me and the rest of our family." Freddy said.
Flasheart then pulls his son in for a hug. He feels a little better after what his son said.
"Thanks son." He said.
"You sure you'll be okay?" Freddy asked.
"Yes, I'll be fine, you can go on and play with your friends." Flasheart said.
"Thanks, see ya later, dad." Freddy said as he runs to meet his friends.
Flasheart then turns back to the window to gaze at the moon. What his son said, did make him feel better, but he still wish he could find someone to love him besides his son. What's hard about that is that woman who have to accept him as a werewolf. Then he thinks back to the day he got his meta powers.

December 11, 2013
It was the night that Dr. Harrison Wells and his team of S.T.A.R. Labs were going to turn on the Particle Accelerator in Central City. Flasheart and his 7 year old son Freddy along with his brother Hotspur decided to see the big event happening.
"Why did I agree to come along with you?" Hotspur asked complaining.
"Aww, come on bro. This will be fun. Besides, Freddy is enjoying himself here." Flasheart said to his brother.
"Whatever." Hotspur said as they walk to the crowd where everyone is.
"Come on, let's go!" Freddy said as he runs to the crowd.
"Okay, slow down son." Flasheart said laughing as he and his brother catch up with his son.
But as they continue to walk, there was a quake that shook the ground causing people to scream and panic. Flasheart quickly grabs his son to protect him.
"Stay close, son!" Flasheart said to Freddy.
Flasheart then looks and sees a TV reporting what's going on.
"We've now been told to evacuate the area, the storm may have caused a malfunction to the primary cooling system. Officials are now trying to shut down the Particle Accelerator, but so far haven't been able gain control the situation-" Linda Parks said.
Then there was an explosion coming from S.T.A.R. Labs. A massive bright orange energy blast came out and started spreading across the city. Flasheart sees the wave coming towards him and his son and brother. He stands in front of them as the wave passes through. The Dark Matter merges with Flasheart as he screams and turns it into a sonic scream. He then gets knock over unconscious.
"Dad!" Freddy shouts running to his dad with Hotspur behind him.
"No, no, no, no, no! Please wake up!" Freddy said crying trying to wake him up. Hotspur checks his pulse.
"He's still alive, Freddy." He said.
Flasheart then wakes up with a gasp. Freddy hugs him tightly.
"You're okay." Freddy said with relief as Flasheart gets up.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Flasheart said as he starts to feel weird.
"Now, can we please go home?" Hotspur asked.
"Yeah, let's go home." Flasheart said as they leave the city.
After the Particle Accelerator explosion, he, his son,and brother headed back home. Flasheart soon later discovered his new power when he saved Freddy from being crushed by emitting a sonic howl at the object. Flasheart was shocked and amazed that he had this new power. He then started to use it to help patrol the town. Freddy was amazed while Hotspur was a little jealous. It was a great power Flasheart had and he figured out that this power must have came from the Particle Accelerator explosion. This made him a Meta-human, from what he heard people calling those who were also affected by the Particle Accelerator explosion. A Meta-werewolf.
Back to him being alone, he was getting ready to lead the patrol tonight. Ever since Rick was defeated, the other Wilderwolves left, leaving their city in peace. He also heard that the other cities' heroes formed a Justice League, a team of superheroes. He always thought of asking them if the Night Wolf Patrol could join, but he didn't want to risk the exposure of werewolves to the world yet. He was still hoping to find the woman who will love him for who he is.
He then enters the room where moonlight shines and the other pack members were.
"You ready?" Dolph asked Flasheart.
"Yeah, I'm ready. All right, let's go!" He said as they transforms into their werewolf forms and headed out.
